    Amazing Property!!!! Visited Berkley House recently and was really amazed on how nice this place is. Sara was super helpful answering all my questions and was very pleasant to work with. Upscale student living with very spacious floor plans with modern styled appliances. With being minutes away from campus and Kyle Field is a huge plus for me. Donā€™t pass this place up if youā€™re looking for your next place to live.

    Berkeley House has been by far my favorite place I have lived in college (Iā€™m a senior). The amenities and rooms are awesome, and so are their staff. Briana in particular is super sweet and eager to answer any questions. On top of that, they host fun pop up events for their residents. My favorite one so far was their small business event. There were all sorts of items to shop around for, including a coffee truck! I always feel calm and comfortable returning to this complex after a stressful day.

    Adriana was incredibly helpful and informative during my visit. She provided me with one of the best tours Iā€™ve ever had for looking at an apartment, and her warm and welcoming demeanor made the experience even better.     Annabelle Hubert is the Leasing Agent who toured our son and his roommate. They lived in Callaway freshman year and she did a great job welcoming these boys and many of their friends to sign up for Berkeley House as sophomores. Itā€™s fully furnished just like Callaway so an easy move-in. She is an excellent tour guide and we are happy our son and his crew will be living there this fall.

    Liz was extremely helpful & very kind. I came to do a pop up event offering my services; everyone in the office was very welcoming. I enjoyed my time at the complex! The complex itself is stunning!

    I am going on my second year here at Berkeley and I love it! Maintenance always responds in a timely manor, I never hear my neighbors, they always help us to whatever situations we have. The community is safe and it is a great location for college students. I have never been sketched out or worried for my safety here! I love Berkeley and would recommend it to all!!!!!

    The complex is super nice! This is my first time living in an apartment-style home and I couldnā€™t be more pleased. The space is decent and the restroom is a great size. Kitchen and living area are very nice and comfortable. It has lots of potential to personalize to your own style. The one star missing is because Iā€™m not used to the traffic/train noise levels yet and they were affecting my sleep the first few nights. Overall, the proximity to campus is great so that makes it a top perk for me.

    Berkeley House has so many events to look forward to each month! Recently they put on a pop up shop for vendors allowing residents to come throughout the day and shop! Briana is also so helpful and able to answer any questions you have!

    The apartment is so lovely and spacious! Itā€™s very clean and has a very sleek, modern feel. My only complaint would be that the garage and building are separate which isnā€™t the most convenient for getting to your car, but overall I love it here!

    Berkeley house has been an amazing place to live! The staff is so incredibly helpful and deals with all issues promptly and with a great attitude. This complex has a smaller more homey feel than many of the other larger complexes in the area. My roommates and I havenā€™t had any issues with anything at all. The amenities are lovely and always maintained very well. The pool is gorgeous and parking is a breeze. I LOVE Berkeley House!!!

    Overall been great so far, lots of amenities that are all well kept. Rooms are clean and well designed. My one complaint is that the waffle breakfast bar should be earlier not at 10am because most of us are already on campus in classes.

    I absolutely love Berkeley House!! One of my favorite parts about it is the community! Everyone in the office is incredibly sweet and helpful. They are always hosting fun events such a bouquet bar or a sonic tab. These events truly bring the residents together and are put in by the hardworking office. They are super quick to respond to any need whether it be putting packages in the Amazon Hub or answering any questions. Berkeley House truly looks out for its residents. During football season, Marshall from the office moved his truck so my parents could park somewhere while I ran upstairs and changed. I am so grateful to have incredible office staff in the apartments. Additionally, the maintenance guy is always so fast to get things done. If we put in a work order he has it done before the end of the day! He always holds the door or wishes us a good rest of the day. Due to the warm and kind atmosphere at Berkeley House, I have always felt comfortable to ask questions. I highly recommend living here to anyone looking for a place to call home!!

    Berkley has been great! Move in was super simple. The only cons are that the train is super loud and being so close to the pool the sound echos through the walls. Overall would recommend!!

    I like living at Berkeley house! I love the modern aesthetic in the apartments and all throughout the building; including study rooms and common areas! The office staff (especially Marshal)are always super sweet and I appreciate all of the fun activities that they put on, as well as the quick response to emails and maintenance reports within the apartment unit. However, maintenance across the site seems to not get done as quickly. One of the gates has been broken for a couple of weeks, and one of the doors to the stairwell in the garage has been missing its handle for well over a month which just isnt a great look. Wellborn creates a lot of road noise all throughout the day (and night haha) this took awhile to get used to and can still be frustrating when loud cars drive by late at night. The wifi can also be spotty at times. Something else that I appreciated though was that I was able to walk to football games last season which was a great plus because game day traffic is crazy! Overall its a gorgeous place to live, for a good price, and super close to campus!!

    Overall, this apartment complex is amazing and everyone on staff if very helpful. The maintenance workers are so nice and quick to come fix something after you put in a request. They host fun activities or will give away free drinks. The only downsides in are there is only a handful of visitor spots and they are almost always full. With that, the wifi ALWAYS goes out. It is quick to come back on, but in my experience, I lose connection 5-10 a day.

