    Bottle House Apartments is such a beautiful and well-maintained community! The landscaping is gorgeous, and the entire property feels welcoming and vibrant. I love it here, if something breaks, it’s fixed within a timely manner. Mr. Jay from the maintenance team is awesome. He is very respectful and helpful. He made sure all of my maintenance requests were completed!

    Brittany and the team at Bottlehouse made me feel welcome here immediately. The location was what initially drew me in, but I quickly came to understand that my family and I would feel at home here.I havent been a tenant here long, but so far Crystal, Jake, and Brittany are well-coordinated, diligent, communicative, and pro-active.Its certainly worth calling to check availability and taking a tour if youre looking for a home in the heart of Ft.     Shopping for apartments can be difficult however Leanne made this process soooo simple and easy. She answered every little question I had continuously kept communication during the rental process and also after. Upon moving in I had a minor maintenance problem which was resolved within 5 mins of reporting thanks to Mr. Jay. He was very prompt and tended to my issue with no hesitation. Bottle House you have 2 great employees working and who represent your property very well. I highly recommend this to friends and family.

    Talked to Leigh-Ann Cheek to get information on the apartments and she was very informative and professional. Gave me a tour of the unit and the rest of the property and overall its a very nice place. She answered all of my questions and made the interaction feel very welcomed, she seems very eager and loves what she does and that just makes the whole experience alot better.

    I’ve been living here for a couple years. Out of all the maintenance people we’ve had the ones now are better and quicker. Mr Jay is very honest and helpful. He will not leave until the problems are resolved. I appreciate everything, we need more like him.

    Just moved in and I love it here. The people are friendly and tons of us have dogs! It looks just like the pictures online, it’s quiet, clean and the location is perfect. Walkability to restaurants, bars and shops. We have a gym, pool, coffee bar, a beautiful common area, which is the old Coca Cola bottling company! The history and beautiful old buildings in Fort Worth is amazing. Can’t wait to explore and learn more! There are lots of available old buildings! Was opening an online shop but my dream has always been to have a store front and I want to start a Non profit for women facing homelessness. Perhaps a combination of the 2 could be on the horizon.

    (I would give 4.5 stars but I had to round up to 5)I have lived at Bottle House for over a year now. The location is EVERYTHING. I will admit that you can get a more luxuriouscommunity for your money but when you add all of the features here + the location, its definitely a decent deal.Chantel is the BEST property manager I have ever encountered. She is genuinely caring and always transparent about what is happening here.I have a pool view unit and I honestly probably wouldnt have chosen this place until I saw my view! So definitely try to get a pool view!CONS:-Thin flooring so I can always hear my loud neighbors marching around above me.-No Amazon lockers...BUT the front office does their best to keep packages organized in the mailroom. Thankfully, most people here are pretty decent and only take their own packages.-TVs in common areas can only be used with the Chromecast app, which doesnt work most times-No spin bike in gym (obviously, this is a personal preference)...however, the gym has tons of other great equipment.-No security cameras throughout the garage. My car got broken into in the garage and unfortunately, there were no cameras in the garage to see who did it. The cameras are only at the garage entrances.-ELEVATORS - literally my biggest complaint here is that the elevators are super slow and not air conditioned so they are suuuuuper hot in the summer and early fall.PROS:-Great views in many units-LOCATIONNNNNN-Management (Chantel) is great at communicating-Lots of cute little community areas to hang out in around the complex-Theres TONS of guest parking both on the exterior and inside of the parking garage-Weekend events happening a few times a month within walking distance-They are getting back into community events like pool parties, spa/pamper parties, pizza parties, etc.-Theres usually some sort of resident discount in the resident portal for nearby food places or bowling-You are allowed to install an exterior camera (like Ring) outside your front door.I would definitely renew my lease IF:-I was on the top floor so I wouldnt have to deal with loud steps.-Rent was just a TAD lower.-There were cameras inside of the garage.Overall, I have been pleased with my experience here.

    Havent been here that long, literally just moved in a week ago but the experience so far has been nothing but great. After going through the apartment checklist and realizing my washer doesnt work they literally sent out someone the next business day to service it. the maintenance guy that came was SEAN and let me tell you hes top tier! Extremely nice and you can tell he wants to fix the problem. My washer needed a new part for it to work but instead of waiting for that part to come in, he just brought me a whole new washer! Now thats A1 customer service at its finest. Also that same day I told him my cold water wasnt working on my kitchen faucet and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in 2sec. So needless to say Im very pleased with the attentiveness of Sean and look forward to my stay here at bottlehouse!

    Just moved in and have had nothing but a pleasant experience Specially compared to my last place. I was notified before I moved in about my apartment being set up differently than expected. As I moved in they notified me that one of the tubs needed to be resurfaced and asked when was a good time. The maintenance guy even called me before going into my apartment. I am so thankful for the communication. Everyone at property has been so nice!

