I wasn’t sure what to expect with moving new a new area, especially since I’m new to Austin. However, after being here a few months, I’m extremely happy with my decision to move into Bexley tech ridge. The leasing office has been incredibly helpful in providing reconversions for local spots. The coffee machine is a nice perk and it is super convenient to walk to from my apartment. Overall, I’m very satisfied with everything so far and would highly recommend this community to anyone.

Overall, not a bad experience living here! I would still continue to live here if it wasnt so far north.Pros:I lived in a studio apartment and it was a really great size for one person plus really affordable rent. Maintenance is really quick and responsive! I had a few issues like a water leak or a crack under my front door where bugs were coming in but they fixed both problems in a timely manner. Leasing office workers are very nice and helpful.Cons:Main issue I had were bugs. I dont blame anyone besides the unit needing some touch ups and cracks filled in. I did have a small baby roach problem but it has died down since getting pest control in. Lastly, the walls are very thin. I got used to the noise but you do hear upstairs stomping if you live on the first floor and anything and anyone outside your door.Regardless, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend for anyone needing a starter apartment. Very affordable and safe.

Lived here going on 3 years, have had no issues with maintenance requests being acted on quickly by amazingly affable team. Great gym facility, the pool area is clean and well maintaned. Luckily have had very few issues with noisy neighbors which do get addressed promptly. Really enjoy living here

Im a former resident of Bexley at Tech Ridge and greatly enjoyed my time there. There are many amenities available, the office staff and maintenance staff are all very friendly and professional, and most importantly, the neighbors (at least mine) were quiet and respectful. It is genuinely an excellent community to live in!

I enjoyed my Tour here today, I walked in and was warmly greeted by the leasing agent she asked me a few availability questions and took me on a tour of the exact unit I would be applying for and it was a nice apartment stainless appliances , in unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors in the common areas and affordable for Austin! It was a nice apartment but the community its self could dare to be a little cleaner. The only other issue I have I also seen a lot of reviews about roaches which is very concerning to me but that was not what I seen while touring so maybe the issue has been resolved I plan on getting more information soon! But it really does seem like a nice affordable community !

Bexley at Tech Ridge has been an excellent place to live during my time here, with very minor inconveniences (discussed below).I’ll try to be as thorough as possible in case anyone uses reviews to decide where they lease (which you shouldn’t do, btw)Staff: The leasing team has always been quick to respond to any emails/calls I leave them. There was a time the Luxor lockers were down due an internet outage and the team let me into the office at 8 am so they could help me get a package I needed before going to work when they didn’t open until 9. That is the story constantly for the team, Weinstein has done an excellent job with their property management staff.Maintenance: Quick to get to issues, thoroughly take care of the problems, and are all very friendly. When they have stopped by while I’m home they are always ready to make light conversation, which is great. They also keep the breezeways extremely clean. It seems since they are on call during the weekend the compactor always begins to overflow, but it is handled before I’m home Monday evening.Amenities: the gym, while small, has everything you could need. There isn’t much room for expanding the gym area, so no real complaints since there isn’t much that can be done.The pool was out of service for a little, but it was during the winter so no one missed it. Always looks clean.Package system: luxor is my favorite option by far, so I’ve been very happy with the package system.There is a community garden, but I’ve never seen a slot become available (I also haven’t inquired into it so I’m not upset by that).I think there’s also a car vacuum which I’ve only used once and it had a weak suction, but there is a car wash right down the road so it’s not a big deal.I had a detached garage during my stay and it was very nice. I think $75/month is a bit steep, but considering you don’t pay to park in the general parking, understandable. I’ve never had to park super far even before getting the garage though.I think I’ve used the clubhouse once and I’m pretty sure they have coffee stocked all the time.Safety: I have never once felt unsafe in this location. It’s far away from inner Austin so you don’t have problems with homeless or car breakins. The front gate has been out of commission for most of my time here due to the City of Austin moving slow with permits (typical COA), so I can’t put a ton of blame on the apartments themselves.Apartment: I see a LOT of reviews about roaches, but I have never seen these “infestations” people mention. Maybe building 1 is just lucky. We’ve had a couple here and there as well as some ants when it began to rain more, but overall nothing crazy. I’d even go so far as to say I’ve seen a less amount of pests/insects than most apartments I’ve lived in.The 2 bed 2 bath I am in is phenomenal. The master bedroom is massive, a nicely sized island in the kitchen, and a balcony. There is no concrete layering, so you can expect to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and your Nextdoor neighbors talking (or baby crying… every single night)My BIGGEST complaint by far is the road. This is more so about the apartments facing the highway, but you can expect to never go a single night without hearing sirens as a fire station is right down the road. People always rev their engines all night as well. Nothing the apartment can do, but I would recommend signing for a more internal unit.My only other complaint is Bexley has signed a contract with spectrum, so they are the only Internet provider you can get. I’ve spoken with employees at ATT & Google and both have let me know fiber is in this area.All in all, while we are planning to not renew due to wanting to be closer to work, I would absolutely recommend Bexley at Tech Ridge to anyone looking to live on the outside of north Austin.

