This apartment complex is by far one of the dreamiest homes I’ve been too . I went at night and it was heaven on earth. The lay out is good , it’s quiet, It’s spacious and most importantly clean with a water view. Ms. Sandra was knowledgeable, kind and courteous to my daughter and I. After viewing a few homes we decided to make this our home … I am patiently waiting but more excited than ever to call this my Dream home. And the High School is so beautiful. A MUST see for yourself ..

I just love the kindness of the people at office and the fact that they treat me like a person not a business opportunity; they have been so nice that even though I was not happy with size of my apartment I decided to wait and find the right size within their community and their helpfulness made it possible. Now I live in an apartment where I feel comfortable and safe and this is priceless🤩

This is a beautiful community. The apartments are always updated and well maintained. The amenities are some of the best I have experienced. The staff here is professional, kind and always helpful.

What a wonderful community to reside! Great professionals in the leasing office as well as maintenance. Grounds are pristine and the pool is lovely. Also a very quiet complex. I highly recommend Aura Beacon Island.

I have been living here almost 2 years and absolutely love it! It’s a quiet and friendly community with beautiful water views! The pool is like being at a 5 star resort on the water! The gym is a nice size, well equipped with great views. Has a very nice clubhouse to hang out in to watch tv, do some work, or play pool. Last but not least, the staff is very friendly and attentive.

My wife and I looked at several apartments around Clearlake and without a doubt these apartments offered the most value for the money.While no apartments are without issues the location of this property and its amenities are unrivaled by far.The property is well maintained in general and the 2bd.- 2ba. apartment unit we leased is very nice. The unit has 9’ ceilings with a decent size open concept living room/kitchen combination separated by a nice kitchen Island with pendant lighting and Granite countertop. The kitchen and the two bathrooms have granite countertops to match.Custom features include chrome kitchen cabinet handles and stainless steel appliances as well as what appears to be porcelain wood plank floors throughout our entire 1st.floor apartment unit. It came complete with two inch wooden blinds on the oversized insulated single hung vinyl windows and patio door that opens up to a large patio space.The A/C units are strategically placed at the roofline which cuts down on noise pollution from all the outside compressor units, this I think was a very well thought out idea because this is a very peaceful and serine setting set back off of the beaten path of the constant roar of traffic.The infinity pool is beautiful and well appointed with custom lighting and gas operated Lava Stone fire pit overlooking Clear Lake and marina.There is the beautiful clubhouse and a first class gym as well open 24 hours a day.The Board Walk around the property along the Lake is very nice, you can bring a chair and enjoy a sunrise to the east and a sunset to the west without moving your chair.I haven’t tried out the fishing yet but they do seem to be in abundance.It really is like living in a resort.Lastly, in my experience the management team is very responsive and friendly and more than willing to accommodate in any way they can as well as the maintenance staff who are very friendly and respectful.I guess you could say that I am a very happy camper.

I’ve lived in a few different apartment complex but I’m finally moving on to home ownership. Of all the complexes I’ve been in I had the best experience here. Any concerns or questions I had were always handled urgently.No noise, no bugs, no hassles. Just peace and quiet.

Im loving it here so far! Mrs. Sandra has been the best with setting me up over here. Shes helped me with everything and checked on me throughout getting set up. Mrs. Vann has also been amazing with all of the help and support with getting set up. Ive never felt more welcomed into an apartment. Along with great neighbors, Ive yet to have a bad experience. Its also a plus to wake up each day and look out at the beautiful water that comes from living on an island.

I just moved in this week from California. The staff collectively worked so hard to make sure every aspect of the process was smooth. Abel, the leasing agent was incredibly accommodating, he took the time to do a virtual tour, took his time facetiming the tour of the apartments, the amenities like the clubhouse, pool area and gym. Its a gated community, with great staff, the water views are amazing, PET friendly, new construction, new appliances, clean grounds, great restaurants and convenient stores close by. The maintenance supervisor is amazing, my water heater was not working and Art the maintenance supervisor was attentive, his customer service was genuine, Rudy and Art fixed it in no time. I love how quick everyone is to ensure you are taken care of. Drew the property manager is on top of all communication and Sandra has been amazing. I could not be happier that I found a place that met and exceeded all my expectations.

