    I usually don’t write reviews but I felt it necessary to do so in this instance. I had the most amazing experience at the leasing office with Sami. Sami is truly amazing! From the moment I first visited Allura Las Colinas Apartments, she made me feel so welcome with her cheerful attitude and exceptional customer service. Her kindness and professionalism make such a difference, especially because my experiences with leasing agents at other apartments have either deterred me from living there or convinced me to move. Thanks to her, living here has been a wonderful experience. I’m so glad to call this place home! Thanks Sami!

    Leasing office is always super helpful and friendly, but where the community truly shines is the service team. Any time I put in a request for service I hear back same day and usually a tech is out within a few hours. As someone that has had previous issues with maintenance taking care of issues at the last two places Ive lived, this has been a breath of fresh air. Even a light bulb out gets replaced the same day!!

    This is a very much belated and necessary review for the stellar customer service and home-like-feel my fiancé and I have received from Allura.What an incredible staff who has gone above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home: from the first day back we walked through the front doors back in Nov 2023 to our official first day receiving our apartment keys in April 2024.And a special shout to our girl, Marissa, at the front desk who has been there since day one for us.Thank you Allura for welcoming us with open arms and becoming our first home together as a couple.Thank you for being on hand to respond any questions we have, checking to make sure our move has been comfortable and ready to fix any concerns we have.And thank you Marissa for being so amazing!(You took the best pictures of us 🥰)We love you Allura!- Seth & Samantha

    I absolutely love living at Allura Las Colinas! The pool view from my apartment is so serene and makes every day feel like a mini getaway. The management team here is outstanding—always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely committed to making Allura a wonderful place to live. Weve had some tenants who were very loud after hours, making it difficult to sleep, but the management team was incredibly understanding. They were quick to send out notices to those tenants, helping preserve a more peaceful environment for everyone. A special shoutout to Brianna (Bri), who recently helped me through a tough situation and made the entire process stress-free. If youre looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to call home with a caring team, Allura Las Colinas is it!

    I appreciate meeting Bri, She was very knowledgeable about the Apartments structure in answering my concerns about privacy and noise based on how the buildings designed in being sound proof and that made me feel very comfortable.     Allura at Las Colinas was the first apartment leasing experience Ive had in Dallas, and it has been stellar so far - huge shout-out to Taylor at the leasing office for being so helpful and available throughout the entire process!My roommates and I from UT were looking for a place in Dallas for our summer internships, and out of TONS of apartments, Allura/connor group at Las Colinas was by far the best in terms of rent price, lease term, and location - it is right by a near downtown Dallas and right by a nice area with a lot of stores and restaurants.The application process was very simple and efficient with almost everything online, setting up electricity/internet was well guided and reasonable, and any maintenance issues we had on move-in were promptly resolved within the first week or so.I would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody looking for a reliable apartment in the Dallas/Irving area!

    Beautiful complex in a convenient area (esp if you work at the airport). Management is very helpful, kind, and accommodating. I worked with Jackie and she was such a joy. Very beautiful inside and out. Loving my experience so far and shocked by how quiet it is, being an apartment complex.

    Im just moving in today, but this place has already exceeded my expectations. The property is beautiful, it is incredibly peaceful, and the office staff is the best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with.The leasing agent I was lucky enough to be with was Marissa, and she was the reason I had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. She was intelligent, kind and compassionate and helped me out in every possible aspect of this move in.Highly recommend. I dont often leave 5 star reviews but this place deserves it.

    I’m new to Dallas and had been searching for weeks to find the right place but I know I made a good choice. The location is fantastic, just down the road from a good gym/market area and right down the road from the Toyota music factory.I have found the staff to also be super accommodating, I was helped by Marissa who was super welcoming and easy to work with throughout the whole moving process. Plus David in the maintenance department is super responsive and quick to lend a hand.The apartments themselves are gorgeous with Spanish style arches and the pool is always clean. 10/10 no regrets :))

