You are always very helpful.I’ve had an amazing experience living at Alleia, The management team is professional, friendly, and always quick to address any concerns. The amenities, from the well-maintained pool to the modern gym, make living here feel like a resort. The community is quiet, safe, and welcoming, with beautifully landscaped grounds.Maintenance requests are handled promptly, which is a huge plus. and I love how close the complex is to shopping, restaurants, and major highways.

    If there were more than 5 stars, I would definitely give this place. This 5-star review is not based on being greeted by a nice representative (because they all do that), but I am writing this review after living there for a year. Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartment supports everything a person looks for while renting an apartment. Starting from the well-built apartments using very high quality materials (I am an engineer) to the calm and quiet environment: Although, we live in a first floor of a building, but I dont remember any single night when I had difficulty in sleeping due to a noisy neighbor. Most of the neighbors are nice and friendly.Speaking about the maintenance, I would give them 10 stars, they are very responsive to requests, they got all our issues resolved in less than 24 hrs and sometimes in less than an hour. The gym is amazing, the pool is nice and clean, the shared areas are fantastic!We are renewing for another year and hopefully, the management will keep this amazing work. No complaints! Lucky to have such an apartment complex.

    Ive been meaning to leave a review as a 1.5+ year resident of this property for a while because I feel they deserve it. So here it is.The staff at Alleia are pretty great. Property management are attentive, personable, and reasonable. The ladies do take concerns seriously rather than brushing them off and are willing to work with you toward a solution.Who shines even more so at this complex however are the maintenance team - Dwayne and his crew are the absolute best at what they do and I say this as someone whos been a resident at luxury properties from Katy to The Woodlands to West Texas and back. You can tell the maintenance team takes immense pride in keeping the place looking and working as it should or better; it cant be an easy task given how some residents treat the place with little to no respect, but somehow they get it done and then some, day in and day out.The location its self is pretty nice what with a walking trail near, 99 being very close yet the property still being insulated from road noise, as well as the units and amenities themselves being of higher tier quality and layout - we love having so much counter space for example.To solidify the truthfulness of review, the negative that stands out most to me is that of the pool. Its a great pool, so great than it seems non-residents love frequenting the area / residents invite their extended families and friends on the regular, but many pool-goers dont treat it as a community space and at times trash the place. Speaking to the community area aspect further, instead of enjoying the music provided through the pool area speakers, many seem to feel the need to bring their own music which is at times not exactly family friendly an can reach a substantial volume as they compete with one another to hear their personally curated playlists.I do feel that the staff, location, and property its self do outweigh the above negatives to the point I feel 5 stars is still warranted. This is especially considering staff have taken measures last pool season to alleviate the above to some extent, and I would imagine they will continue to to improve in this area.

    This review is for Miss Lisa .I have lived at the community for about a year now. Ms. Lisa in the front office has always taken care of any issues that I may have had. Even when a situation may not have been ideal, I’ve always been able to count on her to provide excellent customer service and the best possible solution. She is kind, and professional, and has always had a warm demeanor during all of our interactions. I am very grateful for her hospitality.

    I recently came in for a tour. Pulling up to the complex, I can say I was instantly impressed. The leasing staff were very helpful. The gym was well maintained and that goes a long way. The property was well kept, very clean. As I was leaving I saw Steven, the lead technician, he was very helpful and made my decision much easier. Guaranteed that if there was a problem he’d be the first to respond and get the issue resolved in little to no time. That goes a long way, knowing maintenance will be there, especially coming from a complex where maintenance was non existent. To the leasing office, I thank you. To Steven the lead technician I appreciate you taking time out to answer all my questions.Looking forward to moving soon.!!!!

    Moving into this new apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The apartments and facilities are impeccably maintained, and the maintenance staff provides swift and efficient service. Lauren from the Leasing Office is the true MVP here; she goes above and beyond to assist with any request, always greeting you with a smile and boundless enthusiasm. Coming from a previous bad experience at another complex, this place truly stands out as the best. To anyone reading this review, dont hesitate to check out this place—you wont regret it!

