Love, Love my apartment. From the cute, modern apartments to the pool and fitness areas, it has everything I could hope for in an apartment.A special shout out to my leasing consultant Oscar Duran! I had my walk-through with Oscar and immediately fell in love with the place. His enthusiasm for the complex is contagious and his drive to ensure a smooth move-in for me was a Godsend. For all the issues i was having with deliveries, furniture movers etc, Oscar came through for me and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Oscar! You are literally the best!

I would like to first start off by saying how welcoming and friendly the staff is!! From day one I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Fonda has been amazing throughout the whole process and was with me every step of the way leading up to my move in day. And it didn’t stop there, I love going into the leasing office to grab a coffee and seeing how the staff is doing. I have lived here for nearly a year and I genuinely love coming home! It’s hard to find an apartment complex that not only offers a safe community but also one that is so involving and hosts monthly events that include food, drinks, games, and activities. After a long day I look forward to walking into my doors and saying I’m home.Also, don’t get me started on this resort style pool!! It is by far my favorite amenity and during the summer you will see me down there multiple times a week 😁Thank you Anatole for being the best at what you do, we love you!!

Application to move in was great! Apartment was available for move in. Everything was perfect and clean . Easy move in as well. My agent that helped me was Turquoisse she was amazing !!! She had all my paperwork and documents done within 1-2 days. I moved in the same week entire process was about 3 days in total before I was moved in . The apartments are beautiful, clean and when the environment is very quiet as well.

I put in a maintenance request for my dryer and they came very quickly to fix my dryer. The front office was very quick to put in a maintenance request for my unit. Julio came and fixed the dryer quickly and explained to me what was going on. Every time Julio comes from the maintenance team, he always makes sure to be quick and efficient and to explain everything to me which I love and has helped me a lot.

I have lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed every moment living here Everybody in the front office Ashley, Fonda, Gunner, Darla and the maintenance staff are top notch couldn’t ask for any better. The Apartments are great, nice layouts, and the separate garages are awesome plus they have separate storage if you need it. Every time I need something, it in most cases is taken care of very quickly by the fantastic maintenance staff. I have made many new friends here and enjoy the sense of community. Many of those friends I would consider part of my family, so many good people that live here. You can’t beat the pool here either it seems I spend more time there than my apartment. Love Love Love living in Anatole community.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Anatole at the Pines. The communitys proximity to shopping, medical facilities, parks, and so forth made the location an ideal spot. Its close enough to the newer parts of Conroe—not to mention The Woodlands—for speedy access, yet far enough off the interstate to provide quiet and security.Our apartment, a two-bedroom, was spacious and comfortable for us, and the design brought a lot of light into the main living area. We took advantage of most of the amenities as we were able, including the pool, grills (both gas AND charcoal!), workout facilities, package pickup, coffee bar, and some of the parties put on by the staff. As we do not have a dog, we didnt take advantage of the dog park, other than to pet some neighbors dogs.It has been mentioned on here by others, but it must be trumpeted to anyone unaccustomed to renting: a staff can make or break a renting experience. The staff at Anatole treated us so well, and I cant speak highly enough about them. Darla, Fonda, Turquoise, Rob, the entire maintenance staff—and even the folks who moved on to other careers while we were there—handled our requests with concern and respect. And let me tell you, we can be needy. We were once out of the country for two months, and we got a text from Fonda about accessing our space to keep our pipes from freezing. How in the world she even remembered us during the freeze, Ill never know. But it speaks volumes about this staff. If youve rented before, ask yourself how many times youve experienced that level of concern. Though Ive met only one executive team member of this property, I have to say that if the staff on site are this good, the executives must be also.It is our experience with the staff above all that sees us happily rating Anatole at the Pines with five stars. To the staff, especially you ladies in the office, thank you for a happy sixteen months. Were missing you all already.

