    I lived here for a short term 7 month lease and was absolutely blown away by the professionalism of management, the leasing agents, and the maintenance people. If you’re looking for an apartment community that has kind and caring management and leasing agents, super fast maintenance, emergency maintenance that actually comes out, staff that actually listens to your concerns and address them, and a beautiful and spacious apartment.. stop looking you’ve found the perfect place! I lived in building 15 and had great neighbors too! I cannot recommend this wonderful apartment community enough, if you want a real community and not just an apartment.. this is the place!The only reason I didn’t renew is that I was accepted into a school program out of state and I had to leave. 10/10 recommend renting here.

    Michelle and Iitzsay in their leasing office are so welcoming and very helpful to a new resident like myself . I gotta say I sold my house to downsize after divorce of 30 years . I had trepidation looking at the gazillion options all over dallas . But refereed by a friend to take a look here at bentree ttrails I went to look literally after one hour earlier signing a lease on Addison circle . The property almost feel like it’s out in the country . Beautiful wooded property recently renovated . Very reasonable rent . Property well maintained . I feel at home here more than in my own north dallas home I just sold .I’ll be here a long while . :) . I came here after selling my large 3 b /3 b home I’ve been in 6 years .I swear this place feels more like home that my actual home I lived in and in a neighborhood which I e lived in over 50 years ago. And I absolutely loved my house .But here feels more comfortable , more friendly people to be hanging with and the staff here are just happy people . They love to tackle any issues you have . And when you do request a service it’s same day always . Even the manifested men are very charming engaging men.Anyway , the property is fully treed and maintained .I literal drive right up toMy foot to park . My car is 15 feet from my door .Kudos to the owners of this place . Their culture is all about us their clients !

    My first year at Bent Tree apartment and I really liked the environment. Nice and quiet, the building is older and has low cellings in the apartments. I noticed spiders and lil bugs so I do stray. It’s important to keep my house clean. I added new paint and decor and made it look really nice. Assigned parking right outside my door. I would say it mostly middle aged woman and men, I don’t see many small children outside. People walk their dogs and clean up after them. No unnecessary dog barking and I like that . The staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff responds to work orders in 1-2 days. Addison has a lot of nice restaurants and things to do which is a added bonus….

    This has been one of our favorite apartments ever. We just re-signed to stay another year! The units are older, but well maintained. We love the location, management, and the overall value. Highly recommend!

    8/31/2023 - Its been well over a year since I moved into Bent Tree Trails, and if I could add another star to my rating, I would. Im old enough to remember a different kind of apartment management, when the top goals were twofold: 1) to be profitable, of course, because after all, its a business; and 2) to be fair to and respectful of tenants and their homes.The ownership and management of this community is reminiscent of that kind of management. The small staff in the office knows me by name, and the office and maintenance staff dont change every six months. I see the owner (yes, I actually know who the owner is) not just walking the property, but actively involved in ensuring that OUR investment and MY home remain not just habitable, but exceptional. Routine maintenance requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe, and emergencies are addressed promptly.Did my rent increase? Pishaw! Of course it did! Again, its a business, and anyway, were in a market that isnt necessarily tenant-friendly. Also, Im an educated and reasonable consumer and have realistic expectations. I thought the increase was fair.And last month, I relaxed near the pool with family (and nice neighbors I had never met before!) to watch the spectacular Kaboom Town Fireworks Show from beginning to end.Yeah, Im loving it here at Bent Tree Trails. Yall keep up the good work...and Ill keep doing my part!I had to find a new home in a hurry after being hit with a large rent increase for my 22-year dwelling. I started my search with Google reviews of apartments in my general area. I was disappointed to see all of the 1 and 2 ratings. Then I saw Bent Tree Trails. At time, they were the only complex with 4. I saw the model and fell in love. It was exactly what I was looking for, and 4 months later I have not been disappointed. This place is a hidden gem. Though its surrounded by busy streets and intersections, this community has somehow managed to remain pristine.I secured my unit sight unseen after circling the community several times and talking with potential neighbors. NOT ONE COMPLAINT about management or their units. Many have been here for years, and I know why.Deposits and fees were reasonable for my budget. Moving here was a win-win for me and for Bent Tree, as I am a good tenant! Thank you, Bent Tree Trails, for treating your residents humanely and with respect. Keep up the good work!

    Clean, safe, quiet, and dog-friendly apartment complex. The maintenance guys are very nice, and they respond to service requests promptly. Michelle and Toni have been extremely helpful and very understanding. It would be great to have outdoor cameras and do some repairs on walkways. The general drainage of rainwater is inadequate, resulting in frequent flooding of walkways.

