    First week here, its been pretty well and good. we did have one huge roach, come out of the vents during the first day, but it was taken care of immediately. praying that this will never occur again, people complain about pests but have to realize these are apartments, youre living on top of each other.anyways as for the community it is very well done and nice, no loud neighbors. we are tucked farther away from the busy streets, maintenance is very nice and well-mannered. office and staff respond about 1-2 days for service requests, which is fine by me. I hope to have this same opinion for my whole lease, very much blessed to live at this beautiful community.

    Love this place! I will call this my next home! I came to tour with Karielys and she was great! Awesome personality and knew exactly what I needed. I love their pool with the Sun deck and all. Definitely very welcoming!

    Breeah is awesome! She made the entire application/move in process so smooth and was very communicative and helpful with any question I had along the way. This complex has checked all the boxes on top of the apartments themselves being nice and fairly priced.

    I moved here a couple months ago and I had some pest issues and maintenance issues when I moved in. I called up the main office and got a ton of help from karielys and Bree multiple different occasions, they were very nice and accommodating to my issues. I had recently got some work done by the maintenance team they sent, they sealed the crown molding just as I asked and fixed a couple other issues. Thanks again Wilbert and Joel, great guys, seems like the communication is good between employees here and thats a blessing. 👍 Keep up the good work guys.

    We are a retired couple after working for 12 years in Africa. Our friend found this apartment complex. When we visited the office, Bree welcomed us with bright smile and guided a tour very kindly. She was so easily approachable and sweet. We are not so technologically good, so that in many cases we could not handle even the complete application. So we bothered Bree in so many ways. But Bree was so patient and took care of us very well in each case. Bree is well equipped professionally but above all her personality was shining. My wife and I really enjoyed her practical help and so thankful of her professional service with great personality. We give her five star excellency for her service in every aspect of performance. Many gratitude to her for all she did for us in this experience of getting an apartment. We are so much thankful!

    I have lived here about 4 years now and have always loved the property. In the last 1-2 years I have come to adore and respect the leasing office staff for doing all they could to keep this property looking well maintained and safe! More importantly, I love how they have worked so hard to provide fun activities for the residents for holidays and other celebrations. They are very interactive with us and for me, that is refreshing. Even the maintenance workers and courtesy officer are extremely pleasant and friendly. So shout out to Kathy, Breeah, Alexandra and Karielys for providing excellent service and continuing to make this community a place I enjoy living in!! THANK YOU!

    After our daughter moved out, my husband and I sold our home of 23 years and decided to embrace apartment living again. We toured several complexes in the area. However, The Venue was different. As soon as I walked in the door, William made me feel like family.Our apartment is so beautiful and has lots of storage in the kitchen cabinets. I was afraid all of our cookware wouldnt fit but it does!We also love that the community is smoke-free. Thats one of the main reasons we chose The Venue.We had a couple of issues but they were promptly fixed by Ronnie, our wonderful maintenance man.William always greets me by name which amazes me! He and the other office staff are so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure our happiness and piece of mind.You can see from the pics below where Im spending most of my time! I feel like Im at a resort.Come check out The Venue if youre looking for luxury apartment living!

    I love this place! The view makes me feel like I’m at a resort. Thanks to the maintenance team the property is always clean which I love because I go on walks quite often. I love swimming in the pool because it’s always clean. Despite the mess some people leave behind in the pool area; the pool is always clean every time I go. I notice the employees cleaning the pool every morning when I sit in my balcony, enjoying my coffee. I like that I don’t have to walk to trash rooms because we have valet pick-up trash. I don’t have to worry about it once I put my trash inside the trash can outside my door. Which by the I would like to commend whoever cleans the trash cans in the hallways because they’re always clean. Overall, aside from the beauty of the property, the safety and cleanliness of it makes me happy to call Cortland Spring Plaza my home.

She is personable and professional.Lucy helped solve an issue with a malfunctioning elevator and reached out to a tenant who received a package meant for me. The front office is full of star employees but shines brighter than all of the others!

    Been living here for a year now and have had an overall positive experience. The apartments are spacious and have a new/updated feel. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly, unless it’s not urgent, then it might take up to 2 weeks or so for them to address your issue. I was told when I moved in that the hallways would be power washed, but I’ve yet to see any clean hallways after 1 year. That’s probably my only real complaint. I have had a few packages stolen and have seen car tires get stolen, but you’ll pretty much find that at any apartment, that’s hard to avoid. Overall, I’d recommend the complex and the area that surrounds it.

