    When I first found this apartment back in October on Google, Angel gave me a tour and I loved the apartment she showed me. Even since moving here, Angel and the staff have been welcoming and open. The maintenance team has been very good and friendly and they response to any issues I have really quickly. 5/5 would recommend

    I have been living here for well over 4 years. The ladies in the office have always been friendly, address any issue quickly, and maintenance is always on top of any service requests. They maintain the property very nicely. It’s been nice to call this complex my home and will continue to do so until it is time for me to move on. 😊

    The property was amazing I love the location it has a lot to offer and the amenities were amazing. The office staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. Unfortunately I did not end up moving in due to the fact that I was approved for a house. If I had not been approved this is where I would have moved into.

    My time at Alannah was amazing and I would have renewed my lease had I not been relocated for work. ZERO complaints! And Angel in the office was as always so friendly and sweet. If I ever move back to SA I’m for sure moving back!!

    When I first had a tour of the property, Angel from the leasing office went above and beyond to answer all my questions. She was very informative and was one of the major reasons I decided to move to Alannah. Living here has been a wonderful experience and anytime I have any concerns Angel and the ladies in the office are always there to take care of any issues that may arise.

    Angel C. was very friendly and professional. She made the process easy and answered all my questions in a timely manner. We called and inquired about many things and took a tour at a scheduled time. Great place to look into if you want to live in the Alamo Ranch area.

    Hello, I’ve been living in the complex for about 5 months now, and I have to say this is the nicest place I have lived. Everything from valet trash pickup to Amazon packages straight at your door. Alannah has everything to offer: an indoor gym, which I like because it’s its own building and big, very nice pool. I love this complex because it is kind of hidden around everything you could imagine: grocery shopping, retail, and restaurants. I would 100% recommend anyone move here. Oh, and can’t forget the food trucks every week!!! Thank you to the wonderful staff and management. I don’t plan to leave anytime soon!!!

    I have lived at Alannah for a little under a year now, and I have had an amazing experience from the start. I want to especially want to thank Nikki and everyone on the maintenance staff. If there is ever anything I need help with, or any basic maintenance order, it is resolved promptly. Everyone in the community is polite and respectful of one another. I love everything about my apartment as well. I have recently upgraded to a bigger unit because of how please I am. I look forward to being here for the next few years.

    I lived at this complex for approximately 5-6 years and overall, the experience was great. While it wasnt perfect by any means, there are reasons I stayed here for so long. When I first moved in, I was looking for a place that was within a close proximity to work that would not utterly crush my wallet, and this is what I found. The people within the community were great and no real concerns were identified, with the exception of some extenuating circumstances that the leasing office helped me with. Renewal was easy and the staff really helped me out when it came to changing units due to changes in lifestyle and other factors. I felt safe throughout my time here and if you have a dog, then you will fit right in. All maintenance requests were completed within a timely manner and I never once struggled with getting anything fixed. I went through multiple issues, and each one was identified and remediated accordingly. Overall, the staff and community were great. I would recommend it, especially if you are looking to live within the Alamo Ranch area.

    Just moved in here, and were so obsessed! The leasing office is so kind and the staff has been here for years, as has some of the maintenance, who is also really nice. They come same day for requests and are really empathetic. The complex is so clean, and its beautiful. You miss a lot of bad traffic because of the location, too.     The manager and assistant managers have made obtaining an apartment at Alannah a breeze. They were very accommodating and more than willing to take me on tours of their available units. It has been a few months now and my stay has been pleasant. Neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Had one issue with a leaking faucet and it was addressed very quickly. I was very impressed by maintenance, their professionalism, and quick response. The only gripe that I would have is the construction occurring near the complex. The noise, however, has died down as it seems that construction is nearly complete, so this should not be an issue very soon. Thank you guys very much once again for being professional, respectful, and helpful!

    If you are looking for a spacious apartment home with an open floorplan, go check out Alannah today!The staff in the office and the maintenance team provides excellent customer service. They are super nice and happy to help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everything is conveniently located from HEB and gas station and an abundance of restaurants off of 1604 and culebra. They have amenities such as a game room in the club house and a gym. There’s also several gyms near by! Their prices are very reasonable for the rent and value you pay for!

The office staff is very helpful and friendly, and the maintenance staff is awesome always friendly and very good at fixing anything that needs to be fixed. it is a very peaceful cleans and safe environment to live in. i would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

    Incredibly amazing experience from the time of the application to a week later of move in! The staff is wonderful, amazing, with such patience, didnt feel rushed to make a decision. Our property manager Nikki is so awesome called to see how we were settling into our home! Shout out to maintenance Paul during his busy work there he stopped to assist us as well!     Absolutely love staying here! The best resident managing staff (and lead)! Maintenance services are always taken care of promptly. The amenities are all pretty good (except for the gym... it is a bit lacking on equipment imo).Overall would definitely recommend renting here if you are looking around!

    Overall happy with the complex. I have been here 12 yrs so that says alot. Love the area just wish so much of the beautiful view I had of trees would have been messed with by continued growth in the area. Really is quiet as far as car noise, traffic and community itself.