    Extremely well manicured complex with highly professional staff that are polite and very responsive to our request for maintenance. Overall, great team. One negative comment / gripe: When it rains, some areas get muddy and the maintenance staff is not as attentive to the appearance of the walkways and common areas. Some less mature team members track mud and dirt around the complex as they perform their duties and leave boot prints directly in front of various apartment doors and windows. (Seemingly on purpose, to certain tenants apartments) Overall, very good, quick, and professional maintenance crew, but a couple of them dont do a good job keeping the apartment complex shared spaces free of mud and dirt that they themselves track when it rains. Its not their house so, they dont seem to care how it looks.

    My experience with applying to signing my lease was awesome!! All of the staff were very friendly and communicated with me throughout my process. I was greeted with a cute welcome basket, as well as given an overview of different amenities. So far it’s been a very peaceful environment and I recommend this place to anyone needing to be close to major highways and businesses.

    I’ve happily lived here for five years. I love it. My apartment is cozy and well designed. The manager and staff are responsive to needs or concerns. Any repair or upkeep chores are addressed quickly by priority level, most in a day.Other residents are friendly and respectful of individual boundaries. Come tour for yourself!

    Excellent no hassle move-in. Very clean apartments and premise. Maintenance responds right away. Rent is fairly priced and reasonable. 9/10 will probably renew my lease in the upcoming year.

    You take the bad with the good overall I enjoy living here. We just moved to a 2 bedroom for more space and the view is amazing of the park and fountain behind us. Maintenance generally comes out pretty quick and the office staff are very helpful and courteous the only downsides are these are a bit older apartments and I’m saying that because the pricing of everything is a bit much considering the age. The office is also great about communicating and although they have gone through three assistant office managers since I’ve been here Michelle has always been great and I think they found a good fit with Toni overall nice quiet place to live

    Moving is the worst, especially in the Texas heat, but Michelle and Tonie really make it as seamless and pleasant as possible. Great location and love the landscaping at my new place. The neighbors are really friendly and BTT is a great place to call home.

    I have lived at Bent Tree for several years now and still enjoy living here. It is a quiet and lowkey community and that was one of the things that drew me to it. It is centrally located, so you are close enough to experience all of the fun Addison has to offer, but just off the beaten path. And I have always felt secure knowing that the Addison PD and Fire Department are just around the corner.Management recently made many upgrades to the property and is diligent with upkeep. The maintenance team is always responsive and helpful, and the office staff is always friendly and accommodating.If you are looking for something with an abundance of amenities, this may not be the place for you, but what you will find is a cozy, and laid-back community that is super pet friendly (there are 2 dog parks), a nice pool, tennis court, laundry room and available guest parking. There is also a quaint park just behind the complex and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

    My experience here has been by far the best experience Ive had compared to any other apartment complexes. Its been calm and relaxing. The manager and Zac been very understanding and amazing. Overall, Im so sad I have to leave to be closer to my family. I never felt unsafe here and love how the apartment complex is well kept. If you need somewhere safe and nice. This is the apartment complex youd love to be at.

    I am very happy with my new apartment here at Bent Tree Trails! The staff here has been very professional and accommodating from the beginning. It is spacious and everything works right. The pool area is landscaped beautifully and is very peaceful.

    Ive lived here for almost 2 years and have had a great experience.Like most other reviews state, it is quiet and overall well-kept even though it is a slightly older property (which I dont mind at all). Also, the staff are always helpful and quick to respond, including our great maintenance team.Would definitely recommend to anyone specifically those that appreciate peace and quiet.

    The best hidden gem in Dallas/Addison area. The community is so quiet and well kept. We have loved living at Bent Tree Trails for the past 3 years. The office staff has always treated us like family and glad to help with any of our needs. Maintenance is quick to respond and there when we needed them. My husband and I are so sad to leave the place we built our first 3 years of marriage and had our first baby! We will miss this place.

    This is a quiet, peaceful gated community. Very well lit up at night. Safe place to walk your dogs in the dog park and on the sidewalk outside the complex. Need inside and outside camera for added security. Wish I had an outside storage unit, a kitchen island, and a larger pantry. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any problems I have.

    Bent Tree Trails has been a very pleasant experience. The community of neighbors are really nice, especially at the dog park. The staff and maintenance have been super friendly and helpful. I love that the area isnt too busy, and its nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle. Its still in a nice area to go out and do things!

    Great location, quiet, clean, nice shady trees, nice dog park, and GREAT service! Alyssa and Michelle are wonderful, they will treat you so well, and will assist you every step of the way. Theyre quick to get any service done to your apartment, and are great at putting on community events. The ONLY reason I left was because my newborn baby girl needed a house with a yard to chase her mini schnauzer in! :) -Janna

    I enjoyed living here, and the only reason I left was because I got a new job in a different city. The location is great - its a 5-10 minute drive to a lot of the restaurants and parks in Addison, but the complex is on a quiet side street so it doesnt feel busy. The units are older but management seemed to be keeping up to date with interior and appliance renovations so they are still quite nice. The office staff is very professional and easy to work with.

