I have been living in these apartments since April 2021. The maintenance team has always been prompt with requests and the front desk is always helpful and friendly. The only issue I have had is the parking is pretty bad for my building which is right in the front. My truck was stolen from the parking lot because I had to park all the way in the back; which was a common occurrence. Since then I park in front of the leasing office where there are cameras right there.

We have twin toddlers and our washer is vital every day. The agitator and some other parts got broke. We request the maintenance service to the guys if the apartments and they brought as a brand new one more expensive and modern. Especial thanks to Oscar and Jairo.

Recently moved out, but stayed at this complex for nearly 2 years, and honestly can say my experience here was pretty good. Their maintenance crew were always responsive and timely, leasing agents were helpful when needed, the property upkeep on the apartments behalf was consistent. Communication via email or door step letters to residents was treated as priority. And most importantly of all for me personally, or in my personal experience, this apartment complex had ZERO Pest problems (Never saw 1 roach), even when I left dirty dishes out. If I had to circle back to apartments near the beltway 8 or 290 area, Id probably choose them again.

I must say Ive been very happy so far with my new apartments. When I read the reviews I thought it wouldnt be a great pick but the Assistant Manager won me over with the sale and Im happy she did. I had my first service request last week and it was so easy to do and they came faster than I ever experienced anywhere else. Great place so far only bad is my neighbor has a dog that sounds like a entire football team running at once when it runs in the middle of the day when Im doing work at home. Other than that great place so far!

Have been living here almost 2 years. Quiet complex and maintenance is quick usually comes next day. The office staff is always nice and professional the few times I’ve had to call. Overall I enjoy living here, the schools for my kids are close and there are so many places to go. Everything is really convenient to get to and this is a great area and community. Really considering getting a 3 bedroom here when my lease is up.

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and love it! My apartment is in a really good location and is shielded from most of the sun and heat! The staff actually interacts with the residents and make things fun. Vincent is absolutely amazing! He always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents’ needs are met and taken care of in a prompt manner!

Arrived at Avana Cypress Estates and was greeted by Kisha. We toured two different one bedroom one bath. The property was very nice. Loved the fact that they have an on sight car wash, Doggy park, and 24 hour fitness. One thing I liked about the apartment is the arche wall leading to the rooms, and the big mirror in the dining room. Overall customer service was great. I will be returning to do my application.

So far my husband and I have only been here for two weeks. We love it so far, the front gate was broken up until two days ago. It was unsettling to move in and see that it took them almost two weeks to fix it. My husband and I both have had separate issues with one of the girls up front on two different occasions. Her name is Ashley, she is very rude, and has zero customer service skills. Trying to talk to her is like talking to a brick wall. I spent almost three hours trying to sort out an issue a few days after we moved in and she was of no help at all, I asked to speak to someone else in charge and it took all about maybe ten minutes to get the issues resolved. The assistant manager is really attentive and very willing to help. This issue had to do with renters insurance and even my agent who spoke with Ashley asked me who that woman was because she was extremely rude. So I will not give this place a 5 star review because of this issue. Other than that, I am happy with how they keep the grounds very clean, the complex is quiet and so far I have not had an issue with parking or noisy neighbors!

Ariana is a great community to live within. Its close to the beltway and everything I need is within a 12 minute drive which is great for a city as large as Houston. The staff is friendly and when I did have an issue with maintenance not addressing a particular maintenance request, it was corrected when I made the office aware of it. My only real gripes are that trash pick up is sometimes not as consistent as I would like and that I hear the kids running and jumping in the unite above mine waayyy more than I would like. Overall, its pretty decent.

I really appreciated that after having a bad experience with a different apartment complex, but it really felt like home here. I had the most outrageous time trying find a comfortable, relaxing, and safe place to live. I came across Avana Cypress Estates easily online, viewed the online tour, and signed same day. Also, I was able to meet my move in date within three days. Mr Vincent Wyatt was not only quick to respond to my housing needs, he also did so in a professional and pleasant manner.

It’s been 4 years, living here at Avana Cypress EstateMy family and I moved here from NYC, this was the first Apartment complex that we moved to and I have to say it’s really been a pleasure.Before moving in we spoke with a young lady by the name of Ashley Williams, and during our travel to Houston Texas, she checked on us while on the road making sure that we arrived safely to ACE.If I continue to go on this will be a very long story on how we love it here so...To make along story short. I can honestly say it’s been great here at ACE. The communication with the office staff and maintenance staff is wonderful.ACE is definitely a place for families, friends, neighbors and pets.

I have lived in many apartments over the years, but this is the only one I can say has truly attempted to help address any of my needs and problems. The grounds are kept nice, the staff is very hard working and the security is very active. The exercise room and pool area is always well kept up and has the newest work-out equipment. While I have seen some small problem with some of the Tenants they have also been addressed by the management. Ive found a truly nice place to live.

We recently tried to apply for a one bedroom apartment at Ariana Cypress Estates and had the opportunity to work with Chelsea Benedict. Shes really amazing and enthusiastic at her job. Shes always ready to help answering any questions that you might have. We could not move in the last minute because something else came up (not Chelseas nor Arianas leasing teams fault). If we need to find an apartment in the future, Id definitely recommend Chelsea and Ariana Cypress Estates Apartments. The place looks clean and new. It has so many amazing amenities that you could hope for.

I was a resident at Avana Cypress Estates a little over a year ago. And I can honestly say that is was the best leasing experience I have ever had. The staff was always on point. Always willing to help out and if you did put in a service request it was done within hours. I loved the fact that I could manage my entire account online. Work orders, rent, you name it. And to clarify- if you use your bank account, it does NOT cost a dime and it is very convenient. I mean would you expect anything but excellence? It IS a Greystar Community.

This is not a bad place to live. The only problem is that parking is TERRIBLE. Its a very quiet complex and for the most part the people are friendly. Ive dealt with management and they are all extremely nice and helpful. The upkeep of the property is great and if you have an issue just put in a ticket and maintenance will be there the next day, if its on a weekday. I had my fair share of concerns and problems with Avana and they have always taken care of me.

Great Place to live!!!!! I am a long term resident and I could not be happier. The service requests are easy to enter online and they are quickly completed. Maria Gonzalez is an amazing manager and her staff are equally amazing. Always willing to help with any issues and very sweet. The facilities are always clean and safe. Now this is apartment living, so your neighbors may sometimes be a challenge, but there is no other place in Houston where you can get this much square footage without paying rent that is equivalent to a house note. Believe me, I have checked. Lol! It is also in a location that has easy access to a variety of shopping options (groceries and retail). You are literally 10 minutes from Willowbrook Mall. Plenty of restaurants within a short distance (FM 1960, West Road, and Jones Road) There is security that circles the apartments at all times and live-in police officers that also patrol. Finally, the online Facebook for the community is amazing. It helps to connect with your fellow residents and not miss some of the fun activities that the complex does for its residents.

I the neighborhood. Avana Cypress Estates is cleab ans well kept. It is quiet. Its family friendly in the best way. The property is well on Mondays near the trash. I had some issues in the beginning with thw office staff but that is to be expected. It is a business and they behave as such.

I visited this place @ my friends place a couple of times. The parking is horrible. Extremely difficult to find the right parking spot. And they tow cars everyday. I saw the towing truck come and go all the time. But I like the pool though. Big enough to swim. Other than that, its a decent place.
