    I want to say I have been a resident at Artisan at lake Wyndemere for 6 years and I love it here. I love my 2 bedroom apartment with a garage. Brenda the property manager called me about my contract. She told me she didnt want me to be charged for forgetting to sign a new one and also since i had been a long time resident she would not raise my rent. She was so helpful and nice. I have always gotten a rental increase, but not this time. Thank you Ms. Brenda for being kind!

    My daughter and I met with Brenda and Erica sometime last week as we are looking for a new place . Brenda introduce her self , a very police and friendly lady. We told her what we were looking for and she was nice to give us a tour of the property she also showed us a very nice 2 bedroom model. We continued to walk through out the property and she opened up a unit that was very nice clean and smell very fresh. We got 5obsee this really nice lake also and oh get this they have a cute pet station where you can actually bath your puppy/ dog. A very nice pet friendly atmosphere. The Property over all was very clean with alit of parking space. We went back to the office through a very nice and clean pool. Shr gave us floor plans and priced very good price and the have a special going on so take advantage of this because noone else is giving that. We live the place and we decided to make this our home my daughter is very happy and so am I. I recommend this place very much. We looked at about 5 diggrent places but this is our new home.     I primarily moved here due to location! It has very easy access to central woodlands and I45 but after living here for over a year I am also very happy with the Apartment complex and its management. The community is well maintained, The apartments themselves are spacious, slightly older design but solid and has all the basic amenities one would need. Melanie at the leasing office is very helpful and stays on top of all the requests. I highly recommended these affordable apartments in the Woodlands. Oh and the fact that I have an attached garage makes it even better

    Artisan is undoubtedly the place where my husband and I have experienced La Paz and harmony, we feel here with the work team and the excellent manager Nubia Mendiola extremely satisfied and safe. the maintenance team are also magnificent people, the view of the lake, the cleanliness of the entire place, the friendliness of the neighbors and the surroundings are incredible, we truly feel in the place of our dreams. I wish I could stay here forever 🙏

    This is home. Out of curiosity I have been looking at prices & apts since my lease is up soon. I thought I would share why this is home for those of you frustrated with the market out there. I decided to stay. I have lived here close to nine yrs. Management was good when we first arrived here. We did go thru Management changes that were challenging. One of the top major reasons we decided to stay as a family is our current Management. Mr. Jordan Green. We call him Jordan. He is an asset to our community not just as excellent Management with terrific customer service skills, he is kind. He teaches by example & cultivates kindness. He is good person who always has his eyes & ears open. He welcomes communication with an open door policy. We see him drive around & he stops while we walk our pups to greet us... my niece thinks he is super cool. She met him a community office party. It is easy to see they are a team. I like he is great with kids, too. He listens to them. In general we call about a concern & he is on it. I believe in excellent customer service & have high standards. I do not waste my money where I am just another number. I have been living by choice in apts for decades now. I prefer a close knit community with everything I need. I can walk into Jordans office & give the crew a cake as a thank you. It is being family. He stops everything he is doing. We belong here. He helps make it home. We are blessed and lucky that our newest Management is an integral part of why Artisan at Lake Wyndemere is home. We live in a spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 car garage. It is beautiful here. I enjoy walking my service dogs daily. As a photographer it is wonderful place. I especially love the lake we are on. I included a few photos that help make it home. I believe in this campus I call home so much so I referred two other people who moved here. I also referred my sister, a single mom who works hard. Jordan makes sure she is taken care of. He helps with my family when unexpected family tragedy happens. He checks in on us. Who does that anymore? In a time people are all technology, impersonal & good customer service is hard to find, that is special. I face that the bottom line is money. People are an important part of the meaning of home. Thank you Jordan. You are a reason many of us call Artisan at Lake Wyndemere in the Woodlands home.

