    The Belvedere has by far been the best complex I have ever lived at! Not only is the surrounding area beautiful and peaceful, but management is always responsive and receptive. Every maintenance order I have submitted has been resolved same day. Another bonus is that the complex hasnt lost power in my nearly two years of living here.

    I love living here. I use the dog park and the library often. Office staff are always friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff is the best Ive experienced of the several apartments Ive lived in. The area is fabulous - trails for walking, biking, etc. right outside, great restaurants nearby, a few different groceries to choose from right around the corner, and highways 99 and 45 are easily accessed. Its definitely my favorite apartment complex Ive lived in.

    I’m looking to move to the north side and I absolutely fell in love with this property. It’s like a resort omg! The floor plans are really spacious and the interiors are top tier. I was able to meet the manager she was so nice and welcoming!

    I have lived at the Belvedere for several months now. It has been The most peaceful apartment living experience I’ve had. The apartment is very quiet and feels safe. I love that it’s right next to 45 making it a great central location. Jarvis the leasing agent is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

    My stay at Belvedere Apartments was enjoyable thanks in part to Venus and Alphonse. They were always helpful and accommodating, going the extra mile to ensure my needs were met. Whether it was finding the right storage room, or questions regarding the neighborhood or packages. Their attentiveness made a real difference in my experience. Belvedere Apartments is a great choice if you work at HP, Exxon or need quick access to the 99. Unfortunately, Alphonse is gone - but Venus came back after a short stint somewhere else. Very pet friendly and a decent walk score for being in the woods.

    One month into our lease and it’s been great so far. Most of the issues raised by previous reviewers appear to have been resolved. The management team is terrific. Jarvis was our first point of contact and he has gone above and beyond to answer questions and assist us in every way he can. He’s handled everything we’ve thrown at him with ease.

    I love living here! It’s 10 minutes from The Woodlands Mall and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. My dog loves the areas dog park and wooded walking trails. When I want to catch a movie, grab Starbucks, go out eat, or go to the grocery store it’s all only 5 minutes away.

    We could not be more satisfied with our decision to become Belvedere residents! Not only is the price affordable, but the amenities are better than photographed or described. I am especially obsessed with the beautifully maintained nature and walking trails that surround the property, the massive dog park, and the friendly people! When all your neighbors have been residents for 3+ years, you know it’s a good place to stay. Special thanks to Smart City for the referral!

    I had a fantastic experience visiting this apartment complex, as an apartment locator. From the moment I arrived, Hannah, greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism.     WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES!!!!!My wife Felicia and I have penned negative , albeit honest observations here in the recent past (May-24), and to our very pleasant surprise we must report an incredible turn around has been on going. Firstly, heavy KUDOS, goes out to Mrs. Desteny and Mrs.Venus, they have been readily available, professional, attentive and friendly, even in the face of poor reviews, willing to work with and accommodate when necessary. This shows a tremendous amount of professional leadership on their part and the Valiant team should be proud of their tireless work.That being said, we have seen a bit of a renaissance recently.1. Communication has been ongoing and timely on all issues2. Zen Garden has been beautified and is now (pardon the wording) it’s now ZEN-y!!3. HOT TUB WORKING!!!!!4. Carpets cleaned5. Weed smell gone.6.Common areas equipment working7. Most importantly we see the Security Gates close to fruition.We will be re signing our upcoming lease because of your “Valiant” efforts.Well done Belvedere team. We are blessed .I must say…..What a difference a day makes.

    I would like to give an outstanding review for Jarvis. As a recent Property Manager of 20 years, I respect great customer service. First experience with Jarvis was through a phone call on a Saturday. Jarvis was the only one working and was on the phone with me. I could hear other customers walk in and Jarvis was quick to acknowledge them and let them know he be right with them. Jarvis answered all my questions I had about the complex. The Apartment was for my son. He went for his showing with Jarvis & Abigail helped also. They were very professional, took their time answering his questions and showing him options and reshowing him units. I think Jarvis has a bright future in leasing and will give you fantastic service. Please make appointment and view this community.

