    Since moving to Amelia at Farmers Market in July 2024, Ive truly appreciated the support from the Leasing and Maintenance teams. They have been incredibly attentive and responsive, always ready to help with concerns. Transitioning to my first apartment can be a daunting experience, but the friendly staff at the leasing office made it feel seamless and welcoming. I also cant thank the maintenance team enough for consistently going above and beyond. I love that Im in a place close to the farmers market and downtown. It feels like home.

    Love our new place! Staff is very nice and courteous. So far the experience has been wonderful. Austin in leasing is a true professional and a delight to work with. Apartments are clean and neat.When called for maintenance, Sergio and Anthony have been exceptionally helpful! They are very responsive and get things done promptly, such hard workers.

    Hands down, best property in downtown! I always wait until itā€™s time to renew my lease so I can give an accurate review based on my experience over time. Iā€™ve been here a year and half and itā€™s the best property Iā€™ve ever stayed at. Applying was easy and Savannah made it seamless. Claudia and Austin are fast and efficient when I need help with something or have any questions. Maintenance is fast and Victor is a pro! Will be renewing my lease when itā€™s time!

    This is my second apartment in Dallas and let me tell you that I have never ever been treated better. The leasing they always help with anything that you need. Savannah is a sweetheart even when I was crying because I had a knee infection she try to make me feel better. Michael from maintenance is the most kind, lovely human being. He was so worried with me being a girl a leaving by myself since he has a daughter so he gave a lot of tips and it was very very sweet. And all of the leasing office team are sweet and ready to help you. The building is beautiful, safe, well if you are thinking on moving to here I would say just do it!

    What can I say, I have definitely been impressed by this property. The location is amazing, I was skeptical at first but am so happy with my decision. There are so many different complexes to choose from these days. The staff here has been so pleasant to work with, they made my decision easy. Maintenance crew here is super helpful, Sergio and Anthony have been lifesavers with this transition. Its so nice to not have to worry about maintenance on a home anymore.

    This place is amazing!!Living at the Amelia has been, without a doubt, the best apartment living experience that I have had since I have lived in Dallas. The leasing office employees are exceptionally helpful, particularly Claudia Gonzalez, who assisted myself and my partner with leasing our apartment here at Amelia. Every maintenance request we have submitted during our time here has been taking care of within 24-48 hours which has been amazing!The public areas in the building are kept in immaculate condition, with the hallways being cleaned weekly if not more often. The trash valet, pools, gym, and library with a printer, are just a handful of the awesome amenities Iā€™ve been able to take advantage of while living here. Not to mention the amazing location! Walking to the farmers market for groceries has become a weekly ritual, and all the fun activities the city of Dallas has to offer are just a short drive away. Plus, the downtown view from my unit is absolutely stunning!Iā€™m relocating to a different state, but I seriously wish I could copy and paste this unit, building, and amazing staff to the next city I go to. Ten stars out of five!

    Austin is such an incredible leasing agent! So kind, efficient, helpful, and resourceful. Heā€™s so quick to answer questions and makes the entire application and move in process seamless.     I love living at Amelia!! The staff is so great!! Maintenance is awesome. Sergio saved my life this weekend!! The amenities are great and I love my apartment. Excellent location. All good things. Definitely rent here. Did I mention rooftop pool and clubhouse with downtown view?! Fun!!

    I loved my time at the Amelia! The leasing staff is so kind and welcoming. Anytime there was a maintenance issue, it was handled right away. I always felt safe with the security guard driving around, even late at night. Noise was never an issue, because it normally would stop by the time I went to bed. The rooftop pool has a gorgeous view of the city and plenty of room to cookout with friends. The gym has a spin room that was so great to use. I highly recommend this apartment complex for those looking!

    Me and my fiancĆ© have moved to California for my school, but prior to that we lived at The Amelia for about 1 year and it was the best 1 year weā€™ve ever experienced. Weā€™ve lived at a 1-2 apartment complexes before here and out of all of them, I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Theyā€™ve exceeded our expectations time and time again. The leasing faculty are very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The maintenance person, Victor, is superb. He makes sure youā€™re well taken care of no matter how small or big the issue is and always pays attention to the details. Him and the leasing faculty donā€™t get enough credit and whenever we do move back to Dallas after I graduate, we will definitely be leasing again here :)

    I just moved in two months ago and Iā€™ve enjoyed every minute. The pool party the staff just held last weekend was incredibly fun. I had two friends in town visiting and being at the rooftop pool overlooking downtown was a minute for me to show off. Thanks to Matt for making the transition so smooth.

    Ive lived here since November and have absolutely loved it. The leasing agent, Savannah was so helpful during my tour, flexible and easy to work with during my move in process. Since living here, the office staff have been nothing but friendly and amazing. I almost always see a cleaning staff member when Im in the hallways and they do a great job maintaining everything. Lastly, I moved without knowing a soul but the community events have helped me make friends and come out of my shell. 10/10.