    My sister just moved here about 3 months ago & she loves it! I came to town to visit & check out her new spot & I am impressed to say the least, thats why Im leaving this review. The application to leasing process & even her move in went so smoothly! Application is a little lengthy but thats just added security for me as brother & Uncle to my nieces that they verify identity & background check every occupant! Any questions or concerns my sister had were answered via text or email very promptly from leasing & maintenance came right away when her a/c wasnt cooling & didnt even make fun of her when they pointed out she didnt have it on right, guess thats my job by posting that here 😂, but in all seriousness, this place is great & I might just be becoming their neighbor when my lease is up in February!

    I cannot say enough about this beautiful property that I am so fortunate to be living! Excellent customer service from office staff as well as maintenance staff. Any question’s are answered immediately! Service requests are handled immediately same day! Refreshing and appreciated!I also want to add a note regarding the Saturday water aerobics class! It is fantastic! So much fun to workout in the pool for an hour and a great way to start the weekend!! 😊I have relocated from California and just so impressed. I highly recommend Alleia at Long Meadows to anyone looking for a wonderful apartment experience!

    Great community and even greater service here. Have been living here for about 3 years and anytime something goes wrong, I write an email and the next thing you know the maintenance team shows up and fixes it within a day or two.

    The complex is beautiful, it looks clean and well-kept, I dont give it 5 stars because I tried to move there and first of all I made an appointment online and when I got there the girl told me that she would show me everything quickly because it was her lunch time, so they should adjust the system so that she does not give an appointment at that time since you feel reckless, second if your job is through applications you will not be accepted, I have been working for that since 2020 .. and my husband has been working for much longer than me but lately he does it more regularly because he left his previous job but they did not accept .. too bad I would have liked so much to move to this place...

    I’ve lived here for 3 years come Aug. 2024. And every time i think about leaving ...I decide....why move when i really enjoy my apartment and complex. Its a spacious, modern , beautiful community and I feel safe. Management has always been kind and courteous. Ms. Lisa Black is the wonderful property manager here , and she is truly a sweet ,warm-hearted person. She is very professional ,easy to speak with and very understanding. She has pleasantly resolved any concern , in a timely and appropriate fashion. Also they have a really great maintenance crew. So if you are thinking about it... just go ahead and move in already .

    I moved into Alleia in Dec. of 2023 and had a pretty smooth move in process. I worked with Melissa with my application and move in process and she did a wonderful job. I also had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Lisa Black shortly after moving in, she is the community assistant manager and she has been a blessing with regards to assisting me so far. I also got to meet Dwayne, the head maintenance guy and hes an absolute gem and even took the time to chat with me about the property upon our initial meeting.The property itself is maintained extremely well, Ive yet to encounter any trash lying around and the grounds are kept up very well. As far as the apartments go, they include great amenities, maintenance is very quick to address any issues and having an attached garage in my particular floor plan is a huge plus.The only negative thing I can honestly say it that the walls are pretty darn thin (this issue is very common in newer complexes due to construction materials used these days), so depending on your neighbors, you may encounter hearing them walk around, their conversations, music playing, etc. but management is very compassionate about addressing any noise issues/complaints and we do have a courtesy officer available to assist in noise complaints.Overall Ive been extremely pleased with my choice to live at at Alleia and highly recommend it to anyone looking in the South Katy/North Richmond areas for a wonderful place to call home.I always use reviews to assist in making decisions and would like to leave ratings based on categories that residences typically look for in apartments: (Ratings based on a 5-star system)Price/Value: 4.5/5Lease Process: 5/5Management: 5/5Maintenance: 5/5Location: 5/5 (Pretty much any kind of store/food close buy)Exterior/Street Noise: 5/5Interior/Apartment Noise: 3/5 (again thin walls)Additional Monthly Fees (trash/water/etc.): 4/5I will update my review after having lived here longer.

    I recently moved into this apartment complex and I must say, it has been a great experience so far. The maintenance and leasing office staff are extremely helpful and responsive. They always take care of any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.The pool is definitely the highlight of the community. Its clean and well-maintained, and provides the perfect place to relax on a hot summer day.While the gym is decent, I do think it could benefit from a few upgrades. However, this is a minor issue compared to all the other amenities that this complex has to offer.Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience. The staff is friendly, the amenities are great, and the location is perfect.