    This apartment is very nice. The office is great. We have dealt with Desteney, the manager, several times and she is always amazing. The office has great management and the building/amenities are awesome. The gym, library, pool and dog park is great to have. There is an on-call officer and they are amazing.

    Apart from being a very beautiful property and located in one of the best locations, I wish to put on record the excellent service being provided by the staff.I would like to especially mention Venus, a very cheerful professional who went an extra mile to address our concerns and our paperwork was flawlessly done. Even after moving, she has been very responsive and helpful with everything we needed.Not to forget Mohammed, who took us around the property and showed us all available amenities and explained the process of taking over to our complete satisfaction.The Belvedere team is highly competent and phenomenal at their job.Well done Team Belvedere, you rock !

    We sold our house and needed a place to stay until we bought or built. We had not lived in an apartment for over 20 years so we did not know what to expect. The Belvedere was very good to us for the time we were there.We appreciated the price, the lease term options, the covered parking with assigned spaces and the well cared for amenities. The appliances could stand an upgrade and it was the only negative from our time there.When you live in large community things come up occasionally, but the office staff always resolved the issues. Our neighbors were quiet and friendly.We were very satisfied with our decision to become Belvedere residents

    We are so happy at The Belvedere! We moved to Texas this summer and decided to rent instead of buy a home. We havent rented in 22 years and we have a teenage son (plus a large dog), so we were a little nervous about it. After 3 months here its going great. The Belvedere staff really care and take pride in their work and the property. Staff are responsive to maintenance requests, the amenities are better than pictured, and the building feels safe. We actually walk to work and access the lovely Spring Creek Greenway right out our door. Two thumbs up for The Belvedere.

    Ive been living here since 2019. The staff is great, they are friendly, prompt and courteous. Maintence (Juan Valencia) is so kind and good at his job. We are always well taken care of. The amenities are great and maintained. I love to use the hot tub. They put on regular events, bingo, holiday parties, etc. I have loved living here. Any friends or family are VERY impressed by where we live and that it is affordable as well. We all agree its like a resort. It has a LIBRARY with a balcony you can hang out in. Machines for free hot chocolate, coffee. Full-sized grills, fire pits, the pool area has plenty of chairs. Its been great and I would love to continue my lease here.

    The entire staff, from the maintenance to the managers, made me feel safe and at home during my 2 years of living here. They were accommodating in every sense of the word for me and my dog, and offered every amenity you could ask for for you, as well as your pets.I could not recommend a better place to live as far as apartment living goes, and I would speak even higher for the staff that runs the complex. My dog loved the “bark park” they have..which are separated into large dog and small dog sides. You won’t regret living here!!

    Lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. One of the best places Ive lived. They hold 2-3 cool events a month that are well attended such as a Great Gatsby themed Halloween party, mimosas, community dog walking, and lots others. Maintenance has always arrived in a day or less to take care of any issues. The staff, Bri, Jan, Destiny, and Juana are great and professional. I would definitely recommend living here.

    I have been here for 3 months now and this complex is definitely the best I have ever stayed at. The amenities are fantastic and well maintained. It is so quiet down my hallway, I sometimes forget I even have neighbors on either side. The staff has always been top notch, especially Desteney. She has always responded to any concern or issue that I have had and resolved it very quickly.

