I was looking for an apartment that best fitted what I wanted and these apartments was it. During my move in process Ashlee in front office helped me so such with it all and such a great person. She was there for me until I had all the paperwork and everything completed for move in. I would recommend to move here and Ashlee will make it a smooth process for you!

I’ve been living at Abbey since April of this year and my time here has been great! Ashlee was very helpful during my moving process. If I have any issues Leslie is always very helpful and resolves them in a timely manner. Veronica has been doing a great job of keeping this property together! Can’t wait to renew my lease!!!

Moved from Pennsylvania to North Texas last year due to work relocation. Found this gem of an apartment complex down the street from the Mariott that Ive been living out of for the past couple of years travelling for work. What a great professional management staff. My wife and I have loved living here over the past year. Great community, clean pool, nice gym, and awesome neighborhood. Extremely convenient location. The staff here made us feel right at home. Maintenance was also always on top of things whenever we had an issue. Cant say enough good things about the living environment here.

So far my experience with the Abbey has been a pleasant experience due to the service provided by leasing agent Veronica Gonzales. She onboarded me and two relatives with grace and patience. There were a lot of questions and anomalies as we navigated their systems. She is delightful, professional, patient, and has a cheerful demeanor. She is definitely a hard worker and deserves a raise. The professionalism in this office is amazing. I came in and toured with Ashley, and she did an amazing job showing me around. I happen to stop by before they set up for a community event and was invited by Shenna and Veronica to join them although I am not a current resident. I have very much enjoyed living here at Abbey at Vista Ridge so far. We have been living here for about 3 and a half months so far. The apartments arent perfect but they meet a great standard. So far, any issues that we have reported or maintenance requests that we have submitted have been taken care of in a timely manner. We havent experienced the amenities yet such as the pool or gym but hopefully will be able to soon. Something I do love is how well lit the apartment complex is at night. Definitely gives a sense of security when I can see all around me at night. Hopefully this continues to be a great place to live!

Today is Valentines Day. I think this was the sweetest thing to do for their residents. This is left at every resident door today. Every holiday since I’ve lived here, they’ve showed this much love and appreciation. Some of our loved ones don’t receive any forms of communication or love and support on holidays. I was shopping around for weeks looking for a place to call home (weeks) and just when I was about to give up I came into the office here at the AOVR & meet the whole team Veronica Ashley and Shinna all these ladies were AMAZING 🤩 But Veronica was the one handling my app process… Now when I say this young lady went above and beyond & made me feel so welcomed she had a very inviting attitude unlike most of the ppl I had saw in the pass… But I ended up becoming a resident and was greatful that she was super educational and broke everything dwn no hidden fees are anything. I love cleanliness around the entire complex. I would rate them 10/10 🌟

***EDIT*** No change in the stars still 5/5 but I had to come update my review. We have been here for 3 years now, management has changed- which can be scary but the quality of service has not! Amy & Jennifer in the office are complete dolls. I think there might be another girl who works there too but I didnt get her name. Always so helpful and professional. The maintenance team is great!!! Nick and his team stayed for 2 hrs after 5 on a Friday to fix our hot water heater! Talk about amazing customer service they could have j said oh well, were off now but NO they replaced multiple parts multiple times and were professional and super up beat thru it all. Thank you so much!!Shanna was absolutely amazing. She made me feel right at home before I got there and knew all the answers to our questions!Wanted to update: Im still so happy living here and Shanna is AMAZING!!

Oh my goodness! If I could only tell you what a treat it was to work with Ms. Ashley. This leasing agent is so helpful. Even with unfavorable circumstances, she is hunting for a solution. Things may not always go how we want them but it sure helps when you are working with someone who has your best interest at heart and a drive to get it done. What a gem.

My husband & I have been residents at The Abbey for 3 months now and are so happy here! Everyone from the manager (she is the best Ive ever worked with) to the leasing reps to the maintenance staff are wonderful - they are all so nice and helpful. Its a quiet community, the floor plans are great, the property is well kept and the other residents are super friendly too. My only real complaint is parking. Some buildings seem to have tons of extra spots and some buildings (like ours, unfortunately) do not have nearly enough. I work late hours often so if I get home after dark, I usually have to park pretty far from my building. But Im on the waiting list for a carport, so that will help. Overall, we have been very happy and highly recommend making The Abbey home!

Obviously when picking out where to live you look for price and space! We found an apartment we love here that accommodates our needs (financial, floor plan, square footage, area of town) as well as our furbabies! Our year here has not disappointed especially through a transition in management. I’ve had horrific experiences in the past with management change so I was pretty nervous. The office staff has been gracious, polite and attentive with any needs we have had. Cassidy is definitely my go to gal! She is super sweet, understanding and very helpful! Any time I have had a question or concern, she has been able to answer my question and resolve any concerns I’ve had. We hear from the staff within a reasonable time frame. Maintenance is friendly and accommodating especially with the new company coming in. I feel more comfortable needing something done in our home with this crew vs the last. Parking isn’t really an issue. All our neighbors are considerate and friendly! I would highly recommend Abbey at Vista Ridge as a family oriented residential community!