    I have lived in this apartment for 1 year for now. I like this apartment. The staffs are kind(Thanks for always support Brittany and team!). I particularly like the indoor parking lot, my room layout, Induction cooktop, Location, Trash corner which can be used at any time and we can go out to the rooftop any time. As other reviews are written, the fee is a bit expensive, the building is a little old, not shiny. Sometimes we have false fire alarm and doors are not available. The inside parking lot may not be available when you return in a late hour of the day, so I park my car on the roof sometimes. However, about my room at the mall-side, it is quiet, there is no problem with the temperature of the air conditioning, hot water and Internet speed. There were bugs in the room in the summer, but it was only a few times. I have never seen mice in this apartment, so it seems there is some difference for each room. The sun going into the courtyard is very beautiful and heals my tiredness after the work has finished. In addition, there are a lot of mallards and the beautiful lonely white heron(I really like them!) in Las Colinas Blvd pond near by the back of the apartment, its very beautiful. Overall, I think this is a lovely apartment.

    This review is based solely on the representative who provided me the tour (Marissa).I had already visited at least half a dozen, if not more, properties prior to my stop at Allura. From the get-go, Marissa was extremely professional and friendly (can’t say the same for every place I had gone before). If I was putting together a sales team, Marissa would definitely be in the A-list. She’s really buttoned up.Unfortunately circumstances didn’t present themselves afterwards for me to secure an apartment there, but she is a great ambassador to Allura and I hope they realize that.

    Without question, our stay at the Allura Los Colinas Apartment has been exceptional. From when we moved in six months ago to even today, the customer service and support from so many has truly been second-to-none.     The move in experience here was definitely one of the most painless things I have ever had to do. I spent about 6 weeks looking at apartments all over the DFW area. I happened to stop in really quickly to look at these and within 30 minutes I said I’ll take it. Marissa was beyond nice and informative and gave off great energy. She asked me what my needs were. What I wanted most out of an apartment. Showed me one that was available and was very genuine about me looking it. The treatment that I received when I walked in to look for an apartment and that I received after getting one has been top notch service!

Veronica has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very first inquiry, she was very polite and patient with all my questions. She recognized all the logistics involved with moving (especially from out-of-state) and thus made me feel comfortable and at-ease with the entire process.On the move-in date, she gave me a tour and showed me to my amazing apartment. This community is absolutely amazing and luxurious. My apartment is extremely clean and spacious. I definitely made a great choice!

    I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about my experience with the Allura Apartments in Irving. Last month, I started looking for an apartment. I looked at many before deciding on the Allura Apartments. My decision to select Allura was made for a few reasons: the location, the grounds, and secure parking were a few, but primarily because of the consistent level of service provided by the staff, especially Taylor Gonzalez. Taylor made the application process simple, and her follow-up on questions was consistently fast and thorough. Before my move, I needed to inspect and measure the apartment. Taylor provided me with a diagram with measurements and ensured I could take my own on-site measurements to help decide on furniture placement. Taylor went out of her way to ensure my move-in happened on time and went smoothly. Since moving in, that level of service has continued. Finding this level of customer service and people who care about helping others is outstanding.

    Ive been living in Allura for one week and, so far so good! A last-minute job offer had me relocating to DFW - quickly. The leasing team at Allura worked hard to push my paperwork through, some while I was enroute to Dallas with a truck full of furniture and two pets. What a relief to find my apartment waiting when I arrived! Ive also completed a couple of maintenance requests that have been resolved within 24 hours. Very walkable community, which is exactly what I wanted.

    10/10 experience!In the beginning of our search, my girlfriend and I knew what we wanted and Marissa was the absolute best person to help us. For first impressions it felt like an interview, but after answering all of her questions, and bringing a layout design of what we had in mind for reference, Marissa hit a home run on finding us the space we needed on the first try. She explained all the amenities, garage, rent, utilities, and pet policies very well and was always replying to our questions after the visit as well.After we were approved, the move in process was very easy as well. We have been here for one month and are very happy and so are our cats.Thank you Marissa!FYI no UHAL trucks that require a clearance over 7 ft will not be able to fit through the garage door. You will have to park outside in front and take the elevator OR outside in a none time limited space.