    The Belvedere is a great place to call home because of the great facilities, excellency of service, friendliness of staff, and perfect location near shopping and green spaces.I moved in almost a year ago and had a great experience from the start. Morgan helped me find the right apartment for my needs; there are many different floor plans so youre bound to find one that suits your needs.The facilities could not be better. The gym and the social lounge-with a huge TV-are some of my favorite amenities in the property, but the resort-like pol area is up there too.The level of service is excellent. When I moved in, I experience issue with my AC and Nicole helped to get it sorted out as quickly as possible, even going out of her way to give me status updates every step of the way. We want you to be comfortable in your home, she said, after the issue had been fixed. Another time, while on my way to the gym, I told Briahna about a couple things that were not working in my apartment. They were fixed within the hour, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Definitely did not expect her to get it done so quickly, but thats the level of service the Belvedere staff try to provide on a daily basis.If you work for ExxonMobil or HP, the Belvedere is just close enough and yet far enough from the campuses to allow you a easy (5 min. or less) morning commute, while also allowing you to unplug from work on the weekends.The location is great. There is an outlet mall, gas station, and a hospital within walking distance. I make use of the outlet mall every weekend for my grocery shopping, but only have to use the gas station once a month thanks to my short commute to work. I havent had to go to the hospital yet, but its of great comfort knowing that there is one near by in case of an emergency.Having lived here for almost a year, I definitely recommend the Belvedere for anyone looking for a friendly place to call home!

    The management team at The Belvedere was very very helpful in providing me with the assistance needed to ensure the remainder of my stay was a good one. They have been very accommodating but the banging , stomping and noise is nonstop and very hard to sleep.I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely move here again but 4th FLOOR ONLY.

    I have lived in my fair share of apartments and I must say that The Belvedere has been the best property by far. Not only does it have great amenities like a library and really great pool. The unique events and parties they puts together are always a blast and a great way to get to know everyone here. I will say that Briahnas over and beyond attitude is what really sets this place apart for me and I cant thank their staff enough for making my experience here unforgettable.

    Going on a few years as a resident, it’s quiet, clean and secure. Staff is more than friendly and professional. Lived in apartments for 15 years now, best i have experienced. They have events, clean gym, beautiful, quiet little nooks like library and nearby nature to explore- have done some bird photography here and wow! It doesn’t get better.. Elevators to access your floor level, 7 level parking garage so that can be trying if you rent a one bedroom with a roommate, someone has to park up there! Garage driving is a little tight and that would be ok if other residents were more cautious in their habits, staff has done everything they can and are diligent about rules. All in all, you always have a place to park that’s gated and it’s unlikely you’ll carry groceries in the rain as the hallways are all locked and on the interior. Staff invites and schedules recurring food trucks during the week. It’s super.

    Just moved in today. From the very beginning I was greeted with a smile and respect. I do apartment maintenance and I own a landscaping company so I’m always sweaty and dirty, and I find that people treat me differently when I’m in my dirty work clothes (in a bad way). Even though I went to tour in my dirty work clothes, Desteney was super nice and wasn’t snobby at all like the staff at other complexes that I went to. The apartment itself is amazing and the rest of the property is beautiful. Definitely recommend!

    I love living here! The staff consistently goes above and beyond, be it management or maintenance, to make you feel at home and cared for. Lots of natural light in the apartment, many fun events that encourage mingling with neighbors. Amenities and walking paths can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

    Ive been living here at the belvedere for about a month now. Desteney is absolutely amazing! She provided my boyfriend and I with our tour, answered all 100 of my questions with no problems and has been incredibly kind from the very beginning. She takes care of any issues that I have right away. All of the staff is amazing including maintenance and the other leasing agents. I highly recommend this beautiful place!

    My husband and I lived at the belvedere for two years. It was a very nice place, the office management was incredible and staff were always helpful.The gym was great and it offered different sport classes 4 times a week. It is located in a peaceful place. we really enjoyed it.

    From the moment I walked into the Belvedere, I felt at home - from their welcoming staff to fitness gym. I fell in love with their outside pool - where we have a lot of events and parties to gather community together! Briahna, in particular, stands out to me - she is always is going out of her way for residents to make sure we are always happy and taken care of! The maintenance and upkeep of the Belvedere is always top notch, which gives me comfort knowing in a couple years from now it will look the same, if not better than when I originally moved in.