    My favorite place to live. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The complex is small so the maintenance always comes quick. The office is always hosting fun events on Instagram and in person which makes it a fun place. The rooms are super nice and modern, which is why I love it. My room is also spacious, which is hard to find around here. I loved that HTeaO is next door! Iā€™ve never had any trouble with packages, the staff is always super great at putting them in the Amazon hub box. My favorite person is Oscar, heā€™s always really respectful and great when it comes to maintenance! Overall great place to call home during the school year.

    Had a situation occur that was out of staffs responsibility and was still taken care of with profession and sympathy by I believe the leasing manager with dark brown hair in the leasing office. I love the apartment, between friendly staff and nice features of the apartment I wouldnā€™t choose anywhere else to live at! Location is also a major plus for campus.

    I LOVE Berkeley house!! From the amazing management to the beautiful apartments, I have not had a single problem here! The apartments are extremely modern and cute. The office is super sweet and multiple events a year with free food/giveaways. If there are any problems, management answers questions and fixes it by a couple of days. I have lived here for a year and couldnā€™t recommend a better place.

    Ive lived here for almost 3 years not and I would not change a single thing. I moved here in 2021 and its never been a question if I am going to renew or not. Being close to campus and having a neighborhood to walk around in during the evenings has been amazing. The amenities are absolutely fantastic and for what I am paying it is well worth the money. Getting to campus is easy with there being multiple ways to get there from the property. The furniture and the appliances are so nice and not something I would never expect to see in a student housing complex. I definitely recommend living here if you want quality and a great price to go along with it.

    Berekley house is the best! Super clean and pretty! I have never had any issues with maintenance or things breaking. The front office staff are always super helpful and kind especially Marshal! Definitely the best apartment to be at near TAMU.

    The Berkeley House is by far the best play to live in College Station. My best friend and I have been to quite a few places around town, and nothing quite compares to this place. Maintenance is always quick to work orders, staff is friendly and attentive to their guests needs, packages never get lost- just a few qualities beyond the beautiful amenities in and out of the apartment, safe environment, and how close it is to main campus. Totally recommend!!

    It has only been a few short weeks living here but I AM IN LOVE WITH BERKLEY HOUSE!! I am already thinking about renewing for next year. The staff is hands down the sweetest people ever. The amenities are out of this world including a FREE coffee bar yes I said free! There is a beautiful pool, quiet study rooms, and a convenient gym on the first floor. Also, did I mention it is only a short walk to Kyle Field which is so perfect for game day! I truly wouldnt want to live anywhere else. LIVE BERKLEY TODAY!!

    This is my first year living at Berkeley House at College Station and it has only been 3 weeks, but I am already considering renewing for next year because of how much I love it here. The staff is so helpful, quick to respond, kind, and personable which has always been something I struggled finding when it comes to apartment complexes. The front desk staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home when walking in by introducing themselves, asking for your name, or just making small talk while grabbing coffee at their FREE coffee bar!Also, I love the location of this place! I walk to class every single day and it doesnt feel too long, I save money on gas, and beat the CSTAT traffic. It is also AMAZING for game days when we can just walk over to Kyle Field from our apartment. I love it here!

    Me and my roommates love our place! White walls, tall ceilings, and a pool we use almost every week. The maintenance crew come the same day or day after we need anything fixed and theyā€™re super helpful after hours too. Front desk girls (and guys) downstairs are so sweet. Never been disappointed with anyone working in the building. Only thing isā€¦ the train sounds like itā€™s inside my apartment. Thank goodness Iā€™m a deep sleeper;)

    Ive lived here for a year and a half and only have good things to say! The staff is super friendly and accommodating and I love having access to all of the free amenities such as the study rooms, pool, and gym. The rooms are clean and a good size, especially for the price. I appreciate how close it is to campus and can get to campus in about 5 minutes, even on days when traffic is busy.

    I lived at Berkeley this past year and I loved it so much that I chose to renew for next year. I also had the opportunity to start working in the leasing office at Berkeley this year. I can honestly say that working in the office has only made me love the complex even more. As a resident I always felt like the staff at Berkeley was very helpful and kind but working there has allowed me to see how hardworking everyone is too. The apartment themselves are way cute and my roommates and I have absolutely loved decorating the space!! I think itā€™s also important to note how convenient the location is and how comfortable I feel in this small homey complex that doesnā€™t have thousands of residents.

    Iā€™ve loved living here. This is my second year and I am so happy that I decided to stay. The apartments are gorgeous and every time I have guests over they compliment the white interiors. The maintenance workers come the same day almost every time I put in a request and are the nicest men you could ask for. The staff here looks out for you.     As the parent of an incoming freshman, the college housing experience is new to me but when we toured Berkeley House, I knew it was perfect for my daughter. The complex is secure and in a nice, convenient part of town. The apartments are updated and felt very homey. And the staff that I have interacted with has been wonderful! Adriana was knowledgeable and helpful (and extremely patient with this anxious mom) during the application and approval process. Iā€™m looking forward to my daughter having an awesome year at Berkeley House!