    I moved-in about 3 months ago. I found the office personnel to be very accommodating and helpful with my move-in and they all seem to be very nice. I learned that they were going to replace the carpet in my unit to be, so I asked them if they could put in the hard flooring instead of carpet (I like nice clean floors). They really surprised me by accommodating my request and they did so without increasing the price. I have a nice view of the pool area and it seems to be a quiet & professional community. Highly recommend!

    We just moved into the apartments and everything was so easy. Marissa helped us through everything and she was amazing. She told us everything we needed to know and helped us in so many different ways. We are so glad she was the one helping us out. The covered parking is also convenient, considering that you dont have to worry about your car sitting in rough weather during the year. I cant speak for all apartments as I only toured a few, but from what I have seen and experienced, this business does attend to the needs of its guests and ensures all requests are met. Its a place I would definitely consider calling home. I only been here for less than a month, but I will surely update this review in the near future with any changes that may be useful to anyone.

    Great apartment to move into. I did all my move in procees online and Brianna at leasing desk was very helpful to make everything related to my move go smoothly. She showed me the apartment and all the amenities available via video call and she was in touch with me to make sure I had everything I need for the move in. Very good management, staff is friendly and they help you with your requests quickly.TI had few maintenance requests after I moved in and Kevin did an amazing job fixing the issues I had.Overall my experience living here has been good so far!

    Taylor helped me move into the apartment. I had to relocate from NYC area. She was patient enough to walk me through the process and create the lease date of my choice. Since my move is super flexible, she did a great job of updating the lease as per my terms multiple times and help me achieve the beneficial way. She was helping me like a friend who reside in Texas by answering all my silly questions. She even went out of her way to let the other peers contact me with any questions I had even if she was not working. Her point of contact is greatly appreciated and much needed for people who move cross country. Thank you so much for the smooth experience.

    Updated Review:After living here for 6 months, I have to sing the praise of Daniel and Kevan in the maintenance of the complex. All of my work orders have been completed timely and of high quality. The grounds are maintained to a very high level including the halls and trash area. I never run into pet waste when walking the complex. Thank you for the diligence in keeping our home beautiful. 2/7/2024I am moving to the area in less than a week and was having trouble having other places just answer the phone. No matter what is going on in the world today, its extremely important to have people on site at an apt. Community. Jo (I apologize if not spelled correctly) answered and was simply amazing. She set me an appointment for that day. I met with Brianna and we did a tour of the property via Zoom. She provided me community and apartment information along with the virtual tour. The property made the leasing application incredibly easy and had me approved in a very expeditious manner. Brianna has answered all of my questions and made this such an easy decision. I move in this Friday and cant wait to explore this new area. Overall, just the leasing experience alone has been 5 stars. Thank you Brianna, Marissa and Jo. Your service has been next level!

    Me and my fiancee recently moved here and the Amber was immediately so friendly and relatable. I stated my needs of the perfect apt and she delivered and it is perfect, spacious and safe. When we call, the office and maintenance workers are so friendly and receptive. It is so beautiful here and the pool is beautiful. We are happy with our decision here.I recently had a problem with my refrigerator and Terry who works in maintenance immediately came out and identified issue. I really appreciated how he advocated for the resolution. I really appreciated that!!!

Marissa was very kind and detail-oriented as she explained available units and the community amenities.     Ive lived in this property for about ten years and I highly recommend Allura to anyone looking for a place to live. Its in a fantastic neighborhood, walkable eateries, great walks around the lake and a safe neighborhood. The management/leasing team has always been accommodating and courteous to the tenants. The staff always answers the phone and they are prompt to address if issues arise. I am very happy living here and I welcome anyone looking for a home in Las Colinas.

