    I went into the Avery to fill out an application while I was on a quest for my new residency… I was greeted at the door with excitement and extreme niceness from the staff. The property manager was there assisting another resident and gave me a warm smile and polite gesture to acknowledge my presence because it was really busy at the moment… once she was able to assist me she took her time and was very knowledgeable of the property. Her kindness helped me make the final decision to end my search for a new home and immediately decided to choose the Avery at Harpers Preserve. The property was beautiful the pool was so crystal clear the unit I was shown (the model) was drop dead gorgeousSo my decision is Final! I Loved the Avery! Thanks so much to the staff and a special thanks to the awesome property manager Susan!!!

    We have been here for 6 years and we loved living here. Reason why we moved is because my family grew and we needed more space. Other than that, we would have stayed. We will absolutely miss this property. It was our first home moving to Houston.So here is our 6 year review. The new management company is great. Theyre very curtious and helpful. Maintenance has been amazing. Theyve helped us with so many things including providing air filters to the AC unit. Our apartment was 2 bed/2bath. Beautiful built in book shelves, massive master bedroom and bath with his/her sinks, large walk in closet in the Master, outside storage, and a spacious living area.Pros:- Valet trash pick up 5 days a week. (Super helpful regardless which building you live in)- Plenty of Parking (biased because we lived in Building 4)- Responsive Maintenance Team- Safe Community within the complex and the Harpers Preserve- Quick Responsiveness from the office team- Beautiful Pool and Gazebo area, and walking common/Preserve area- Pet Friendly with waste 🗑 around every corner.- If you are car guy like me, they have a car wash area.- Close to HEB, restaurants, and retail shops.Cons:- 242 traffic rush hour traffic. But this is something that the Apartment has no control over.Like I said, We lived here for 6 years, and we had no problems with the apartment, maintenance or the office.

    Antonio and team were great to work with for our short term housing needs. Canceling our lease early worked well. Maintenance in our apartment was amazing. Our third floor unit was quiet and had a nice shady patio.

Tonys exceptional professionalism ensures every tenant feels like a valued customer, while Jennifer consistently goes above and beyond. Susans willingness to assist wherever needed adds to the sense of security and comfort. Without hesitation, I can confidently say that moving to The Avery was the best decision—this team truly sets the standard for excellence.

    Christian, Susan, Jasmine and the whole team went above and beyond to assist in the qualification process! I am so grateful to them, they truly care about their customers, and they have been doing a great job dealing with the transition to a new property management company. I thank God for them, they are truly a blessing!I love this apartment. All the residents that I have met have been friendly and welcoming. The gym is outstanding, and the grounds are extraordinarily well kept. I really like the amount of green space we have, too. The location is great! The area feels up-and-coming, and quite safe; not to mention that it has easy access to the Woodlands mall and surrounding amenities. The Avery at Harpers Preserve is the place for me!

    My husband and I lived here for 5 years before everything around the apartment started to build! We love the convenience of all of the new places and the traffic isn’t a lot worse except for high traffic times. Jennifer was a great resource while we were there & during our closing process.

    As someone who moved out here last minute, Jennifer and Susan both made my move-in and time here seamless and enjoyable! I came out with no family or friends and I was instantly welcomed with open arms! Jennifer was always extremely helpful (And thats an understatement) with any concern I came to her with! Both ladies really felt like family, it was like a home away from home truly! I cant thank you enough, Jennifer! Your kindness, problem-solving, and showing that you actual care will truly take you far and does not go unnoticed. I hate that I even had to leave. However, this was my first apartment complex and I can say I am super blessed to have been able to stay here (NO EXAGGERATION). I have 0 complaints and I would recommend anybody to stay here.

    Hands down the BEST apartment complex I have ever lived at! My little family and I lived there for 2 years. We were honestly super sad to leave, but we had to relocate because of my job. Amy was so amazing, super sweet, and very professional. The maintenance guys were always quick to fix whatever you needed. Super clean, and quiet place. I definitely recommend if you are thinking about moving in, do it!

    I lived here for a year and half and had to move for my job. I really enjoyed my time here! Every work order or request I had was handled immediately. The apartments are pretty quiet and neighbors are relatively friendly. The move in and move out process was pretty easy, and my deposit was fully refunded. There are many resident events and management really tries to make sure everyone enjoys living here. The only negative was having to pay to replace light bulbs as mine went out very often. If you get home late at night parking close to your building can sometimes be hard but this happens at every complex. Overall, one of my favorite apartments I have lived at.

    PLEASE READ! Any complex I have been a part of or even considered has always had some sort of flaws. This may be the ONLY exception. The property itself is gorgeous on its own, but the staff and friendly neighbors elevate it to the next level. Everytime I am in need of a service or even a simple question, the front desk immediately recognizes and delivers without hesitation. 1000% would recommend to yourself or anyone you know looking to make their life easier and if you have the option, ask to speak with Susan! You won’t regret it.

