I have been at this Complex since 2021 I have had a great experience ISSAC is very Professional and handles his business. ISSAC treats people the way he wants to be treated whats wrong with that? Your are doing a EXCEPTIONAL JOB Keep the Disorderly Out Dont matter what Color you are!!! Keep doing a Great Damn Job ISSAC you are THE BOMB DOT COM I Love my 55 and over Community. Damnit!!!!!!

OMG...Let me just say this is by far the best place to call home. The STAFF is phenomenal whether you get Shannon or Robbin they BOTH ROCK!! The maintenance crew is awesome as well. Everyone of my 100 questions are always answered and if they dont have the answer right then they will get it for you. There personalities are super friendly and very welcoming. You will definitely leave there feeling like part of the family. The community events are the best. Wine Down Wednesday was the latest and it was the BOMB! Again if you are looking for your new home let this be your LAST STOP and let me be the first to say Welcome Welcome Welcome! You will thank me later.

We are in the process of selling our house and started to look for apartments. We had the opportunity to stop in and look at The Beacon on Westmoreland. As we entered the complex we were impressed by the décor and cleanliness of the parking lot and office. When we walked in the office Robin immediately came out to great us and to assess our needs. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the complex, process and what would best fit our needs. Living in a house for the past 20 years Robin was extremely helpful in walking us through apartment living in general and how our family could be positively impacted by the living environment and culture of The Beacon. She walked through the amenities (which there are a lot) and gave us a tour through the complex. Robin was able to articulate the benefits of living at The Beacon specific to my family based off what she learned through her friendly conversation and probing lifestyle questions. This will be a brand-new life for my family and Robin was very patient throughout our entire conversation by answering our questions, providing additional insight that we did not think of and just keeping it real. She even addressed my concerns I found on the internet from disgruntled tenants. Thank you, Robin, for taking time to give my family a tour and showing that The Beacon is not just an ordinary apartment complex but a family community.