    We relocated to The Belvedere after being flooded out through Harvey from our previous Appartments. We had very limited time since I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time. I was scared, stressed, very, very pregnant, and just overwhelmed! However, coming to The Belvedere has been a Blessing in disguise. When you first walk up to the leasing office you, feel like you’re checking into a Resort. Someone always greats you with a smiling face at the concierge (front desk) lol! The amenities are amazing and it has been one of the reasons why we have stayed so long. Our weekends are spent by the beautiful pool. It is family oriented, safe, and quite. Our now soon to be 2years old and 4 year old love living here. Our apartment has huge beautiful windows that make for amazing natural lighting. All the Belvedere staff are great! They have fun activities for us through out the month. We take advantage of them every time. My girls love going to the office just to say hello. Mrs. Juana has always made me feel like family. Briahna will go above and beyond to help us with any concern or questions. Nicole, Jan and all the Maintance team are amazing! I appreciate all the hard work that they do! It is always clean and very well maintained. I am proud to call this home. I highly recommend living here.

    This property is impeccable. I only put 4 stars because I was unable to live here due to my roommates disliking the 3 br floor plan. When my lease is up I do plan to lease here if the prices still permit me too! Morgan was very nice and informative, she gave us a great tour of the property. The location, the pool, the gym, the finishes, the library, the Fitness classes, and the jacuzzi! What more can you ask for?

Room sizing is great and the 24/7 gym is a plus in case if I ever go back on my diet plans.Jan was very helpful and answered all of our questions without causing new ones to emerge.Will more than likely be returning soon.

    Very happy with my decision to move here and call this my home - a corporate relocation from Canada. The sales and management team (Desteny and Brihana) were very patient and supportive with all the complexities and delays that this type of move entailed. I did my initial tour of the property nearly 10 months before beginning the move process - this was the best location for me (close to airport, downtown is close depending on traffic, and close to friends/family) with all the right amenities that mattered (covered secure parking, common areas, floor plans, Internet services available, etc). Totally satisfied with the choice I made here.

    I have seen all types of apartment complex’s in my life, but nothing as amazing as The Belvedere! From the wonderful staff as you enter the office ( Desteny and Juana especially ) to the beautiful wide variety of amenities that honestly no other complex I’ve seen can compete with. The staff was very accommodating and had great communication. The floor plans are so unique and the high security was definitely the most reassuring. I proudly give this place 5 stars.

    I drove to go look at this location, youtube videos do not do the property justice. So if you are even a little interested, please drive over there and take a look at it in person, it is really nice!UPDATE Jan 8 2021 - Overall I am still happy here, it is pretty quite and I rarely see anyone, even though the parking garage is full. The best part is the location, you are close to I-45, Grand Park Way, and Hardy Toll Road, which makes travel a breeze.

    Just moved in and need to take a few minutes to compliment the team here for making the initial experience exemplary. Quadonya was our leasing agent and the moment we walked through the door for our Saturday meeting she made my wife and I feel welcome. Id spent a lot of time online investigating properties in the area and was pretty sure Id found what I wanted, just needed to see it in person. She answered all of our questions, gave us a full tour of the property, and by the time I was ready to sign the lease she felt like a friend.Then on move-in day my wife and I promptly lost our key fob and had to call the office for help. Desteney took my call, said shed get right on it, and less than 10 minutes later Briahna handed us a replacement fob so we could go about our business. Btw, we would find the original fob a few hours later and it caused no concerns with these ladies, they seemed to just be happy that we were happy. Briahna would then help my wife the following day by answering a ton of questions, always with a smile.So thats the long version, heres the summation. Quadonya and Briahna made this entire process enjoyable, and I wish everyone I dealt with showed the same care and concern as these 2. Oh, the property ROCKS too.

