Im moving in this weekend after nine years in my current apartment. ((I HATE MOVING THAT MUCH That I have been overpaying rent just because it sucks))That said, Megan, Alanna, Michelle, and the crew have been absolutely amazing in helping me get everything set up for my move after all these years!!!And on top of that... This neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL!!! It seriously feels like a resort and I cant wait to start this next chapter at Amalfi!!!!Highly Recommend!!!

I like living here, its close to everything. The staff is great. The pool and club house are resort like. They also have a Pavillion for BBQ with tables, chairs, couches, and an outdoor TV. The only thing is for the monthly rate, I expected a little more in upgraded appliances and fixtures. They are nice apartments, though. The recent paint job and spring landscaping really make the place pop!

I lived at this place nearly 4 years. One of the best apartment . And the view from my patio feels me like I am staying in a resort. The Maintenance staff are so awesome they address all the issues very promptly and also follow up how was the work done did it resolved our maintenance request. the front office staff Kelly and Jellesa are very friends they are very prompt and respond to all my silly questions and issues. The apartment though i was paying rent felt like my own home and the staff are very friendly like a family members.

There are 4 EV charging stations here! When I first moved in they were not working, but Sheila from the Leasing Office has worked so hard to troubleshoot it for me and get the charging station company to come fix them. Now they are finally up and running! Thank you so much to Amalfi for making this happen! On top of the overall vibe being friendly and modern, Amalfi is a great place to live.

I am leaving soon but not because I want to. I really like these apartments; the location is not too far from the mall but not surrounded by the bustle of the city. There are events, and while I think they are nice and fun, they are not as crowded as, Im sure, the apartment was hoping they would be. Its still fun, though!If I could, I would renew my lease, but stuff happens.Everything I needed help with, the apartment staff was understanding and typically quick ( kind of a large apartment, so its understandable if it takes a minute). The gym could be better, but Ive seen worse. The pool is a salt water pool AND big, i love it, the only thing they are missing is a good hottub!Going to miss this place when my lease is up 🥲😢😭

I’ve been living at Amalfi for a while. The grounds are beautiful with a pool, reflection pond, gym and dog park. Everything is kept up nice and clean. They do community events once in a while which are a lot fun.Everyone in the office has ALWAYS been amazing and helpful especially Megan. Megan goes above and beyond with any questions or concerns you have and she does it with a smile! She is ONE of a kind and I’m grateful for her kindness!Antonio and his maintenance crew are wonderful and quick to respond if you ever have any maintenance requests.I would definitely recommend Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes!

Been here for 2 months everything has been great so far. Sheila and Madeline in the leasing office are always very nice and a great help. Maintenance is usually very fast. The community is very nice as well and kept clean. My only complaint is hearing my upstairs neighbors stomping/slamming doors(which can’t be helped much I guess).

My husband and I have lived here for almost two years. Everything about this places is amazing. Jellesa has been there for us since day one. She immediately made us feel welcomed, is very polite, and treats you like family. After living in several apartments in the past, the way the office is ran here is superb. Those ladies are always professional, caring, and compassionate. Choosing an apartment is always scary at first but living here gives us a sense of security, its quiet and their amenities are very nice. They take the effort to make the apartments always look very green and lively.

She is so helpful compared to other leasing agents I have met in other complexes. The location is great. Its down the street from everything. Its a feel good spot.

I have been living at Amalfi for two years and have been extremely happy. The value and price point is perfect for me. It is a positive, happy and peaceful community. It is built well, meaning, I never have any noise issues through the walls or above/below me. If I ever have a maintenance issue, the staff are out the same day and are extremely friendly and helpful. The front office staff are always ready to help and make the residents feel content and welcome. I feel safe coming and going at all times of the day and night. This is definitely a property that one should be checked out if one is looking for quality, safety, a great price point and a responsive, friendly front office!Update: April 5, 2023Tried to post another positive review but it wouldn’t let me, so I added onto a previous one. Still extremely pleased with living here at Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes. It is safe, quiet, and welcoming. The residents are friendly and it is a peaceful community. The maintenance staff are always on top of things and ready to help when you call. The front office staff is compassionate and always do their best to make sure your needs are met. Spoke with Madelyn today about an issue in my apartment and she was on it in getting it fixed right away. She even had a follow up plan if for some reason it wasn’t satisfactory. She was sweet and empathetic to my needs. Truly have nothing but great things to say about living here.

Thank God my family and I havent had any issues since moving in a few years ago. The ladies (Jaleesa and Kelly) in leasing offices are amazing, friendly and really be on top of things in regards to submitting maintenance requests and making sure all of your needs are met. Sometimes there can be somewhat of a delay but I think its because they are overwhelmed at times which is understandable because of the size of the complex. They also work with you and are very patient with residents if you keep the lines of communication open and honest. The gym and pool is great as well. They also make sure the property is clean and well maintained. Again, I highly recommend.