    My boyfriend and I went to look at apartments because we absolutely hate where we are at the moment. Tiffany was so accommodating from the moment we stepped in the door! From the awesome tour to her working with us to ensure we would have the apartment floor plan we loved by August, 10/10 would recommend. Can’t wait to move in! Especially with all the nice amenities. Also if you are concerned about the noise being surrounded by roads, when we were in the courtyard, we could hear zero noise from outside even though the road was right there. Great location too!

Ron Anthony, the Assistant Manager has consistently provided me with the the most personal and professional service since being here. You don’t meet people like this in management every day.     This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. They have so many amenities like a courtyard that I can tan in, and a dog park for my dog! Seriously the staff is so nice and they make it a great place to live. Any requests I have they always make it their priority to take care of them. I cannot say enough good things. In a few months my lease will be up and I’m renewing!!

    I have been here for about 5 months now and could not be happier! First off the location is great , I love how they are building up the neighborhood and the price is just right!! But most importantly the staff has been and continues to be incredible. Ron Anthony in the leasing office goes above and beyond, He is always very helpful and makes sure that residents are happy and in the know, He also comes up with amazing resident activities that give you a welcoming community environment. Maintenance are very kind and quick in getting things fixed or following up on issues. Ive been living in apartments for over 10 years now and this is the first place that has felt like home, That I havent had to deal with noise issues , And most importantly have never had t o complain about the leasing office. I highly recommend Highpoint!

    I moved here a month ago. It was a fairly easy move. I didnt really have to clean much since it was already pretty clean. I really like that it has a very modern feel to it.I feel pretty secure and safe living here. Theyve made the garage more secure. Its a gated area and you need a fob key to get into the appartment. Theres also always an officer on site.Surprisingly I have not heard a single noise from my neighbors so Im assuming that the apartment did wonderful soundproofing the place.The staff here have all been very nice to me. I love the amenities and that they pick up my trash everyday.The place is fairly close to everything, so thats convenient. Plenty of food/drink options around the area.So far, I feel like Ive got a great deal for what Ive paid for.

    I have really loved living at this apartment complex. The location is great because I am close by Sundance square and not too far from seventh street without all the traffic. I have also really appreciated the staff. Everyone is super friendly, accommodating, and has resolved any issues super fast. I think this is a great place to live in Fort Worth.

    New Review -Bottle House on Main is under new ownership and the property just keeps getting better. The property was good before and now it is great. New onsite management is wonderful and the location remains fantastic.Old Review - We are big fans of the Bottle House. Chantel, the assistance manager, is just AWESOME. The location is great with food, coffee and entertainment within walking distance.

    I absolutely love living here! Tiffany Hulett has been the best leasing agent Ive ever had the pleasure to work with.     Highpoint staff is awesome! Love the space and the historic feel. Lots of places walking distance & a pet park for my dog.Highpoint is huge and has a lot of amenities.     Highpoint is the perfect living experience if your looking for a downtown luxurious apartment. The pool and courtyard are both very nice. The staff is great they work with you, with whatever your complaint is. Anything that broke in the apartment got fixed that day or the next, it’s also so close to everything so it’s nice not having to fight the DFW traffic. I will definitely continue to recommend this place to friends.

    Overall, staff is really easy to work with - especially Dusty - the apartment manager. My water bill was crazy high one month because of a running toilet and she covered the extra charges and just had me pay what I had paid the month before. The amenities are very nice - I love the pool and lounge. The location is amazing in regards to being close to downtown. Near Southside has a bunch of cool shops/breweries/restaurants popping up and I work at the hospital a few blocks away so its super convenient. I live on the 6th floor and most of the residents are very quiet and respectful. I only have two complaints - 1. Rahr and Sons next door has concerts every Wednesday night and Saturday afternoon and occasional all weekend events which can get REALLY loud. Its beyond frustrating when trying to sleep for a night shift. With most of the residents working in the hospital district - this is very unfortunate. The only other issue is the elevators - the inspections are expired and they seem super janky. Overall, very pleased for the price. The concerts are a huge issue though and I will have to find somewhere else to live where I can sleep for next year.

    Love living here. This place has a modern yet classic vibe to it. I feel that it has a classic Texas feel to a modernized building. I’ll admit I was annoyed with all the construction but now that it’s finished, I must say...it was worth it! Just renewed my lease with the front office girl whose name escapes me...(Im terrible with names) I think it started with a T. She was very helpful and understanding of my situation and found a way to make it work so I could stay here. I really appreciate it! The community here is really close and my neighbors are very respectful and respectable people. Lots of people from Lockheed Martin, The UT Southwestern hospital, and JPS. They’re just the right level of presence so that you don’t feel like you live in a ghost town but don’t feel like you live next to a frat house. My biggest concern with apartments is getting my car doors dinged and so far this is the only place that hasn’t happened. Love this place!

