    The pool has been closed for almost a year now. The hot water has been an issue for the past couple of months. However, that seems to be fixed and fingers crossed that it will stay fixed!The roach problem seems to be a common theme with many units but that will be resolved as long as you request pest control regularly and take care of your unit’s hygiene.Staff in charge of maintenance are really hard working and they will fix any issues that you have as soon as possible (especially Luis)The leasing office staff are also very helpful and friendly.Other than that, in my opinion, it’s a pretty decent place to live in and the rent is reasonable.

    Good management, very helpful staff. I was able to move my unit when I wasnt satisfied and they were so kind especially Ms Yessica. The maintenance guys are really fast and professional. So far good experience and I enjoy living in Ashford Briar point.Only downside is parking can be limited so you may need to pay for reserve and the unit closet can run a bit small but its a nice apartment with amenities.

    Jackie at the leasing office has been amazing, she talked me through the whole process of moving into my apartment, giving me clear tour guidance and response i needed in all my questions, very positive and good communication never felt any flinch in her look or mood. I’ll recommend her service over and over again. Ashfordbriarpoint is my new home all credit to Jackie!

    Ive been here since March 2021 and its been a pleasure. I havent had any trouble, staff has been great. With a new staff members and their implementations, they have made the complex more safer, elegant, and family friendly. Most of all I like the fact that they dont forget about their residents, there are all kinds of events they give to show appreciation to the residents. This is really a great family oriented and pet friendly place to call home.

    Just passing through but stopped for a quick tour! The property is very well kept, the amenities are amazing, and the staff is really pleasant. I toured with Erica the Assistant Manager…I was extremely impressed with her professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of the property. If you’re looking for a great experience stop in and ask for her😁.Glad to see a new development in the area Wish I could give more stars but overall all I can say is WOW! 10 Stars hands down 👍

    I went there with a lot of questions and they were so sweet and helpful. The apartments themself are in good condition and they are kept so clean. Im a little curious so I asked for a round trip to see how clean the area is and their apartments are very clean. The lady helping me was Erica and she was super helpful and sweet. Havent made a decision yet but it was a good experience to have people who seem to care for what youre looking for when moving in to a new place.

    Very helpful and friendly office staff. Erica in the front office was especially helpful when my lock code on my phone did not work and she had to repeatedly pause what she was doing to open the laundry door for me. Not once did she seem bothered to help me. Both the staff and the facilities are wonderful!

    I gave it 5 ⭐️’s but honestly I really don’t know. Somehow while checking out things on Google places I’ve visited came up && the I ended up seeing 3 places I’ve visited in Houston && the only time i was in Houston was when I went there with a search && rescue team after the hurricane.Well I was going thru the apartments pics and I’m pretty we were there. I have a video with my team guy carrying a dog across the water to the boat. Then going back in to get people.

    The office ladies were very nice. I came to visit a patient, they told me where to park and even walked me to the building and gave great directions. Parking at apartments can be difficult when you’re a vendor, but the these ladies were more than happy to help!

    Ashford Briar Point is quiet and kept up very well, except for the pavement. The staff is awesome, Alexa and Erika are the best and will and have gone above and beyond to help and make sure that us residences are taken care of. The only real problem is the parking situation, If you work late, you surely to be screwed on a parking spot unless youre reserving one and I just done think anyone should pay for a reserved spot that should be a given when paying the amount of rent and if needing extra parking then I can see reserving the spot. Other than that, its an excellent property and community.

    Love living here! Alexa from the front office goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of.Maintainance has come to fix a leak at 9pm for me, which shows how much care they put with us.Neighbors are nice and everything is always clean, recommend living here!!

    The office staff is awesome and amazing. They help with your every need and are very understanding. The maintenance is very friendly and comes to fix things asap....even if you call after hours for an emergency they will show up. The 2 bedroom apartments are big, walk in closets, nice dinning room and a big livingroom. The studio apartment which I have lived in as well is pretty and big as well.

