Been living here 6 month and this is by far the cleanest affordable quiet family friendly beautiful spacious apartment layout with the best great amount of amenities well put together plus service and support by property Manager Ashton and her very best lead Maintenance Guy Ryan both work fast and efficient to tackle immediate concerns from inside apartment to service requirements all around the property, having said that if your looking to lease apartment considering this property is a no brainer minutes away from an H-E-B Plus with also great amount of restaurants and fast food joints near by, commuting from and to work no problem minutes away from U.S HWY 281 and Anderson loop 1604, 12 minutes away from airport VIA public transportation also close enough to park vehicle and head downtown to enjoy beautiful San Antonio including the river walk and many more. As long as I’m leasing an apartment moving isnt an option. Im so glad I chose to call this home and you will too, I promise you won’t regret it neither…🫶💯The Allora Kinder Ranch Apartments….

Savannah absolutely wonderful!! She is exceptionally sweet, helpful and always so helpful. I love that ALL of the girls have stayed and love working here! I am so happy that I have found my new peaceful home. I highly recommend this place- 10 stars if I could give it.

I’ve lived at Allora Kinder Ranch for a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities in San Antonio! From the beautifully maintained grounds to the top-notch amenities (the gym has a squat rack platform and is still very spacious), everything about this place feels like home.The leasing office staff is incredibly helpful, but I have to give a special shoutout to Kiara and Ashton—they go above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions, handling requests promptly, or simply greeting you with a smile, their professionalism and friendliness truly make a difference!!If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-managed community, Allora Kinder Ranch is the place to be! Highly recommend.

We have spent the last few months touring San Antonio to relocate from Dallas and Emma & Kiara have been NOTHING but pleasant. Super sweet girls, and have answered any questions we’ve thrown at them! The property is incredibly clean and just so quiet. Hoping Allora will be our future home!

Such amazing staff! Every single one I have encountered has been friendly and willing to help in whatever way they could. The property is clean and quiet. I’m so glad I found this place! If you are looking for caring staff and a safe place to live this is it!

New resident here and the grounds are beautiful! Having gone from a property where the upkeep wasn’t the best and the management team wasn’t the most responsive, it has been the BEST dealing with the folks at Allora Kinder Ranch! I do want to say that Kiara is an absolute rockstar on that team! She is beyond polite and goes out of her way to accommodate you while being swift in answering any questions. Her and Savannah are a dynamic duo at the office and shining stars, ALWAYS a pleasure!

If you’re on the fence about leasing here just go for it. Super modern and honestly the kind staff (hard to come by these days) make the community what it is. Anytime I need something and I enter the office, Kiara greets me and makes sure I get my questions answered and the community manager Ashton is the best manager I’ve ever dealt with at a community! The amenities are gorgeous and the apartments are so contemporary and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

I had to find an apartment near my sons new school and was excited to see these new apartments were being built. I scheduled a tour and Ashton (the manager of the property) was so helpful and efficient answering all of my questions. She was also very personable. The whole process of applying was easy and quick and she was so proactive in responding to my questions. I moved in yesterday and so far so good! The property is beautiful and the apartment is in great condition.

Great apartment complex! Wife and I had checked out 7-12 different places before we signed the lease with Allora. Amy was extremely helpful and we couldnt have asked for better.I expressed to her that we were trying to get situated ASAP as I had just had a military move, and she made sure that we were hand walked all the way through from application process to keys and walking in our new apartment, all within the same day and even stayed with us past normal hours to make sure we had ample time to view any units that we wanted. (Going above and beyond for customer service)Leasing agents (Savannah, Kierra, and Ashton) are kind and pleasant to speak to. As with any new apartment or apartment in general there are going to inevitably be things that pop up,But it is much easier when the people handling the issues are pleasant to speak to and try to get your issues resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.Highly recommend to at least give it a look!

Savannah was truly the sweetest and extremely knowledgeable about the property. She knew the surrounding area as well and even showed us the handicap accessible apartment once she discovered my son used a wheelchair! This property is really nice with upgraded amenities.