    Living at Artisan has been fantastic! The office team is always friendly and ready to help with any questions or concerns.     Home is Where the Heart is my mom use to quote to me. That saying is so important especially in these times. Artisan at Lake Wyndemere is an unique complex and location.Each apt has their own front porch. Complex looks like apartment homes. No elevators. Only two levels. Even has a lake you can fish in.I have lived here ten years!!!!! Every time I plan to move I just cant find the another place that gives me the feeling of safety and home.Our administrative staff Brenda Manager and Robert Assistant Manager with Melanie as Leading consultant fit in perfectly in this large complex of 321 apartment homes on six acres.They are competent, experienced and love their jobs and make you feel welcomed. That is special to me considering the times we are living in!!!!!!!Anyone who works with people know how hard the job is. Not everyone can do that job. They are the main reason I renewed my lease because I need my home environment to be comforting.Our maintenance staff is well qualified also. Luis, Sammy and Jose Jr. This complex runs like a perfected machine with great amenities. You have to come and take a tour to appreciate the beautiful trees that are apart of complex everywhere!!!!!!!

    I absolutely recommend to friends and family. The artisan at lake Wyndemere has been such a joy to call home. Wonderful staff, very polite and always made me feel welcomed. Always clean and quiet which was great working from home. I love the lake view, absolutely gorgeous and the best place to lounge after a long day of work.     From the moment I called to inquire about the property Melanie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I mean the customer service was amazing, when I got to the property she greeted us with a warm smile. She answered all of my questions interacted with my daughter and made me feel right at home. I watched her interact with the tenants while she gave us a tour and greeted them by name. I’ve worked in customer service for over 10 years and her service is impeccable. The property is beautiful and well kept definitely a 10/10.

    I just want to give a huge shout out to Junior with the maintenance crew, who has been actively working and following up with all Maintenace requests. He literally clears up the compactor areas even on Sundays (which I believe isnt a working day for the staff). Ive lived in several apartment communities and none of those provide such quick and efficient service as this. Junior is a great and enthusiastic worker, always willing to help. We need more people like him, and I hope he gets a raise or promotion for such hard work.

    My husband and I lived here for 6 years and we loved our experience. Through several management changes, the last one was the best with the manager, Nubia, who always addressed any concerns we had. The maintenance team is top notch, we loved Jose and his team. They always responded to any maintenance calls within a day and sometimes even the same day. The work was always done right the first time. My only suggestion is that corporate gives them the money to maintain the improvements done to the property a few years ago. The dog park and the dog washing station has needed repair and we were told it wasnt in the budget to fix them. These features add a lot of value to the complex, but hey are actually detractors if they arent functional. I would definitely recommend this complex to family and friends.

    Update: I renewed my lease here for another year. There really is nothing bad I can say about my experience. I had an emergency maintenance request, and the maintenance team was here within 10 mins and fixed the problem. The valet trash people have been consistent the past few months. Management remembers your name, and they’re always very friendly. I am happy to live here.This is my 3rd time at an apartment complex in the Houston area, and this has been the best experience I’ve had renting so far. The main reason why I am giving this place a good review is because the staff here are friendly & helpful, the residents/neighbors are respectful & kind, and it seems like the management company cares for maintaining the community well. I also would like to add that I feel very safe here as a single, young woman.The only cons I have are that my apartment was poorly painted over the trim & the paint falls off easily, and the valet trash people don’t do their jobs very well. I know this complex is not responsible for the valet trash people though because it’s a third party company.

    New Update ReviewThe next morning the property manager Venus resolved my issue in less than 24hrs. Maintenance was able to replace my fridge and water heater that same day. They also fixed some issues that I had as well. They were also able to get my washer and dryer sooner than I expected. I no longer have unwanted visitors 🎉🎉Not what I was expecting first night killed 3 roaches lost count of the baby roaches. Now this is my second night my boyfriend has been killing roaches for the past two hours not kidding I wish I was. He has killed 8+ big roaches. I regret moving here it’s been the worst experience ever. My biggest phobia is roaches and now I’m stuck here for 13 months. I never experienced this at my old apartments we had carpet everywhere and I have an 18month old if you’re a mom you know baby/ toddlers drop food everywhere in the 2 years I lived there I never seen a roach. Do not lease here I do not recommend it. It’s the worst place to call “HOME” . If I could give them 0 stars I would 😭😭

    This review is for the apartment comex, Artisan at Lake Wyndemere. I moved here, sight unseen, from across the country. The location is great. The pool is maintained year round, the business center and gym are great to use. The site manager, Jordan Green, is such a great manager. Her makes moving easy, always available for questions. He will work with you or help with concerns. I enjoy my home here, and hope to be here for the foreseeable future.