    I have lived at these apartments for the last 6 years. What little maintenance issues that I have experienced have always been taken care of on a very timely manner. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. We all know that apartment living is not the most cost effective way of living but I have always felt that Ive spent my money well here. The facilities and up keep of the grounds are always well maintained. The interior of the apartment is so nice with all the amenities that it makes me really feel at home.5-16-2022... Just an update on the previous review. With the new management that has taken over we just feel things have only gotten better. The upgrade to the lightening around the complex has been wonderful. The new washer/dryers that were installed are amazing. As always the maintenance here does such a great job. I just renewed another lease and very happy to be here for another year. Thank you Nikki for just being you. Cant wait to use the new pool when its been completed!

    Moving to Texas, know nothing of Texas just where the next job is… Jaylynn and Niki have been wonderful. From initial contact to move in, Jaylynn made sure we had information and Niki is awesome with additional last minute questions and concerns.The maintenance team fixes problems in HOURS not days! If there is a problem and you need to connect Jaylynn is here to help! Niki is just a good Manager, most managers never leave their office, not Niki she engages with everyone and is out and about helping people as well!Even though close to freeway, the atmosphere is a community feel!

    I have had the best experience being a resident here for almost 2 years. The process to move here was also extremely smooth . The staff is friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is safe and friendly. The few times I’ve had to call for after hour help, the on call staff is amazing and quick to assist with any issues going on if at any .The pool is always clean and the pool area , the gym is always put together and the cleaning team tries its best to keep the entire complex clean and looking nice and presentable. I would highly recommend this complex .

    These apartments are peaceful and presentable. We definitely feel like we’re getting our moneys worth living here.     My best friend first moved into these apartments and I had to check them out. For my first apartment ever, I couldn’t have made a better choice! They are super affordable and come equipped with a pool, rec center and a gym. The residents here aren’t too loud, incredibly dog friendly and the maintenance and staff are so so so nice. They really try to accommodate everything you need at a fast and super speed! I had something wrong with my toilet and I emailed them about it, not even ten minutes later somebody came out to help me and fixed it under 5 minutes. The location is also right by an array of food places and walking distance to the grocery store. I really do not see myself moving out of here for a long time. They also tell you when somebody has gotten covid so you can take more precautions than usual!I’m really happy with myself living here, it was such a great decision (:

    This is my first apartment ever moving into and I love it! I lived here for about a year and had no major issues. If something came up, maintenance was here less than 24 hours. Front office is excellent! Only reason why I am moving is because I am in the process of getting a home. If I wasn’t, I would of stayed here longer. Feels exactly like home.

    I recently moved from Sevona after living here for one year. I honestly only moved to be closer to my job in Stone Oak. I really enjoyed my time living here. Nikki, Dan, Aissa and Lilli are all amazing. The complex is nice and has all the amenities you’d want. I enjoyed all the resident functions they had. The grounds were clean and the pool refreshing. Any time I needed maintenance they were quick and resolved my issue. (I only needed them twice.) If I ever move back to the this side of town and want to live in an apartment, I’d move here.

    These apartment complex are great and beautiful! Area is nice and close to the groceries store and shopping center. You can see the sea world fireworks from the second story. I lived in the 2nd floor and it wasn’t too bad. Inside lives up to the luxury apartment living. They just recently changed owners but it was a very smooth transition because they kept their amazing manger Aissa! She’s so helpful and is very timely in responding to emails. They also have cute community parties. It’s nice because their game room is spacious and fun. Their work out area is also very nice! Everything has to opened by a key fob so it’s pretty secure! I’d definitely recommend this area!

    Highly recommend this apartment! The manager and crew go above and beyond to take care of residents, I have seen it first hand in the office. The staff is welcoming and the manager seems on top of everything! Grounds are always clean and well maintained, location couldn’t be better for me as I wanted to avoid the congestion of Alamo ranch but I’m still right across the highway from it. Couldn’t say enough great things about the staff!

    Ive lived here for almost a year now and Im very sad to be leaving due to my job relocation! The management and maintenance team here do an incredible job and have always been very friendly and helpful. The property is fairly quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. Routine maintenance is performed and notices regarding any resident events, services, etc.. are sent out in a timely manner. Both Sevona and Lincoln Properties has left a lasting impression on me.

    This has been the absolute best complex that I’ve lived at. Not Only are the office staff helpful and friendly, their maintenance team is exceptional. I put in a maintenance request and have yet to go more than 48 hours without the issue being repaired or scheduled. The grounds are clean and well maintained and I feel secure in my home.

    We just had an Alien 👽 theme pizza 🍕 party at our guest house! They are awesome! Grounds are clean. Safety is always important to them here for the residents. They are always willing to help and have great customer service! They always fix the gates when theres an issue, residents are respectful, no crime, and no parking lot issues. High recommend!!!👍

    I moved here last summer and have nothing but good things to say about it. My neighbors are great, the facilities are always clean, the trash pick up service is on point, the pool-side grills are great for summer gatherings. The few maintenance issues I’ve had were attended to promptly. The complex is close to about everything you need too which is great.