    Lived here for one year. It was a great experience. It was well kept and had a great management team led my Megan. She is fantastic and does a great job.Any issue that ever occurred was quickly addressed and fixed. The maintenance team is always on top of everything. Parking was safe which also helped me have peace of mind for my vehicle.The amenities were great. There is a great sized weight room, awesome roof top, plenty of study rooms to find peace & quiet, and you are close in proximity to plenty of fun restaurants and other activities.I highly recommend this location as a place to live in downtown Dallas over plenty of others!

Its evident that the management and maintenance teams take great pride in ensuring that the property is well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.As for my apartment itself, I couldnt be happier. The layout is spacious and well-designed, and the modern fixtures and appliances give it a luxurious feel. I especially appreciate the thoughtful touches, such as the ample storage space and the in-unit washer and dryer, which have made my daily life so much more convenient.One of the highlights of living here is the sense of community. Ive had the pleasure of meeting friendly neighbors and participating in the various social events organized by the management. Its heartwarming to feel a sense of belonging and camaraderie within the community.Furthermore, I cant praise Claudia and the staff enough for their professionalism and attentiveness.     Where do I beginā€¦ The leasing team are some of the most professional, outstanding people I have ever met in my life. Austin and Claudia absolutely take the cake. You may find yourself literally down in the office just to talk because of how easy it is with them. Victor with maintenance? You wonā€™t even know that you had an issue in your apartment because of how fast he is. He is so communicative and genuinely has a passion for being able to service the people around him.     Currently I have been living at Amelia for three weeks now and I can say this might be the best property you could expect to live in within downtown Dallas. I personally wanted to wait until Iā€™ve been here for a little bit before leaving a review to make sure any readers got an accurate idea of what it was like to be here. Here are my thoughts so far.Cleanness: 5/5 valet trash is always prompt and they make it really clear to understand the times in which we can leave trash in front of your apartment so thereā€™s never anything in the hallways miscellaneouslyAmenities: 5/5 the highlight for me is the 2 pools and gym.Noise: 4/5 the apartments. Themselves are very soundproof. However good context to have is most of the complex are young adults, some loud music plays late. I could see this being an issue for someone who had a different type of lifestyle. That being said, if I was moving to the city by myself as a mid 20yr old adult youā€™re guaranteed to make some friends here everybody is so nice.Move-in: 5/5 Megan and Savannah made my move-in process extremely smooth and weā€™re very patient with all of my questions.

    Stayed here for 15 months. Leasing staff is great and responsive. My only complaint during the time I stayed here was a time period when the fire alarms would go off daily, sometimes in the middle of the night. The staff was quick to resolve that issue and even gave warnings when they were about to go off.Amenities are great, location is top notch. Would recommend living here!

    Recently, I faced a distressing situation when my apartment suddenly flooded. However, I was fortunate enough to have Victor Cruz, our senior maintenance director, come to my rescue. It was in the dead of night when the pipes unexpectedly burst, but I was astonished by the swift and efficient response I received, unlike anything I had ever experienced during my years of renting. Within a mere 45 minutes, the flood was contained, and Victor promptly arranged for the removal of the soaked carpets, padding, and the installation of dehumidifiers and dryers. Thanks to his immediate action, none of my belongings suffered any damage. It was truly remarkable how Victor Cruz went above and beyond, even in the late hours. The following morning, Victor reached out to provide me with an update on the situation, displaying his exceptional dedication once again. This flood incident turned into an unparalleled white-glove experience, leaving me in awe of Victors professionalism and commitment to ensuring my well-being.

    Moved in 1 month ago. Move in process was pretty straightforward.Apartment is a nice size and finishing are nice too.Location is good. Just on the cusp of downtown and next to the freeway. There is homeless folks around the building and area but I havenā€™t encountered any issue with them.Alondra in the leasing office is always very pleasant and proactive.There are a few nuisances but Iā€™ll bide my time and see how they pan out.I will revisit this review in 6 months to update my experience.

Ive lived downtown for over 10 years, this is my 4th property, and this is by far the best kept property that Ive been in. The amenity areas are very well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Im on my 3rd lease, Ive lived here since July of 2019. Any issues that Ive had are completely out of managements control. People will be people, things happen. If youre new to living in Downtown Dallas, news flash, the homeless problem is an issue for the entire downtown, not just the Farmers Market. The Amelia is conveniently located downtown but not in the crowded center of downtown. Good job Kairoi Management.

    I do not normally post reviews but after our visit to Amelia I feel the need to share my experience with anyone looking for a quaint, good vibe, clean and chill atmosphere. Jared gave us a tour of the entire apartment complex. During the tour Jared made us feel immediately at home. He was dressed very nicely, his personality was absolutely unlike any other! He answered all questions we had while walking us through the building. The pool and sky lounge had to be our favorite part, besides from the apartment room itself which I have to say was super clean and a perfect blank canvas for us to decorate ourself and make it feel like home. Everything on our list was checked off! The farmers market across the street is also a huge plus! We look forward to moving in after the new year. We also did not think we would find something this quick either. Thanks to Jared we have found our new crib! He made the experience so pleasant and we cannot wait to return.

