    This location is excellent. A short distance from Sam Houston Toll Way and great access to public transport makes this location a definite place to check out if you are looking for an apartment. Ashford Willow Falls has an excellent staff and maintenance team. Check this place out.

    Not the best and not the worst I been living here for 8 years already and I had issues with this apartment . But the pictures that you see here are not the same has in real life. But you have a school across the building so its also convenient for me,but I say its okay this apartment can do better but its fine. But they do turn off the water which I dont like bc I do use the water alot and they js turn it off 🤷. Either way its good if you wanna live her for a year or so. Also be aware of dogs .

    Lived here seven years. Pros: big apartments for the money. Close to elementary school. Affordable rent. Gated community. Management team and staff speak Spanish fluently. Usually reasonable with late fees. Only witnessed one crime in all that time, and it just meant replacing one of the locks on the door. Laundromats nearby reasonably priced.Cons: extra fees (about $54/mo above rent, not including a $3 transaction fee for the website you have to use to pay) for water, trash pickup, sewer, & extermination. Leasing office frequently closed during hours when the signs say theyre open.Finally, youll need the laundromats because the washers and dryers inside the complex are broken, dirty, or both most of the time.

    I had an amazing leasing experience thanks to the whole Ashford Willow Falls, but a special thanks to Gerardo. He went over and above to accommodate our needs, and was always very responsive and attentive. Before making our decision, we visited many apartment complexes in the area and out of all of these we were the most impressed with this apartments and their team (presentation goes a long way). The whole team was super professional and very welcoming! Their facilities also smelled and looked really clean, which we really liked! Anyway, highly recommend!! Five stars!!

    I love this place but the thing is the laundry some machines dont work but its okay the apartment is really good looking and I feel more safe here also the people are nice I lived here for like 7 yrs and its been wonderful I really recommend those place if u wanna live here somewhere safe . 5 stars out 5

    I am going to miss my apartment as well as the management team here. I always felt safe from the outside world and wish I could stay but in this day and age its become hard to live on a set income and survive on only that income fortunately Gerardo, Leslie and most of all Ashford Willow Falls is understanding to my situation and have been there for me when times were hard. Ive lived here at Ashford Willow Falls for 3 years and ever since you two have been in office. (Lol)Its been quite a change in a positive manner and I really appreciate you two.. (*-*)KEEP BEING A POSITIVE INSPIRATION!To those above in chain of command over these two you have a great team. KUDOS!

    I normally hate having to look for apartments since it is a tedious task to say the least. That was until I came across Gerardo (property manager) here at Ashford Willow Falls. I appreciate the fact that he is pretty straightforward and honest about all the questions that I had. Definitely come look for him if you have any questions! Very knowledgeable guy. A rare experience to have when leasing an apartment! Thanks Gerardo, you were great!

    This is a really quiet community, even the kids aren’t that loud and if you can hear them it’s not that often or that loud, even in the summer it’s fairly quiet. I only moved here in July and from the moment I got here the leasing consultant was very nice and trying to help us out in every way possible, even in ways unrelated to my rent or my apartment. The manager is even better, he’s a sweet guy who really cares about the quality of the complex. They are little by little starting new things around the complex and I see him all around really being hands on and being aware of what’s happening in the community. Both of them, the leasing consultant and the property manager are very nice and are willing to help you in any way they are able to.

    Went in for a tour at Ashford Willow Falls and was very please with how affordable the place is and how friendly their staff is.     I have never been so comfortable until I have moved here. Only been here for a few weeks & the environment is safe. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Gustavo & Mona it has been a good experience so far! I’d highly recommend this complex to start off !Stores are about 10 or 15 minutes away and gas stations are near as well.

    Pretty dope spot to live. Neighbors are really friendly. The office is helpful. Only few complaints are there is not a lot of grass or places to play for children or pets in the complex but there’s a park not too far and a lot of places to go in the immediate area. All around pretty good place to transition to until you find your forever home

    I been here for almost a month now. So far so good. Yazmin helped made my move-in process smooth for me. Apartments are fairly quiet outside of the kids running around. Had a leak in my sink maintenance came the same day to fix it. So far no complaints from me. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because their gym is not the greatest. The best machine is broke, other than that Im enjoying Willow Falls

    GABY IS A DOLL! This property is a hidden gem, once you enter one of the units you see how much time they take to make them modern and appealing to the eye!     Ive been living here for a few months and I love it here. The apts are quiet and neighbors are respectful. The best part is maintenance guys come very fast when I need something. Usually come the same day or next day. Cant enter the apts without an access card or key for walk-in gate so I feel safe here. Im glad I chose to live here!

    Im in love with this apartments thank you so much to Gustavo at the leasing office he really knows how to do his job . This is my first apartment with my family and he made it so easy and so understandable for us. So far I havent seen no roaches no nothing in this apartment they are very quiet & crime free . I love how we have a park right I fromt of us so I cant take my kids 🙂 .

    Went in for a tour and I Love it, Nicole was really helpful she provide a lot of information not only for her apts but for different complexes around the area. 4 stars because I wasn’t able to lease because I have a Felony back on 1998, y’all should change that.     Just moved in and Im loving it! The community is quiet and calm and kid friendly. The area is flourishing. Near several eateries and a few major streets. Near the beltway as well. Couldnt have found a better place to live. Thanks to Ms. Mona Lisa Hernandez wevew found our new home!!

    Ive been leaving in these apartments almost a year now & at first I couldnt wait until my lease was up to move because it seemed as if nothing was getting fixed in my apartments & parking was horrible & over all up keep on apartments was going down but I must say that has changed since Ms.Luisa Reyes came & stepped in & changed all that around she is outstanding & any problem or question I have had shes treating it like as if it was her own,Im so thankful & shes truly a blessing to apartments need more mangers like her that actually care .... thanks
