I recently moved into this apartment complex and my experience has been fantastic so far. The staff have been incredibly helpful, especially Kayla, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect unit that met all of my criteria.I had a few small requests regarding the unit before I moved in, and Kayla took care of them immediately. She really understands the importance of having a comfortable, well-maintained space, and it shows in the attention to detail she puts into ensuring everything is just right.I recommend this complex to anyone looking for great service and a well-managed property.

I just moved into the complex and it has fully lived up to my expectations. I havent run into any major issues or anything unexpected since moving in. The apartment is in great condition, all the appliances are in good working order, and the location is super convenient for where I work. All in all, the apartment complex, the apartment, the staff, everything, get a 10/10 from me.

I genuinely don’t understand a single bad review I’ve seen. Upon move in the biggest thing I noticed was how clean and updated the unit is! It’s SO SPACIOUS and let me tell you , the first night we were here the AC wasn’t working and when I called to let them know, they were at my door within 30 minutes! Same with the water heater! They showed up even after hours and reset it, told me they’d be back around 10 am to install a brand new water heater. Well around 9:30 am I got a knock on the door with them personally notifying me and apologizing letting me know they’d be running a little late. OUTSTANDING hospitality and have gone out of their way for me more than once! Truly blown away but in the best way possible. I could go on and on! So impressed, so happy with our decision, what an amazing place to call home ❤️

Been here 3 years. Management and maintenance has improved so much in just the last year. I know a new company took over in the last two years or so but I’ve seen amazing change especially the landscaping in just the last month. The ladies upfront have helped me tremendously even when I’m having stressful situations but they are on top of it. Definitely renewing my contract again

I want to thank Brandi for getting me my 2.5 air handler. I also want to give a special shout out to Jr and Rafael (maintenance) who installed the unit. They were in and out within just over 2 hours.The only reason I renewed my lease was because of Brandi. She takes of business. By the best manager this complex has ever had. Please never leave us maam.

I would like to mention that we were a bit complicated lol but Bailey was super accommodating & walked us through everything, we planed on moving in due to other great recommendations from those we truly trust. My wife is a very picky women & it’s safe to say she’s more then satisfied not only with the lay out but the overall experience Bailey gave us as well as the management. I would also like to add that they gave us all the fees & taxes due ahead of time so we had a clear understanding of what we were getting ourselves into. This is our first apartment & we’re just great full that Bailey handled us as well as everything with care & we really couldn’t thank her enough! :)

I lived here for a little over 2 years, it was my 1st apartment I rented and honestly I cant really complain about anything. The two times I had to use maintenance they were quick, the amenities are really nice, Value is really good, clean community, and I even got like 90% of my deposit back! (There wasnt a single dirt spec when I moved out though)HOWEVER. If you get paid any day other than before the 5th keep in mind youll be charged like $150 I believe on the 8thMonth to month is NOT month month, you must give a 60 day notice. So 1200 was advertised at the time, with late fees, water fees, month to month fees I came out paying 1700 a monthOther than those two gripes, Id definitely recommend to friends who are looking and can pay before the 5th. (Seriously make sure you can pay before the 5th, they dont make exceptions)

Advnier at the Meadows is more than just a place to live, its a community. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the location is convenient with great access to amenities. The management team goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. Its definitely a great choice if youre looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience! Also the Leasing agents and property manager are always a treat to converse with!

Absolutely LOVE these apartments. Any problem Ive had, they fixed in a very timely manner. We had an AC issue one time and they were here that day to fix and put in a temporary window unit till it was fixed. I told the girls in the office what we were looking for and they found us the perfect apt. We have also recommended to friends and co workers, they moved in and love them too.

Michael Rodriguez, has came in less than 10 min to fix my disposal and the Fossett to apply pressure to the water. I was amazed how quick and simple it was thank you for the amazing work! Keep up the amazing job you do as a maintenance man! And caring for your residents, You deserve a raise! 👍 I never had an issue with anything else here at the apartment, I enjoy my surroundings, and I enjoy how peaceful it is at night time thank you guys!

Overall experience has been amazing! Great new property manager Abraham and an amazing lead tech Michael Rodriguez. Both catered to every single apartment need in a timely manner. Most importantly, they did everything with a smile. Excellent customer service.

Under new management! The is complex was formerly known at The Annex, and didnt get good reviews. Ive lived here for 2+ years now and since it has become Advenir this have quickly changed. The grounds are getting cleaned up and are starting to look good, decks are being replaced, maintenance is kicking butt and the ladies in the office are friendly and make sure everyone is treated great around here. Keep up the good work..

The maintenance is amazing, they will go above & beyond!. Truly feels like home, not only are the ladys in the office amazing but they truly do the best & more to make you feel comfortable & happy. Five stars is truly not enough for the awesome manager and office staff at The Annex! They are super efficient with taking care of any issues that might arise with their tenants. They’re friendly, honest, and treat you like family. Oh, and the apartments are nice too :)!! If you’re looking for a place to call home in Midland, Look no further than The Annex.

Costumer service is excellent!My husband and I have been walking different apartments and haven’t felt as welcomed as we did here. Manager did great trying to help us and really find our needs. Love the modern look in the apartments. Crossing fingers my husband decides to move to Midland after all.

Staff is great, always available and willing to help. Clean ground and plenty of parking. They are informative if there is going to be anything happening, as in, water being down for maintenance or pest control coming. The app to pay rent and utilities is very convenient. I have recommended to many of my work buddies and they all agree, Advenir is a great place for oilfield workers or having your family. Rent is reasonably priced, for all that they offer we are getting a great deal. Planning to sign our lease again. Can’t find better service around here!

I had given up all hope for the Annex apartments until Jose and Jorge got involved in our Air Conditioner issues. Jose came out on Fathers Day to get our air running well enough until he and Jorge were able to get the new equipment ordered and replaced. They both were professional and polite while I was initially irate. This was a monumental display of character on their part. If the office wouldnt give tenants the run around and just get these guys involved immediately, the complex would be a lot better in my opinion.

Reposting a review for The Annex. Ive been here for a year and had a not so pleasant move in the first time. Upon this second time moving into a bigger unit, everything has been Great!! I got the apartment I wanted and everything has been smooth sailing. Im very thankful for Ester in the front office! She is my GO TO for anything, she even makes you feel welcomed (I always feel like Im Bugging her when I go in or call, but she ALWAYS makes me feel like Im never a bother...which is rare out here in Wtx!) The office manager is quick at fixing any issues you may have and assures they get done as well! We had a problem with our AC unit in the last apartment we were in and she stepped in to help us. All in all Ive grown to enjoy living at The Annex, give this community a try and be sure to ask for a Ester! She gets the job done and makes sure your happy with her service!

My experience has been really good here here at The Annex! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Any time Ive had a request, they have taken care of it quickly. The new ownership and management really care about the residents and property. We go walking a lot in the evenings and its great being in such a nice neighborhood!

Maintenance is on top of it. Our kitchen sink was leaking so we put the work order in yesterday and I had Mr. Michael Rodriguez at my door the very next day ready to fix it.
