    We’re can I start ms joy made sure I got everything I wanted and made sure the move was smooth and simple as possible. I had called for a work order to be placed and she made sure it was fixed that same day ! The property is super clean. And she goes beyond her way to make sure you are happy and comfortable at home.. not a lot of people left these days that take pride in they work ..

    Ms. Joy, and Alexis are the best leasing agents I have ever experienced. They both worked hard to get us approved for our new townhome. I love how they updated the unit. Its very nice, and clean. I love Ms. Joys personality, shes very sweet. She took time out to help me me get my paperwork in order to get approved. I love my new townhome.

    Nice play to stay no complaints. Maintenance is good and they fix things right away. Joy in the leasing office is great... she make sure she address all of your concerns and is very transparent. Close by major highways and schools.

    Ms Joyce is the best! She really went over and beyond for me and it’s obvious that she really cares about her residents and people in general. She’s made the process fairly easy and has been extremely thorough and walking me through every step along the way. I’m really looking forward to living here!

    Ms. Joy was very upfront and honest. She ensured to protect our integrity by scheduling a meeting that provided privacy to speak openly about anything and everything, which I appreciated being that I was a novice at searching for places to lease. She was extremely nice and answered all questions that I had. The property seems to be quiet, clean and well maintained. I toured a unit that a tenant was moving out of and it was in great shape, so I don’t doubt that there’s a lack of maintenance.Thanks Ms. Joy for helping us find our home!

    I just love Mrs Joyce she is so sweet and professional she keeps her word. She makes sure you’re very satisfied with your new home. Me myself I am so happy I decided to lease with her.     I have lived here for 10 years. Ms Joy and her staff has made it as comfortable as possible for me. Always has a smile on her face and speaks with kind words. She is just like family. Always being concerned and checking on her tenants. Im just loving my atmosphere. I would recommend her to anyone.Crazy about my townhouse. Thank you for her.

    I’ve been here since February of 2020. Ms. Joy treats you like family from the first phone call to schedule a viewing. My mom and I got a place in the same complex so I’m still close to her. Ms. Joy really knows how to advertise and what she says is the truth. It’s very quiet, especially at night. The people here mind their business and it’s a great place to settle down in my opinion. I would tell anyone to come here and live. Maintenance is fast and everyone seems to really care over here. I recommend that you call and speak to Ms. Joy because the process is fast without all the back and forth. It’s affordable here too!

    I wanted to start off saying thank you so much to arbor village Alexis and Joyce has been such a big help and blessing I appreciate them giving me a shot I love my place and also the community.     Living here is great, the people (neighbors) are a decent set of people. The maintenance man is awesome and fixes things in a speedy and efficient manner. But the office staff!? There is no staff, there is one lady name Joy, I believe she is getting up in age and needs office assistance. There is definitely a stray dog issue, and loud music all hours of day to agree with prior reviews.

    Oh boy I really don’t know where to start! From start to finish my process was very easy getting in my condo. There was two ladies in the office that help me tremendously. I want to say thanks Ms Joyce and Alexis for helping me. Now I can make myself at home.

    Excellent customer service from Ms Joy and Marlette. Anytime I have called on them they have gotten it take care of without delay. They treat you like family and Joy even checks on you if they dont see you in a while just to make sure you are okay.Thank you ladies for caring about your tenants.

    9-10-2020Its been great living at Arbor Village Townhomes since 1992.The experience there is quiet, safe convenient travel to central Houston and surrounding areas.Julio is great at maintaining property and offer fast, efficient service when issues arrive.Couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.Management team for property lead by Joy Taylor is one of the nicest team I’ve ever rented from.     The best place I have ever lived, it is very quiet, it has all the shopping nearby, I would return to live here a thousand times, this complex is like living at home, no one bothers you, there is no noise. It is very healthy. Joy, very nice person, the maintenance man is also nice people and they are always there to help us, I am so grateful to them. I have lived in other townhomes and it does not compare to this one, I have been here for two years and these two years have been very happy. I do not stress with parking, one has its own parking lot and roof for cars. The garbage truck passes in front of my house collecting the garbage and it really feels like a real home. We are very happy to be here.

    Joy is the best, she approved me super fast, very loving and does everything possible so that you can make one of those townhomes your home. He explains everything as it is and there are no surprises. I recommend it 100. If you are looking for a townhome this is the perfect place, they have more affordable prices than many places and Joy is always there to help you 💯💯🤗💖