    UPDATES: been living here for about seven or eight months now.CONS:The apartment itself is billed as luxury living but it is just standard, in my opinion. Maybe not worth the price we are paying.The amenities are just ok: the pool is nice and clean for the most part but the FITNESS CENTER is garbage. All the equipment is either old, or old and broken. I tried working out there a few times but it was just subpar and definitely not worthy of the amenity fee we are charged.FEES: when getting info and before signing, we were told our fees would average out to a certain number. We were told our first month or so would be abnormally higher due to the prorated amounts but then that our monthly bill for utilities and amenities would taper off. This did not happen. I called to ask what the deal was and was told that they had miscalculated and that they were sorry for misspeaking on that. Just beware, your fees will probably be $75-125 dollars more than they tell you they will be.They will be a little pushy regarding renewals and signing, once you hand over your information. And no they wont just give you information, they will take down all of your info FIRST and then answer your questions.PROS:The management team is better than other properties Ive lived in, they answer quickly and do their best to keep things smoothly for the tenants. My full and complete props, however, go to the maintenance team. They do their best to resolve issues within a few hours of getting work orders. They keep the property more or less clean and pick up valet trash every MWF, as promised, unlike other properties.LOCATION is prime. Love the location. You can definitely find apartments that are a bit more affordable than Allura though, even though they will tell you that you wont. Do your own research and dont feel pressured to sign right away. Take your time.Marissa is great to work with, she has put a name to the face and we enjoy dealing with her at the office. She is great and is good at her job.The apartment complex is nice, i feel safe for the most part. Havent had any crazy issues yet. I still feel we are overpaying for what we got here but, i also didnt want to go through a move again.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Marissa was a joy to work with, she was truly there for us every step of the way. We toured with her and she really wanted to know everything about what we were looking for in a home. Her attention to detail made the experience 100% reassuring and she really sold the complex and the experience to us. We knew immediately that this was where we wanted to live. Allura has a great ambassador in Marissa.

    Daniel cleaned the gym and apartment very well. Very impressed with the cleanliness and was very meticulous when on the job. I hope Allura keeps using his awesome services. I know him to be a hard worker and a diligent young man. Easily one of the best guys on the job and hope to hear back from him soon. Great service and a well mannered young man.

    Toured this complex a few days ago with my SO. Our guide Marissa was very friendly throughout the tour and knowledgeable about the complexs amenities and living spaces. The units were well kempt, made smart use of space to make the square footage shine, and the facilities were beautiful with plenty of greenery.

The move-in process was very smooth and Taylor was so helpful from start till move-in.Taylor helped to complete all leasing process online and I just moved immediately after a day once I landed.     I have been looking for apartments from out of state and reached out to Amber to enquire about Allura. She was nice and welcoming and one of the few ones who asked what our apartment preferences are. She showed us the available renovated apartment via video call and thanks to her our move in process was handled quickly from out of state.Just moved in this month and the place is nice and clean. Taylor was very accommodating and helpful, she took the time to explain about the property and rental agreement, our move-in experience was very smooth. So far i have high regards for the management.Few draw backs in this place are apartments are a bit old, elevators are far off from the apartments and getting big parcels delivered is very tricky. Apart from that its a great place to call home!

I wasn’t sure I was going to get approved due to just starting a new job, but they did whatever they could to make it happen. Reading other reviews you can tell that this property has definitely been through it with past management, but you can tell that Taylor and her crew are doing everything they can to make this place the absolute best it can be. New updates to the complex are coming and I can’t wait to see what they’re going to be. The resort style pool and parking garage are definite perks that you can’t always find in the area. Super convenient to shopping, all kinds of food, and the DFW airport without constantly hearing all of the planes.

    Where do I start, when I first moved in a little over a year ago up till December 2021 I had nothing but problems. I had a leaking pipe in my ceiling that took forever to fix and repair the drywall, fire alarms went off constantly and the apartment complex was just dirty. Management was slow to respond and sometimes acted like they didn’t care. The third times the charm with new management here. Krystal and Thomas are awesome and they care deeply about the residents and the property. Driving through ice storms to be here for us is a testament to how much they care. Fire alarms don’t go off constantly anymore and they are doing a lot of work to restore the property and have brought in a new maintenance team as well to rectify any and all work orders promptly and efficiently. They have gone above and beyond for me to accommodate my needs and questions. In addition to the managers, Amber and Taylor are super sweet and always willing to help. They are super knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around and whenever I have to go into the leasing center their bright smiling faces are there greeting me. Their positivity is infectious and they make you feel very welcomed. I can’t say enough about this team only that I wish they were here sooner. I would have given this place maybe 2 stars before but now with all the hard work and care this team is putting into this property to make it a true place to call home, I’d say it’s worthy of 5 stars.

