New management since November 2023 has made a lot of positive changes in a very short amount of time. Genesis Management is extremely responsive to residents needs, and Genesis Management is extremely customer-focused.Just as another note, I am a resident. I am not staff or related to staff. I have lived through several management changes at my apartment complex, and by far, Genesis Management has been the best to work with. I am looking forward to the future, because I see that this company is trying to continuously improve from the state that previous management companies had left them as a starting point in November 2023. Genesis Management is customer-focused and they are working each day to ensure that that residents needs are fully addressed in a timely manner.

Kudos to MAINTENANCE employee Craig!Craig has been amazing helping my apartment with maintenance issues! Ive lived here three years & hes the best at maintenance Ive ever had! Very grateful for him & wanted acknowledge Craig for his amazing work! Thanks!

I moved to these apartments 3 months ago and the property management and maintenance staff have been excellent and helping me with any issues I’ve had. Thank you Jermaine for recommending me to these apartments. Y’all are great!

Lived here last year in a 2 bedroom. The new management staff is awesome! The location of these apartments is hard to beat. Its literally Across the Street from the northeastern part of UNT campus and its very close to Fry Street. My apartment instantly became the spot to hang before a night out on Fry