My wife, daughter, and myself moved into anatole at the Pines 3 years ago. Everything has always been so smooth and comfortable! Weve never had a problem with any of our neighbors, its quiet and cozy and the property maintenence is always upkept very well! Fonda, one of the property management staff members, was always very respectful and always maintained a professional attitude, even over time, unlike other places weve lived where staff seem to get too comfortable over time (at other places).In summary, this was a very Beautiful and comfortable chapter in our lives for 3 years, and a great place to call home base while we were preparing to grow as a family into future endeavors. My story..2 years ago my family and I decided we where going to move to Conroe, Tx. to be closer to our grandchildren. We began looking at all kind of apartments and places in and around the area. We visited the website for the Anatole and virtually toured the floorplans. I then received a courtesy call from a sweet lady named Fonda. We talked for an hour or so not only about the apartment but the environment in the complex, the surrounding areas and just life in general. I got sick and had to have surgery putting our move off for a couple years.Now present time....in October my wife and I made several trips to the area looking for places. We even got a real estate agent to help find a place with exactly no help from them. We had just applied for a townhouse in Montgomery when we decided to just stop in an have a personal look. The place just kept coming up on our short listWell, low and behold, we where greeted by the same sweet Fonda I had spoke to on several occasions on the phone the past 2 years. We talked and i was determined to wait and see about the townhouse we had just put money down and applied for. But, Fonda simply asked me to come back the next day that she would personally take us around the complex and show us our new home. I was planning on going back to Louisiana that night and wait to hear from the other but my wife said one more night and lets just see. We came back and Fonda showed us the place and then we sat down with her and she discussed the pros and cons with us openly. Before we left that day we had applied, had our answer and signed papers. The only thing we needed was our move in date. She told us a date but had to confirm it would be ready.During that wait, Fonda kept us sane. The move in was easy. The ladies of the Anatole, Fonda, Darla, and Turquoisse go above beyond and out of there way to help anyone with even the smallest of issues. They greet you each and every time with a smile and genuine concern that everything is going good for you.We love that we made the right decision and stopped to choose here for our new home.

Anatole at the pines is the first place I’ve ever rented from, my first time away from my moms and I was so, so terrified when I started moving. Luckily for me, I found Anatole at the pines and all my fear disappeared because I immediately felt welcomed and at home the moment I walked into the leasing office. I must of asked a million questions but no one here ever even hesitated on answering them. Even when I lost my keys, Ashley (a leasing consultant here) went above and beyond to help me find them and make sure they were safe even though it was the middle of the night hahaha. She is someone that is so understanding and easy to connect with, just full of life every day that really makes life here warm. Anatole at the pines is an hour and 15 minutes away from my job but I would prefer to take that drive every day and feel safe and at home than to be anywhere else. Every time I went into the office with a silly question (which was often) I was greeted with smiles, reassurance and left happy. My roommates really love the gym here and we spent all of our summer days at the beautiful pool. I feel so proud when my family visits and they see how gorgeous the apartments that I live at are. Moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, thank you so much Anatole at the Pines!Ps. There’s ALWAYS parking!!!!!

I like how the apartments looked and how there is conveniently a shopping center here. There swimming pool are mostly clean and look good. My sister is a former resident here and she said it was good at the time. So honestly i think people should give Anatole a look at since they have apartment options and residents here are friendly.

My husband and I have been living here for about six months now and we have no complaints. The staff have always been very friendly. They even jumped off my car one day when I was running late to a very important meeting! Our unit has always been very clean and bug free and they’re very well insulated apartments. They’re pet friendly and also more lenient than most apartments about breed restrictions which is nice. It’s also nice to see that the staff are working hard to make it fun for the tenants with special movie/food events. 10/10

We will be here a year in May. I have read positive and negative reviews on here. I can honestly say that our life here has been great. Yes there have been some issues before we moved in and some after. The management has addressed and solved those issues. Nothing has made us want to move elsewhere. We came from owning our own home on Lake Conroe to apartment living. We thought the adjustment would be a lot harder. I have to say that the manager, assistant manager and other office personnel are wonderful. We transferred to a larger unit and the transfer was made so easy by Krystal and her assistants. The maintenance crew here are so friendly and go above and beyond to do their job. I would recommend living here to anyone. The gym and hospitality area are amazing and so clean. Starbucks coffee is amazing and snacks yummy 😋.? Please don’t let negativity rate this apartment complex. I have always felt safe here and that’s saying a lot now days. On site security officer 👮 is greatly appreciated.

While living here I have enjoyed my stay. My favorite aspects are: Access to 24 hour gym on 1st floor, free coffee/treats in the lobby during the day, the good-looking pool, trash pick up outside your door on weekdays, and the view from my balcony patio. The staff are friendly. No problems with the apartment utilities- air conditioner and heater work well and water is good. I like being able to park within the private parking gated area that Anatole surrounds as well. A good selection of apartments/ townhomes to choose from. -Resident

