    I Moved in a few months ago.. From the start of seeing the apartment, to the application & move in, to now having a few months settled in. It has all been a breeze and loving my new home. Friendly informative staff, and a quite neighborhood! Haven’t had any issues and I do plan on staying here for some time.

    I was calling around on the phone trying to find a place to call home. After simply speaking with Ms Lucy and Ms Maxine, on the phone, I new I had found a home among kind and courteous people. They took care of all my needed Move-In requests and communicated the status with me. The safety and rules are maintained as well. Keep up the good work Ms Lucy and Ms Maxine and stay on it. Thanks

    I have been living here for 2 yrs I have enjoyed living here these apartments have improved alot Lisa and Luis have made a big difference they are very friendly and willing to help you in many ways!!!! The apartments are always kept clean and well maintained we have two of the best maintenance guys on our property Alberto and Pete are always on top of our needs they come real quick to fix everything we need I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone

    I love the staff theyre always doing things for the community. The apartments are well kept and always quiet. I love how the staff has a heart when it comes to certain situations. Theyre like a second family

    I believe that this community is the best Ive lived at. The staff is kind and always takes the time to be very accurate about everything they do. It is pure joy living here. I will recommend these apts to all my friends and family

    Yes when I say the staff is wonderful and I dont even live on the property but my mom do.. Maxine is so nice and very helpful she tried her best to find me a 2 bdrm and I felt so bad that I had to tell her that I found another place but she was happy for me....

    Love the people here even though people think the apartments neighborhood is a bad area these complexes have my respect on keeping a very safe property for us as well as for the kids they have activities for the neighbors so you can get to know everyone its just a beautiful lifestyle here very humble people. The apartments may not be luxurious but at heart they sure are.

    Bella vista is a very welcoming community, and the office personal are very mindful and considerate to meet ones needs and the apartment prices are very affordable I would recommend anytime.

    AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Stopped by to check prices and a Halloween Party was being held for residents the staff still welcomed me and attended to my needs! Will be returning soon!

    Nyelli and Ericka are the absolute best, great customer service skills, very helpful with me moving in and getting everything situated, they even have events here that they notify you on for family great atmosphere overall!

    Maxine and lucy are involved with there residents and Zumba is the best thing that happend and help me. ZUMBIA IS FREE! Enjoy coming to the events that are hosted here for the residents. It made me fell apart of a big family.

    It’s 2021 WELCOME TO BELLA VISTA POINTE I have been here 5 years and so far we can’t keep a manager more than 6 months and the pool is filled w unattended children no parents welcome