    I chose to live at Berkeley House once I moved off campus due to the location and super cute apartments! I have two roommates and we love it here. Since moving in, my primary point of contact is with Lorena down in the leasing office! She and Adriana have helped so much with my questions, concerns, or anything at all! Over the summer, I had a lot of questions before moving in and Adriana was so attentive to the details making sure that my transition was smooth! I love it here at Berkeley House and am talking with my roommates about renewing :) They also have coffee down in the office (major plus)!!

    Love living here! The apartments are very clean and modern. Some of my favorite parts about living here are the full gym, location near campus, Amazon hub, furniture/tv included, closed garage, study rooms & living space, as well as up to date Samsung appliances. The only downsides are that itā€™s close to the train so it can get a bit loud at times (you get used to it) & the closet size of my 2x2. Make sure to take that into consideration when living here! Overall has been one of the nicest places Iā€™ve lived in CSTAT.

    Iā€™ve been living here since August 19 of 2022. Moving has been a challenge but the Berkeley House has made it easier for me. There have been some instances where theyā€™ve forgotten some things as I was moving in but I just made one phone call and Marshall got right on it and helped me make my move easier. The Berkeley House management and team arenā€™t kidding when it comes to their residents they will help you and answer your questions instantly. Iā€™ve had another instance where my AC broke and it was up to 82 degrees, I made a phone call and I believe her name is Katie answered and she got right on it. The maintenance guy (Rodriguez) got here 15 minutes later and got right on it and it was fixed the same day. Iā€™ve lived in different apartment complex and nothing beats the Berkeley house.If you arenā€™t sure where you want to live I would come and tour this place they have the most nice amenities and management that are willing to help you with whatever you need and I say that honestly. If I wasnā€™t a senior this year I would renew my lease again.

    So far so good! We have signed the lease and my son and his friends have been placed into a unit that is reserved for them. We are ready to pay our 1st months lease for fall of 2021. So far everything has been smooth and process made easy by the amazing Adriana. She is an incredible manager and we are hoping that move in and the years spent at Berkeley will be wonderful for my son.

    Love my space, amenities, and proximity to campus! Donā€™t like the frequent blaring train so much while working on graduate studies though. Berkeley House is walking distance from Kyle Field and bus stations which are a plus as well.     I just toured this place and was blown away! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The entirety of the property was incredibly clean and safe, with it being gated. The rooms felt very homey and it is definitely one of the best apartments I have seen in the college station area

    We went to visit the complex and was so amazed how nice Miss Adriana was. She was helpful, excellent customer service! The complex is beautiful, in a great location. I love how modern it is and has so much to offer. The bedrooms are the perfect size for college students. Looking forward to sending my daughter to live there so near her school.

    I have lived here for a year and I have loved it so much! I have spoken with Olivia and Jansen on the phone a lot during the move and they have been so helpful with all of my questions and made my stay here so easy! I have always been very pleased with the leasing office as a whole. Great management with very kind and professional people.

    They dont deserve 5 stars. I was told that I would be getting a fridge in my unit when I signed. After moving in, they said that only certain units would get it, when clearly in the pictures it shows a fridge with a filter. The shuttle problem is still not resolved, its been more than a month - get it together. I called in several times in the summer, they kept saying theyre working on it - are they really? Lastly, the printer issue. There is only one printer, thats fine (i guess) but the fact that it always has some sort of issue is really irritating. One of the treadmills wasnt working last time I checked? Even when I emailed them about it, they didnt respond. Its either they are oblivious of what is happening in the apartment or simply just dont care. The management is nice, but I dont recommend this place at all. The only good thing I can say that it is a nice room and bathroom.UPDATE: so the treadmill works, which is nice. I donā€™t bother with that printer, and the shuttle issue still isnā€™t resolved. I forgot to mention that the complex isnā€™t gated, as mentioned in another review. The gates are always open which can lead to some unwanted visitors. Iā€™m very disappointed at the forgotten promised that were not met and will not resign. Be wary everyone.****UPDATE PART 2: I am sincerely grateful to management for making me a new key after I accidentally lost it in the garbage chute. I have nothing but kind things to say to them now and do recommend them. I thank the poor guy who had to go through the trash for me :( and take back any harsh words i said about them. they have always treated me kindly

    Great office staff and leasing procedure. I was very stressed about trying to secure a living space for the upcoming semester, but Clay Hines made the process super easy and fast!     Clay Hines was a true life saver! My son desperately needed a lease for his upcoming Fall semester at College Station and Clay helped us find an apartment! He actually took time out of his day off to guide through the entire application process and did not hang up until we were completely finished. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.     When moving in we had problems with our living room leaking but now that itā€™s fixed I would say that the management is great and really kind. They helped me out a lot.

    It has been great so far. I really love the location of the apartment because I can take back roads to get to places rather than taking the busy roads.

    I would highly recommend living here to anybody! The amenities are exemplary and the Berekeley House is truly a luxury place to live. The staff is also very helpful and kind!