    Breeah Nelson was very professional. She made my experience amazing I so love my apartment. I’m so glad I decided to move here. She answered every call when I called if she wasn’t there someone else helped thank you guys for caring about the tenants. if I could give y’all 100 stars, I would my moving experience was phenomenal.     I’ve been a resident for 3 months and Ive seen big changes in such a short time. They have a new Leasing Staff that’s attentive and helpful I get the answer to my questions now unlike before they never knew nothing. I also want to mention the cleanliness of the hallways and elevators, the maintenance team works hard to make sure the property is clean. Ive also seen improvement in the landscaping part. I hope we can keep the same service for a long time. I don’t to have to deal with stressful stuff now. Thank you Arielle Spring staff!

    I have lived here for over a year and have dealt with several different staffs in the office. The old staff would never follow through which would cause many problems. HOWEVER, the new staff: Carolyn, Alejandra, Breeah and Lucy, have been EXCEPTIONAL. They handled my issues that weren’t their mistakes and did it happily. As someone who works in property management, I value their professionalism and making sure everything was taken care of that was within their control, in a timely manner. Additionally, I had several issues in my apartment (nothing major and never had something major unlike other communities I’ve lived at) and they were all handled within a reasonable timeframe and maintenance is friendly. Thank you guys for all that you do.

    Great place to live at. Just re signed my leases for another year. Pool is very nice, plenty of bbq grills and shaded area to hang out and have a good time with the kids and family.     I am extremely impressed with the value of this community, the amazing office staff, and maintenance. I love all the features of my home like the granite counter tops in the kitchen and restroom, the high ceilings, and spacious lay out just to name a few things. The leasing agent Stephanie has an an amazing attitude and was very informative all throughout the process. She helped me from the application to the move in day and made my move in so easy. The manager Michelle is also very welcoming, knowledgeable, and has been very responsive when I have any questions. The service staff amid covid has been doing a great job with my work orders. I am definitely recommending Cortland to all my friends and family because the customer service and value here is outstanding.

    We moved to the property on Aug.14. Thus far we’ve had a pleasant experience. The property seems to be maintained well and when issues have arisen they have been handled quickly and managed appropriately. The maintenance crew does an excellent job of maintaining the property and upkeep of the amenities. The leasing office staff are kind courteous and manage the property efficiently. The residence here are friendly and warm I’m really happy in our decision to move here.

    I enjoyed living at Cortland. Apartments are new and beautiful, located in a very convenient location. The front office team is very helpful and takes care of any issues you may have (if any). Resident are friendly and the complex is mostly quiet, except for the summer season, if you live next to the pool. The maintenance team is also very professional. Overall, you get a quality apartment for a fair price. I recommend this complex.

    I am on year two here at Arielle Springwoods and I can’t imagine living anywhere else in Spring TX! The amenities they have to offer are amazing, the pool is beautiful and huge you feel like you’re at a resort! I can’t express how helpful & friendly the staff is. Ray and Leslie are always my go to because they help me with anything I need and don’t make me feel like a bother. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure Im comfortable & happy as possible here & help me whenever it’s needed. I will be renewing my lease again when this lease is up!

    I have been living here for almost 14 months now and I love it. My family and I were the first ones to move into our apartment. We had a choice to choose which building and corner apartment we wanted. This of course was due to the property being so new. I have no complaints about this property. The apartments are very well kept and the staff is always friendly and willing to help. If I ever need maintenance work done they respond promptly. My first Impression of the place was it was beautiful, clean and spacious. Angela showed the property and was very informative and super nice. Can’t forget William and Kaylee, anytime I go into the office I’m greeted by name and a huge smile from them. Management is awesome too!! Candi and Taylor are very much involved in the property. When I had an issue, they made sure to stay on top of it and resolved it as quickly as possible. The team in the office is a well put together team. They always communicate with one another so they are never out of the loop about any of the residents. This is a Luxury Apartment and you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a spacious and clean property this is it. if you’re looking for a secure property this it, if you’re looking for great amenities this is the place. If you enjoy feeling appreciated as a resident you can’t pass this property up!!!!!!!!

    The 3 staff members (William, Kristin, and Danielle) at the front office are exceptional! William gave me my initial tour of the property and sold me based on his great customer service, rapport, and knowledge of the property. I met Kristin shortly after moving in and she is always a friendly face and available to help! All 3 are very helpful, outgoing, and kind! My experience here has been positive so far. Great amenities, great customer service, and the coffee machine in the front office is perfect :)

    My wife and I have been living in this community for almost two years now and have had minimal issues! This is not the first apartment community we have lived in. The staff are very friendly and are always helpful. The issues we have had were resolved quickly. The maintenance crew are also very friendly and attentive. We are very satisfied with our stay here and would recommend The Venue Apartments to anyone! Great place!