    Awesome experience. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the most attentive, and professional lease consultant I’ve met.     The apartment is very nice and the leasing process was very fast and handled well. Thanks to Amber, my process was handled quickly and efficently and I was able to move in with minimal stress. The area feels safe and is pretty quiet most of the time. Also, if there are any problems in the apartment you can fill out work orders. Manny was very quick to fill my work request and also advised me about a question I had with another issue in the apartment. Very cool and helpful guy! Feels like a good community area.

    Edit 7-13-2023: removed one star. Today marks the third consecutive week without central A/C during the hottest weeks in recorded history. We were provided with a portable window unit within 30 minutes of notifying them of the issue, but it only *helps* with the bedroom. The only way we are surviving is due to another larger portable A/C that I am borrowing from my brother that also *helps* with the main room. No word on when this will be fixed despite repeatedly asking. If management cared enough then they would have hired someone else to take care of the issue sooner. It is still out, and tiles on the kitchen wall keep falling off due to the heat. Besides this, the rest of the apartment is pretty good.Renting an A2-1 floor plan on the third floor since 5/16/2023. As of 05/31/2023, just about everything has been great. Apartment is very quiet and well kept up. The more open floor plan makes 850sqft feel and function as a larger room than at other places. Staff is very helpful and responsive, especially Taylor and Paris, who have answered all my questions and even helped out with an incorrectly delivered package. Will update much later after more experience since it was google reviews that led me here in the first place.

    Having had an fantastic & phenomenal experience so far with Allura, especially with Ms.Bri/Brianna from the leasing agency from the time I walked in to the time I moved in, I can honestly say in my 10 years of leasing, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in! She made me feel absolutely welcomed from the moment I opened the door and felt like I belonged here and this was something I’ve been wanting/hoping for for a very long time. She, unlike any other apartment I’ve viewed/site visited, asked me what I was looking for, what made my home feel like a home, and truly felt like someone I had known for all of my life. She was so very beyond kind to me and made me feel heard. I’ve never had this experience before and hope to be a tenant of this community for a very long time. The thing about Bri is she made me feel like I was welcomed and not like someone just passing and going to get someone in the door or out of the door because if was their job. She made me feel like a neighbor being welcomed into the neighborhood and it was a celebration! I have never felt such warmness or care towards someone who had never met me before. During our tour we met one of the tenants, who she remembered her name, greeted her, and spoke as if she was long time friends with her too. This is something that not only stood out to me, but made me feel as if she cared and knew every person by heart. And this was a big deal to me. They asked a series of questions to previous job references/apartment references FYI. This was a plus to me because it showed they don’t just let “anybody” in to their small community of apartments. Their application process was more in depth than I’ve ever seen it done, but it’s worth it. A price to pay for peace of mind and a clean, well kept, caring apartment complex. I love everything about the apartment front the parking garage, the inside/outside hallways, Tuscan feel, etc. They have a texting/call based hotline if I need anything, so that is also very appreciated and something I’ve never seen before! Also, they have even checked on me after I moved to make sure I settled in okay, something I’ve never seen an apartment do before ever! That was so very kind! I have nothing bad and everything good to say about this apartment! I would recommend to anybody looking for a safe, clean, caring place so far!     Just moved in this month and the place is nice. There have been a few wear and tear and maintenance issues with my apartment but the staff here is great.     I have been living in this apartment for the last 3 years, and it has been a wonderful stay. The new management is always ready to help the residents.Brittany and Danica have been very sweet and helpful with my upcoming lease. They worked very hard to get me the best rate.     I needed to rent an apartment remotely and Taylor from Allura stepped up. She walked the apartment and sent me pictures. Worked with me beyond regular hours and took care of any issues that came up. The apartment was exactly what showed in the pictures.     I just entered the workforce since I just graduated college meaning that I didn’t not have any paystubs available. I found it really horrible that everywhere I looked they asked me for a co-signer that made 6 times the rent. At allura, they were understanding about my situation and made their due-diligence by themselves which finally helped me get approved for an apartment without a co-signer or all the rent upfront for the whole lease term. James, the service technician, is extremely helpful and responds to emergency calls ASAP; any issues I did have were handled within 24 hours.     Two fold review! As a new resident who handled all of my tours and signing before I even got to the state, it was a huge deal if I clicked with the office staff and if they were communicative. Amber and Thomas have been super awesome this entire time, minus one big communication issue during the application process that was resolved after chasing up a few times. I honestly chalk that up more to bad timing and them being super busy and on the newer management team, since now that Im here theyre great! Ive gone down and texted with even stupid questions and theyre so kind and informative.Just waiting for the pool to get cleaned out hahaEdit: was originally 4 stars, but it looks like corporate ownership thinks these reviews are reflective of just their individual staffers.     I have been a resident for four months now. I have found the staff to be friendly and very responsive to my requests for any kind of assistance. The garage feels safe with the cameras and excellent lighting. I appreciate the effort made by the staff and residents to keep the place secure with the gates and overall access security. Office staff, especially Brittany and Kat, are always friendly and responsive. I love my apartment. It is very comfortable and accessible in its design. This pet friendly complex is a joy. The fifth star is being withheld only because of the walkway clearance of debris from trees and rain drainage. Overall I highly recommend this apartment/home complex.I want to now move my review up to the 5th star thanks to Carey in the maintenance department. He solved a closet problem that had been plaguing me for months. I am genuinely grateful for his assistance. I am delighted with my apartment and look forward to renewing for a second year.

