I have noticed that any maintenance that is needed you all fixes it immediately. The upkeep of these apartments are excellent. It is safe, quiet, and peaceful here. I am enjoying my stay.

Misty and MacKenzie were amazing helping us transfer to another apartment at the same property. They were friendly, knowledgeable and they really take care of the property. The maintenance are also very friendly and so helpful. My child with Autism escaped our apt and the maintenance man ordered us a special lock for our door to keep him safe. I cant thank him enough for his compassion.

Thank you for addressing my light switch problem. Now I dont have to worry about getting shocked. Taryn and Cody the maintenance guy were great! I just wish we could get a good manager and keep them! Other than that you always take care of my problems with a quickness thanks

Kristina was soooo helpful throughout the whole process of moving in and our application,, we had so many ups and downs with it but she was there helping us every step of the way!! Definitely recommend!

Took longer time to come fix my plumbing issues, luckily my dude works for a plumbing company and took care of my plumbing issues...As for my bedroom door ,,it took a month to get here to do it ..I get the urgency in the apartments before mine plumbing should be the first urgency...also the leak in the hallway is fixed but not the sealing been like that for about 2mths now...The maintance man is very respectful n gets it done...n i see improvements...but my privacy is another issue i dont like here.

Can’t say enough how awesome these apartments are. They are truly a luxury. The apartment manager McKenzie is sooooo helpful and sweet. I’m so thankful to call Bel Air my home.

I am always after safety and peaceful neighborhood when it comes to apartment and this is the reason why I stayed 3 years in this place. The management (Luis)is friendly and approachable, maintenance problems were well taken cared of. The only negative I can share is the laundry center- some users are just irresponsible to keep it clean. Overall, I had a pleasant stay .

Staying here has been very nice so far as my first apartments and second apartment now that I am downstairs, thanks to Luis the apartment manager I have the downstairs of my dreams with a fireplace and small yard, my kids are happy and have told me countless times how much they love it here and they ask me how we got such a big place all the time too haha. Thanks to TJ and Lucas that have kept everything up and running I havent had a problem they couldnt fix. They even helped me remove my ugly couch from upstairs once.

The grounds are nice. The maintenance man TJ is incredibly efficient and very polite. The manager Luis is a complete professional and does his best managing a large complex. I would rate them for stars only because I do not like the way they do the water bill. But the professionalism and courtesy from the staff makeup for that.

Jacob in the office is great, hes always willing to help with any issues i may have. Hes a rockstar and i love living there! The maintenance on property is awesome as well they always fix things right the first time!

The property looks great, the rooms are huge, the remodels (laundry and fitness center) are almost done, and the Office Manager is amazingly helpful, efficient, and kind. Ive visited this property twice (once by myself and once with family) and we all loved it. I chose somewhere else because of the location but Id move here in a heartbeat!

Royal Orleans is a amazing place to live.. They office staff is wonderful.. The maintenance guy is on top.of his work. If I have an issue they get it done fast. Love this place!! :)

Came to look at an apartment and even during this Covid stuff I was shown an apartment with and treated as if I needed to live there. Every where else I have looked no one would show me an apartment. Christine gave me specials for the apartment I wanted. Go check this place out.