    I’ve lived here almost a year and I love it!! The property is beautiful, everyday I feel like I’m at a resort. The amenities are amazing and there’s the added perks of the movie theatre and car wash (which I’ve never used) but nice nonetheless. The office staff is super friendly and helpful with whatever needs you have. Having an elevator in the building is amazing, esp living on the 4th floor. There’s no assigned parking so sometimes you may have to park a little ways if you come in late but nothing too crazy, the extra calories burned never hurt anyone. My apartment is always super quiet, I’ve rarely heard any noise from my neighbors unless they were walking in the halls or something. Great location and right by the freeway so I get to work much faster. New shopping center close by and lots of neat little restaurants and businesses without having to drive far. Not sure if I’m renewing my lease because you def pay for all the perks, but it’s a very nice community overall.

    We love this place! We have been living with my family here for a year and a half (we have renewed our lease) and we truly recommend it. Apartments are awesome, very modern. If you happen to have any inconvenience the staff is very responsive and they will solve it right away. Most of the times William is the lucky one, he is super friendly and always willing to help with a big smile on his face!! He is the best!The comunity has a tremendous resort style pool in an open space (not right next to apartments windows, very important!!!) so you dont get to listen to any noise of people enjoying the summer in the pool. Luckily now there are new policies and the pool doesnt get too crowded with friends. Thats a proof of how engaged the comunity management is to ensure that you enjoy your stay here!

    I’ve recently moved in at the Venue and have been so happy!! Moving to Houston from Ca I had searched through hundreds of complexes including taking more tours than I could count. By far the Venue stood out because of the management staff and the building. Angela, was so kind and helpful when I arrived and showing me around the property. In the process of moving in, all the staff have been AMAZING. They truly care about all their residents and continue to make me feel at home! I’m so grateful to Angela, Emily, William and Smyrna.     I lived here for over a year and just recently moved out. I can say that I really enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests were always completed promptly and professionally. Office staff was always very polite and helpful, I had the most contact with William and he was always so nice! I lived on the 4th floor in building 3000 and honestly living in the back of the property was so great because there was less traffic. The elevator access was easy to get too and I never found myself fighting for a parking spot or having to park very far from the elevator doors. You’re suuuuuper close to the freeway as well as a ton of restaurants and grocery stores.I see people complaining about the gates being always broken and yes, there was a time that it felt like the gates were being repaired weekly but the office lets all residents know via text or email that it’s being worked on. I’d say it’s been months since a gate issue has been reported prior to my move.Definitely recommend this complex to anyone!

    I am very picky about what apartment complex we live in so my review is a very honest review. William, Kaylee and Angela were awesome when I did my application and moving into our never lived in apartment unit. William took care of everything for me and when he wasn’t in the office Kaylee and Angela were very helpful. It’s been about 6 months and I really enjoy living here. Of course there’s no perfect apartment complex. You have the neighbors that you hear arguing and the neighbor that decides one day to throw trash on the ground oh and not to forget the neighbor that leaves trash outside their door when they are supposed to walk it down to the hall to throw it away. These things happen all the time but my overall stay is really nice. At times when you call the office they may not answer the phone but that’s because they are busy and I have seen that with my own eyes. You can’t expect everything to be perfect because no one is perfect we all make mistakes. With that being said, I would recommend these apartments to my friends, family and even co workers!

    We have lived at The Venue for two years and it has been amazing! Every time I have a question, concern or need something fixed it gets taken care of very efficiently! And we love Angela in the front office she is always doing fun parties and things in the community! Our favorite so far was doggy ice cream day! Things we also love are there is plenty of parking, it is a very dog friendly complex and there is washer and dryer in the unit! You cant beat it! Plus with The Market at Springwoods growing this is the best location to be in.

    I moved in almost a year ago. It has been nothing but a pleasant experience. Leasing office personnel are always very friendly and helpful. Had an incident with my apartment that was out of their control where contractors had left a mess after completing some work. Manager was upset by how my apartment and I were treated, so she took it upon herself to schedule their staff to come in and steam clean my carpets and do a maid service as if I was just moving in. Appointments were completed while I was out of town. Returned expecting to have to move furniture back that I had moved out of the way for the carpet cleaning. Was pleasantly surprised when I opened my door that the staff had put all of the furniture back exactly where it belonged for me.

    Leasing office is always full of interested potential tenants which does generate sort of a wait time but its worth it. The apartments are beautiful and the fact that we will be the first people to live in the apartment, there are elevators and there is a saltwater pool is what sold my family and I. Taylor is who leased us the apartment and William gave us a tour, both were phenomenal and knowledgeable.

    The Venue Spring Plaza Apartments are a home away from home. The apartment size and layouts are great and the special touches each apartment has really sets it apart from the rest.     This place is awesome. We immediately fell in love with the place. Angela Mokarzel, our leasing specialist, was absolutely wonderful, I cant stress enough just how perfect she was. Rather than making us wait an extra long time, she told us to come along on the tour she was about to go on, after finding out that we and the couple in front of us in line, wanted to see the same floor plans. Shes beyond efficient, likable, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Everything about this place made us not hesitate and get stoked about moving in.