    After looking at a dozen different apartments we decided to stay with this one mainly due to the true homey environment the staff create for their tenants. We are so grateful we had George guide us through the whole process from beginning to end. My husband and I moved here with our dog 3 years ago and it is the best decision we could have made. George from leasing has been wonderful, he helped us get an affordable rate and made the process so easy. He really cares about the residents, the only couple of times we had issues, he was always so quick to send the awesome maintenance team over to get it addressed right away. I highly recommend you speak to him about making Artisan your home. Our pets were always welcomed, and we absolutely loved our 2 bedroom with an attached Garage unit (no neighbors up or downstairs🙌). George was also always looking for ways to get new perks and incentives for residents. We have bought a home now but we are so happy to have made this our home for the past 3 years! Premises were always safe and kept beautiful!

    I have lived at the Artisan for 10 years now...my attraction to the property at that time was it being tucked away from the busy roads, the lake and the beautiful grounds. Obviously being here for so long Ive gone through a few management changes, apartment remodeling and maintenance crew. Having Jordan Green as our newest Manager has brought me back to my early days here. He truly cares about the residents, listens to our concerns with his open door policy and makes things happen!     I would like to start with the fact we dropped off some paperwork at the office. I waited in the car. The manager Jordan Green, came out the car to meet me when he first got here! That is good service. My family and I have resided here 7 yrs and a bit longer. Jordan, his new office assistants and the maintenance crew make a great team. They are prompt, reliable, friendly and go out of their way. The location and these apartment speak for itself. I work in Houston and I love the Woodlands area. This place is home. There was an issue with valet and trash accumulating with the prior company management. I am proud to say Jordan came in and cleaned up quickly. The issue has ceased. Jordan is the type of manager who you see driving the cart around the property. He is hands on. I like the changes he has made to make home better. He and his team treat it here like their home, not just a job. If you are looking for a place with great amenities, a friendly community, I recommend it. I refer friends here. You will be welcomed with a great team, friendly people, families, singles, pets and a peaceful lake with a pier... Check it out. Prices are reasonable. All in all Artisan at Lake Wyndemere is beautiful. Most importantly it is all inclusive.

    I lived at Artisan at Lake Wyndemere for 4 years. I moved into the property prior to the current management when they were named Hyde Park at Lake Wyndemere. I see a lot of mixed reviews based on the understandably frustrating changes in management that took place a few times over the time that I lived there. Many of the complaints were valid based the company that was hired to do renovations and the process that put some residents in unsatisfying situations. I want to base my review on my personal experience living there. When I first moved in, the management was nothing short of amazing. Whenever I had any repair issued it was done within 24 hours. My only complaint is that I moved into a second apartment due to downsizing and after 6 months I had a bug problem. The exterminator came multiple times and no matter what, these bugs would not go away. This was not a cleanliness problem at all and I was very frustrated that the management did not do enough to help my situation as it was becoming unlivable. Finally, I was informed that the exterminator was using the incorrect spray for this particular bug and once she was aware, the problem went away. Im not taking a star away because of this though because the current management is different now so Im not sure how they would have dealt with the problem. I personally have not had much interaction with the current management but any that I did have at minimal has been fine. The grounds manager, Jose has been with the property for quite a while and he has always been wonderful, along with the other guys that do repairs and grounds keeping. Ive had great neighbors that will be lifetime friends of mine and some that drove me insane but thats the case anywhere. Since new management they renovated the gym, pool and added a fishing dock, dog park and hammocks. All that are pretty nice. You dont get those amenities everywhere especially with a small lake behind the property. Overall, my experience there was good. It always felt like home and I cant say anything negative about my personal experience.

