    I love these apartments been here two years they fix everything Ms. Connie help you when you need help sorry for anybody who feel different about these apartments you must didnt pay your rent on time or you didnt go in and ask and tell them wats wrong with your apartment, when I told them problems in my apartment they did everything new, I dont like the hatred that people put on. We dont have no crime and its calm and cool day and night

    We love our apartment. Its clean, and safe. My wife really loves the fact that we can call pest control whenever we need, there is no infestation inside anyway. The appliances are very new, and black. The manager Millie is very nice, and funny. Maintenance is also very trustworthy, we let him enter with his keys to evaluate requests without having to worry whatsoever. The maintenance man even helps with stuff he is not required to help with. The side we live on is very quiet, and peaceful. Our neighbors keep to themselves, and say hi when they see us. Kids play outside safely here, and theres even a very adorable cat we feed outside.

    I moved here in March the only thing I would of changed is the fact that I have to pay this high water bill each month thats the only thing causing me to not renew my lease here in Feb. Maintenance man is a hard worker took several attempts to get my AC working but I didnt mind at least he was able to fix. There have been roaches in the unit since I moved in but they do have pest control which helps but I dont like seeing roaches at all. My car was broken into twice but that has nothing to do with management. The ladies at the front office are nice. Overall it wasnt a bad experience I would come back in the future if they do something about the water bill.

    I have lived here 4 going on 5 yrs. Connie (office manager) has always been kind and helped n and circumstance Ive needed. There have been alot of leasing agents that have come and gone.... they all have been very courteous and nice as well. Ester is the leasing agent now and is awesome. Shes always ready 2 help or even go out of her way 2 help with any issues Ive had.Being as Ive been here so long... yes these apts r old but the 2 that Ive lived n... as I transfered from a 1 bdr 2 a 2 bdr have both been clean and satisfying. Of course things have broken and its aggravating and frustrating (r air conditioner, hot water heater, etc) but the office staff has always taken care of it quickly. They put n a work order and if its not an emergency say it will take 1-3 days 2 come fix it but it rarely happens it takes that long.Jesse ( the maintenance man) is the best. Poor thing. He can fix anything... anytime. Ive had 2 call him after hrs a few times but he always comes n a pleasant mood and happy 2 b able 2 help. Ive seen him start his day picking up trash and beaten down and tired by the end of the day but always cheerful and happy with me.The apts Ive lived n have been well maintained and kept up... they r not falling apt and roofs falling n. Also when I 1st moved n my old apt I saw a few small roaches... NO RATS and let the office no. They put my name on the pest control list and they came out that next Wed. Pest control comes every Wed and if u call Mon ull b on the list 4 Wed (weekly as needed). I have not had an infestation of roaches or rat problem n 5 yrs here.The grounds r kept up as I c Jesse picking up trash every morning about 8. Some places dont have grass other areas have beautiful green grass. I NEVER c trash everywhere.My daughter and I were considering moving 2 an apt closer 2 her work bc r lease is almost up. I saw pictures of apts where ppl had taken pictures of the trash dumpsters overflowing with trash.We have nothing like that here.Parking is aggravating but its been like that alot of apts Ive lived n. The pool is prestine when its open (closed due 2 covid and winter) the only problem I have there is there r no chairs or tables there and sooo many kids. As far as crime. Its everywhere. I dont c druggies and drug deals going down. Im sure theres occasional thefts... I just havent heard about it.Also n the 2 apts Ive lived and driving thru the apts on the way n and out I dont c kids running and playing everywhere.As I was looking at apts 2 move 2 I realized some dont come with some of the amenities theyhave here. We have full kitchen appliances, washer and dryer connections,pets allowed, etc. Its quiet, clean, fairly safe and Ive enjoyed living here. If others have had problems Im sorry... I usually have pretty bad luck and I was on the waiting list 4 a long time 2 get n2 these apts but Im glad I did.,

    A year agoI love this property ! I highly recommend to all my family and friends all the time. Management in the office was present and very professional. Ester is very patient when listening to my situations and very professional handled everything perfect .i love her n respect her. The property is clean,you dont have to worry about people being disrespectful towards ur property or apartment .its located by many convenient shopping areas/buildings and storages. I feel safe with my kids here and had no problems with roaches or rats or ants Thank you Avistar for all of your services, my family appreciates you FIVE STARS to ESTHER PEREZ

    Ester is awesome and super helpful! I have some complications that where denied at other locations and she made a way for me such a blessing! Any issues Ive ran across are addressed immediately, they spray for bugs at least once a month nice neighbors

    Avistar on the Hills has lots of restaurants and has Elementary, Middle and, High School around the area. The Ingram Mall is just about around the corner. I love being able to just walk to and from my apartment. I love it.πŸ’“

    Staff is very nice and fair. They resolve problem as soon as possible. The atmosphere is great so chill and peaceful. Very great choice of apartment .