    The last year of my living experience here has been overall pleasant and satisfied. I haven’t had any housing issues whatsoever and when I did need maintenance, the lead maintenance guy named James made sure it was not only addressed but it was handled expeditiously.     I have been living on this property for almost 3 years now. I have seen the management and lease staff change multiple times in past years. And I havent had any good support or follow up on my concerns till Krystal and Thomass team started managing the property. Their commitment towards the residents and making this property a true luxury apartment complex is commendable. I have never had anyone following up on my concerns registered before, as Krystal does. She truly believes in making this a great place for people to call it Home. I had posted a very unpleasant experience review posted last year, however the professionalism and support from Krystals team changed my opinion. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. And yes I am Happy with my decision to continue living here.

    Located in a great area, convenient to shopping and dining, the airport, and an easy hop on the highway to get anywhere in DFW! My apartment is extremely spacious and the community is quiet and well maintained! You will not find a nicer pool! And the palm trees around the property give it a true resort feel!

    I started off my Mother’s Day weekend with a tour of the Allura Apartments. Although I am familiar with the Alluras from a past pleasant experience 3 years ago, today I was left in awe. The professionalism shown by the staff was amazing. Amber was so attentive and took the time to answer all questions. I know she was on a busy schedule but I didn’t feel rushed. She asked about my preferences and my visions for happy living. Thank you again Amber. I’m so looking forward to the perfect spot. Being from Illinois, it’s very important that I move somewhere where I feel that there is commitment to promoting a relaxing, modern and welcoming environment. This is it!!!!

    New to Allura I was discouraged to see the amounts of puppy💩 left by the pet owners. This morning I met Daniel the grounds keeper as he picked up what the pet owners should have. Not a job I’d want, but Daniel was efficient, and courteous doing the dirty work left behind. Thank you Daniel for picking up after tho ones who’s momma’s didn’t raise them right!

    We have moved to Allura three months ago. I have seen that is one of the top apartments in Irving . It is gorgeous, clean , quiet and well secured.I love the location. It is a very safe neighborhood too. The floorplans that i have seen are also well designed. They are spacious and open .The staff are super nice and sweet. I have worked with Britney, she was very professional, helpful and pleasant with a very positive attitude. I greatly appreciate her. She did her best to help you when needed.So far everything has been great. I Definitely recommend Allura.

    Absolutely fabulous vicinity with great views. All the convenient businesses are nearby and the apartments are spacious and well maintained. What made the stay even more convenient was how Kaitlin, the building manager, helped us with the apartment move in so easily.     We have been with Allura for about 2 months. Amber has been extremely helpful since we walked in to tour the apartments. She went above and beyond to get us in our preferred layout. So far, any issue we have had related to maintenance has been fixed in a timely manner. Any hiccups related to paperwork have been minor and corrected appropriately. All of the office staff have been helpful. The only reason for 4 stars is due to only being there for a short time.