I have lived here for over 3 years, in 2 different floor plans, and I love it. The grounds are kept neat and beautiful, the maintenance service is prompt and friendly, the management and staff are all kind and caring...this is a very well run place. I feel that I am getting a great value for the amount of rent I pay because I have not had a single negative experience. When there are rent increases, they are very reasonable. I feel safe and at ease here, knowing Amalfi always addresses my concerns quickly. Parking is good, depending on the building. I have rarely seen the gates broken but they are always fixed within a few hours. Trash service is mostly consistent. I have never had to wait more than 2 days for maintenance to replace a light bulb, or perform any other maintenance tasks. The office staff has always been extremely patient and helpful with lease questions, adding a pet to my rent, switching apartments, mail and package delivery problems, etc. 10/10 This is a great place to live.

I just moved here from Florida so I was unable to do an onsite tour of the apartment; however, Sheila Perry was absolutely amazing. If you are looking for an apartment locally or long distance I recommend you speak with Sheila. She was the only one in the office who answered the phones when I called, she gave me a tour of the entire complex via face time (literally walked the complex). Anytime I had questions she was there to answer them regardless of the time and she responded on her days off to help me out so I can get everything together for my big move back to Texas. She made the process very easy. I even changed my mind on the apartment and she went through the trouble to redo the lease to give me the apartment I wanted. She is absolutely fantastic. Anytime I called the office ( which was on several occasions) no one answered the phones which I found pretty frustrating. It seems as though Sheila is the only one who answers and shows that she will go above and beyond to help her clients. Thank you Sheila for helping me, thank you for your professionalism and understanding and thank you for always being present when I needed you!! You are the example of how any staff for any company should treat clients. You are a rare gem!Stephanie

We have not had a single problem since we moved in 4 months ago. The staff is very responsive when we call, and the complex in general is quiet and friendly. The pool in the summer is delightful, and the little events that management puts on (like porch decorating contests) bring a fun sense of community. Very happy we have made the move to Amalfi.

The maintenance staff was very responsive. Im living in another apartment complex in another city, and they are many issues here. So it makes me miss Amalfi. I highly recommend living there.

It’s my first apartment and I am younger so naturally the process and the move can be nerve wracking but the ladies have been very helpful since day one! We have lived at Amalfi for 3 years and just renewed for a 4th. We absolutely love living here with our son.The office staff is so friendly and knows my family by name. While we’ve never had any large issues, the maintenance staff is very quick and are always so kind when entering our home.Before COVID protocols, we loved spending time playing pool in the lobby & using the gym facilities. The swimming pool is beautiful & spacious. We spend many hours swimming at the pool during the summer.

I did a lot of research and visited a lot of different locations. But Amalfi was the one for me , from the beginning. The staff at Amalfi are excellent, the office is modern , clean and inviting. They are organized which other locations I visited were not. Living at Amalfi has been an amazing experience. The apartments are gorgeous, the kitchen are perfect and beautiful. The closets are huge which I totally love. when ever I have a question the staff is available to answer them If I need a repair they take care of it in a timely manner within 24 hours. The property is clean and well kept. The gym is amazing. I love the pool is like been at home but in a vacation at the same time. Yes, you can hear the loud cars sometimes but for the most part is quiet. At one point the phones were and issue, sometimes it will ring and no one answer , however they have improved the phone issue, and I have not have any problems getting thru. Amalfi is my little paradise, and I love and enjoy living here. I have no plans of looking anywhere else, Amalfi is home. If you looking for a great, safe place to call home, where the property is kept beautiful and clean all the time , have an Awesome staff that cares, and is helpful and welcomes you with a smile, you have to come visit Amalfi, Is a little hidden gem , that once you find it you will not want to leave.

Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes Apartments are great! We moved here after a terrible experience at another complex and Amalfi has taken great care of us. Jaleesa and Megan at the front office are fantastic and so helpful. The maintenance crew is wonderful and quick to remedy any issue, though there haven’t been many. They have great features installed for safety and have handled covid with professionalism.We just signed on for another year and they were wonderful in pricing for the next year.As a single mom, I had lost hope in a safe apartment environment for my son and Amalfi at Tuscan Lakes changed that.

Have lived here for 6 years and it’s been wonderful. During the ice storm last February a pipe burst and maintenance came and cleaned up the water. We were without water for a day and a a half be he checked on us for 4 days straight to make sure everything was ok and that it was being repaired correctly. They cleaned up the water under the carpet professionally and then replaced that carpet. Repaired the pipes in the wall and then repaired the wall like nothing ever happened. Awesome customer care especially because the leak all happened right at closing time that day!!! Thank you Amalfi for being so great!!

