I hit a snag when signing my lease, and when I advised the office that this is not sitting well in my spirit, they brought a welcomed solution. This office staff is very sympathy, empathetic and very professional to the needs of their tenants and that made me feel very at ease with my new accommodation. I felt so at home, so much that I slept like a baby, and felt so safe. It is a world apart from where I came from. Thank you Elizabeth, Alysa, Tyresha, and Victoria. I hope I got your names correct but you know who you are. Thank you all. I send a long life with you guys.

Reported a leak from the hot water heater Replaced the hot water heater in a few hours. Tidy up everything. Informed the other residents in building the water would be off for about 30 minutes. Then informed them when the water was back on. Very pleased with maintenance and the management team at BCAH. Thank you for your prompt response!

A+!! I toured this apartment 3 months ago but decided on another complex, but that was a huge mistake! My apartment let me out of my lease bc it was a dump, so I came back to Bear Creek. Reasons I came back were because of the leasing agent Tyresha, & how she made me feel comfortable & positively answered all my questions then & now. I’m so happy I chose Bear Creek! Super clean, quiet, & my dog loves the yard & park. 🤍

I have resided at Regan for over 18 years and have loved this property. The property has been through a lot of management changes but we have still enjoyed residing here. The office team and maintenance team are always so helpful and kind. The manager Lisa is always willing to go above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns. Great location and very convenient to everywhere including the airport. Property is quiet and reasonable considering today’s market. This property has a variety of floor plans including a mini backyard area for those who have a pet. I would have remained living there however, I finally decided to purchase a house for an awesome deal.

Almost 9 months in here. The apartment itself is very cozy and, thankfully, my next door and under neighbors are super quiet. The outside is very taken care of and if any fix is needed you can request on app and they will do it same or next day. The cons I would say a few disrespectful residents. When warm outside very loud screaming “kids” are often playing and I wish they would do it under their parents apartments instead of other people’s apartments. In the pool one or another resident will put a loud music as if everyone have the obligating to listen to it even tho there’s a sign not to play loud music. And assigned parking (one per apartment) could be helpful. As all places there are people moving in and out and at times is very annoying as it seems like there is either many people with cars leaving in one apartment or maybe they own multiple vehicles. But overall I’m happy in here.

My experience living here has been great! I am so glad that I moved here. Grocery shopping and convenience to the freeway is the best. Most of all the office staff are so friendly welcoming and willing to help and do a wonderful job.

I’ve recently moved into Bear Creek at Harwood 8/24. Im leasing a 2b2b apt; Aly Justine was my leasing agent and she couldn’t have done a better job helping me. She is amazing. Very informative, responsive and prompt.I love the area! Im 5 mins from work and my daughter is 5 mins from the high school she wanted to attend. The community looks clean and safe. The area is diverse, and the location is great the amenities in the area like parks, shopping, airport and dining.I love the layout of the apt is not too small or too large. I love the hardwood floors and upgraded appliances. Parking doesn’t seem to be an issue where my building is and the trash dumpsters near my apartment is well kept, however I have seen some dumpsters overflowing with trash.Im new here I’m not sure if it’s a norm, valet trash program is different than my previous apt so it going to take some getting use to I rarely ever use the service and really feel it should be optional I take my own trash to the dumpster 90% of the time. There no trash containers you just sit it out front.I’m located on the first floor I can tell kids live above me you can hear the running and jumping but it’s to be expected the sounds are hardly noticeable if the tv on. I actually met the kid he’s cool 😎 If it becomes an issue I’ll kindly speak to my neighbor about it.I haven’t used the gym or pool I have a gym membership with EOS not to far from here so I’ll probably never use em but the areas are both clean and this community looks like they respect their community ( except when it come to putting trash into the trash can it was an issue at my previous apt complex, the dumpster could be empty however people would just toss their crash around the dumpster. I’m not sure if it’s because they just being lazy or if they’re scared animals could be in there or one person started it so others followed but it’s not just a problem here its a problem everywhere almost everyone I think cameras should be put up near the trash areas to prevent dumping and to fine people who don’t throw the trash into the can. )Hope this review helps you I’ll probably do another review as a follow up in a couple months.

Since I moved two years ago (2) to the apartment complex, I feel very comfortable, and very grateful to the manager, (Janet). The truth is that she is always willing to give you help when you need it, she is very diligent, kind , courteous and polite. She, together with her work team, provides effective solutions to any event that may arise. She is characterized by being very kind and willing. All her good actions make one feel, first of all, a lot of gratitude to God, for allowing beautiful people like her to have in the condominium, where they make you feel that you are part of a loved community, respected and taken into account when required. These details and more make one feel a sense of belonging and desire to spend more time living in this beautiful condominium. Thank you so much .