    I couldn’t be happier with the new owner this past year I have lived in this property 12 yrs and it’s gone through a lot with different owners. The current owners and manager Jordan and office staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful .. Jordan has brought back community get togethers and meetings with the community. The maintenance here has always been the best . This past summer my air conditioning went out on a Sunday evening .. I called emergency maintenance and within 30 minutes Jose from maintenance was here and had it fixed .The temp outside that night was 102 . Best place to live ❤️

    I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Amber L. She was very knowledgeable and put us at ease by taking the time to provide a tour of the property and apartment homes on the spot without an appointment.The community and apartments were clean and spacious. Pricing was fair compared to S. Florida and we received answers to all our questions. Ms. Amber was extremely helpful with explaining all fees and expectations. No stone went un turned and we were not rushed out like other complexes have done. From what was presented and seen outside the tour this is one of my top 2 places to consider when moving to TX from FL. Ask for Ms. Amber she provides the best and warmest tours.

    Been living here already 1 year and it has been the most pleasant apartment living I’ve ever done and I’ve lived in apartments my whole life. I’m now resigning again and moving to a new unit. Ms Terry and Ms Sharda are so lovely to work with! They were so helpful and are making this change very easy! They’ve given me peace of mind and I’m so happy I found this little community. The amenities are great and all my neighbors are very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!!!!! If I could give it more then 5 stars I would!

    Ive been a resident here for about 3 months so far and have to say my husband and I made the best decision! We absolutely love it. With covid we have not had much interaction with the office or maintenance staff. However, the encounters we have had the office staff has been great. The property is gorgeous and very quiet. The only negative I do have to say is parking is rough at times. But we love it here and plan to stay for a while.

    We love this place!!! We moved here in August of 2017, to a beautiful, spacious, remodeled 3 bedroom with an attached garage. The apartment has so many cabinet space. Every room is beautiful. They did a fantastic job with the remodeling. Brittany Byrnes, one of the leasing agents, is so sweet and kind. When you walk inside the office, and if she’s there, she’ll greet you with a warm smile. She is very helpful and answers any questions you have thoroughly. I love her professionalism. The other staff are also great. The maintenance always comes to fix things in a timely manner. I do not have anything negative to say about Hyde Park. I definitely recommend you giving them a try. They are always having events for us at the office, and the tenants really enjoy it. We love to call this place home.

    I have lived here for 7 years through lots of changes. This new ownership and management change is fantastic! They really care and it shows. The improvements to the pool area are amazing and beautiful. Grills - TVs (3 of them sports fans) and a cool pool. They just recently completed a dog park with a dog washing station and an agility course. A good part of the park is shaded so it makes it tolerable in this Texas heat! I have visited many of The Woodlands dog parks and this park, hands down, over the rest.Last, but most importantly, I challenge you to find an apartment with the square footage here for the same money. You won’t. I’ve looked thinking I might need a change. Visit their leasing team and give it a try. Oh - maintenance requests handled fast and efficiently and valet trash pickup at your door 5 days a week at no extra charge.

Nubia has been such an amazing help instantly jumping on any request and trying to make sure I am as comfortable as possibly here. He was a good manager, Now, the manager is Nubia Mendiola, and assistant manager Danielle and the whole team are still doing a great job.     I went again for a tour and i bought my boyfriend because we are looking for apartments and i told him this apartment complex is a good environment , and i specifically asked for Danielle to tour me again because she has such a good attitude and is the best !     Three years ago I moved from New England down here to Texas. My family moved into Artisan at Lake Windermere through the high praise and reviews we saw while researching apartment complexes. The location is great, quiet and has an amazing view of the lake. The business center and gym are great to use and are clean daily. The pool and spa are another great add-on for those who live here. The site manager, Jordan Green is a great person to work with. Jordan will go out of his way to make moving easy, answer any questions, listen to all concerns and go above and beyond to help if he can. The office managment team is just as excellent as he is. They are respectful and patient. I would also like to give a huge shout out to José and his maintenence crew. They are nice and fun to be around. Not to mention, they help make the Artisan more home like. I love it here. This I my home.