    Ive lived here 2 yrs and I have say its been great. The location is nice and quiet. My apartment is perfect for me. I liked that its small and still has the benefits of a larger one.     I have lived at Sevona Westover Hills for about 2 years and all I have to say is that the staff there are AMAZING!!! True story, but coming out of a 12 year relationship was hard. Nicki, Lilly, and Iesa made me feel like I gained myself again. I found myself and I found true happiness. Even tho we only spoke a few times paying the rent, they always made me feel at home and like family. I’m so grateful that I started my NEW life at Sevona Westover Hills. I would highly recommend anyone to move there, and I’m also happy that I NEVER had issues living there.Thanks again

    I love coming to visit my daughter here. They have beautiful scenery and you can sit on the rocking chairs outside. The maintenance man that waters the plants is very nice to talk to and does a great job. They have a coffee bar too!

    Perfect location with a variety of food and entertainment to choose from. I love that it’s so close to Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Perfect for summer fun. Super nice and friendly staff compared to other properties I have visited recently. Very nice experience. Loved it.

    I love these apartments. The leasing staff are very nice and informative and its a great price and you get more than your moneys worth. Also theres plenty of parking after hours, my upstairs neighbors arent noisy and the location is awesome. One thing I like is that I got my gate remote up front. My old apartment complex gave me my gate remote 3 months before the lease end (sigh) and Im glad I switched to Sevona (yay)!

    I have to say this has been one of the best moves my hubby and I have ever made!!!!! When I tell you, you have a staff and management team that CARES!!! I mean it !!!!! Niki has been heaven sent!!! Through these tough times, she has worked with us and has never once given us a hard time when it has come the few times we had to pay rent late! You don’t feel like you’re talking to just a manager, she empathizes && makes you feel human, I know that may sound silly, but those of us that get, get it !! When she says she’s gonna get something done, it gets DONE !! Coming from the previous apartments I lived at, which are TRASH!!! Where the manager only cared/cares about money! This is a breath of fresh air !!!!!!!! The entire staff in itself from manager to maintenance are just amazing !!!! This is my home until I move into a house!!!

    Really nice apartments. The apartment complex and staff are really relaxed. Neighbors are nice, decent and respectful. I would recommend not living close to the pool if you like a more quiet place. During the summer people from who knows where, come around and have their parties with their 10 kids... but thats non of my business.Parking at night also sucks.

    So, I wanted to write Sevona a review once I was closing to leaving them. So here I am. Its been 4 years, and theyve been great. The people at Sevona have treated me with respect and care. Id dare say love as well. Maintenance guys are the MVPs and deserve every bit of love. They get things done ASAP. Same day in most cases. For the smallest things too. The ladies at the office are angels and I consider them friends. I dont have a single negative thing to say about Sevona. I regret having to leave but due to work I need to relocate closer. Thankfully even for that, I got help from Sevona and was able to find amazing apartments within Lincoln Apartments Company who owns Sevona. Thank you again guys and I will miss you.

    My move here from out of state has been nothing but exceptional! Aissa Lopez and Nikki Spencer welcomed me and my fur love ( Hunny ) and helped me feel right at home. They have gone over and beyond to make sure I could rest at ease. The complex is clean ,friendly and safe.     Good customer service is so hard to come by, but the courteous and professional management staff at sevona always go above and beyond in making this place feel like home. I can’t recommend them enough!And the safety is tops! not only have I never had any tires stolen but Ive been given extra tires on my car. I woke up and my Honda Civic was an 18-wheeler! I’m kidding. That other reviewer is crazy.

    Ok its not only beautiful, but its great for military families (short term lease), The location is amazing, close to everything and its safe!!! the staff is outstanding and very professional, the maintenance is so prompt and they always get requests done immediately! If I ever move back to San Antonio, this will be my go to place! also they treat the residents almost every week with free pizza, or brunch etc, they always run contest and give aways. cant say enough good things about Sevonah! Its simply amazing and I wish there where more communities like such

    Dont live here..BUT...Went to visit my son and have a cook out by the pool area. Pool area is very clean, and the Grills are a bit weird (electric) and are more like an oven but food came out great in it. RR are clean and fresh. Great for a family gathering. Had lots of fun. So if pool area and family area is important to you then you have found a review for it.......Thats All.

    Recently I left and move to Houston I wasnt gone long but I came right back to Sevona Westover Hills. If you want a family environment look no further the staff knows you by name they make your experience personal they take the time to get to know you The rental price is reasonable for the amenities that you get .I love that they are always coming up with stuff for the community to do that way we get to meet our neighbors I love this place and the staff.

    I previously lived in the apartment for 3 years since moving to San Antonio. In my experience, maintenance requests were always taken care of fairly quickly and the office manager, Niki, has been there since I started and has continued to be helpful even through management changes.

    Choose to renew my lease for a 2nd year the new owners took over and started adding more to the community we have been given options such as private fenced for the first floors & they added extra light in all buildings plus we were updated with extra security measures in our own home without an extra cost to us can’t really find somewhere more safe to stay in San Antonio !!!