    So this review has nothing to do with myself renting a unit at this property or anything of the sort, however; simply the amazing service I received while being there.Being one who’s in the commercial property industry I’m very accustomed to entering an apartment complex, briefly speaking with a leasing agent, and getting shifted towards management for any questions/concerns/tasks that might’ve caused me to arrive that day. Well today I met Briahna McDaniel - aka by far the most helpful Leasing Agent I’ve ever come across in my line of work.She not only answered each and every question I had in thorough detail, but also knew why I was there that day better than I initially did. Each time we spoke I thought I was speaking with one of the managers. She made my task today an absolute breeze and am looking forward to working with this property even more in the future. Knowing they have people like her on staff who know exactly what’s happening at their property makes everyone’s job that much more efficient!Thank you Briahna!

    We have been at the Belvedere at Springwoods Village for a couple months now and love it. The place is clean, quiet and the staff is extremely helpful. The amenities are also a plus with a beautiful outside pool area, rec room with tv, pool tables, coffee machine, library and gym. If you need a place by The Woodlands its a great place to be!

    Briahana, Desteney, Nicole are super nice and welcomed when I moved in, they’re very generous and has helped me with a lot, every time I would see them in the hallway, they would always be the first to greet and asked how I’m doing and how I’m enjoying staying here, and that’s big bc they care about the people whose living here and do their best to make it a safe environment. The people at Belvedere keeps the place super clean and there’s a security guard that’s stay over night and keep track of whose going in and out to prevent crime from happening. Within the next year or so, this area is going to be fully develop with so many activities to do walking distance and I’m excited for that!

    The building is very nice and comfortable. The energy that you feel as you enter is refreshing. However, I have to say it has a problem with the insulation of walls, ceilings and floors. You can hear everything all the time. Some residents do not consider this deficiency in the building structure, which makes it a bit difficult to rest sometimes.

    Friendly staff from the supervisor to the people that help with repairs. It is a very quiet and nice place to live, there is a nice library and five start hotel swimming pool. I had to move to downtown area for work, and I really miss this place.

    Ive kept a second home at this community for 4 years. The staff has always accommodated me anytime a little something extra was needed. Easy access off grand parkway, lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Highly recommend them.

    I have been at the Belvedere a little less than an year now and everything has been great! The pool is a great place to relax and read a book. The fitness classes are a great added bonus.

    Wow! That best sums up my experience with the amazing team at the Belvedere at Springwoods Village. I was in a bad way. All I did was explain the situation to Briahana McDaniel. And she picked up the ball and drove down to the twenty yard line. When I finally got back in town, Briahana was enjoying a much needed day off. Morgan Fox picked up the ball, took charge in the huddle, and brought us in for the game winning score. This team cant be beat. Do you think youll find a better, more high energy place to live in the amazing 77378 area code, or thereabouts? fuggedaboutit!Listen up, Cowboys. This comes from original the Chicago gangster. :-), aka Sailor Mike. Charlies Angels got nothing on this team. Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu are really nice. But Brihana, Morgan, Nicole, and Jenna put them to shame. And theyre for real. I call em Martins Angels. Well done, Sir!

    The noise control is not good enough, I can hear the footsteps from the room above. The garage is not clean enough, I saw a lot of spiders web around the corners.But, the facilitation that you provides are good.

    Went and looked at apartments here and Desteney was a great help and very informative. This is a great property if you’re looking with a good location and amazing amenities. I would highly recommend checking it out and ask for her if you go up there.

    Ive been living here for 2 months, its truly a pleasure! The attention of the staff is excellent, always available, both office staff (Briana, Jan, Juana, Desteney) and maintenance and cleaning. The facilities are always kept in perfect condition!! The infrastructure is incredible, very happy. At first we looked for many places in the area, but without a doubt this is the best.

    I have lived here for more than 2 years and it has been beautiful, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are incredible and the attention from the entire team that works here is fantastic and they respond immediately to anything.In addition to all the activities that are carried out for us throughout the year, they are wonderful, they make us feel very special.
