Ive been here for 6 months now and I love it. Ive always lived on the Northeast side of town but moved this way to be close to work. I am happy with the community, its very safe and quiet. Anytime Ive put in a work order whether it be a maintenance issue or pest control they take care of it right away! During the holidays they did a lot for us, not a lot of apartment complexes do that anymore. Hailey and Zannery are awesome and very understanding. I have nothing but good things to say about Avistar, definitely recommend.

Ive been living at Avistar on the Blvd since 2017, and during that time, I’ve moved three times within the community. Each move was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the staffs support and organization.Theyve always been incredibly responsive to service requests, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently. Its clear that they care about making this a comfortable place to live.From maintenance to management, everyone is professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Avistar on the Blvd for anyone looking for a well-maintained, resident-focused apartment community!

This community is quiet & affordable. Neighbors are all friendly and personable. Dog friendly! You’ll see everyone walking and working out…..with neighborhood children playing. The complex has a well equipped gym. The Avistar is centrally located close to I-10, loop 1604, and 410. Close to tons of shopping center’s & restaurants. Avistar On The Blvd is truly a hidden gem in the heart of San Antonio.

These apartments have been affordable, friendly, and understandable. I am in my second year at these apartments and I have no issues living here. The office is really understanding and can help in whatever way they can. The maintenance team is also incredibly helpful. In my 9 years living here in San Antonio I have never met such committed staff in an Apartment complex. Thanks to everyone in the office and maintenance team, these apartments are a no brainer for a calm, affordable and comfortable stay!

I had a good experience living in the apartment complex over the last year. The new manager has been a wonderful addition to the team. She is professional and attentive to the needs of the residents. The location is convenient, and the community is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

The management team is also very helpful and try to resolve and help in best possible way. Specially the two girls( Melina & Zennery) always welcome with their pleasant smile. I highly recommend this apartment complex in the USAA vicinity.

Nice apartmentS. Area is great. Conveniently located down from the RIM and various other shopping centers. HEB right down the street and WALMART down the road!Also right down the street from MEDICAL CENTER. My unit is fairly new. Nicely renovated! The apartments are fairly good. quiet residents who keep to themselves. The pools are cool and a great spot for the family! Someone’s always throwing out almost new furniture so you really don’t know what you’ll find there! Great Plus! And Leasing Agent ZANNERY is very great at her job! She went above and beyond to help me get my apartment! I was in a pretty bad situation and she helped me through it! She really looks out for the Leasers! I’d recommend to speak with her if ur in a tight spot! Great deal compared to local prices!!!!

As of today my lease ended. Was a resident for a 1.5 years. First apt was total loss due to a fire. The management did assist and find me a new apt to stay in. It was a rush and run down but livable. Only issue was the door frame was broken as if someone tried to break down the door. Requested to have it fixed and even though it was approved it was never done. The result was ants and dust coming in under the frame and the A/C staying on constantly. Maintenance attempted to fix it but just made it worse. Pools have never been open in the year i have been a living here. My truck has been broken into before multiple times. Constant occurrence of the water being shut off due to the hot water pipe busting in the same spot by building 17. Gym has broken equipment closed since covid. For the price and space its worth it.But honestly there are better options. This one is good for a budget.

Ive been living in Avistar on the Blvd, since Nov 2016 and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff Brittany and manager Amy are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance team does a very good job in closing all the requests pretty quick. I had them help me with a water emergency once during late hours. I appreciate them for making my stay pleasant and enjoyable. The apartment complex is very close to schools, departmental stores , offices and major highways making it very convenient to live here.

Overall it’s a fair place for the price. Maintenance is super friendly and take care of things pretty quickly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the apartments themselves are in good condition.My only complaint is that the “fitness center” is just a broken treadmill and an a elliptical, so you better invest in a gym membership. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to live.

Very friendly leasing staff, always greet me and remember me by name! Small detail but makes me feel more welcome. The maintenance teams response to service orders is the fastest Ive ever had in an apartment. Fair price for unit in quiet area close to everything I need.

I love my home, washer and connections, and a fireplace. Maintenance is slow as well as the overwhelmed office staff, but when there is a serious problem you can count on Alice, Hailey, Zannary, and John to take care of their tenants. My sincere thank you Avistar!!!!!

Ladies staff are really helpful even in the weekends to help me, Maria came to help me emergency contact, Alice the property manager is always helpful, maintance staff always do my work order in time and do a great job. I am glad that Alice got rid all the Taxi drivers and fix the gates and is the reason I am still here. As long the office has great staff with smile I will be here.

I have no complaints about this complex. Parking is extremely accessible. The complex is small so if you have to park a bit far it’s only adding a 20sec walk. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Maintenance team is wonderful. They have been constantly upgrading the other units and keep you updated on part orders for your unit. My ac went out in the summer; which happens when you run an ac constantly throughout the weeks; it happens at every complex, even the luxury ones; the staff was quick to get the approval for a much more energy efficient and powerful ac that I have been completely satisfied with. Had to wait a week but that’s how part orders work, nothing a few fans, cold showers, and the window unit they provided couldn’t fix to help me get through. I didn’t have a complaint about the wait time and if I did I would rather complain to the vendor and postal/delivery service... the maintenance team doesn’t build these parts from scratch so yes there is a wait time. But they sure are quick to install them when they arrive. The staff that work the office are very nice. They give you direct information that is easy for anyone to understand. I can’t imagine any complaints made against them unless maybe you think that you’re the only person living in the complex not understanding how a maintenance queue works. Yes there are kids that run around but that’s not an apartment complex issue that’s a parenting one.. they can send notices all they want but it is up to the parents to take care of that issue. The complex has already invested in signs that warn you that kids are at play. As long as you are doing the speed limit and not racing around the complex or texting and driving then you will be fine and the kids will be safe. It’s not like they are jumping out at your car trying to get hit....... The online options to make request and pay bills is super easy. The price for the area is affordable even with the yearly increase in rent. Which happens at any complex when you get a move in special below market rate. Increases are normal because that’s how real estate works.. the more additions to the surrounding area means market value increases. When rent increases that means more money to reinvest in the property to keep residents like myself happy. I enjoy this place very much. It’s a good starter apartment. The location, staff and the apartment itself is worth giving it a try. Thank you Avistar for always taking care of my needs and keeping my packages safe! Y’all are the best!

Great place to live. I have lived here a year. I just renew my contact. I am moving need to sub lease my appartment. I am moving out of v town. I have the big 1 bed with washer and dryer connection. For 709 a month. I am moving out end of the month. The appartments does not have any specials apartment going for 780. Still 11 months on the lease.

During the recent winter storms, I went to rescue a friend when he lost power and water. We expected him to be displaced for several days. The staff went above and beyond to limit the disruption. After a day or so, we were personally contacted by the manager to let us know that everything was taken care of. I was thoroughly impressed with her efforts.

I really hope I get an approval for these apartments I went in for a tour today and the lady I got was awesome she showed me the apartment that was available and also made sure to fill me in with all the new remodeling that is being done! I am willing to pay the deposit of 400 I extremely love this apartment and i do have a broken lease so I hope they can work with me.

Hidden little gem here in San Antonio! These apartments are not only affordable, but extremely quiet. Neighbors are all nice and personable. This is a pet friendly community! Located right across the street to an elementary for your little one’s education. Amenities include a little gym to get a workout in! The location is phenomenal. A couple of miles to I-10, 1604, and 410. H-E-B, Walmart, restaurants and shopping centers all within miles. The maintenance crew is fast and efficient! I personally recommend these apartments and feel safe here.