Sydney and Ashley are the absolute best leasing specialist in the business. They are extremely detail oriented and go the extra mile with everything they do to ensure you have the best possible experience. I moved into a one-bedroom apartment with a wonderful 4th floor pool view at Anatole at the Pines in October 2022. In late May of this year, I transferred to a townhouse here at the same complex. All moves and interactions with the leasing staff have gone smoothly. If I had questions, those questions were fully researched and answered. The Anatole at the Pines agents are always there to give whatever support is needed.For me, the peace of knowing and understanding makes living here fun, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. We love living here at Anatole at The Pines. This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. When we made the decision to make this our new home, we knew this was a newer development and we were prepared to deal with some of the challenges that can exist when making an endeavor such as this. I must say thank you to the Property Manager and her team for far exceeding our expectations. From moving in, to settling in, they have been there every step of the way in ensuring a smooth transition. They are such a joy to deal with and the maintenance team has taken care of everything with a prompt and professional attitude. The grounds are very well maintained and we have enjoyed seeing all the Christmas decorations go up. Moving here was the right decision for us and I would strongly recommended this property to anyone who is interested in Urban living at its finest.

Ive been living here for 11 months now and I absolutely love the place. The apartments are very modern and well kept, the pool is gorgeous (although I would prefer it to be an adult only pool and perhaps build a smaller one for children/families but Im sure that would be costly.) The gym is nice and well kept as well. Personally Ive never experienced any of the issues in other reviews about staff entering the apartment. This concerned me when I first moved in so I let the manager know that I do have a dog that is not the friendliest so this would be a very poor decision. At which point she assured me that it was not their practice to have staff enter the unit unless someone was home and to please let her know if it ever happened, it has not. Maintenance seems to get things done in a timely fashion although Ive only had to request it once. I do wish there were more parking options however. Aside from paying for a garage its all open and I often have to park across the lot from my building which seems to be the case for the buildings near the front of the complex, there are just too many units for the nearby parking. The valet trash service leaves something to be desired in my opinion. It does not run Friday or Saturday (when my garbage can always seems to get full) and if Im going to pay to have my trash taken at the door I expect to be able to put whatever I need to throw away out there. (Ex. Pizza boxes, shipping boxes, etc.) These are supposed to be taken to the compactor by the resident. Overall its a quiet place to live where the neighbors are very friendly and not overly concerned about everyone elses business. It is a VERY pet friendly complex. The dog park is great and there are bag stations all over.

Very surprised at how luxurious these apartments are. Definitely moving these to top of the charts for my daughter who will be moving into her new career job at the Conroe Regional Medical Center. When we went to check these apartments out, we felt the warmth and friendliness of the staff, and were quickly impressed at the style and the affordability of these luxury apartments. The amenities really stood out to my daughter, and I think that she would love to move into these as soon as this month is over. Glad to know that the staff here are looking out for the best support and satisfaction that they can offer to their residents. Anatole at the Pines is the best in Conroe!

The staff are some of the hardest working people I have ever met. The apartments are such a great price for all the amenities including updated appliances, great kitchen islands, dog park (my dogs love it), and such a great pool! Of course there are always going to be things that go on at apartments that are out of anyones control because obviously there are hundreds of other people who live in the same place as you. You cannot expect everything to be perfect living in an apartment complex and if you do expect that then buy a house lol. The staff does such a great job at listening to their residents and making changes to things around the property. I would definitely recommend moving to Anatole at the Pines!

When we first moved to the Anatole we were extremely disappointed and thought we had made a huge mistake. We had several issues with our apartment and we did lodge many complaints. However, once corporate sent new management to oversee the property and correct the problems all of these issues have been resolved. A tremendous amount of work has been done on the property to make it a great place to live. We have found the new staff to be helpful and friendly and have no regrets for choosing to live at the Anatole. If you are looking for an apartment with a modern design and great amenities I would suggest you check out the Anatole at the Pines. We love calling the Anatole community our home!!!!

Weve moved in here in May 2017 because of the location, contemporary design, comfort and amenities .New management team, Kathleen and Melanie are courteous, friendly and turning this place in the right direction.They were very attentive to our concerns and problems.Give them a chance,Its not a bad place to live and we never felt unsafe here.And not a big roach and trash problem, Id say same as everywhere else.

I lived here for 13 months, I never had any issues with my neighbors. However, I did have issues with plumbing but Micah was awesome at making sure everything was fixed in a reasonable timeframe. Also, there was a time my son forgot his trumpet and Micah was kind enough to take the time to find it and return it. The repair guys were super cool, never had an attitude when you see them. By far best apartments I’ve lived at. If you’re interest in living here, call Micah!