    On our 2nd year of renewed lease. My boyfriend and I 1st apartment & we couldnt be happier! We looked around at others for awhile. Complex is very quiet. Neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance is quick & polite. Couldnt have a better staff in office there awesome! Gym & lounge are nice. Awesome location for stores & restaurants! Nothing to complain about :)

    Although we have only lived here a few weeks my wife and I are very pleased with the property. Yes, parking is sometimes less than desireable... but I have never had to park more than 10-12 spaces from my apartment. We have had two minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately by very friendly and competent people. Office staff seems very capable and very helpful. The tranquility of the property is priceless... there is NO traffic noise, no tenant noise, and our neighbors have been very nice. Every place has rules... whether concerning trash, noise, parking, whatever... you knew the rules BEFORE you signed your lease. Quit complaining and move on if you are not happy.

    We have lived here since August/September 2017 and absolutely love it! We apartment searched for months, and had it narrowed down to this and one other place. However, the customer service is what won us over! Brittany is the office is exactly why we chose this place and Hilary made the choice that much easier. It’s a nice, clean, quiet property with very friendly tenants and management! Any issues we’ve ever had were resolved very quickly, even when we were locked out at 10:30 at night. They came quickly and with a smile! Not many on call maintenance men will do that, happily! Looking for a place to live? Come here!!!

    Absolutely love to call this place home! I have lived here for a couple of years now and won’t sign another lease with anyone else. Prices are very reasonable and the location is peaceful and beautiful. But what really sealed the deal for me is how they helped me during Hurricane Harvey last year. I was stranded in Downtown Houston and my dog was locked in my apartment and they worked with me to get my apartment unlocked so my friend could come get her. When I got back to my place I was so thankful that the complex wasn’t having issues with flooding! Very well built and again staff that treats you like family and not just a resident. Will recommend this complex every single day!!

    This review is directed more toward the Assistant Community Manager than just the property at first. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been treated with as much love and care by someone I’ve just met, let alone by an apartment complex employee. Farrah is by far one of the greatest people I have ever met. She knows every resident I’ve seen her greet by name and will not only ask about how they are because she genuinely cares but asks about family or how their situations are going. She has made my entire moving process go so smoothly. Anything I have called, emailed or walked in about, she has resolved or helped with immediately. No question goes unanswered. Farrah is a RARE gem. She is the exact type of person this world we live in needs more of. I’m praying she is here as long as my lease. I won’t have a worry in the world if she is.As far as the property itself, it’s been extremely peaceful so far. I love my apartment. The layout is cute! I’m grateful that I don’t have to worry about people under me because of my crazy dog. It definitely feels more like a townhome with the garage attached which I personally love as well. I had no issues with my apartment moving. It was clean and move in ready. Getting the cable and internet set up was super easy. Everyone seems extremely nice in the complex as well.

    By far one of the best complexes me and my husband have gone with. It’s such a peaceful and clean complex and i feel so safe especially with having kids. My main goal was to get a safe complex and this is it. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. I’ve only lived here for about a month almost and anything I’ve needed they have been right on top of everything.

    Ok. I dont normally write reviews (and I work for a digital marketing company!). But...Hyde Park recently had a change in management. The new property manager and other staff members took the time to meet with residents to get their feedback about how to make Hyde Park even better. Not only are they making good on our suggestions, they started handling them that very afternoon!! I came home for lunch to find maintenance painting the bench, tables, chairs, and even the trash can in the gazebo area!! Its the small things that make the most difference. I love living here, and I love how they treat their residents. Were not just residents though...were family.

    Wonderful place to live. Signed lease sight unseen and was not disappointed. The leasing team is friendly and helpful. Maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure the property is maintained. Lots of upgrades. Great location close to Woodlands waterway with easy access to I-45.