I want to specifically thank Jazmine for helping my husband and I throughout this process of finding our FIRST new apartment as a newly married couple!! She was super kind, cooperative and very responsive to our requests. My husband and I have been searching for the perfect place for MONTHS now and majority of apartments are not responsive, uncooperative and dont sound welcoming at all. However, our experience with Allura and Jazmine was the complete opposite, which is why we did not hesitate to apply right away! Our main goal was to find a safe place/neighborhood, responsive management, and a home fit for the both of us - we found it ALL and MORE with Allura Las Colinas! I also want to add that my husband and I are out of State, and we still managed to do virtual tours and be in touch with Jazmine via phone and email.     I recently moved into Allura and had a wonderful experience. I was moving to Texas on short notice and the staff was amazing in helping me get everything lined up for my apartment. From friendly reminders to complete a couple of things on my end, to taking the time to help me find electric and Internet. The team really went out of their way to accommodate my crazy schedule and make sure my move in was seamless.My apartment is spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The apartments are in a great location with a number of restaurants and shops within a couple of miles. My overall experience has been great and again a special shout out to Mistie and Brittany for making my transition easy!

    We went to tour this property and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was in more of an industrial areas, given the fact that Las Colinas is very busy/buzzy! Amber was very kind to show us around and was very personable! She was able to answer all the questions we had and made sure we really liked the property.     Brittany is super nice! Love this place. I made a great decision in choosing Allura as my new home. Very quiet, which is what I wanted. People are nice and friendly. The pool is very well kept of. The garage feels very safe and it is always well illuminated. The only thing is that the gym looks a little old, but I believe that will be changing soon! If youre a running person, there are nice areas to run around and you will always find other people running or walking. All in all, I love it here! No issues as of now!

    I am going on my 2nd year here and I have seen a dramatic improvement in how the grounds and the trash pick up has been handled. I have to give credit to the Grounds Keeper Daniel. Since he has been working here I have seen him on the grounds at or before 5am cleaning the trash bin, setting the trash dumpsters out, sweeping the stairs, mopping the hall ways, looking at light fixtures and overall finding anything on grounds that may need attention and doing his best to correct it. I see the improvement and I cant even imagine how things would look in our community if he was not going above and beyond to give it the Allura Las Colinas shine. Hats off and a salute to Daniel for giving 110% to the good order and cleanliness of our community. His efforts are truly unmatched.

    I have lived at Allura for almost a year and just recently renewed my lease. I moved from a small town and found that Allura was the only place of all the complexes that I had looked into that felt like somewhere I would like to call home. She took note of any discrepancies and when brought to attention, they were quickly resolved.Its has been two months and we are happy to call Allura at Las Colinas home and you will be too!     Im about to complete my fourth month in this apartment and it cant get any better. Frankly speaking, its one of the best apartment complex Ive ever seen! The floor plan is very spacious. It is a clean, safe, and gorgeous environment with a great location.The business center is very handy to get work done. A printer and desktops are all free to use.The gym is open 24/7, which means WHENEVER you feel like it, its right there!     Ive been here about two weeks and I have had the best experience moving in! At first there was an issue with my prorated rent amount and they quickly and easily fixed it for me. I needed a tiny bit of paint to touch up the corners on the wall I painted, and they just gave me a cup full. They are so quick to fix issues and management is amazing in my opinion. Ive had my fair share of bad management so Im excited to be here. Theres not always parking on your level, but if you go up or down a floor theres always a space. Thats only when I come home later in the evenings. The gym is fantastic but there are a few machines that are broken or have broken pieces. I have only had one thing to call about but maintenance came super quickly and fix the issue. Neighbors are super friendly and several of them offered to help when they saw me carrying heavy boxes and furniture in. I would definitely recommend.