Since the first time we visited this place everyone has been very welcoming and friendly. Tyresha helped us find our new little place we call home. They are all so friendly and will do whatever they can to get you what you need, answer your questions, and handle your concerns. Ive lived here since January and I have no complaints. If I put a work order in, theyre at my door that same day. Ive only had to do two, and both issues were caused by me. Theyre strict on trash and as they should be. City waste comes out 3xs a week I believe. Nothing is more unsightly than an overflowing dumpster as you see with too many places. The grounds men cuts the grass weekly. Yaneth was my leasing agent, and I adore her. Tyresha and Aly are assistful as well. They all communicate effectively/promptly, and respectfully. They have a tennis court and a well kept attractive pool that IS OPEN. They always have something productive and thoughtful going on for the community especially on holidays. If I had anything negative to say, I would let you know. As unreasonably high as rent is everywhere in DFW, youd think these apartments would all have a 5 star rating, as it is the least they could do. My positive rating for this place was earned. Im not renewing because of job relocation but if I ever come back to this area, I will most definitely keep Bear Creek at Hardwood in mind. I Appreciate yall.

Tyresha and team were available, accommodating, helpful, and kind with us (we were VERY stressed from the other place). Tyresha made the process easy and worked with our timeline. Our unit was clean, spacious, and very well maintained given the age of the buildings.

Our leasing agent was Tyresha. She was very helpful even when we had tech issues with online applications, and had to keep calling. We had a welcome package waiting for us when we moved in. Ive never seen that at any apartment. The Maintenance is prompt. They dont let things Maintenance request go no longer than a day and thats long for them. All in all our transition moving from another state Tyresha made us feel welcome (and the staff are welcoming too including the manager). Shout out to BCAH.

This will be lengthy as you see the body, but it is from the heart and time I share. I always intended to write a review about this complex and my experience here when I moved out, as I thought that would be the time to like as an exit interview goes, but I dont even know when Im leaving here yet lol.My ultimate goal is homeownership and not to rent, and I made the decision that this is the last place I want to be before moving into a house. That decision is not necessarily because of a timetable to my goal, but because I do not know a better community worth leaving to rent at again. Here are some reasons:1. The location is walking distance to several places like restaurants, gas stations (yes plural for that lol), convenient stores, doctor office, nail shop, grocery chains, car shops, fast food, laundromat, gym, daycare, school.••Walking distance to several trails and dog parks and kids/ family parks. You go to these places long enough you get to know people, and they know you, if thats what you want, you can be as private and introverted too.•••Family community Recreation center also, which has a big water park, gym, indoor walking track, and offers child care and several kinds of classes and events, and has a sports field.•••Driving you are right off the highway, which connects you to a couple of other hwys in like one or two exits! Also you can drive to other retail around here in Euless within 5 to 10 minutes.•••You can drive to other communities and retail in Bedford, Arlington, Irving, Grapevine, Colleyville, and Southlake literally also in 15 minutes! So you can find work and not have a far commute.••• One of the biggest plus for many people is the DFW international airport, we are one exit away from and you can drive on the local road to avoid highway or go on the highway its about same. Many job opportunities there too.2. The complex itself is beautiful, beautiful grounds, clean, landscaped nicely and not overwhelmingly huge with a bunch of buildings.We have events just about every month and contests. They do random events for us also! Some events are back to school supplies give aways, pool and BBQ parties, holiday decor contests, patio decor contests.3. The apartment styles are really nice and laid out and spacious. To me I actually feel like I live in a house in a way because of the size and the lay out, you can see the exterior is made to look like a house as well. And literally I have an attic!4. We are near a trail so you will from time to time see all sorts of birds and insects and such, but never anything crazy and nothing crazy has happened.5. I have to say lastly the office staff here is top notch! They care so much about community and the residents. My kids go in there for hot chocolate and to say hi, as well as other kids because they are all out playing alot of times and the staff is so kind. They are caring and patient and dont treat you like a deal or a number. I go in for coffee a lot and they are so cheerful and bubbly. Ms. Yaneth always already knows, and Ms. Tyrisha knows I like to get away and do work there in our lounge area from the kids lol The managers Aly and Ms. Elizabeth are so kind and personable always asking about us. The maintenance crew are so helpful and kind and timely as well. They just all never seemed bothered.Thats why I love it and recommend it if you can get in here because most people dont want to leave .

The maintenance team always responds to maintenance requests by the next day and the front office staff are very willing to work with you if a concern with billing comes up. The only reason I cant give it 5 stars if that the apartments are older and with that comes some issues, namely bugs and issues to do with water damage.

I have lived here since March of ‘21 after another complex down the street completely screwed me (after the winter storm). They helped me so much in getting everything processed quickly as I only had a few days to vacate my other place. I have only had to put in 2 maintenance requests, both of which were taken care of same day. I haven’t had a ton of interaction with the office but the times I have, I haven’t had any issues. Kathy (i believe she is or was the assistant manager) has always been a big help and super sweet.I have never felt unsafe or had any issues in that aspect. It’s an older complex so it’s not super fancy, but I do have stainless steel appliances and backsplash in the kitchen. I would rather have space over all sorts of fancy finishes, so it’s perfect for me.

