Theyre so kind and easy to talk to. Very understanding and keep their word when they say theyll do their work and get it done. The Lady Alyssa at the front taking care of my lease and move in was very nice and made the process so much better. Wonderful experience for getting my first ever apartment!

The Arden 231 is a beautiful, brand new apartment complex. The management/staff made it extremely easy to get through the move in process. They are always eager to help (and pretty fun to talk to) with any issues you may have and will work with you if any issues arise. Alyssa is the best, Shelbie is cool too though.

The property is brand new and beautiful! Alissa (assist manager) is WONDERFUL! She went above and FAR beyond to make sure the application process was easy/smooth for me! They have been so flexible and available to answer ALL my questions during the moving process! From the time I walked in I felt like I was home already! Alissa, Shelby, and Shanae are a GREAT team! They even have on-site storage! Valet trash and in door mail room! I know im going to love living there soon!

The staff was so kind and helpful with our application process. Me and my fiancé fell in love instantly with the interior. Shelby, Alyssa, and Shanae were so helpful as always and provide great customer service. They made me feel so welcomed and valued. If they made houses I would totally buy with them! 🙌🏽

Arden by Kalterra is a safe and comfortable place to live. I recommend it. Management is awesome at making you feel at home and solving problems.

This place is 5 stars all around! Best place I have ever lived in, the whole move in process was so smooth due to the people at the office were so helpful !! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to call home !