The management company always keeps the place looking refreshed with new paint and great grounds keeping. The units and neighbors are quiet and courteous. The office staff is top-notch. She made a solid effort to get to know me and offered great suggestions.She send me actual videos, photos and even FaceTime with me to making sure I like the apartment.     If I am being honest, we didnt start off on the right foot. In their defense though, we moved in right as the community was transitioning to new ownership/management so they hadnt even gotten their bearings yet. However, it only took one conversation with Chesley to make the difference. I have personally worked in property management for 10 years and have been thoroughly impressed with each member of their team. Everyone is so accommodating and its obvious that they really enjoy providing the best customer service to their residents. I have worked most closely with Chesley, the property manager, and its evident that her team mirrors the excellence of their leader. She is bubbly and friendly and truly cares about making the living experience of the residents the best it can be. I would recommend Allura and the Connor Group to anyone. Thanks to everyone who has helped us make Allura home over the past year. Were excited to move into a new house, but will truly miss the team here!

Kevin came after hours on the first day because the AC wasn’t working correctly, and made sure it was taken care of so we could sleep.     So I had to update my review because within two weeks they addressed the problems I listed. Im actually surprised.I have 15 months living there.1. They delayed to install my washer and dryer, however Brittany lend me the keys of another apartment to do my laundry. The manager apologized and honestly I havent seen the person that was not helpful at that time any more.2. I complained about the lights being on during daytime theyve adjusted the sensor, lets see how next month bill is.3. Parking spaces are limited, but they assured no reserved spaces were added after last cleaning and painting. I think were hosting cars we shouldnt, because lately I cannot find an available spot to park and end up on fifth level, but this might be just an assumption of mine, Ill need to check if the cars are properly tagged so I could submit a report. Otherwise it is what it is.4. I complained about the common areas not being clean enough and I can gladly say I see improvement.Im leaving the 5 starts because I see there are areas of improvement and yet Ive seen the efforts put into make the complex look beautiful but mostly theyve been willing to help in my concerns.

    I could probably live here for ever. The property is beautiful, safe and well maintained. The location is great as there is easy access to major highways for commuters. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a vast variety of shopping centers nearby as well. The community is amazing and neighbors are respectful. It is family and pet friendly and amenities are top of the line. Kat, Brittany and the rest of the management are the best.     Allura las Colinas is my first experience renting in the Dallas area. So far it has been decent. I’ve had a few problems don’t get me wrong. My a/c compressor went out and it took a week to fix. That might sound terrible but they brought me a wall a/c to use while my main was broke. That was the greatest thing they could have done and I applaud them. Also had my washer went out but they fixed it within two days. I applaud them again. Allura las Colinas is decent in my book ( and decent is high up in my book ) I recommend them to all. Amber in the office helped me and she is nice and she will show you the ways. The Mexican guy is dope as well ( I didn’t get his name I’m not racist ) He has almost helped me everytime I’ve had a problem and he gets that s*** done everytime quick. I recommend Allura Las Colinas 9/10. ( would be 10/10 but only because the trash charges are weird )A review-Blake Wilson-Also let me add that the location here is second to none. So close to Dallas and walking distance to many places to eat. As I said before talk to Amber and the Spanish bro for any help. The apartment is nice, I love the high ceilings. I won’t lie to the people reading this they did lie to me, they hyped up the wine rack but I had no wine rack anywhere. Probably for the best though, as it would be a great excuse to drink all the time. The pool while I have never swam in it looks beautiful. The facility used to smell funky at times, but only had that problem very early on in my lease. It hasn’t smelled bad for a couple of months now which I appreciate. From what I’ve read from other reviews is that the management used to be bad. In my experience the management has been outstanding. They care about your problems and get it fixed quick. And even in times where it can’t fixed quick, they take care of you in the meantime. I fully recommend Allura Las Colinas as of 7/28/2022.-Blake Wilson-

    Had an issue with my oven not reaching the preheat cycle and thought that it was shot, however, once I put in the request ticket, I was contacted the same day by the front office and Kevin, one of the maintenence crew, came out to check on it. Found out that it was user error on my part and he explained how the model of oven worked and everything, and moved the oven back when I asked if he could assist with that piece as well.