Nearing a year of being a tenant and going thru four managements, the current management of Kathleen and Melanie has been outstanding ! The first three offered absolutely nothing. They did not handle any issues at all, no regulation enforcement, never getting my touch up and repairs from when I moved in. I could go on but no need. I was so close to vacating because of no code enforcement, which was a hazard to my health ( my three sons wanted me to get out) and that was when the new management came in. Melanie asked me to please give her a chance to correct the issues, and she did, and promptly! On four occasions she has corrected issues that previous managements could only offer be patient (for 8 months). Melanie, thank you so much for the professionalism and courtesy and caring that you display. The only recommendation I would give is to the ownership, help management by installing cameras in hallways and parking areas. Thanks!

Its been fun living here at the Pines. We usually have an event once a month if not bi-monthly! Ive come to meet a lot of my neighbors through these events and theyve all been pretty cool and supportive! Great place to live especially if you work nearby at the hospital. Easy commute to work!

Absolutely love the environment and community in this luxury complex! Ive been completely surrounded by friendliness and support when my family needed it. And after the social events around the apartments, weve been able to hang out with a couple of the other families in getting to know them better. Maintenance response at the complex use to be horrible with requests taking days to receive attention. However, recent changes in the staff, the hiring of Carlos and Julio, have corrected the issue and resident requests are being handled quickly and efficently. Keep up the good work!

I loved my tour I had an amazing time the leasing agent at the front office Sierra toured me and she was very patient with me and we toured 3 different models. The property was very clean and my favorite thing was the pool! I’d definitely recommend this complex.

Hi there. I just read all the reviews and am amazed at the negativity of a lot of them. First of all, these are new apartments and as with any new structure, be it a house or complex, there are lknks to be ironed out. When we moved in , for example, the water smelled horrible. It was because we were the first occupants in this unit and after letting it run through the pipes a while it is perfect and the smell is gone. It takes time to get things up and running perfectly so when you move in to a brand new complex you should expect some issues . Now to address the staff here at Anatole, every single one of the staff is amazing. Evan was the first voice we heard here and from that moment until today he has always been available and pleasant and helpful, no matter what we have needed. He will go far in this or any business with his positive attitude. Mariah....what can I say. She is the sweetest young lady and has also bent over backwards to help us with a smile on her face always. Marco is someone that this complex needs to hold on to for the long run. He takes care of any issue we have had with maintenance quickly and efficiently. He is polite and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make us happy. Last but not least. Paula. She is bringing this complex up to the highest standards and strives to please everyone in this complex. She could not be nicer or more accommodating. Anatole is lucky they found her and so are we. I set out to write a review and wound up writing a book but I needed to cover it all. Thank you for making this a positive and GREAT experience for us.

A few weeks ago I went to look at Anatoly at the pines. I would like to start off by saying I love this place . From the moment I walked in I was greated by two young ladies with dark hair and they both shook my hand . Then this really adorable bubbly blonde came out of the back office and shook my hand to and said welcome with such a big smile . Let me tell you , she was like a ray of sunshine that just lit up the whole room. She is the one who took me around the place and I can honestly say it was the best tour I ever had . She smiled and made me laugh the whole time .. shes a charrctor I tell you . It really made me feel like I had lived there for years and At that moment I knew that this is going to be the place I live at when my lease is up in feb. I knew my new home search was over after looking at that place and just the suppior customer service was just amazing .not to mention , the whole place is like clean and well maintained and that itself is very important to me. I hope they have a place for me when Im ready to move . Kuddos to that whole amazing staff. Thank you for making me feel so welcome . I never take time to write reviews . But this staff and the apartment complex deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terina, one of the office ladies knows exactly how to serve your needs. I was looking for a 2 bedroom for my husband and I and we were quickly greeted with a smile from her and she was able to get us fitted into an apartment that was right for us within the day, and we moved in about a week later. The process was convenient and simple! Anatole at the Pines has the friendliest staff in Conroe!

I’ve seen many improvements since the five months I reside here. The only issue with this community from what I gather is that the residents do not report issues around the building. Maybe since it’s a newer development and something unique to Conroe.....residents are also adjusting to standards still. Many simply assume that maintenance or staff personnel will see what they see. For example pilling paint due to a water leak in the halls or trash that a new resident may prolong, pets unleashed, pet waste etc....residents simply will comment/complain and/or take it to social media but won’t notify office about the issue(s) for them to be attended to or fixed. To improve these issue I would recommend making use of the community blog which is located in the residence portal and also for the office to let it’s residence know “if you see something, say something” so that we may become an pro-active community. Keep up the great work.

I visit this apartment complex quite frequently to visit my best friend . I would have to say , it’s a great place to call home. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful .and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool is the best one around and I love the convenience of the elevators.