Doesn’t matter if it’s hunting down a package that was supposed to be delivered, assisting with technical issues in the business center or entering service tickets... They are wonderful and always handle things right away! They smile the entire way through it too. I work from home on and off and will take a stroll to the office for whatever I need. I appreciate that these two are part of the staff at this property!

    Do yourself a favor and do not go anywhere else but The Venue for your next home! From the second I walked in William made me feel like family and his no pressure aproach made my decision to move here a no brainer. William took his time to show me all the amenities that The Venue had to offer, answer any and all questions, showed multiple units, and the most important thing to me was that William was 100% real and not just rushing me into a lease, he told me to go home and think about it. By this point my made was made up, every single person who works here is PHENOMENAL! Angela was a huge help to me as well in getting my paperwork filed in seconds, yes SECONDS!The move in process was a breeze and Angela and William getting me cold water and Gatorade to help cool me down after moving in was above and beyond. The welcome bag was an awesome finishing touch to already wonderful personalized customer service. My unit is beyond spacious and its amazing to know that I am the first one EVER to live in my apartment. Again on a scale of 1-10 The Venue gets a 23,000000000! Thank you so much William and Angela for making me feel like family and for getting me moved in immediately to my beautiful apartment.

    Plans fell through with another apartment, leaving me in Houston with no place to live. Angela in the leasing office was sympathetic towards my situation and jumped through hoops to get me an apartment. Within 24 hours, I am all moved in and happy with my decision. Thank you, guys!     Visited the property on a Sunday and applied the next day!On my initial visit, Danielle provided exceptional service as I toured the property. She had genuine excitement for The Venue and all it offers. The Venue was not originally on my short list of properties, but it quickly rose to the top.I still wanted to fulfill my diligence and visit the other properties on my list before making my final decision. During lunch Monday, I visited another property but had The Venue on my mind. After work, I returned to The Venue for a second look. Kristen continued the exceptional service i experienced the day before as she gladly let me see the model apartment again. Minutes later, I applied. A week later, I moved in.Danielle and Kristen have continued to be responsive to my inquiries (not that I have that many) and always responded with a smile.I am eager to take full advantage of all The Venue offers - the resort style pool, The Scene, exercise classes, et al.

    This is a great complex. The facilities and the staff are friendly and amazing. Ive never walked into the office and not been recognized by name. Every tenant that I have met has been pleasant. I have owened a house sence I was 21. I am 39 and the last year here has been amazing!! The pool and gym are my favorite things here...just saying...the pool is awesome!!!!

    Since we have yet to move in, this is a review on the leasing process:The Venue, and specifically Kristen from the leasing office, has been incredibly helpful and accommodating in setting us up with our apartment! From the beginning, Kristen made sure we were clear on what was required of us, as well as what options we had in terms of utilities, pricing, etc. The complex and amenities are beautiful, but the warm quality of service from Kristen and the team at The Venue definitely won us over!

    Beautiful residence equally matched by personable staff. In particular William and Kristen. Toured the venue with Kristen who’s personality and charm made the “chore” of finding an apartment similar to that of being with a close friend. I then received a prossional follow up from William who seemed educated yet witty over the telephone. Rather than ramble on and on about how great the property was, both Will and Kristen simply asked what I valued most in a property. Only then did they respond with answers that were tailored to my concerns. Truth be told, what I believe most tenants value most is true and dedicated service from a friendly staff. I’ve lived in various places around the country and can say with the utmost confidence that the real differentiator between this property and others are these two. But why take my word for it, experience it for yourself.

    Lived at the venue just over a year. At first glance, lots of amenities.....full movie theater room with popcorn machine free of charge, extra large pool for the summer, multiple grills by the pool that are cleaned daily and cabanas with restrooms. Only thing drastically missing is a dog park. There are lots of residents and all with dogs and even a large area where one could be fenced in, but no park. However, there is a “dog spa” to wash, bathe and dry your pet. Front office is always kind and attentive, given the high traffic of clients that come in. Last, they do their part to integrate members of the community to events like summer pool parties, margaritas for cinco de Mayo, valentines, Christmas, and many other times; can’t go wrong with food! All in all, it’s a cozy living space, easy access to I-45 and close to plenty of food and recreation spots.

    Okay so I lost my aunts ring 💍 while washing my hands 🙌.. called the office and Carolina answered right away!     Everyone is very friendly & quick to help. Yesterday, my breakers flipped & I called the office when they opened & William toll said he’d go check it out himself. When I called back at noon William had fixed it. I was concerned because my fridge/freezer was thawing out. Everything was fine. So thankful. Whenever you have a request it’s taken care of by next day.
