Love living at Ashford Santa Cruz Apts. Katerine is extremely professional, attentive and busy in a good way, always helping all residents not once have I been in the office and they are not on top of the community. Applying to an apartment is a long process but they made everything super easy, Im always busy at work and I couldnt ask for the best help, this girl made this EASY! Anytime I had a question I got a proper and fast answer.My apartment was in great condition at move in, the maintenance request are handled properly and professional.I was doing a review since I move because Katerine deserve it 1000%, but living here is so calm here I feel safe coming Home at anytime, lights are always on, property is always looking clean and that is only when you have a good TEAM!

My experience at Ashford Santa Cruz Apartments as a ( new prospect) was great. Starting with katerine ( leasing agent ) at the front office Who was very professional and passion helpful and answered all of our questions. The apartmes are clean & really nice. I highly recommend this apartment complex to those who are looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable living environment!

Me and my wife have been here for 6-7 years and we love being a part of this community! We love the staff, management and our neighbors! We did get approached by a security lady who said there is a curfew at 10 and we were on our property so I would like to understand the extent of the curfew because sometimes me and my wife get off late nights and enjoy our patio flow. Nonetheless this is a great quiet place to live for you and your family! God bless 🙏🏾🙏🏾

I dont usually write reviews but I want to do it this time because Im very grateful and satisfied with the maintenance team. Ive been living here almost 6 years, the maintenance used to be a nightmare, long waiting time to something fixed with no results. But no anymore 😁 Mr Carlos and his team are very professional, they know what theyre doing, theyre excellent and efficient, they do their job on time, excellent, and actually solve the problem. Thanks very much Mr Carlos and his team. Im glad management hired them and have them as maintenance, good choice!!! Keep doing a great job.

Moved here September last year and I’ve loved it ever since. I love how quiet and calm the whole place is. The people are the nicest and it’s always clean. Everyone working at the office has been extremely helpful. Special thanks to me Ms Griselda and Ms star. Would 100% recommend.

The mangers in this apartment complex are amazing especially Ms. Leslie. I love how well maintained and clean inside and outside of the apartments. Kids can actually play outside and the tenants are sweet and quiet. The front gate is secure both coming in and going out I like that. Come by and see for yourself dont just take my word for it.

I loved this apartment... it was great maintenance people were great and the leasing office workers were always very helpful and great. I want to thank all the leasing office worker and all the maintenance worker for everything they’ve done for me and my husband we did end up finding a home after two years of living in a Ashford Santa Cruz but I do recommend this apartment anybody you have a great neighbor it’s quiet and peaceful once again I had the best experience and Ashford Santa Cruz and I want to thank all the workers for making us feel welcomed and it making it feel like home... especially I want to thank Estralla for helping us get into the apartment and helping us throughout our journey on getting an apartment I also want to thank the assistant manager Griselda for everything she done for us and all the help and I also wanna thank the manager for helping us out and Leslie for helping us out I recommend all these ladies if you are thinking of leasing at ashford Santa Cruz.. best experience!!!!😀 imma gonna miss the leasing office workers and miss my old apartment!!!

I loved every bit of this apt complex, at first I was iffy because of the color but I cannot get enough of it. The rooms are very spacious and staff is wonderful. Star was absolutely great and very vocal. I can’t wait to move here. Keep up the great work , p.s Star needs a raise or promotion !