    Just wanted to leave this review as a small show of gratitude to the amazing staff of Bent tree trails! Not only are they extremely welcoming and professional, but they go out of their way to make sure all your concerns are met with plausible solutions. Michelle especially is a phenomenal leasing agent, Ive never felt more welcomed in any other apartment complex. Were signing on to our third lease term with bent tree trails and we couldnt be any happier. The apartments are clean well kept and the community is overall very friendly. Located in Addison and not far from several shopping, entertainment, and dinning options!

    General infrastructure is not very good. Potholes at the entry and throughout the driving areas are becoming a big issue. General rain drainage is also very bad, and walkways always get flooded. The value of the complex is good. The staff is nice. The amenities are just all I require

    So far so good! Will update once I have more time in the complex. I am moving from Pennsylvania to Texas and the staff, especially Alyssa and Lauren have been extremely helpful in getting myself and my girlfriend (along with our pets) into a new place. So far, staff has been amazing and the place looks great. Location seems to be perfect with restaurants and parks abound. Again, will update once weve actually spent some time in the complex.

    I cant say enough good things about this apartment. I loved living here and will definitely miss it. The only reason we are moving is because we bought a house. For me, this apartment had all the things that mattered to me:1. Safety - 1 or 2 cops actually live at the complex and the fire station is right around the corner. The place is well lit. There are no gates to the complex, which makes it a lot easier for visitors/guests/food deliveries. People decorate their patios and even though they are not fenced in, theft is not an issue.2. Good space for your buck - My husband and I lived in a 1 bedroom that was around 1000 sqft. It cost LESS than the 789 sqft. we had at a new complex before. You get so much space for the amount of money you pay. And I love the floor plans - they arent just one long room that is a rectangle - it feels like a proper home. While the prices at the complex are going up a little, I still feel it is better because of the actual living space. There are not a lot of amenities, but if you arent someone who uses a computer lab, gym, or clubhouse, then this is beyond perfect.3. Location - Addison is one of the best places to live, in my opinion. It is so close to so much. You have your own community there in Addison, and you can hop on the tollway to get anywhere else you need to - its literally around the corner! LBJ is a few minutes south, PGBT is a few minutes north. You are the center of it all. Have I mentioned the AMAZING restaurants that surround you? Yah, way too many to choose from.4. Very pet friendly - 2 dog parks and a community that enjoys animals. Front office always has a treat for your furry friend5. Management - very helpful, quick responses, excellent office hours including Saturdays. Great communication. Maintenance team is always there by the next day if you have an issue.We lived there 2 years and never had any major maintenance issues.No complex is perfect and of course there were some things I didnt love. We could hear our neighbors above us from time to time, usually in the living room. Never heard our next door neighbors though. You get one covered parking spot but there is plenty of parking everywhere which is great. There is no storage on the property so if you have overflow you have to find a way to make it work in your apartment. There is no rec center/gym/club house on site - however you can join the awesome and huge Addison Sports Complex for just $10 when you are a resident.Our neighbors were all super friendly, but people mainly keep to themselves and mind their own business. Would recommend this place to anyone!

    Genobeba is amazing. Even though I didnt get the apartment she was so nice. So helpful. Super responsive and knowledgeable. I felt welcomed there from the very first phone call. The grounds are clean. The unit I reviewed was super nice.

    The ongoing problems with the water service are disconcerting as well as inconvenient. I realize that a lot of those are the fault of the City of Addison, but in my mind you should get better updates re scheduling from them so you can provide residents with same. Also the big dip in the southbound entry lane needs to be repaired.

    I have been here for three years. I would certainly say this is a comfortable community in this area. Clean and peaceful for senior living. Management staffs are friendly to assist at any time. The place is large, open and affordable....it is a great location right near DNT and is pretty quiet for being right in the middle of things. Nice place to call home

    Amazing place to live. The new mangement is extremly nice and helpful. Maintnace is fast and effective. I have called them twice and both problems were resolved that day. Hands down best bang for your buck in addison. Would recomend anyone to live here

    The staff are professional and friendly. Requests for services are promptly met.I love my apartment. It was built in the 1980s, so it is sturdy. I love the mature trees and landscape.My apartment is next to Quorum Park, so I have a fantastic view, plus a backyard grassy lawn to relax in.The lawn has been replanted with grass that is thick and green year-round.The complex is quiet, the neighbors are friendly.Its location in Addison is situated near many fine restaurants and easy shopping.