    I’ve been living at Briar Point since September and I have to say, the office staff is Amazing! Ashley & Claudia are so helpful and patient with everything and anything! Ms.Debbie is such a dedicated Manager and always looks out for her residents! It’s clear these ladies know exactly what they’re doing!The apartments are very spacious and everyone is friendly. Definitely love living here!

    Flor, Flor, Flor! Omg, this women is an Angel! She has been so nice and attentive since day one. The only reason why i even came to view these apartments were because of how good the reviews were. The other reviewers did not lie about her! If i have any type of concern she is ready to assist me. The other ladies seem nice as well. Maintenance is also pleasant and prompt with your request. The apartments themselves are pretty quiet. I feel safe living here.     This is a very beautiful apartment here in Ashford Briar Point. Flor and Claudia are very amazing staff. They are very nice and make this place feel like home. I’ve been here for three years now and I’m still loving it. There’s 24/7 surveillance camera on all the properties. You’ll love it here... Seriously you will.

    I work with Amazon and deliver in this area to several apartment complexes and other homes every week. Not many apartment staff workers are friendly with us delivery drivers but here they have always been nice and kind when I deliver. They make it an easy and relaxing place to deliver to!

    Two months ago, I wrote a review here, but things have changed since then, and I feel compelled to write about the development that has developed since then. Two weeks after my the incident, the apartment manager called me in to apologize. She attributed her lack of empathy that day to work pressure. I understand that and since to err is human and to forgive is divine, I wholeheartedly forgive her. On top of that, the apartment paid back the money I paid to retrieve my car from the storage. Shortly after that, the manager was relieved of her duties which is not unconnected with the way she has been handling issues around here. While I do not derive any pleasure from someone losing a job, I cannot overemphasize the importance of management to show they care about complains by investigating and doing the proper thing. In this case, they did that. I am delighted with the response, and right now we have Claudia at the helm of affair in the office which is good because she has always been the go to person in the office for a very long time. She is very understanding and knowledgeable about the workings of the apartment. I hope the apartment will do the right thing and make her the manager of the property because, to be honest, she is the reason a lot of tenants are still living in the apartment.

    Been here for about 6 months, Margarita and her team are always very helpful. When I put in a work order it always gets resolved quickly as it should. They are always having fun activities for the children in the community which is great so my kids meet other kids. Havent had any parking problems since I moved here, there is reserved parking through out the property but as long as you check before you park you should be fine. Would and have recommend other people to the community all have great things to say ! Keep it up Ashford Community !!

    I moved here over one month ago and I really love it!!! Apartments are nice and spacious, environment in the complex is great, everything is always clean, is very safe, people from maintenance are really nice and very helpful, especially Mr. Carlos they fix your problem even the same day! Girls from leasing office are super nice and they are always there for helping you, Christina (she helped me a lot with all my process for my leasing being super patient)Flor, and Claudia, all of them always are available for helping you with anything. Now I understand why this complex has a score of almost 4.5.

    I have lived at Ashford Briar Point for a while now and I wouldnt dream of moving. I feel safe here. I love the staff, Ms. Amelia, Ms. Claudia, and Ms. Flor are very nice and friendly and eager to help with any problems you may incur (which arent many). The maintenance staff are very quick and efficient and pay attention to detail.This is indeed a great place to live, especially if you love uninterrupted peace as I do!

    Ashford briar point is a great apartment. Everything you need is on the app, you can ask for services and Send email to the staff of the apartment. Services are done quickly. The time of response varies, but the problems are solved eventually. Cuddos to the leasing office staffs and the maintainace group. And they constantly updated the messages for all necessary information. I have lived in this apartment for a few yrs.

    I have been a resident at Ashford Briar Point since 2010. Carlos, #hermano, the maintenance staff is very kind, sympathetic and hard working to respond fast to your needs. It is a very quiet and peaceful small controllable community here, where all neighbors look out for each other and meet once a month to network. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, ask for Claudia or Ashley. Theyre always smiling and greets me with a great attitude. Their efforts to serve as well deserve effortlessly 5 stars!