    First, let me start by saying the apartments here are beautifully maintained and well-kept. The office staff is amazing! Ive worked with Melissa, Tamanaca, Lisa and Lauren quite a few times and theyve addressed any questions or concerns with such patience and kindness. Tamanaca, the Property Manager, is the most professional, experienced, and empathetic PM Ive ever encountered- there arent enough words to say just how WONDERFUL she is! The maintenance team is amazing- Dwayne is THE guy! Any time there was an issue- he took care of it! I would highly recommend this apartment complex!

    Lovely apartment complex been here for over 2 years with our family of 2 young kids. Area is super nice, quiet and has fun things close by such as movie theater, coffee bars, restaurants & grocery store, all 3 -5 min from the complex . Staff is super nice and very hospitable, helped us with all our requests and questions. If we didn’t need more space with the kids would’ve absolutely stayed here because the amenities are great and we all enjoyed it so much here. Apartments are up to date, clean, no outdated style so I did prefer Alleia over the other apartment complexes in the area, which was also a factor of why we chose Alleia over the other options out there.

    Updated: After living another year here i would love to say things are so better now, Most of our problems have been taken care of pretty well.When we submit a service order most of the time its done the same day or next and also staff is very friendly.One thing i would like to suggest here is if you can install a electric car charges as there are many communities now a days have them exclusively for people living there and it would make so much easier for people who have electric cars.Thankfully no more JERRY’S 😁Too many rats. Been tired of them literally everyday i see them in my garage and they keep coming new everyday. They have been messing up with my stuff and literally can’t use garage anymore to keep my stuff secure.Also I’d agree with alot of people here that walls are very thin here and you can easily feel any sort of sound through the wall.Last but not the least i was charged $800 because of gate has been hit from my car. This is the only gate i have seen so far which doesn’t open until you go very close to it and that’s why there is a possibility to hit that door easily. I have proof of video as well that how close you have to go before that gate opens but unfortunately google doesn’t allow uploading videos.Management has been not very friendly anymore they were once when i moved back in 2021.So think twice if it’s worth to spend your hard earned money here as this is all not what I expected from an luxury apartment.

    So far my family have been her for two months now and we love it!! I wanted to take time writing this review because I like to get the feel of this place after move in before leaving a review. Starting from the tour to move in Melissa has been so kind and generous with us. I was afraid she would not like us due to my husband give her a hard time on making changes on the lease but she was so patient and helped us with that! Still till now she is still friendly and nice! The move in was fast and peaceful! The maintenance man are so incredible and fast even during the emergency time and are quick to come and assist!Most important the apartment is just beautiful itself !! From the outside of the place to inside, it’s definitely modernized and beautiful with nice amenities! The pool and the connection room is my favorite overall! This place is very quiet and clean environment!

    This apartment complex is beautiful, it by far has the best amenities you can find in the area (Resort pool & fitness center)❤️. Easy access on & off of 99, the apartments are very nice.From Day 1 Alleia Long Meadow Farms has provided great customer service, have been super helpful and are very quick to respond to any concerns and/or maintenance issues. 😃 They always try to go above and beyond for their tenants, from the management team to the maintenance crew/engineering.     I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex and that is a direct reflection of the staff. Miss Melissa has been wonderful to work with, the property itself is immaculate, the maintenance team managed by Mr Dwayne are quick to respond and they efficiently fix any issue right away. The amenities are awesome, such as the gym, the pool, the offices, and the convenient package lockers. All in all this is a great place to live managed by very professional and friendly staff.

    Very nice to live in a place where the staff proactively on a daily basis works to maintain a quality living experience. Every staff member Ive come across always has very professional and polite engagement.     We have been going to this apartment for the past 6-7 months with our food truck to serve the community and could not feel more impressed with the staff members. Great communication. The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The lawns and gardens are always maintained beautifully. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.

