Brandon, and everyone who I worked with in acquiring my apartment were fantastic through everything. I just got a new job and had to find a place quick, and they got me taken care of within the week of the start date! They responded to every email with intention to help. Once we arrived, we walked through the steps in acquiring the keys to the apartment with ease. Brandon was personable and great to talk with and answered any questions prior to moving in and even after getting situated. They are continuing to make living here enjoyable and making my start to my new job stress free!

While every apartment complex has their fair share of mechanical and maintenance issues, Ascend at the Fount is no different. Where they do set their selves apart is with their office staff and the welcoming environment they managed to create.Both Jessica and Melissa have been incredible and done a fantastic job at building and maintaining the culture and I definitely have to give a shout out to Joe who is not just “A” maintenance man, but “THE” maintenance man for keeping this place physically together.If I renew my lease it only be because they are all still here as well.

Ascend has all what me and my wife looking for, super clean model apartment, Floor plans are so nice and well planned.Melissa our leasing agent did an amazing job and had the best vibe and positive attitude. She made our leasing experience so easy and smooth and answered all our questions even by phone or email after we left.Cant wait to start my new journey with them.Thank you all

Jessica was extremely helpful! The customer service she provided is unmatched, she really made me feel at home and I havent even submitted my application yet. This property is in a great location, beautifully made floor plans. I am leasing my new home today and I cant wait to move in!

Ascend at the Fount is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and elegance. Tracy went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The location couldnt be better, with easy access to shopping, dining, and attractions. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I cant wait to return.

New renter here with two kids.just moved the Houston,I never seen this apartment complex when I applied but Jessica helped us a lot.it was easy process to application,any questions answered right away.yesterday first time I saw the apartments.very clean ,nice swimming pool and gym.very nice neighbors.we loved it so far.Special thanks to Jessica and Melissa.i highly recommend this place.

This place was astonishing I felt at home right when I walked in I was accompanied by Tracee, and Stacy, Tracee was so sweet and welcoming she helped me tour the units I requested and from start to finish I was truly blown away moreover if be willing I am truly ready to call this place home and I’m so excited to see how this property expands!

Excellent complex to live in, you can breathe a lot of peace and tranquility in this area. The parking lot is ample, the apartments are new, it has a pool, gym and free spaces! Melissa speaks in Spanish and helps you in your process.