I lived at Bexley for 10 months and we definitely recommend it. I wish we could stay longer but we are moving from Austin to further my education. Now that Im looking for an apartment in a different city, I realize how spoiled I was here! Our unit was clean and updated. I always felt very safe and any maintenance issues were dealt with very promptly. At one point we had noise complaints from our neighbors and I feel that staff was helpful to the best of their capability and the issue was resolved. Really excellent pet-friendly community and my best apartment experience so far. I also really loved that they had a Peloton in the gym. The only long-term issue we had was trash; the trash compacter was frequently full or overflowing.

Ive been here for 3 months, maybe too early for a review but sharing my initial experience. Ive spent some time doing research on apartments around the area and this was one of the best among tours Ive gone. The maintenance is always incredibly fast in fixing anything. The apartments are spacious and the community is peaceful and quiet.The garbage dumpster could be bigger as we see compactor area messy sometimes. A playground for kids is a really good to have.

My husband and I moved in a little less than a year ago and our experience has been great here! The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds are kept pristine. We have had a couple hiccups here and there but the staff (Allen and Savannah especially) have been so helpful and communicated flawlessly in making sure everything is to our satisfaction. Maintenance team is trustworthy, informative, and always makes our needs a priority. Bexley is amazing, clean, and a perfect home for all!

We had the greatest experience living at Bexley. The staff is kind, helpful, and eager to respond to any needs. The maintenance was always incredibly fast in fixing anything, and we loved our apartment. The staff always hosts great events for guests, and everything (grounds, facilities, etc.) is well-kept. Residents are kept up to date about any happenings and so well cared for. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

I am so happy with my time at Bexley so far. They have an incredible office staff that is quick to help and very friendly. The grounds of the complex are always well maintained and my dog cant get enough of the dog park. The finishes in the apartment are well done and of high quality, and the new front office and rec center are incredible! For such a big apartment complex, Ive also never had an issue finding a parking spot, even when I come home late. I would definitely recommend this complex for anyone looking in North Austin.

I lived here for 2 years.The good: David & the maintenance team, its relatively quiet, the people in and around the community were nice, the location is perfect, the apartment is extremely nice for the price.The bad: None reallyThinking back to my time here, it was truly an amazing experience and I would move back if I could. Austin rental prices have recently gone up to where the sq. ft. to price ratio isnt worth it, but if you can afford it then by all means these apartments are worth it. I miss living there!

I absolutely love living here- I was the first tenant to move into this apartment over 3 years ago (I have signed 4 leases) and I think I was the 2nd tenant to move into Building 12. The Maintenance team is very aggressive (meaning very timely) when completing repairs and personally I feel they do a GREAT job. The grounds are very well kept and the office staff is attentive to your needs .

We have lived in this complex for the last eight months and are extremely thankful for how positive of an experience we have had. Staff have been courteous and very responsive anytime that we have had a question or concern. I’ve not lived in apartment complex thar was so well managed. They are extremely positive and it is clear that they care about the residents of the community.A few months back we got a new emotional support dog. The apartment was very helpful in telling us what paperwork was needed and getting us set up for her adoption to come live with us. They have always greeted her when they see her and one of the maintenance workers even went out of his way to bring her a small gift.A huge thank you to Allen, Maria, Savannah (since moved to another Bexley location), and all the other staff who have made this place a home.

I currently live here and also see the staff is attentive to issues. Comparing these apartments to LA or San Diego, theyre obviously less expensive but still a bit more pricey than most. I think theyre slightly overpriced and they need a bigger parking lot. But, Im living here, content and not going to complain. Maintenance issues are no fuss to me. Thanks for the garage offer. I also had a TV issue from another resident at the gym there. The issue was resolved and care was taken and I got a phone call about the issue. Thats the way it should be.