    These are wonderful apartments. Flor, Claudia and the rest of the staff are always there to help. When something is wrong, it is fixed right away. I have been living here for 2 years now Im very happy because the apartments are very clean and secured with cameras and security at night, because I work late shifts it makes me feel safe. This apartments also have the best maintenance team, in particular Carlos, he has been working for a long time and his nice. I highly recommend this apartments because even when the hurricane Harvey passed through Houston, this complexes did not flood at all!     I moved in about 5 weeks ago. So far the grounds are maintained clean. The neighbors keep to themselves, I havent had any noise complains or disturbances, which is a big thing for me cause i work from home. I did have some work that needed to be done to my apartment when I moved in, the office staff handled it very smoothly and it got taken care of within the same day. The pool is average, it goes to 6 ft. The two laundry mats are a nice size, theres always an open machine. Very pleased at the moment hope that it continues.

    Warm and welcoming place to live, the people that live here are very friendly! Has a nice pool, with a beautiful green garden. The office staff are very approachable and are understanding to your needs!

    I have been a resident here for almost a year now, the leasing staff is very helpful and takes care of any work orders in a timely manner if any of my appliances act up.     To every African out there, you cant get a more hospitable place where u are respected and celebrated. The service here is top notch. World class customer care, expediency in responding to complains which are rare. The leasing office managed by Magarita and assitee by Claudia are always there. And to think of bugs,,,, no way. The only bugs you find are those u come with. I recommend this place for my best friends and hope my enemies dont get to enjoy this level of comfort. Good work to this incredible team.so sad that margarita left but Claudia would have been more than enough fit as a great replacement. So so so sad having Claudia at the helm would sure make a lot of us comfortable

    I dropped by wallet in the morning of November 26th going to work. I got to work,started working and still didn’t notice my wallet missing. The wallet is always sitting inside the glove compartment. Just before 5pm Ashley called and stated that someone has found and brought my wallet in. I was speechless. Notified my wife and she immediately called banks and canceled the cards. We were pretty lucky nothing and I mean nothing was taking from the accounts. There are still some good and honest people on earth. It’s a really good place to live and for the 7 months we have been living there we have been taking care of and never worried about something including safety.

    I lived here for a year, had a wonderful experience, the apartments are nice and clean, everytime I needed assistance they will send a staff member inmediately, they always fixed the manta incense issues with no ext ra charges, the staff is amazing, the manager worked with me since day one, got me the apartment I wanted, worked with me with a very good deal and I never had any issues, I didnt want to leave and they didnt want me to leave,the comunity is very quiet and neighbors are super good people.. I loved my experience her I will definetly recommend this place. Now thanks to they go.. I was sad to.moce but because of my job I had to.. otherwise I wouldve stayed. I was very happy here.

    If youre roaming around in this hot houston weather trying to find a community to belong to, Asford has the best staff that will get you settled in swiftly.Claudia and Ashley have help me in every concern for the past year which gives me no reason to move out. The security and neighbors are so friendly and caring, watching out for each other. Great to be apart of this small community.     Folks , I have been leaving in apartment but was opportune to be part of Ashford Point family with outstanding both old and New management team , the current management team are so wonderful set of people who are always willing to listen and find a possible solution to any complaint brought forward to them . these management team including ever smiling Ashley who will always treat you with love and respect, she makes you fill with her all your complain is over with her good listening attitude and always ready to assist , she will treat everybody like a family and you will find no reason to be mad even if you have any reason to be. Claudia is another one of the old management member whom i have known for a while , she is another wonderful person , ever smiling and ever happy and always willing to listen and find a way out , infarct , i will honestly say that Briar Point on 11710 Briar forest houston Tx 77077 apartment can be said to be lucky to have the current team in place , they so interesting and down to heart , always looking for ways to bring everybody together with one small party or another for the residence, its either KARaoke night or Wellcome party for new residence , Monthly Birthday, My Review will not be completed without mentioning the team lead call MARY who i can refer to as a servant leader, you barely knows who is the manager because of the collectivism in the team, Mary as the manager is such a wonder lead whose office and time is for any complain infact she is such an amazing and one in a million Manager i have ever met in my entire residential history .