I just signed my second lease here..... work orders get done quickly, grounds kept nice. Manager one of the best caring ones I have ever had at any complex. Love my apartment for the most part but not the noise of being down stairs as the apartments do not have carpet above so nothing to buffer the pounding feet! Worst mistake any apartment complex could make. Other than that I love it here and as long as rent does not get too high I will stay.

I have lived here with my husband for 10 months and weve had a great experience. The staff and maintenance people are friendly and helpful. We signed another lease to move to the updated apartment and we love how it looks! Everything is new and so nice. We have a dog and the complex offers poopy bags and trash cans all over so makes it pretty conveniently to pick up his poop on walks. The only problem is the dog park that we have. Some residents dont pick up after their dogs and just get away with it. Makes the dog park smell really bad and terrible to be in there with your dog because theres poop everywhere. It doesnt seem to be the managements fault it its my only complaint. Love living here! We also have a Cares team that plans brunches, Christmas parties, Thanksgiving dinner, movie on the lawn, game night, painting parties and we always have a blast!

I moved in on Thanksgiving day if 2014 and the place was ok ..I always had a problem with the maintenance guys.and the office manager who seemed to not really do anything except makes excuses . They never fixed things the right way... after living here almost a year at the property. It was bought and new management took over... Once they took over.. the maintenance was awesome. They fixed everything and have been on top of things since. I was not going to renew my lease at first but then I did because I was very pleased with how quick they stepped in and fixed the issues. My lease is coming up Again in May and I plan to renew my lease for the 3rd time.. very peaceful clean pretty apartments. The only problem I see is the lazy renters who have dogs and dont clean up after them. The office should put cameras up near the play ground area and catch the lazy people who are careless. Its gross taking my kids to the play ground and seeing a bunch of poop laying around... other than that... A good place to live...

Recently I had an emergency and the office staff responded so quickly, I was SHOCKED! Then in this stressful situation, the maintenance staff handled me like I was their family with very quick service and kind spirits. Not only does the staff go above and beyond here, they have a 3rd party organization called the Cares Team that puts together biweekly events to make it even more of a fun living environment. All off the residents know each other, we hang out, eat great food that they make for us, get pictures taken with Santa, the list could go on and on! I love it here.

I’m happy to change my rating to 4 stars and edit to remove my comments about the now-former management.Original review 2015: The location is great, the apartments are fantastic based on the price range, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would have even given it five stars...until the end of our 4 years there. That is where the praise ends. Management changed hands 4 times in the 4 years we lived there (which is obnoxious, to say the least).

Recently moved to bear creek at harwood. my unit was just upgraded, painted, new carpet and wood floor, brand new appliance, new lighting. every thing inside been replaced with brand new replacements even the shower tub, sinks and faucets. very few thing were needed the maintenance attention and they show up right after i submitted the service request online. i liked the place and the ppl at the office they were very cooperative with us. I have been living in Euless for many years now and have lived in many apartments complexes there, but this in particular we LOVE. The staff is helpful and friendly. Its really quiet and safe to live. The pool area is awesome with other games as well like tennis , volleyball court ect.

It is centrally located with plenty of amenities, I really appreciated the 2 and 1/2 years that we rented there. I would suggest the 2+2 for the best bang for your buck. take advantage of all Euless has to offer, great walking trails nearby with Southlake and Grapevine to your North. my apt was in the 1100 area which was so nice and quiet.

Bearcreek is the first apartment me and my husband got together and I have absolutely loved every minute of it. Peace and quite throughout the whole day. Unfortunately we have to move due to work reasons but I will definitely miss the staff and the apartments 😕

Loved living there. Moved out to get a discount with 2 other places but nothing Ive found have beat the amazing staff, grounds and amenities. These apartments are very well maintained though they are older. Sorry I gave up my apartment but I will be back again.

I was, until recently, a resident from 2005- 2008 ( when Landing @ Bear Creek and then from October 2009 to April 2019 making me tenured for ALL name and management company changes. There were some rocky years after Kim Henderson left as manager and before Maria Elena came and implemented changes that Elizabeth Mimms is now continuing . This complex is a mature property with beautiful landscaping ,moderately priced homes for todays market and a desirable location with easy access to major roads and convenient for shopping. Like all apartment living it will have its ups and downs and challenges. What makes the difference is how things are handled. This property will meet you where you are and help resolve.Every issue that I encountered was resolved and I was always treated with respect. When delicate situations arose management worked with me for resolution. Left only because of a job transfer- otherwise would still be a tenant. Give it a try- great place to call home !!!

The place is very nice, with trees and a park for children and pets. Quiet neighbors and community activities. 5 minutes from the airport and with plenty of room to walk. Yaneth has been a great help since we moved, she has always been on top of anything we need. Maintenance is super fast with any request. Overall its pretty cute.Today they gave away backpacks with school supplies for back to school 🤩!
