    Ive been living here for 8 years and although when I moved in it was a nightmare and a lot I had to deal with and get fixed I can say now under the new management its heck of alot better. Denise and Olivia have always made sure I was taken care of whatever I needed and was always courteous and honestly maintenance and pest control is always prompt. They keep the grass cut and have really nice trees around. The track by the creek is nice too. Its not bad at all here. Thats all I have to say.

    I will start by saying, after living here for almost two years, I did not anticipate that any review I would leave here would be positive in the slightest degree. That was, however, before Olivia Rutledge took over as manager of the Park at Stone Creek. Under her leadership, the apartment complex has developed from a place that was a constant thorn in my side, to a growing and vibrant community. The previously persistent pest problem of roaches has been steadily handled by the staff. The once frequent issues with water outages have become a thing of the past. There have been significant improvements regarding parking, security, and the general aesthetic of the complex. The Park at Stone Creek offers an affordable place to live in one of the least affordable cities in the country, and their ever-growing involvement in community outreach and enrichment programs cannot possibly be gainsaid. Most of all, under Olivias leadership, residents can rest easy knowing that there is a compassionate and altogether human staff working here. This is a wonderful place to live, especially for those who dont wish to spend an arm and a leg on rent.

    During this pandemic I’ve had a really hard time looking for an apartment. I had to share my experience at Park at Stone Creek as this has been a really great experience when I looked for an apartment. Olivia helped me find the perfect apartment and the great service she provided is the main reason why I decided to chose this apartment complex as my home. If you’re looking for an apartment and great service, I definitely recommend this place.

    I am the Resident Health Care Coordinator here at the Park at Stone Creek.My job here is to help the community learn how to be safe in everyday life and how to make healthy choices. Some of my programs include: I put on a walking club each week, where residence can meet me and we take a different adventure around the neighborhood. This month were doing a fun Thanksgiving craft event today! This will be fun for the whole family.I really doing this job, because I am getting to know my neighbors. In this modern world of computers and screens, its nice to take a break and step back and really get to know the people around me as people, this job allows me to do that.

    Things are getting much better. I can honestly say the property manager Olivia and T.I are really going above and beyond to make sure that we as residents are happy and comfortable with our stay... They are fixing things and making as many improvements as they can , Im pretty sure its not an easy task coming in fixing someone elses problems and taking the back lash I just want to say thanks b/c they have really been putting in work to make this a much better complex.

    Excellent attention in the administration,Olivia and her staff are attentive, friendly and energetic when they have to be, congratulations! , in terms of the units, you pay just enough for them, the maintenance is punctual and efficient, I am happy with my department and I hope to be here at least another year!

    I have lived here for nineteen years - pedestrian gate at Northeast corner of property welded shut is very problematic - flooding during heavy rains is a problem but management works with me in seeking resolution and does damage repair in a prompt manner - Any maintenance problems I report are resolved in a fairly timely manner - the office and grounds staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. As I previously noted I have lived here for nineteen years and that is, in and of itself, a fairly positive review!

    Up and coming area. The management staff cares for the property and they work hard on ensuring that needs are met. Olivia personally takes care of issues in a timely manner. This property is well managed!

    Just moved in and I love this place so far. I moved here from Phoenix Arizona and I love the scenery and everyone is nice here. Very clean and the people that work here are very nice and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend moving here.👍
