Tommy is one of the best maintenance men around, when I had questions regarding a repair he answered all my questions and reassured me that everything will be alright. I can say he genuinely cares for the residents and takes pride in his work.

Im genuinely pleased with my experience at these apartments so far. We have only lived here for a little over a month and its been really good. The location is great, the apartments are very clean and well maintained by the property staff, the amenities are great, and the property staff is helpful and friendly. The apartments are also super nice and modern! The only downside is that the one bedroom we are in does not have a pantry or bathroom storage so we have had to adjust to not having that space but I believe the bigger units do have it.At move in, we did have an issue with the previous tenant leaving pet hair in the carpet in our bedroom and it wasnt fully cleaned. After notifying the apartment, they immediately sent someone to clean our carpet at no charge to us. Our bathtub was also painted and recently started chipping. The office staff made sure to note it so we are not charged and put in a work order for our tub to be resurfaced.Nikki in the office has been especially helpful and kind every time I speak with her. I dont usually write reviews but I appreciate how helpful and accommodating they have been so I wanted to give credit where it is due.Im honestly confused by some of the negative reviews because there are people multiple days a week cutting grass, picking up trash, and keeping the area nice. There are dumpsters everywhere so it never overflows and trash pickup has been great. The dog park is very nice (I dont have a dog) and well maintained/clean. People are at the pool every day and it never looks dirty to me???The only downside is the gates not closing but I truly dont care much about that because its easier to get in haha.Overall, I am pleased and could see myself living here for a while. :)

I put in a work order. I had accidentally broken the laundry room door, and the chimney pipe on the stove was so rusty put in a work harder to get it replaced or something. I HATE rust! Thomas came and fixed everything I put in work order for. He did a great job and my door is perfectly fixed and my chimney pipe is clean! I love good maintenance attention at apartments.

I have never met such kind hearted, caring people in a management office in my life. Our apartment is the most beautiful apartment. The office staff are so amazing, and they go above and beyond for you. They are genuinely a blessing to people like me and my son. They take pride in the grounds and appearance of the entire property and handle the smallest of complaints promptly. This is such a great place to live. We’re extremely grateful the clean grounds and amenities as well as the staff.

This complex is honestly one of the best priced for the amenities and qualities of the apartments in the area. The price is very reasonable!! The high ceilings and look of the apartments are very nice with reasonable wear and tear from previous residents. I think the amount of amenities are great, I haven’t used them all yet but there’s a lot! Any questions I had, I just called and they answered them. Maintenance was friendly and came to check my apartment in a timely manner. I also love how the place is pet friendly. I also noticed that they keepup on trash and maintenance of the area which I really am happy about!

I have been here for almost 2 years and I can honestly say I love this place. Yes, sometimes maintenance needs to be called but its done quickly and with no hesitation. The weight room is nice, so is the pool. The staff are always with a smile and very friendly. Most of the neighbors are quiet and well behaved. Overall 9.5/10. I just moved into Legado Ranch Apartments and I am extremely satisfied so far. Savanna made the entire move-in process so quick and seamless. I truly appreciate her!The apartments are quiet and it is nice to be able to look out at the dog park and watch all the happy dogs having the time of their lives haha. Adcenir at Legado Ranch is an amazing place to live. The amenities such as the gym swimming pool and dog park are great. Management is always courteous and helpful when any questions arise. Maintenance has to be the best at this apartment complex versus any other. Always on top of their work and fast to respond to work orders. Apartments are spacious plenty of options to choose from. Hardwood floors white cabinets (which are easy to clean) and 9 ceilings make the apartment amazing.

Originally I had posted a review that wasnt exactly positive but after reaching out to management I realized that the issues I had complained about were a technical issue. The manager Lisa was super gracious and understanding and went above and beyond to help solve the issues I had previously. A little communication goes a very long way to getting to the root of any issues you have here and they wont hesitate to still take care of you no matter what. Its a lovely community and anyone who lives here will be comfortable and well taken care of here.

This complex is the best that I lived at really nice and well priced for the area!!!! Love that the pool is always cleaned and well keeled. Maintenance is really on top of things when it comes to repairs in a timely manner. I enjoy living here it’s peaceful and quiet to raise my son he enjoys the evening walks and playground!!! Just moved in and it’s such an awesome place to live already! Quiet and peaceful, clean and modern! Can’t wait to use the nice pool and bbq area, Advenir was at the top of my list to move into in Odessa and I’m glad I chose it as it did not disappoint!Had to move again last minute unfortunately and Savannah let me tell you she was super duper helpful, very accommodating, very understanding and walked me through every step. I super appreciate the help she gave me through this time, so if you’re in the market for a new great apartment and want someone to walk you through each step or just give you great service , savannah is your girl 👌🏽 thank you again Savannah and Advenir.

I have lived here going on 2 years and I love it! What got me was the more modern look and up to date appliances as well as the layout. I have never had any issues with neighbors or management. If I put a work order in maintenance is there sometimes the day of or the next day.

I’ve only lived here a short time. Nichole made the move in a painless procedure. The staff as a whole are very friendly and helpful. I had a minor maintenance issue upon arrival and the management had maintenance fix the issue the very next day which was a Sunday. I have no complaints with my experience thus far.

I came to Odessa for nursing school and was worried about finding an apartment. When I first toured the complex the employees were eager to answer all of my questions and were willing to work with my schedule. Any time I had any maintenance problems (the only two I had was with my air conditioner and my drain) the maintenance staff responded the next day and were so kind. The pool, grounds, and surrounding areas were always clean. This is a phenomenal apartment complex and the staff was incredible to me. I would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!

I had a great experience here at Legado Ranch! I was greeted by Hayley with a welcoming smile and great service. The apartments are gorgeous as well as the property. I was 1 week from moving in and my work assignment was changed. Although I ended up not living here I felt a review was necessary because the service was outstanding from the moment I walked into the door from the time I had to give the bad news of my assignment change. Hayley was even kind enough to refer my family to a sister property that met all the same standards! Thank you again! If you go in, ask for Hayley you will not be disappointed.

I recommend this complex 100%, I have not moved yet but just from the treatment of the people at the reception I know that it will undoubtedly be one of our best stays in this community.