I have moved out of Bexley after living here almost 2.5 years. The only reason I am leaving is because I relocated to a different area.I can honestly say I enjoyed living at Bexley. My unit was building 9 closest to the dog park. The 1 bd/1bath was spacious and clean & the rate at the time was a great deal. Here’s my long list of pros and cons. Overall, I felt safe and liked living here. If I were to come back to this area, I wouldn’t mind living here again.Pros:-Nice and responsive leasing office. This is probably the first leasing office I’ve dealt with that actually picks up the phone when you call and answers emails quickly.-Maintenance is always quick to fix any issues you report. They are super friendly & respectful (never just barge in unexpectedly).-Parking was never really an issue. Only if you come home 2-3am is when you may have to park far from your building.-Gym was always clean and well equipped with everything you need. They even had a peloton. My favorite was the lil outdoor section with weights & medicine balls.-Resident Events held regularly. This was super nice, especially during the pandemic when we were all stuck inside since most places were closed. They always held giveaways & gave out desserts, drinks, and other goodies.-Car wash and pet wash station. So convenient to have!-gates that actually work. The couple times someone rammed into it, they always got it fixed quickly.-package. Never had my packages stolen though even when it was at the door.Cons:-Dumpster is always a disaster by the end of the week, but I can’t really blame them since literally every Apt I’ve stayed at has this problem. One person decides they are too LAZY to throw their trash in the dumpster and leaves it in front, causing a domino effect to the point where you can’t even throw it in the dumpster even if you wanted to.-Trash in the halls. Once again, a resident issue like above. People have no respect for where they live and just throw bottles and chip bags on the ground inside the buildings.—Move out process was a breeze & I wasn’t slammed with bogus fees like most apartment complexes I’ve stayed at in the past! She has done everything that she could to make us not only feel welcome but made our move easier, and our time here since we moved in great!The maintenance is wonderful. They are doing upgrades and improvements to the property right now. The old company did not really keep up with the landscaping and they are doing an outstanding job of making it beautiful! When we have had a few problems they have been on top of taking care of it!Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!

It is truly a shame that I have to relocate and leave this community soon. Living here has been nothing but a pleasure; you really cant beat the location of this complex as well as the friendly people that also reside here. If youre new to the community, the dog park and hosted events is a great way to meet your neighbors. Despite unprecedented events such as the polar vortex last year, the maintenance team has ensured to address all issues in a timely manner. Throughout those hard times, David and the maintenance team maintained constant communication and fast updates when coordinating repairs. We will surely miss everyone here.

For the short time Ive lived at Bexley (6 months) I can honestly say Ive really enjoyed it. The property is quiet and gorgeous. The grounds are kept up with daily, the apartments are spacious, the pool always sparkles and I rarely have maintenance issues. When maintenance was request, they were quick to respond and and it was done correctly. To anyone looking for a new home in this area, I definitely recommend giving Bexley a visit!

Been here for about a year now, extended my lease for another 12 months. By far the most friendly apartment community I have been a part of. As with any community there will be ups and downs, but it has been overwhelmingly a positive experience.The staff genuinely care about their residents and it shows in the interactions I have with them and the clubhouse events that they set up.If I had to be critical about one thing, it would be the garages. I wish there were some way I could get waitlisted for a specific garage unit(s) - but thats just on me to check in with the clubhouse on availability.Overall an enjoyable stay and I do not foresee myself moving any time soon.

Lived here for 3 years and I really loved it. if I had stayed in Austin I would have probably continued to live here. Everyone at the leasing office was always really nice and helpful from the day I was looking at an available unit until the day I moved out. Maintenance was awesome. They responded so quickly to the few requests I ever had to make. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is because my hubcap on one of my tires was stolen on two different occasions and my car was rummaged through when i accidentally left it unlocked. Management hired extra people because of situations like this, I think they’re doing their best. I waited until my full move out process was completed to review to make sure they didn’t take any unnecessary money from me (I’ve heard bad stories at other complexes), but happy to say that they were super fair about everything and I ended up getting most of my deposit back. Overall super pleasant and really recommend!

I really enjoy living at the Bexley at Tech Ridge. The units are really nice, and the complex is very well kept. The office staff is fantastic! They’ve been so accommodating and willing to answer questions. The apartment is gated, and each building has locked breezeway doors, which makes me feel safe. The community is quiet. The complementary Starbucks coffee that the office provides is also a nice plus! Love the 24hr gym!

I’ve just recently moved in and it’s a wonderful place to live. They offer great amenities like a pool, dog park, dog wash, car detail and gym. Maintenance gets things done in a very timely manner. There are really only two complains that I have. 1. The parking situation is terrible after 6PM. It’s impossible to find a parking spot near your building. You have to park half way across the complex. 2. The gate has been broken since I moved in. I was told upon move in that it had just broke due to a vendor hitting it but I have yet to see it be fixed.

Although my stay was short, I will say that Allen by far makes sure you’re treated as more than just a tenant. I took over the remainder of a previous tenants lease because their job relocated them, and Allen made the lease transfer painless and kept the conversation light and fun. The apartments are huge for the price you pay and getting any maintenance done is easy with the portal. The on-site gym makes it convenient to exercise after work or if you like running there’s a maze of neighborhoods to explore. Would definitely recommend giving Bexley a try!

