    I moved in in the middle of February, I applied online, was contacted the next day, dropped off fees and got an approval like 3 days later!!! Jeidyson & Jessica helped me through the process & exceeded my expectations! The community has a gym & afterschool program, upon signing the lease I walked the unit first & everything was clean & the unit was nice! I look forward to living here & will be back with a update in a few months :)

    Truly a pleasant experience leasing my apartment from here. The new property manager is so helpful and has addressed any concerns that I may have had in a timely fashion. I can honestly say that I choose the right apartment community when I chose this community. Great location and great office staff.

    New management took over less than 2 months ago. The new property manager is awesome!! Theyre doing rehab in the apartments making it to look more decent. Also, the maintenance staff is taking care all the maintenance issues and the office staff addressed any issues on timely manner and they are very friendly!!!

    I love the new management team here. The apartment manager is so sweet, she took the time out to help me. She didnt rush me out of her office when i was feeling stress. The maintenance men are very fast and effective. I happy to be a resident here they really care about the people who lives here.

    Bella Vista apartments- are overcoming great. I have lived here for 30 years and the new management that took over are taking care of their tenants concerns and fixing the units. Thats why Im renewing my lease for another year!! Luis(manager) and Ana are great good customer service...❤💟💖💕

    Stopped by Bella vista apartments after work and even though it was near closing time, I was greeted with a smile and without rush by a baddie name Karen not only was she a delight to my eyes but she answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the property as well. Someone name Ashley I believed she’s the manager or assistant was also very helpful and took sometime out of her busy schedule to help me out.

    Ive been living in this apartment for half a year now and i can say bella vista is a pretty damn good place. Ive only seen 2 roaches and that was on the day we moved in. I put down roach traps and havent seen them since. Neighbors are pretty quiet they mostly keep to themselves.This is my first apartment so obviously i was scared about a lot of things like getting my car towed or broken into having bugs everywhere but none of that ever happened. My place has nice grey wood florring and stainless steel appliances. Restroom tub always leaks no matter how many times they fix it but thats the only thing that happens.Maintenance is pretty good. You submit a complaint and theyll be there within 1 or 2 days. Parking is really good! Recently however we had a big family move in so most of the parking spaces in front of my apartment are gone by 5pm but even then i can park on the side and walk 2 min to my apartment. Its not a big deal.Overall if your getting an apartment for the first time this is a great place to start!!! :)

    I love Anna be sweet Her boss too they help us with a smooth transition when doing paperwork... So far I love the complex you see kids outside playing; when inside your own apartment is quiet even if is loud outside!!! I have the feel of a luxury apartment in a budget love it!!!

    I recently accompanied a friend who stopped by to take a tour of the community since her lease will be ending soon. I was really impressed by the service we received while on tour with Karen. She answered all the questions my friend asked her and we were greeted promptly when we entered the office.

    Love the location of these apartments, and Luis was awesome at getting things rolling during the application process. The maintenance here is really fast and does everything same day, I would recommend these apartments if your looking oh yeah and they have all new renovations.

    I cant recommend this community enough! Staff was extremely helpful, the amenities superb, and it has become the standard for what every living community should strive to be. New to Texas, and so far loving it here. The move from Louisiana to Houston was made seamlessly, all due to the exceptional help from Ashley and the rest of the staff here!

    Been here 3 yes, seen a few managers come and go we now have another management team, Jassi the current manager now, has been professional yet friendly she doesnt come across as rude or hostile, quite pleasant to speak with she lets you know exactly where you stand, and trys to help if she can, hope this staff stays around

    Ive been here 4 years now befor the new management i was for sure to terminate my lease...Thank U New managers im staying!!!!!     Ana and Luis are more than just property managers, they care about Bella Vista as a community and respond to their residents needs and concerns by genuinely caring for them as if they were family. Go ahead, ask them a question. They wont say no, I dont think so or I dont know...they will say, I will see what I can do and make it happen. 😊
