I’ve been living here since October when they opened, and I genuinely love the place. One of the best things about it is the open parking. We haven’t had any towing issues, and the floor plans are incredibly spacious. They can fit a California king bed, and there’s extra room around the room for large furniture.Each one-bedroom unit comes with a double sink, and their garden tubs are my favorite. Every unit also has an island, a large patio with wood flooring, and AT&T is already set up. You just need to call and access your account.For an additional $40, you can get a large room in the hallway where you can store all your belongings. I also love how the hot water heaters are located in the hallway.When it comes to my monthly bills, I don’t have to pay many additional fees. I have my own water meter, which saves me a lot of money each month.The office staff is always responsive to my questions. I can email them, and they’ll either call me or respond within the day. I can also place a work order through my portal, and it’s usually resolved within the week.This is a new building, so there aren’t any issues with my apartment. I love living here, and it’s very quiet.

New apartment, stuff happens and breaks. They should’ve done a better quality walkthrough with their contractors.5 stars cause what can management do but properly accommodate you when issues arise and maintenance has to do the work.And they did that. Thank you.

Love my apartment, great location especially if you have a social lifestyle. Josh is great. Move in process was quick & easy. I love how my apartment is not hot at all especially in this weather, I have the A4 unit and the bathroom is gorgeous love the double sink/double mirror.

Me and my fiancé just signed our lease with Ascend. The staff (Carmen and Josh) were both so helpful and patient. They took the time to show us several units, answer all our questions, help us with the application process, and offered refreshments all while juggling several other current and prospective tenants. Both are great at what they do!

Just moved in last week and this is probably one of the nicest complexes I’ve lived at! The staff is friendly, the amenities are nice, and the location is great. Definitely recommend
