    I lived at The Bend at New Roads for about two years, and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional.Any apartment complex can make building and the apartments inside aesthetically very pleasing, but the true test comes when an unforeseen problem arises and how well and quickly it is addressed.The Bend at New Roads has one of those management and maintenance teams that spring into action immediately to resolve any issues.Marisa and Melissa have always been incredibly responsive and had genuinely cared for the residents, making them feel valued and heard.The proficient on-site maintenance team was another huge plus of staying here.I have had a splendid time at this apartment complex, but have to leave now due to a job transfer and I know that it will be hard to find a place as good as this one :(If you are looking for a place in Waco, TX where management truly cares about your living experience and maintenance issues are swiftly handled, this is the place to be.

    I have had an incredible experience at Bend at New Road so far! They were very communicative with me throughout the application process and would typically respond to my emails within 48 hours which made my application and move in process so easy. Since moving in, I have had a few maintenance requests that I have submitted and every single one has been addressed either that day or early the next day. The maintenance team is so responsive, very kind and informative about parts they need to get and how long repairs may take. I have never had a negative experience with maintenance or the front desk! Highly recommend living here.

    I couldnt be happier with my decision to choose my first apartment in Waco! From the moment I inquired about this place to the experience of actually living here, everything has been wonderful. A special shout-out to Michaela, whose kindness and support have truly made me feel at home.

    Been living at the Bend at New Road apartments since June of this year and have yet to have problems, Makayla at the front office helped us through all of our paperwork and any questions we had. The maintenance crew goes above beyond to help whenever we need it. Love this place and proud to be able to call it home.

    I loved living here! The only reason we left is because my husband got a travel job and I am not gonna lie I cried! These apartments are beautiful inside and out and they are so spacious! The ladies in the front office are so helpful and made my transfer from a one bedroom to a two bedroom a breeze. If we ever settle back here in Waco these apartments would be my first choice!

    Love the dog park and pool. Residents are super friendly and I’ve never had an issue with packages being taken. Office staff is super friendly as well which makes the experience even better

    We just moved in and man I am impressed. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and actually answers the phone. The apartment layout is smart utilizing every ounce of space and making it feel big. The pool/cookout area is relaxing. The apartment is 5 minutes from every store you need. And best of all, the sound proofing is top notch. I have not heard anything from my neighbors apartments. Very happy with the Bend.

    Overall the time i spent here was great. Neighbors are great and it is a quiet neighborhood. Facility is nice . Maintenance comes in super quickly for every request i submitted and i was super impressed by that. If you need to move out make sure you give the management 60 days notice regardless if your lease is ending.

    I lived here for two years and loved it! The apartment was just the space I needed and everyone is so friendly there. I always felt safe. The location is also great with it being right off of I35. It was very convenient to get into town.My only complaints would be sometimes the amenities didnt work and often people dont pick up after their dogs (but I think you will find that anywhere.) There is a really nice fire pit there but it was always broken. They also have one of those workout mirrors in the gym but it also never worked.All in all I really enjoyed living here and recommend to anyone looking.

    I submitted a maintenance request yesterday because my AC wasn’t working and the maintenance man was at my apartment within an hour! I’ve always heard horror stories from friends and about how terrible most apartments can be with responses to maintenance requests but my experience could not have been better! The technician was professional, friendly and fixed the issue quickly. I would highly recommend someone to move to The Bend at New Road!

    My experience at the bend at new road was all in all a great experience. It’s quiet, you feel safe to walk out at night to take your trash out and as a single woman, that is important for me. The apartments are in prime location and minutes away from the hospital, dining, and shopping. A new Cinemark theater is like 2 minutes away. My job was right around the corner so definitely a lot of pluses. The staff were always kind and prompt when you needed assistance with anything. The only negative thing is that since these were new apartments, the settling shifted my tile in the kitchen away from the counter and it left a big gap, and the cleaning done before I moved in was not all that great which left me to do more cleaning than I had anticipated. Again, other than those minor things. It’s a great place to call home🙂

    Beautiful apartments! Very spacious and modern. Wish they came with a washer and dryer in unit. Should def lock your car. Im from New York and my car was never broken into, in a year there it was broken into twice. Management didnt care the first time it got broken into. Second time they sent out an email reminding us to lock our cars.

    Just moved into the one bedroom, three story townhome and we already love it here! The complex is beautiful and well kept. All of our neighbors are friendly and easy to talk to and the staff members are amazing! From the moment we visited the complex to the day we moved in, the staff members have always been super nice and VERY helpful. We can’t wait to get everything unpacked and moved in so we can officially call The Bend home!

    The ONLY thing I liked about living here in Waco. I loved our apartment. We had an amazing view and everyone was so nice and prompt. Whenever we had an issue it was taken care of so quickly. The only thing I didn’t like was the carpet since we were in the first floor but other than that I’m sad to be leaving this place.

    Both Melissa and Courtney communication was great. They understood I was coming from an unpleasant situation and did everything they could to assure me I was coming into the right place. I was moving from a large family home into an apartment and their customer service allow me to see the benefit of living here.

    The Bend is gorgeous and the apartment is perfect! Tyler was amazing helping us with all of our questions and the move in went smoothly! It’s a quiet place and neighbors seem very nice. A great place to call home!Thank you Tyler for everything! You are amazing!!!

    Went to the leasing office and asked to look at my fridge. The water had been slowing to a trickle and the ice had almost stopped being made. They fixed it while I was out for the day. Speedy maintenance service.