    Just finished our first lease and are renewing for another. Is everything perfect, no, no place is. But they are definitely on the right track. They got sold management now with an office staff to match. The secured covered parking, amenities and the growing businesses in the area are a couple reasons to move here. Dont listen to the people that lived here with issues, its a completely different environment here now.

    My son moved in a couple months ago and had great experience and the process was painless. Tara was great with us. She was very professional and explained everything to him/us about the ins and outs. I also feel safe he lives here. The area is going to be wonderful once its completely developed and its moving along very nicely.

    These more recent reviews have given the apartment complex more flak than it deserves.The people running the front office have indeed changed but they are honestly doing their job and are nice if you just speak to them. Trash does show up in the hallways since trash is supposed to be left out between 6 and 8 pm at night and is picked up sometime afterward. There have been car break-ins recently, but one thing to note is that the detectives have stated that the perpetrators have been tied to other break-ins in the surrounding area. This South Main Street area is gentrifying but there are still some depressed areas nearby that do have crime, particularly coming from east of I-35. So this apartment complex is not the sole target of crime. And considering how some residents like to leave the doors open because they do not want to use their key fobs to open the lock again, and it is easy to see how they could get in.This apartment complex is actually fairly nice, the staff is nice, the police officer is good, the trash has had problems in the past but it seems to be clearing up and the maintenance crew is friendly and fast.Honestly, the real problem that I would warn any future residents are the residents themselves. There has been a big issue with cars parking right outside the entrances, blocking people from seeing who is coming in or out of the building. Funny thing is those cars often belong to other residents since they have the parking tag on them. Theyre just too lazy to park inside. Weed has been an issue too, as the elevator sometimes stinks, and there are rowdy parties in the evening, especially during Rahr Brewery nights. Dog poop appears on the sidewalk when people walk their dog and they never pick it up.The staff cannot really crack down on this at night and the security officer cannot respond to everything right away. However, they do try and they frequently respond to the Facebook-style resident portal to keep everyone up to date with what is going on at the apartment and to address concerns and call maintenance or security as needed. Its often the fault of the residents who think that just because they pay rent, they are entitled to everything their way and think that the whole apartment complex is their personal dorm room. Most people here are actually quite friendly and obey the rules, but there are a few that ruin the experience for everyone since this is a single community.

I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone wanting to move into the near south side community of Fort Worth. But what truly won this police officer over was the free great coffee!!

    So you live smack dab in the middle of a thriving downtown metropolitan and your going to write a review of homeless people. Try living in Austin powder puff. Listen great amenities, people actually use. (Personal note never actually been in the torture device they call fitness center full disclosure here.) Createive artists, hell i manufacture different products for are forces, do they like that. Well no, but they accept me. Im old country boy and there a group of influencers ( that is btw an actual job.) here that embrace my backwoods retardation. Id say if i summed up the bottle house! Success flourishes around acceptance, and open kindness. If you you want a growing, cultivating experience. Well hell theres a couple spots i believe that are available. (Check management it might be full theyll let you know.) Dont worry if your not hip youll learn or youll at least understand what these new boots bring to the table.Rw.

    Been here 7 months and really enjoy it. It’s in a great location. Close to pretty much anything in FW. Pretty quiet and always plenty of parking in the garage. Two bedroom floor plan is great. My kids enjoy the space when they visit. Amenities are great and convenient. Definitely recommend it.

    High Point Urban Living is an outside place. It starts with friendly, attentive, and professional office staff Hilary and Kirsten. They help with the leasing process and continue great service after your move in. The apartments are beautiful and a comfortable living space. I dont think their is a better place in Fort Worth.

    Tiffany in the leasing office gave us a fantastic tour and was very attentive to our questions. The facilities are very nice and seem luxurious. She also told us they are under new, and hopefully better, management.

    I currently live in a home and wanting to downsize. I have been very hesitant going to an apartment, due to privacy, size, parking and many other reasons. I chose Highpoint for its location at first. After seeing the community with Brandi Mclerran all my concerns have been dissolved. The staff is friendly and helpful, the views are amazing, the amenities are fabulous and when I move from my home in a few months I will definitely apply to live here.

    Cool place, in a cool up and coming part of FtW. New Property Mgr (JC) and her management team (Tiff!) are great! The whole staff is really friendly and the area is nice! Consider it! Lots to do around here and there are some fun plans for the property on the way!

    The current environment at Highpoint is great! There are numerous events on and off site to get to meet your neighbors and the office crew. The complex itself is in a great location and I cannot hear the music from Rahr from my courtyard facing apartment.

    I visit this property it was very well kept, the lady in the office Zina was very helpful. She took her time to give me a detailed tour of the whole property and answered all my questions. The amenities at this property are very nice and well kept. I would recommend this property very upgraded property. I am very impressed with Zina I think she might have been the assistant manager she was exceptional we need more people like her.