    Melissa, Lauren, Vanessa, and all office ladies are so helpful and positive! They are always ready to help you no matter the situation. Dwayne and his team are an awesome maintenance team they get things fixed that day.     I recommend Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartments in Richmond. It’s a very nice newer property, built a few years ago, located in a convenient and growing area off the Grand Parkway (99).The staff are very nice and professional. Every time I’ve called the property the phone is answered. I don’t always find that with other properties.Keep in mind properties aren’t always open on weekends as they used to be so you’ll need to reach them during the week.The property has nice amenities and several floor plans at various price points. Check out the website.I recommend anyone looking for a new apartment home in this area to check out Alleia Long Meadow Farms Apartments.

Mrs Melissa Zeigler as well as other staff are all great people and were definitely a driving factor with our decision in moving forward with the application process.     The facility is well kept and clean. Staff is responsive and attentive throughout the entire process. Melissa, our leasing agent, has been an absolute gem by respectfully responding to all of our questions and concerns through several emails and phone calls. She even provided aid beyond her scope of policies and supported our move from NJ to TX. Great communicator and amazing person through and through. Everything was explained over the phone and through email, no surprises from my experience.Apartment itself is beautiful, coming from a 2 family home that we just sold, all of our stuff fit. From the amazing kitchen to the large 2 bedrooms and walking closets, this makes me believe everything is bigger in TX. Of course their were minor hiccups, but overall an amazing experience all around.To respond to a lot of the negative reviews, this is a top tier residential area, dont expect to reside here if you have some discrepancy on your end. You pay to play here, the fees are a bit ridiculous and the fluctuating market price is all for profit (which was explained to me ahead of time), however you are paying for all of the value that the staff and facilities bring. Overall this place makes me reconsider building a home. I would highly recommend this facility.

    Had to move out of my place and found Alleia. I didnt want to move but the price hike was forcing me. I found this one online and put in an application. From that point everything went very smoothly. The communication was amazing!!! I even got to come see the place in person so I could get a visual. Every staff member was super professional and friendly. Melissa was my leasing agent and she made everything so easy. Move in day I showed up and got my keys. Super easy, great property, wonderful staff!

    UPDATE 08/19/2022: After almost making it to the end of our lease I can confirm that my original review still stands! Our family has chosen to renew our lease & we will remain tenants of the beautiful Alleia at Long Meadow until we purchase our forever home! Not to mention LAMAR CISD has been the best school district we have ever been a part of our children are thriving here! ❤️ ORIGINAL REVIEW: This complex is absolutely breathtaking and all of the other tenants are friendly and kind its a close little community, you can always see the children playing in the beautiful spacious courtyard or at the blue sparkling resort-style pool! As a mother its very comforting to have a safe place for your kids to play, not something you can find just anywhere, there are County Sheriffs that live here too just adding to the feeling of security! Oh not to mention they are large pet friendly so our fur babies feel at home too, they have the biggest dog park and even a doggy salon station where you can bathe them after they run in the dog park! The staff here are wonderful as well always willing to go the extra mile for you making this place feel even more like a community (home)! The apartments themselves are extremely roomy & full of beautiful finishes & should you ever need help with anything one phone call and the service staff is on their way with a smile. Everyone is just so kind here we really feel at home! So if youre looking for a community & home instead of just an apartment Alleia is the place for you!

    My husband and I toured several apartment complexes before finding The Alleia, and we hadn’t liked any places enough to apply until we came here. After our tour with Lauren, we immediately applied because we were so sure that we wanted to live here. We were in a bit of a time crunch, and Lauren was incredibly accommodating and punctual, which greatly eased our stress. Some things about the complex that convinced us to apply were the on-site courtesy officer, the plentiful and conveniently located parking, the well-kept amenities, and the modern design of the apartments and common areas. Everyone we’ve encountered in the main office has been welcoming and happy to answer questions. We’re thoroughly enjoying our new home!

    Being here at alleia has been the best thing that has happened to me. The staff and management is so helpful, they gave me a second chance at staying here and I am beyond grateful for every last one of them. Staying here has been by far everything its so quiet especially at night time, its always clean the neighbors are so friendly. The movie room and weight room are by far the best. I love everything here its great if you have an emergency such as water leak or anything the maintenance crew comes out anytime of the day or night when I say you would love it here yes you would.     Alleia Long Meadow Farm is a beautiful community and a place where your next home should be if you’re looking to stay within the Richmond/Katy area. You must check out the amenities because they make this place stand out. The maintenance crew are awesome and they get the job done in a timely manner. As far as the property and assistant managers and leasing agents they are very professional and polite. I have no complaints. Again, if you are ever in the area please stop by and check out the community.

