My experience at Ashford Casa Bella has been great! Janet has been such an amazing help with me being here. Going through a tough time shes helped me maintain a roof over my head and been very lenient with me. Shes always so helpful with anything that I need and she gets the job done. I went today for an apartment tour. Janet assist me, she answered all my questions. She was really sweet, patient and knowledgeable about the apartments amenities and community. I recommended if y’all go for a tour to ask for Janet, she really cares for the residents. I really loved the apartment and that she took her time to help me without feeling rushed. I’m going back tomorrow to fill out the application so this place can be my new home.

Ive had problems getting someone in the office on the phone, a response to my on line service requests thru their portal, and to respond/reply to email messages regarding pest control and a dishwasher that doesnt drain water properly. We only use the dishwasher to store dishes because the cabinets are hard to reach. No one has figured out where the water is coming from, nor how to stop the problem from reocurring. Ive lived in this apartment for 8 mos., the things they promised to do (or should have been fixed) when I moved in have NOT been done..

Recently I visited the Ashford Casa Bella a apartments in search of a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Downsizing from a house to a large apartment. The agent Lucy treated me as if I reserved an appointment and gave me VIP service. The unit looked like a comfortable home living. I didn’t have to wait to see the unit. The location has a wonderful school district and a bunch of shopping centers and close to the freeway minutes away from downtown. The unit carpet was clean and it had refreshed cabinets and countertops, modern black appliances, walk in closets and washer and dryer connections. Outstanding customer service, I would definitely recommend living on this property. Thank you Lucy for the walk thru I was impressed.

Ive signed five leases and lived here for years weve been through several managers issues with everyone telling me they going to fix something or do something in reference to my unit and having difficulties in getting it done I dont know who the new manager is Sophia I met her twice but I call that office and tell them about an issue in my unit and if Im home theyve knocked on my door to come repair it several times I have no problems with this apartment complex now its not one of the new complexes but you dont pay the rent in comparison to the new complex is either so basically you get what you pay for and Im satisfied great neighbors no issues no more thieves are burglars or drug dealers I could have moved along time ago I chose not to I have no reason as of yet Im home and content