    I recently moved to Dallas and after viewing 20+ apartments, I finally found my home here at Amelia! I was so anxious about move in day and it went so smoothly thanks to Jared, who went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. Iā€™ve been here for a few months now and anytime I have a question or concern that might even be completely out of his job description, he is willing to do whatever he can to help. If you are thinking about renting at Amelia definitely take negative reviews with a grain of salt and reach out directly to Jared or Karina to address any concerns. They will put your mind at ease! Overall, I have had a wonderful experience and would recommend living here at Amelia at the farmers market!

    I came to look at a studio, although I did not end up renting I must say the customer service there is impeccable. Very Friendly at the front door as well as thoughtful and conversating.     Weā€™ve loved the Amelia so far! We just moved in a couple of weeks ago and have really loved so much about it. First, everyone weā€™ve met who works here have been great! Alondra helped so much while we were looking for an apartment here in Dallas while living in Houston. She made everything incredibly easy and was always quick to respond to our questions. Once we moved in, we had a couple of maintenance requests which were answered incredibly fast and the guys that fixed them were so friendly and helpful. With COVID, we havenā€™t been able to enjoy the amenities yet but they are beautiful and truly set the complex apart from the rest! Location is great, literally across the street from the Farmers Market. One last thing, every resident weā€™ve met has been so nice and welcoming. We couldnā€™t be happier!

    Eventually found this beautiful apartment after looking at dozens in and around the area. Located right next to Farmers Market and a home run from Deep Ellum this place is awesome. The staff have been magnificent!!. I moved in earlier than initially planned and Alondra guided me through the process, always returning calls, updating contracts and generally bending over backwards to accommodate me. Christina, one of the Managers has also been extremely helpful. Moved in yesterday and she made sure everything went the way it was supposed to.The complex is great...excellent pools, gym and apartments...staff is awesome and location is the best. So glad I chose this place.

    Hands down best experience here! Iā€™ve always had trouble with management at other properties but here at the Amelia is unlike any other!     Amelia has recently hired all new leasing staff and I wish they were here from the beginning. They are turning things around so quickly.     Moved in back in August and really could not be happier. The apartment is extremely well kept and clean. Any sort of issue we have had as been resolved extremely quick. All the leasing agents and staff have been great. Alondra actually gave us the tour of the building has been absolutely delightful to be around. Alondra has been extremely helpful and very responsive. I would highly recommend this apartment to others.

    I relocated to Dallas for work from out of state and cannot day enough good things about my experience! From my very first phone call with Alondra I have been taken care of beyond my expectations. Because the property was brand new and there werenā€™t any photos of the property online for me to research before signing my lease, Alondra took videos on her phone for me and sent me a list of equipment the gym was going to have- seriously so nice! The whole staff has been friendly and helpful since living here as well. I love the location right next to the farmers market and canā€™t say enough good about the facilities and amenities at Amelia.

    Just moved in 3 weeks ago and the building is probably one of the nicest around in all of Downtown Dallas. The staff here, led by Christina, have been super helpful in helping me find a unit, move in and have answered all of my questions with little to no turn around time. I didnt take an in person tour and didnt hesitate to sign with them because of all the help they provided (over the phone and via email). The staff here make sure everything runs smoothly and are always super friendly.The location of this building makes it a no brainer if you work around downtown and the Dallas Farmers Market right across the street keeps the streets lively on the weekends. I would highly recommend this apartment building over the other complexes - its the newest and features some of the best amenities. Theyve set this place up as one of the premier upscale apartment buildings in Dallas

    I found this community pretty much by accident. My sister went to Farmers Market and noticed the property. She knew I was looking and ask me about it. I immediately visited the property. They were not even open yet but they were taking some new tenants. The agent that helped me listened, understand what I was looking for and showed me the exact unit Id rent. After touring the property (which remember was not complete) I jumped at the opportunity.The amenities of this property for what you pay is amazing! Sky Lounge overlooking Farmers Market with bar and two tvs; definitely a great spot to watch the fireworks! Opposite side you have roof top pool, grills, fire pit, plenty of seating. High quality fitness facility with Spin Room. Game Room. Pub. Wine room. Pool on the ground level with hammocks and more grills and Tvs bar, etc. I can keep going but you get the point?!It seem each day the property gets better and better. So far the other tenants have been very pleasant when passing and chatting. I hit a home run with Amelia!

    Always helpful! I just moved here and theyā€™ve made the transition so easy for me!Following on this review: parking is a struggle. People take your assigned parking spot, and although management tries to help, it does become VERY frustrating. Iā€™ve been informed multiple times that they will start towing but someone a non resident ALWAYS ends up in my parking spot.

    My Nest Thermostat showed it had no power to the unit at 9 PM on a 85 degree night. I put in a ticket with maintenance and they showed within a couple of hours with a temporary A/C Unit to use until they had the issue resolved. Very professional and set proper expectations on solution timeframe. Next morning they showed to replace the Fuse in the unit to completely solve the problem. Couldnā€™t have been more happy with the sense of urgency to my problem and quick solution!