    This afternoon I visited few apartments in Richmond. When I arrived at Alleia, I met Melissa. She is such a sweet person. She patiently explained everything that I needed to know about getting the apartment. She also guided us around, we went to different parts of the building. It was interesting that they do offer more than I thought. Then she showed us one two-bedroom sample room and one one-bedroom sample room. I liked both so I saved all the information. So far I found Alleia is my favorite apartment that I have visited. I love Melissa, she is a great person. Hope the summer could come sooner so we can move in. Thank you, Melissa! You made a huge difference.

    Just moved in about a week ago and it has been nothing but an amazing experience! The property is beautiful and the staff has been so professional and accommodating, Melissa assisted me with my move in process and she has been the best person I’ve ever dealt with when moving into new property, she made everything happen swiftly and has continued to make sure I am pleased with everything. To top it off the actual apartments are gorgeous inside very modern and luxurious!

    Visited this afternoon for a tour, and I was amazed. Andrew was very welcoming as soon as me and my family walked in. He answered our questions and also allowed us to use his personal key fob to check out the amenities while we waited for our turn to take our tour.Lauren was also really great, she took us on our tour and also answered all of our questions without any issues.     I truly loved living here and hope to return. Everything about the complex is beautiful, well kept and clean. The staff are accommodating and the pool is salt water. Will definitely return in the future but it is very much far from the city.

    I finally get to move into the apartment complex. Not much to say yet about the environment but I would like to say a huge thank you to Kelly and the leasing office. The transition from the former management company was quite rough but Kelly was very helpful . The customer service is exceptional and they never got tired of me calling. Kelly was always willing to help even when there were issues beyond her control. She was never tired of my many questions and I am glad she was finally able to get me into my apartment. The building is nice and I look forward to enjoying my stay here.

    Alleia is a beautiful place to live in, they have multiple amenities and it’s super quite. Maintenance is awesome and get the job done immediately. The leasing agents are always professional.     Alleia has been my home for almost 2 years now. If I had to give a rating itd be 4.5 stars (I know Google has no such option). I have lived here through the management change and have had my share of issues that have been resolved as best as management could. For example, after management suddenly changed, a room I had reserved was not documented in the system. Tamanaca, Genevieve and Kelly (former asst manager) went above and beyond to make sure I had my gender reveal that weekend. Sure there have been issues with gates, elevators, and lack of communication on those things, but I can say 100% that management has taken note and improved on those things. All the front office staff has drastically improved!! Lauren & Melissa are wonderful!! Im sure the new lady is too, I just havent met her yet lol. No one & nothing in life is perfect, hence my 4.5 star rating, but management has definitely done their best to make Alleia a safe, fun & beautiful place to call home 🏡 edit: cant forget maintenance! Dwayne & staff are awesome & respectful!

    Neighborhood like feel apartment community. Awesome amenities. BIG DOG friendly, good walk ability for pets in and outside community. Walkability for food/shopping will soon be blocks away - but you live in Houston, a car is always a must. Convenient location, but a toll tag is almost a must to keep your sanity.They over communicate when community policies are being broken by the masses. The teams are also quite quick to respond to all questions and concerns, it’s clear upper management has trained them all well on being professional.My only gripe about the property has been property cleanliness but you cannot blame the management for that, it’s lazy residents.Love all the office staff I’ve met or talked to - I work in multi family property management and I can say that the Alleia LMF team does a stellar job at keeping the community a good place for me to call home.Take a tour today! Especially if you are thinking of building/buying your next home in Richmond, this area is about to be booming!

    I moved here in June 2022 and so far no complaints. Andrew helped me with everything to get my application started and approved. Lauren was there to answer any questions that I had when Andrew was not around. Melissa is always friendly and nice and is always there to help. I recently had a package delivered to the wrong apartment number and Melissa kindly helped in trying to locate it although we were unsuccessful. Fast forward to 2 days later and Steven our maintenance guy located it while changing air filters and kindly brought it down to me. It was soo unexpected and a HUGE relief because going back and forth with Fedex was draining. Steven you definitely deserve a free lunch or a paid day off!!This community is really quiet and well kept. I never see trash laying around. Everyone in the community is respectful of each other. No loud music or nosies. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet hidden gem.