    5 starsThe Heights is a sweet hideaway community that is beautiful and has great amenities. I have never been one who likes apartment living. However, I can truly say that I have been pleasantly surprised. We have a beautiful view of the preserve area, the staff are very accommodating and eager to please. They offer free laundry service twice a week and valet trash. The landscaping is beautiful and are maintained daily, not to mention they are very pet friendly. I cant say enough good about living here. After looking at many apartment complexes, The Heights proved to be best suited for us. The living area is roomy as well as the closet space, which is a must for me. Luxury living for sure.Wanda Kelly

    Avery @ Harpers Preserve is a beautiful property that I stumbled upon and am eager to be a part of. Antonio Becerril has been an amazing Leasing Consultant who is extremely patient, answers all of my questions and does a great job being as thorough as possible explaining everything. Jennifer Burns the Assistant Community Manager is also incredible. Providing great customer service is a huge plus for me and both Antonio & Jennifer are an asset to this community. They are warm and personable & I cannot speak more highly of my experience thus far.

    My husband and I moved in almost a year ago and have been so happy with our choice! Jen was the first person we met and she was so helpful, especially with our move from out of state. She has gone out of her way to help us feel comfortable and always available when needed. The maintenance staff go above and beyond to help with any issues - and so prompt! Amy, Jen, and all the staff have been so professional and accessible. Great place to live!

    I currently live here in a one bedroom and was looking to switch to a 2 bedroom. Came in 30 minutes before closing to see about a 2 bedroom floor plan/to see if any were available and how to go about transferring units. The leasing agent in the office, Christian was super nice and still showed me around. Even though they didnt have a two bedroom to show at the moment, I was able to view a three bedroom and he took the time to explain the differences between units so that I would have a good idea of what to expect. He even took a few extra minutes past closing to answer all my questions about how I could add a roommate to my lease and what she had to do to apply :) The staff here is super friendly and the property is beautiful. If youre looking for a new place to call home definitely come up and grab a lease before theyre all gone! you wont regret it :)

    Been living here almost 3 months now. Property is beautiful and very well maintained. Pool is beautiful. Nice health center. Staff is excellent - from the delightful and professional ladies in the front office to the maintenance staff. Maintenance requests (ceiling light bulbs and a ceiling fan that died) were responded to and remedied very quickly. No complaints. Excellent property and excellent staff.

    We will be moving in January and the whole leasing process has been efficient and good. Since the previous tenants still live there, we havent seen our actual apartment however, going by similar apartments and what weve heard, we think its going to be good.

    This place has been the absolute best ever since they switched management. Amy is the kindest most considerate manager weve ever had and she makes sure her staff maintains those same standards. Most of the residences here are incredible people who take pride in the community to ensure its clean and enjoyable. The maintenance crew is prompt with the service requests to ensure they are taken care of in a timely manner and incredibly friendly, especially Gil! Weve been here for almost 4 years now and the idea of leaving is actually heartbreaking. Especially with new developments like HEB and Crust Pizza right across the street.The only thing I can say is the poolside grill needs an update, but that doesnt even phase me. Thank you Heights @ Harpers Preserve for making this a wonderful home for me and my family :D

    Since moving in the apartments great. The last property management didn’t seem to have their ducks in a row but Since valiant (not sure if I spelled that right) came it’s been great they put a lot of new things for the apartment. The leasing staff are great and always help me when I need it. Susan, jasmine and Christian are the best. Don’t see myself moving anytime soon :))))

    More than four (4) years ago, my wife and I were trapped in serious search for a luxury apartment home in Conroe area and we became fortunate and so excited as we found and moved in to what was known as The Heights at Harpers Preserve but now known and addressed as Avery at Harpers preserve. It is a peaceful, multi-cultured, quiet and very clean community. The current management team is up and doing, and super great. With smiles and high professional receptions, Susan and her management team always give the best responses and treatments to any of our concerns and in a timely manner. This team has made changes that have brought transparent positive impacts and values to the general care, high competitive standards, peace and safety of all residents in this community. Generally in life, in everything and for everything, there is always room for improvements. In fair comparison, I really applause the management team and hope they continue to maintain the momentum of competitive high standards with enviable professional services to all residents and potential residents.

    Such a beautiful place.The service and help I received from Jazmine and Christian at the leasing office was impeccable. I was instantly greeted and they proceeded to walk me through the entire process, answering all of the questions I had while maintaining an extremely kind and upbeat attitude.The property is very nice, clean, updated with new amenities in a great and growing area.     I love these apartments. Special deals $500 off for renewal and if you move in this month or next month it’s $300 off you can not beat that it’s pet friendly and very very clean . The maintenance is at nice and handles notices on time .

    Let me start of by saying I wish I could live here, I only make $2600 a month so I didn’t qualify for 3x the income BUT Christian was SUPER cool and professional about everything, the apartments were so cute and everyone seemed to having a good day.