Weve loved calling Bexley Techridge home for a couple years now. The staff is exceptional-- Office and Maintenance. We always felt that they looked out for us and promptly addressed any/all issues we experienced. We recently had issues with our water heater and the maintenance crew came out the night before the Austin snow day, and twice over the weekends. That means a lot to us. The property manager and her team are quick to implement the feedback we provide. They really do act on the feedback, its not just a gesture. They even threw in a cute little gift for the trouble we faced, we really appreciate their empathy.The apartments are in good condition and the proximity to all things that interest our family make this place ideal for young couples/families. We will always recommend Bexley Techridge to anyone looking!

I wanted to lease the apartment for another year or so but the price went up more than I thought it would. I really like living here, I have to find another complex because I cant afford the amount my lease will be before all the other add on. It will be great to stay here and not have to move because of the price. The only complaint I have is the neighbor below me played their music so loud that the bass was shaking my apartment. They have spoke to them but they still do it. I will miss living here.

Fantastic Apartment Complex! When I was looking up reviews when I first found Bexley at Tech Ridge I was slightly hesitant because of the new management coming in and the turmoil this cause reported by some reviewers. I took the leap and am glad I did. The staff they have working there now is fantastic and whenever I had a problem with my apartment maintenance came quickly to resolve the issue. One of the leasing agents, Alan, is the man and was always helpful with anything I needed. I will miss this place now that I am moving!

This review is specifically aimed at the grounds keeper David. I live where the wind circles and brings trash from the dumpster and it ends up in front and in the bushes of my apartment. Everyday I get an alert from my security camera and its David cleaning up around here. Early in the morning when I leave for work, when I come home for lunch, and in the afternoon I see him diligently doing what he does...making this complex look good.Thank you David for all your hard work and as a resident, my family and I want you to know your hard work is recognized and appreciated.The second part of this review is for the fantastic response and work done by the maintenance staff specifically Beto. When the tank on my toilet cracked, he rushed over right away and replaced it quickly. Even though it was early in the morning, he had a great attitude and was easy to conversate with while he was working. In just a matter of minutes he had a new tank on and I was able to go about my day and know that when I come back, I could comfortably use my restroom.Thank you Beto for all your hard work and we appreciate you as well.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to call bexley home. The staff at the leasing office are so nice and friendly and the maintenance team is always friendly, professional and on time. I’ve never had a problem with any employee at Bexley. The apartment complex and clean and quite. Neighbors are also nice and friendly. The only compliant I have is that the in my apartment the second bedroom never gets cold or warmer then the rest of the apartment, which is unfortunate because I hate being hot, and maintenance can’t really fix that that. Parking not the best if you come home after 8pm but you could buy garage parking but it’s a little too expensive. Any crime is always taken care of right away, it’s nice that we get email updates on everything, makes me feel safer.ANYWAYS, I love living here and would recommend everyone to come to bexley if you can. They’ve made me moving out for the first time amazing! Thank you bexley! I hope to be calling you home for years to come! 😊

The reason I’m giving this place four stars is because of the wonderful front staff. They’re very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had zero issues with the staff so far at my time here at Bexley. Maintence is the best. My work orders are almost always done the following day I submit a request. Someone who really stands out from everyone is Damian. He is very friendly, quick to the job, and has been on top on my late night complaints.. which leads to why this rating isn’t a 5 star. The neighbors are LOUD. I’ve never had such an issue with so much excessive noise, especially after hours (11 P.M. - 4 A.M.) whenever there is an issue I call l the after hours line and Damian is very responsive to the page sent out to him. Well here’s the deal, for the apartment to move forward with any complaints they have to verify the noise. Now of course the moment I call and Damian arrives, said noise is gone or died down. I’ve recorded the disturbances, but it still doesn’t count as verification of the issue. The complex sometimes does a follow up call, but again, if the noise is not verified by Damian or a staff member said neighbors are not brought attention to the issue.Also, parking could be a lot better.. as in there aren’t very many spots after certain times.Other than the one big issue and the minor one, Bexley is wonderful and affordable. I enjoy taking my golden to the dog park, the community is well kept, and the office is very communicative with issues happening around the property.Also the community get togethers that are planned are very fun and I look forward to them every month.

I have lived in this place since 2017. I like people in office and they are nice. However, management needs to take care of their pool and noise problem. People play music after 10 PM at the pool and so loud. Also, parking lot is small, hard to find space after 6 pm.But still I like this apartment. Nice and clean :)

With a staff that is really willing to listen to the people, I would highly recommend this complex.

This place is AMAZING! We have only been here a week and I put in a maintenance ticket and someone came out the same day. Very nice and professional. Also they read my instructions before they showed up. This place so far has been a wonderful choice from the beginning!!! Five 🌟

Great complex, the staff has been very helpful with any issues me and my roommates have had while living here. Any time I come to the front office to get a package or enjoy a refreshing complimentary beverage the staff is very nice, especially Allen.

Neat and clean apartment complex. But very thin walls. I can hear my downstairs neighbors closing doors, arguing and babies crying on a daily basis and it’s annoying. Otherwise, everything else is cool