    Hyde Park at Lake Wyndemere “Home”. Before I sing their praises - I do have to mention a negative - not enough parking space for visitors or residents.Does it bother me? “Nope”. I live in an apartment that probably can comfortably host 2 couples (4 people) for a dinner get together- 2 cars and they would park in my garage space.Now for the positive.The office staff are extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and just pure fantastic. Love the staff.The maintenance crew. Quick, attentive, and always helpful. Professional grp. I don’t care how silly the service request - remove light fixtures so that I can clean them. They are there to help.The grounds are well maintained and pleasent and natural surroundings are well thought out.For my apartment - perfect. I love coming home. Easy to clean. I love my space. My style and decor fit just perfect. Did I say I love my space?I love my space.I love the fact that the apartment group is always having special projects. Knowing collectively we can make a huge impact. School supplies- food drive for people and animals - blankets and personal items for our homeless. Just to mention a few projectsHuge plus - the residents are extremely responsive and generous to Hypde Park’s initiatives. Creative get togethers for residents as well.Am I moving any time soon - Nope.

    Management has addressed the few issues weve had pretty quickly. No issues with any bugs, noise or theft. Cant say much about parking as we have an attached garage. We lived here through the recent Harvey flooding and had ZERO flooding issues. Less than a grand a month for a 1.5 bedroom I the woodlands. I suggest it if you dont mind living out of the way of everything.

    My wife and I stayed in Lake Windermere for about 5 months. The leasing process was easy and we had no problem during our stay. The apartment is very confortable, price is better than other places nearby and staff was always polite. Parking can be an issue, but honestly we never had it that much of problem. If we come back to The Woodlands, this place is our first choice.

    I never write reviews for anything however this deserved attention. Long story short, my new move in date was not inputted in the system like an employee said it was. when I arrived upon move in day my apartment was not ready. I WAS SO STRESSED AND UPSET. I even provided names of the woman I previously spoke too. Due to so much confusion the manager (Jamesha) rushed from Houston to help with this issue. I explained everything and she apologized on behalf of her staff. I cannot express how irritated I was. HOWEVER Jamesha did all she could to help my husband and I out. We got situated and I was so thankful for her help.!!! thats how management needs to be done!!!!!!! We moved in sat, and Monday my car was towed due to lack of permit which I was trying to work on. AGAIN Jamesha helped out. I HAVE BEEN OUT OF MY MIND STRESSED BUT I AM THANKFUL SHE HAS DONE ALL SHE CAN TO HELP US OUT. As I begin my lease here I can only pray for a smooth remainder of the year!!!!!!!

    I moved in about a month and a half ago and its outstanding, especially in comparison to the four other complexes ive lived in around the area, the staff is unbeleivably friendly from top to bottom, everyone is always wearing a smile and they seem genuinely happy to help with any question or concern, as well as just carry on a friendly conversation which is refreshing to say the least. They are always planning some sort of event or party for the residents to meet eachother, the halloween party was a blast! This place really feels like home, and every member of the Hyde Park team seems to strive to make it carry that feeling!

    As a resident in these beautiful apartments, I feel very calm and safe above all.We have been through heavy rains and storms and there has not been a single problem, due to their foundations and maintenance, by the way, the service and attention with them is first class since they do their work very organized and quickly.     I have lived in these apartments for almost three years and part of the good impressions I have had is the attention of the maintenance staff, special mention to José Matute, he is an excellent worker, whenever I have requested a service I have received a response Quick and efficient on his part, his kindness and willingness to help the tenants at all times and ensure that everything works correctly is to be admired.     We moved last year to these apartments, we like it here because we were looking for a safe, clean and quiet place to live.The gym area and its surroundings are always clean, the only drawback is that sometimes they dont take the garbage away but I hope that they hire more responsible staff very soon. Meanwhile, the maintenance guys are very hard-working, especially José Matute since he has always been very attentive, friendly, helpful and, together with his partner, always try to help with our needs.Excellent worker, we hope that Artisan at Lake Wyndemere continues to have clean areas and everything they offered us from the beginning.Hammocks, a clean lake, gym with complete equipment, jacuzzi, pool, above all, tranquility and secure parking.I think well renew the contract for another year. !!