I have lived in this complex for four years and have been through as many Management teams. Our current management team assists with all of your needs and the Assistant Manager Sophia goes out of her way to be helpful. The apartment itself is good no major maintenance problems or bug issues.

Eric is always personable and a wave and a smile can really make your day these days. Lighting is being improved and that is huge for the safety of those who live here! Diana keeps the pool pretty even though it’s too cold to swim. You have a great service team!!!

The Abbey is a great place to live. The apartments are nice inside and out, the landscaping and exterior spaces are well-maintained, and there is a nice pool! Its great to have friends over for a grill-out (there is a patio area with grills) and pool day. The staff is friendly and helpful. Weve never had any kind of pest problem. Theyre gated, nice and quiet. I recommend them for sure.

Nice apartments, great management team. I never had any issues while living here and the maintenance team is nice and responds to your requests quickly. Only thing I don’t like is that rent is due on the first and if you forget to pay it on the first you have to pay a $100 fee They don’t let you have a two day grace period like most apartments . I was on vacation and forgot to pay on the 1st and I paid on the 2nd and I was charged a $100 late fee that couldn’t be waived .

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience here at the Abbey!I have lived here for about 3 years and have been happy with the teams that have worked in all areas of residential care. They have always maintained the property and responded appropriately to any apartment issues.I do want to say for the last 6 to 8 months or so the property has really spruced up even more so!I am greatful for the Maintenence crew that we have. I see them working hard every single day! If I have Any repair that needs attention they are so prompt and eager to take care of it.I also want to shout out to the team in the front office for taking care of me no matter what! My family and I love everything about The Abbey: the office staff, the apartment layout, the grounds. We always had ample warning when the fire department would be doing inspections or when there was going to be work done on our building. There were very few times that we needed a maintenance person, but they were always prompt. The property is clean and very well taken care of. My only complaint would be that the dumpster situation is messy, but that is mainly because the city doesnt pick up trash but once a week. However, with the valet trash service 4 days a week, its not so big of a deal - and I have never seen any kind of vermin whatsoever in the year that weve been here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing the Abbey. It is the BEST community we have lived in.

I recently moved out of the Abby at Vista Ridge and I rate them around a 3.5 to 4.Pros:LocationCommunity is quiteNice layoutsOffice staff is professional and niceDecent landscapingCons:The parking is down right ridiculous.The trash is straight out a health hazard.The side gate is constantly broken.You will not get your full deposit back.The cable/internet provider.The Abby at Vista Ridge is a pretty decent apartment complex. I really dont have to many complaints. I do believe the rent is a little pricey for the apartment but the location is great. I always felt safe and its a quite decently landscaped apartment complex. The staff is nice. The maintenance is okay. I never really had any major issues so I cant comment on that but I did have issues with my stove. I put in multiple request which the staff was quick to come in and evaluate but the burners never seemed to work right. Besides that, everything else was okay. I never had issues with bugs. My electric bill was decent.With that being said, the parking is straight up horrible. Honestly, its like they didnt make enough parking for the amount of people that live there. If you work/get home past 6pm good luck finding an apartment. Also, if you stay out past 8pm on the weekends good luck finding a space also. I frequently had to park across the complex. Literally, on the other side of the complex to get to my apartment. Secondly, the trash at the dumpster is a MAJOR issue!!!! It is a health hazard. I mean, the trash is literally overflowing into the parking lot all......the.....time. Now, with that being said, Im not sure what they can do about this. Ive only seen one dumpster and on recycle which might be the problem. I lived close to the dumpster and I frequently saw rats/mice. If you look at the buildings near the dumpster you will their traps. Really gross, considering this could be improved greatly with trash control. I never saw these pest in apartment but I lived on the second floor.They use frontier.....just google this company. Horrible.I cant comment on the pool because I never used it. The gym is pretty good for an apartment complex gym. Move out/in was simple. At move out, you will be charged 50ish dollars for the apartment to reconnect their electricity and to clean the carpet when you move out.

I recently had a problem with a flood in my apartment, through no fault of my own, and after some struggles with communication we were able to find a reasonable common ground. I have lived here since November 2016 and have loved it. The maintenance team responds within 24 hours, no bug problems AT ALL. The grounds are exceptionally clean except for the problems with the dumpsters not being emptied regularly recently That is the only negative I have since living here. The office team members are friendly, the security gates actually work, just overall a good experience so far!

Mickey was the face of the apartment complex. She was very knowledgable. She also made us feel really comfortable when we visited. My husband and I were about to sign our lease, but because of a job change, we were unable to live there anymore. Nonetheless, our short experience there was lovely. Complex is clean, quiet, quaint, and close to the highway. Highly recommend living here!

I’ve lived here since 2014 and I’m pretty satisfied with my experience here. This my second unit within the community, I was on a 3rd floor unit then transferred to a 2nd floor unit. I have the same concerns as listed by current tenants.1. Trash is an eyesore2. Tenants not using pet area or picking up after their pets. I saw a restricted breed last month3. More insulation/padding under flooring(carpet)every time my neighbor above me walks I can hear every step and I’m sure it sounds the same for my neighbor under me.Overall I’m pleased, if not I would have moved by now.