I have lived in this complex for almost 3 yrs and for the most part its been great! Jaleesa and the other office staff have always been awesome and friendly. I think the only things I have had an issue with, which the office staff have no control over, is the smell of cigarette smoke from other tenants in my apartment. Parking can also suck after 5pm but you cant help that when the complex is full.

Not sure about the credit snooping mentioned in a previous review, as I was only 19 when I applied with good credit for my age, and I was approved in about 1 day, no questions asked. Also got the exact price I was quoted. The apartments themselves are very modern and stylish. Very spacious, big kitchens with islands, nice bathrooms and closets, for a great cost. I guess the walls are thick because Ive never heard a neighbor, but maybe I just have quiet neighbors. You can sometimes hear people talking in the stairway, depending on which floor they are on. The property is very well-kept, the pool is very clean, and all the features are nice. There is a gorgeous lobby kitchen with a pool table, computers, coffee, shuffle board, etc. I do wish there was a dedicated meeting/business room, as the only room with a long table and large PC monitor is often used to talk with people interested in the apartments, so Id feel as though I was intruding if I brought clients there for a meeting. Only had a couple issues. One was that I had to keep calling to check on my application status, despite being told they would call me. I had to call to check on my background/credit check and was told I was approved much earlier in the day, despite being told they would call me. And I had to call to keep asking if the business manager signed my application. When she finally signed, I had to call to get this information since they didnt call me. The second issue is that prior to moving in, they of course check the apartment and get it ready for a new tenant. For some reason, they clean the carpet at the last minute, so they didnt find out it needed to be replaced until the day before my move in. On my move in day, despite having people ready to help me move in (and it would have been especially bad if I hired a moving company), I had to wait several hours for the carpet to be replaced. Again, I had to keep calling to check up on it. Despite being told I would be called when it was done, I had to drive up to the complex and make sure the agent actually went to the apartment to check on the status. Turns out the carpet was already done when he went to personally check on it. Other than the move-in hassles, the apartments are fantastic and my girlfriend and I are definitely enjoying our time here. Patrick Golden, ink2pixel LLC, Co-Owner

Ive lived in different apartments for almost 15 years, and I have to say that my experience at Amalfi has been the very best one. Its an apartment, so it comes with the usual quirks of being able to sometimes hear your neighbor, or sometimes too many people being at the pool or whatever, but the grounds are always beautiful, the apartments themselves are lovely, and any concern or maintenance issue Ive ever had has been dealt with quickly.I agree with the gentleman who reviewed previously on the answering of the phone, but I find that if I call at the end of the day, someone usually picks up. And whenever I do interact with someone, over the phone or in person, they are generally delightful and helpful. Too often we only jump to write reviews when were pissed about something, but my experience at Amalfi has been great enough that its worth putting out there.I still live here, and even though Ive considered moving because of location and needing to be closer to Houston proper, Amalfi being such a great complex is the main thing that has prevented that. Its hard to leave something you know is great for an unknown! Maybe Ill just stay here!

I am editing my previous review since I may have over reacted considering the factors that were being dealt. It’s Christmas Eve and you’re enjoying it with family. You get home and there’s water all over your restroom floor and in the carpets. What do you do??Well we turn off the valve on on the toilet and call emergency maintenance at 1 am. They quickly call back and ask what’s going on. We tell him and he proceeds to tell us that he can make it in the morning. I’m a bit annoyed at the response considering the situation but alas what can we do. So we clean as best as we can and call it a night.Morning comes around and the on call guy makes it. He immediately starts on the toilet to drain it, and eventually replaces a valve to the water does not keep running after you flush it. He tells us about the carpet situation that another company needs to come vacuum all the water. He says since it’s Christmas Day, he’s not sure if they’ll make it in today. We left since we had other plans. While we were out they did come in and clean the wet spot areas and moved the furniture. They have fans on now to air dry with the dehumidifier. I am grateful that we did not have to wait any longer to get this situation fixed. I am a satisfied tenet once again.

I really like and miss this place, the apartment was wonderful the grounds were always clean and the pool was so relaxing. Only reason they arent getting a 5 star review is because the simply dont understand how to answer the phone....like never. You could call 5 times over the course of 5 hours and still not get ahold of anyone. I dare anyone to challenge this statement. Quite a few times I called down, no answer, so I walked down to the office to find them doing nothing, not helping anyone, phone ringing, and they were just sitting on the computer.Other than that, this place is a dream, but if you are a person that receives a lot of eBay or Amazon mail, and you want to call and see if its there, make like the old days and just walk down, dont bother calling.

I have lived here for nearly 5 years.. it has been the best apartment living experience I have had. Whenever I needed maintenance, it has always been tended to immediately. Jalesa (spelling?), Gene, and Kelly have always been so friendly and actually know who you are. The staff is amazing. It is going to be so hard to leave apartment living when the time comes to buy a home.