Honest/Logical Review.Background:Im on month 9 of a 18 month lease.Fees (On Top of Standard Rent):Multiple Pet Owner: $25 Per PetValet Garbage Fee $25 Per Month - Not NegotiableAmenity Fee - $10 Per MonthStandard Water - ~$11 Per MonthTrash + Sewer - ~13 Per MonthPest Control - $5 Per MonthRent Service Fee - $2 Per MonthPlus You Need a Renters Insurance Policy of $100,000Total Extra Fees Combined: $66 + My 2 Dogs ($50) = $116 Extra on top of Rent each Month + $45 For My Renters Insurance. ($161 Total for me Personally)The Good:1) Top Notch Amenities. Really Nice Club House/Gym That you should take FULL Advantage of. Great Views of Clear Lake, and an awesome mini boardwalk around the whole island you can walk.2) Very Nice Residents, and Community in General.3) Top Tier Apartment Units as far as Looks and Space.4) Really good Maintenance Staff that gets work orders completed quickly, and the Maintenance Supervisor resides on site, so thats nice.5) Im pretty neutral on the Office Staff, they seem fine.6) Overall aesthetically pleasing Apartments.The Meh:1) No Dog Park, Very Little Green Space.2) I was told when I moved in that the two plots of land directly by the apartments were going to be turned into Reflection Ponds - This is a lie. They have plumbing and sewage already built into the ground, and there will most definitely be new construction coming very soon.3) I would say about 50% of the Pet Owners dont scoop their doggos poop. They have been sending out emails to all residents informing them that if a staff member catches them leaving their doggy doo doo unbagged - there will be a $100 Charge added to their rent that month.4) Sidewalks are always wet it feels like (This may be a me thing since I constantly walk my dogs, but the units are naturally built higher up on the island, so the water drains to the sidewalk alot. They have made some mini barricades near the handicap ramps so those residents needing them dont slip.5) Condensation in the Hallways, specifically in the vestibules. Like, if you go from a Cold Night to a Hot day, the floor is made of a slick material and you could easily get very injured slipping on the literal puddles of water in the vestibules (as Ive almost done multiple times). This is literally a law suit waiting to happen. They need to add some grip tape (Name?) to the bottom of the stairwells to mitigate this.6) Not a fan at all of the Valet Trash Service. Its unavoidable, and I usually just take out my own trash anyway. Ive counted about ~10 times the trash pick up did not happen on scheduled nights.7) Very Thin Floors (Not so much Walls though). I constantly here Music or even elephant stomps from my upstairs neighbor, or every door slam in the hallway. I will say that the office was very quick to deal with my noise complaint though, and have not heard anything since from my top neighbor.8) All units come with ready built WiFi Modems (Comcast/Xfinity), but they are installed in the worse place...The closet. I work from home, and need a Fax machine for work, so my fax machine is in the closet which is slightly inconvenient.9) My same Apartment Unit that I signed the lease for last May 2023, has already increased by $75, (You can view the interactive Map to see prices). I can assure you that specific amount for my identical unit is way overpriced and was borderline O.K. when I initially rented at my current price.Overall: 4.2/5 StarsThis place is pretty solid with some minor nuanced things that are irritating. I would recommend a waterside view as the inward facing units are not going to be very desirable once new construction goes up. If you are a pet (Specifically Dog) owner who values their time playing/walking your dog - then this place might not be your jam.I also like the the location; No highways, or through traffic in the area, as its nestled in the back of the South Shore Harbor Neighborhood. If you are someone who needs direct access to the Freeway everyday, then you might not like this specific location.

Lovely and extremely pleasant place to live! This apartment complex is in a great location, there is so much natural lighting, and the waterfront is a major plus. Additionally, Abel, the rest of the management team, and the maintenance are always available and very knowledgeable for any request. Can’t say enough about how beautiful this property is!

A couple weeks ago while on my journey to find an apartment, I ended up here. Abel went above and beyond to show me around and give me the info on the property within my limited availability. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The property itself is brand new construction with amazing views of the water and million dollar homes. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a layout that worked for me in the time frame I needed because most are already taken and new availability was a month away (for the layout I wanted). The townhomes on the property were definitely an option for me (layout wise, to suit my needs) but in my opinion are way over priced ($3400-$3800 range at the time) so I had to pass on those.

The new property is beautiful with so many wonderful floor plans to choose from. We are so looking forward to our move in date. I highly recommend Sandra in the office, she was such a great help showing us the property and was so much help during the application process, answering the many questions my wife and I had.

Because of circumstances out of my control, my move-in date had to change, and Sandra did all she could to help ease the challenges of getting a move-in date. This was significant for me, as moving is a stressful event. And, this is after she had changed my apartment because I changed my mind on which one I wanted. She has helped me in a prompted and professional way. It makes me look forward to moving to this new location on the water.

I’m looking to rent after selling my home and I really like this place. The 1 bedroom I looked at was a good size, loved the island and the closet size. The pool was very nice as well with the infinity edge. Sandra was great, appreciated her help.