    Alleia is very beautiful. I like most of the apartments interior designed floor plans and the small details are literally the best I’ve been to in Texas. The previous owners put good thought and effort into this property layout design.At least the Houston do offer some great luxe apartment living.Alleia has some beautiful townhomes rental and apartments with a garage. What’s the draw you might ask well… the POOL!! The property looks well kept and has a 24/7 on-site courtesy police officer.I’ve NEVER seen pest(as another reviewer said they have seen rats )nevertheless they do have pest boxes around the buildings.The leasing and maintenance team are very helpful, professional, and courteous.

    Melissa works hard to makes sure youre happy. From the quick turnaround for application to getting keys Melissa was there every step of the way! Every question was answered in a timely fashion and she was amazing!! The application process is extensive, but she walks you through it and we got it done! There was a minor hiccup with the link for their back ground check ( click on the link within 4 min) but Melissa found a way to get us in our dream apartment by Friday. She is the best!

    Alleia is a very nice apartment to live in, the place was peaceful, they have beautiful amenities and the maintenance service is quick, I submitted a request and then 30 mins after of the same day, it got fixed already. The staff was very kind, very helpful for from the start of processing till we moved and until now that we are here. They have a big dog park with a dog spa with a bath and blow dry space so its a very good place if you have a dog and wants to clean after an enjoyable walk with your furbabies. The gym was also good, its quite big and a high ceiling. I highly recommend this place!

    The staff is so kind and personable. They make you feel at home even before you apply. They keep you completely informed during the entire process of the application and the move in process. It’s a smooth process. I cannot say enough great things. The dog park is so great and big enough to actually throw the ball and let your dog run off their energy. The pool is salt water which is awesome. Great amenities and it feels safe which is extremely important. And it just has a good feeling vibe. Highly recommend!

    So far, no complain yet...I been live in here since 2021, at first it did went though some trouble such as trash room gets too full, too dirty and smelly. change management, pest control (ant) was a issue in beginning. but it did get better. smell people smoke weed and get woke up from it in middle of the night. but now, most of the time were ok. if you request service, you will able to get problem solve as soon as they can come. not bad.. at least I have no complain right now. one thing to suggest, please increase rate of washing the trash room and elevator. it gets dirty and smell quickly.

Bit on high end, but overall package is great.People/Customer service/Leasing specialists: Kudos to Ms. Laruren Irvine. She is very kind, polite, professional, knowledgeable, busy but accommodated us even on walk-in appointments (3 times which earned our respect). While she abided by all the policies and regulation, she went above and beyond to understand our requirements, budget, circumstances (Family just moved here from overseas - fully legal) and helped us get dream apartment (future home of our brother in law and family). Thanks Lauren and team (management) for your understanding and making family dream come true. Will see you around.

    I went with my mom to look at this property and we couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful! The movie theater, the amazing pool, they just have great amenities! But the leasing agent, Mindi is really who sold me. She was so patient, friendly, and caring. I’m very protective of my mom but after my interaction with Mindi I know she’s in good hands. She seemed very genuine. I have to discuss it with my mom but I think this is the perfect place for her!

    Move in experience was a little traumatic due to them towing my car trailer, it was double parked, so besides that everything was very simple. Andrew was tentative and available for all my questions that I had about the place. The place is brand new and quite beautiful and easy to live in.Lots of shops near by and things to do.Though they didnt refund my towing as they werent informed it was towed until I called the towing place. They must of not been able to describe the trailer in an email for the management. But I have been here for 2 months and they have been nothing nice to me.Some times thing are out of their control and they can only tell you what the bosses tell them.The places are made of solid wood, so sound travels very very easy across apartments, it is very pet friendly so you might have some loud pet neighbors.Warning about the towing company they use:Because Richmond is part of houston they charge you houston prices for towing. It roughly was 300$ to get an empty car trailer out of the impound. So make sure you dont get towed.
