Ive lived here for about five years now and can say that my experience here has been good. This has been my favorite place to live in Dallas. I would recommend it to anyone I know.The leasing team and property manager does every they can within their power to help the residents live comfortably. They have always been responsive and reasonably efficient when I reach out. This team also tries their best to instill a community mindset with routine social events and other treats like free breakfast on the go, from time to time.The maintenance team here work extremely hard to keep the facilities in good condition. Every request I have put in for repairs or routine maintenance has been promptly attended to. If a fix cant be done in the moment, they have communicated this. My unit had an issue with the microwave door handle being broken the week I moved in. This was replaced the next day after sending in a request that evening.The facilities, such as the gym, the pool, and the courtyards with grills have had their ups and downs in availability and quality due to being treated poorly by residents/guests. The Avant management tries to inform the residents of repair times and issues quickly, in my opinion. The dog walk area is a great little place to take your pup if you dont feel comfortable walking too far from the complex. The package concierge lockers are really nice to have, as well. I like to know my deliveries are safe while Im not there to retrieve them.I will say the biggest issue Ive had was in the earlier years of living here. Vehicle break ins and other theft has happened. When I had it, one of my vehicles was stolen twice from the parking garage. This isnt an issue the property management can stop from happening. A determined thief will get the job done. It is easy for anyone to just walk or drive into the parking garage if another driver lets them in after opening the gate. This would then fall onto security to keep an eye out. Previously the property used a poor security service, but they have changed companies since. This is a sign the management cares.The biggest flaw is the parking garage gates often being broken. It happens often enough for me to be tired of seeing it happen. Im sure the Avant team feels the same. The only times Ive seen the gates break is when a vehicle has made contact with one of the gates in motion. Maybe if drivers care a little more the gates wont break as often.Overall I would recommend this to anyone who is shopping around for apartments in this price range and enjoy the neighborhood.

I can only honestly speak about my personal experience living here and cannot speak to other reviews in here.1. Application Process- At the time we applied I believe they were going through some turnover with staff and took a little longer than normal to process, but aside from that we moved in perfectly fine.2. Apartment- I lived in one of the 2BR with den and absolutely loved it. It was perfect for what my family needed and loved the layout of the apartment. We were fortunate to get great natural lighting. No, the floors are not soundproof and you will most definitely hear your upstairs neighbors if you have any…IT’S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX—get a house if you don’t want that issue. There were very minor issues I had throughout my year and a half stay there (I.e. water filter, light bulbs, paint touch-ups, etc), and none were any causes for concern.3. Maintenance- All of our maintenance issues, mentioned above, were handled in a timely manner and documented with the office and/or via the resident app. Again, I can’t speak to any issues from any negative reviews, but the staff and maintenance team were always responsive and helpful.4. Management- Janet was especially communicative with me throughout my time. I made sure to over communicate with the office due to some bad experiences I had in other communities. She was understanding and well informed of all throughout the community. Phone calls were answered regularly and/or emails were responded to quickly.5. Community- I never felt unsafe or scared while living here. The gates did occasionally get damaged, but I have lived in many communities and it is not a problem specific the just AVANT, it happens EVERYWHERE! The amenities were great, especially the pool, our favorite! The gym had what you need, but I do recommend going to a normal gym for more equipment. The packages were a bit annoying because not all delivery drivers understood how to access or organize things, but how is that the communities’s fault? They also communicated to us regularly of any issues that came up.Overall, I’d definitely rent there again and recommended to others. Go in and judge for yourself. I loved it there!

Hello,I have noticed on two occasions that the gym closes at 10 pm, despite a sign next to the treadmills indicating that it is open 24/7. On both occasions, security informed me that the gym was closed at that time. I work overnight and have been using the gym in the early mornings on my days off for years. Could you please clarify the actual hours of operation and if there is a way to accommodate my schedule?Thank you.

I lived at Avant from April 2018 to April 2019. its a nice facility the staff is good, just follow the rules. i saw my neighbors like 5 times ever never clashed with anyone it was a chill vibe. the maintenance crew are amazing those dudes work hard. everything is clean and the parking is way better compared to living downtown. the area is pretty safe but people get petty and caught up in feelings some times. if you talk to iris or Kristen theyre pretty chill and take good care of you if you are kind and understanding. also be sure to push back on them and let them know when something isnt right, theyll make sure its taken care of. its a nice spot a pretty good prices in a pretty good area. enjoy.

Ive lived here for about a month, and Ive had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from maintenance to the leasing office. Kristen, the manager at the leasing office was very professional from the time I looked at a model apt to the day I moved in. She helped me spot imperfections during my move-in walk thru and then maintenance came the next to take care of them. The leasing office followed up on the maintenance work 3-4 days later. They were wonderful. Maintenance is also very professional and ready to help in any way they can.As for the premises, the amenities are spotless and peaceful, those Ive visited, anyway. That includes the pool, the gym, and Ive walked through a courtyard. My one grievance (and its not really a grievance), is that you can hear your neighbors door open & shut. Some people let the doors slam during the day. It isnt bad at night though.Otherwise, I have no complaints. I love it here, and I love the staff.

Before I write this review I want to give a special thanks to the leasing managers and the maintenance team for their tremendous service. They really didn’t disappoint me when I was living there. Now I know the ins and outs of renting is difficult as most places do not have maintenance teams that are competent to reach out to you to fix anything at your place or around your unit when called to do so but I’ll be honest this maintenance team get things done in a timely manner. I was shocked how quick they were to help me after putting in an order. Leasing manager (Alejandro) who no longer works there did an outstanding job breaking down the units and the rules. Courtland and Kristen were very kind to me when I was going through troubles with my unit. Apartment wise, the units looked the same as they were displayed in my apartment tour so I was very satisfied with my stay. The gym, pool and Lobby are nice and well kept each week. AVANT is really close to Uptown and Downtown Dallas and will cost you $7-8 to Uber there. A few things I have for this apartment that I feel needs to be address are the events. There’s a lot of people living here and I think this place could jump up from 3 stars to 3.5 stars if they threw more events throughout the year. Another thing is the sound barrier. Although, most apartments have sound issues, you may here things late at night. Other than that, I was very pleased living at these apartments and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Not sure why the ratings are so low. Great value for the location in dallas. Maintenance is super quick to respond. My ac went out during the summer and they fixed it in a couple of hours. Management gave 1k back to existing residents in 2020 and 2021 when Covid forced them to shut down some amenities. Resident for 3 years.

I moved here in December and I absolutely love it, already thinking about renewing my lease. Maintenance are very quick to respond, and Juliana in the leasing office is the best. I cant wait for summer and enjoy the pool.

CUSTOMER SERVICE at AVANT on Market Center is a head above their peers. I don’t usually write reviews, but from the leasing professionals to management, to the maintenance staff — they’re all super welcoming and accommodating.These apartments are very nice, spacious and near so many attractions.Alejandro, Vayne and Porshia are super friendly, attentive and welcoming. Without hesitance, it was an easy yes — they made me feel right at home. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great place to live! Management is so polite and they are on top of everything. The property is well maintained and always clean, and is in a great location with lots of attractions nearby to visit. Nice pool area too!
