    I visited several apartments today as I am preparing to relocate in February of 2025. While I received basic information at each location, my experience at Aspire stood out significantly more than the other locations I have visited. The team greeted me with smiling faces and warm embrace. They even offered me a sweet treat, and made me feel as though I was a valued prospective resident , despite the apartment being slightly out of my price range. I genuinely appreciate the time and effort they took to ensure that I felt valued during my visit and I will absolutely recommend Aspire at Live Oak. Shout out to Paris and Aaliyah for being knowledgeable and interactive, it’s greatly appreciated!

    My tour today was a great experience. I found the staff friendly and willing to take there time to answer all my questions and I had alot of questions from pet policy, parking and maintenance. As I was being shown apartment I got to meet maintenance staff and they were super friendly. The pool looked great and I must say the grounds looked really clean. I do believe I have found my new place of residence.

    Simple application process, relocating from a different city can be stressful, but Jessica with the leasing office was very informative and kind. Apartments are clean and well maintained. Price is great for the square footage!

    LOVE this beautiful property and the amenities! The experience was amazing from start to finish. The leasing team was very attentive and helpful, especially Aaliyah!

    The process of looking at the apartment to moving in has been the easiest by far of all the places I have lived. Paris, the property manager has been a huge help to us and was always prompt about getting back to us with any questions we had. We looked at the apartments on Monday and were moving in by Friday. We have not been here long but LOVE it so far! The AT&T rep that Paris recommended, Katherine was a huge help as well, even got us set up on Saturday with accounts and equipment to have everything set up for Wifi by the next week.

    Paris M. has been tremendously supportive and gone above and beyond. She provided all the information needed prior to move in to make a smooth transition. My apartment, outside and inside, at Aspire at Live Oak is very nice and clean. I am excited to call Aspire at Live oak the perfect home 😊 Thank you Paris we look forward to future interactions here and the wonderful events to come! 🫶🏼

    I felt the red carpet experience from the time I arrived. The community was so clean and upon entry I was welcomed by Laura at the front door. She had a warm smile and offered me a cold beverage to help beat this heat and showed me my new home. I will be moving in the fall and I can not imagine calling anywhere else but Aspire home!

    The privacy, respect, communication, and prompt response for maintenance. This property was very busy getting people in when I came but they still made time to make sure my move in was painless. Karen and Laura are very good as a team.

    Love living here! Id recommend a top floor unit since some friends weve made in the complex say upstairs neighbors can be noisy. Christina, Summer and Jessica are all quick to respond and are great people. Maintenance staff are great, they wave to me every morning when I walk my dog. Every one is very friendly here :)

    The office staff is so professional and helpful. The move-in process was easy no hidden cost the application process was user friendly not to mention the apartment home is beautiful. The ladies sent us the lease and ALL necessary information in a timely manner. They have made living here at Aspire So comfortable and welcoming. The area is perfect you have everything you could possibly need. So glad we chose Aspire as our home. The pool !!!

    Moved to Aspire at Live Oak in July 2020 the property is beautiful and well cared for my apartment is gorgeous and the property staff is extremely friendly and helpful. New appliances and energy saving windows have saved me 50% on my electric bill compared to Springs at Live Oak apartments. Aspire is also a smoke free property, I had no idea there was such a thing but it is truly appreciated. Safety features such as outdoor lighting, gates and mailroom are top notch. This well thought out property is highly desirable and recommended.

    I toured here and it was a great experience! Every question I had Paris had the answers to! The price range was a little out of my range, but the customer service has me checking a lot of boxes off! Great service and I would recommend this place to anyone!

    Nice apartments with a good office staff. Any issues I have had have been corrected by maintenance within 24 hours. Gounds are kept neat and it seems like their is always a food truck outside when i dont feel like cooking that night.

    Really nice Apts and amenities.But beware, the pool is open until 10pm (even weeknights), and kids will be screaming and shouting right up until closing 3-4 nights out of the weeks.

    Do you have any vendors to come out and powerwash the stairs and walkways? For it being almost 5 stars it really doesnt look like it I dont think the front of the building looks like the conditions of the back of the property. Not appealing to future applicants.

    Was touring the surrounding area for apartments and came across aspire, paris was very friendly, helpful and had an answer for all my questions. unfortunately the apartments themselves were a little out of my price range.

    Beautiful complex, everything is brand new. The leasing agents are so nice and they are willing to answer all your questions, especially Angela. It is really close to the highway and thats very helpful... I highly recommend this place if you want to move in.
