I’m not the type of person that leaves reviews on anything but I really want to thank the staff so much for their help and allowing my daughter to do this full process for me even through I’m most of the time woking out of town, they have been so amazing, I really hope my kids feel comfortable here and safe thank you so much for making our move in so smoothly 😀

I just finished doing helping my dad with his application process and it went out so smoothly for him I haven’t even meet the staff but they have been so amazing thru the phone he got approved and was supposed to move in February 4th they allowed him to move February 3rd he finished his lease at grand bay apartment n need to move out asap because there was mold in his unit and it was affecting his 1year old I have a feeling this will be a grate community for my siblings n the staff I can tell they will welcome them all thank you all I can’t wait for them to move and for having such an amazing and positive attitude you all make this community feel full of positive vibes see you soon 99 ❤️

I’ve been living here for 3 years. Staff is amazing. The amenities are wonderful. Every time I have a maintenance issue with my hectic schedule it is always fixed the same day. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Highly recommend.

This was the most pleasant apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. The office staff is super communicative, the maintenance team was always on top of everything and it was quiet and well kept for the entirety of the two years we lived here. Definitely would’ve continued living here if we hadn’t moved for work! Super dog friendly also which was a great perk for our pup! ☺️

I have lived here almost two years and wanted to give some time to leave an honest review! This is by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. If I wasn’t purchasing a home, I would renew my lease for sure! Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The maintenance guys are completely underrated! I’ve only had minor issues but they are fixed within the day. They go above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and the property maintained. I did read a review regarding being approached at the pool, but that’s done every time I’ve been out there with my family. The leasing agent usually walks from group to group making small talk and has questioned if people in the pool were with me, but I didn’t take that personally. I like the fact that they try to minimize the traffic in the pool and limit guests. It prevents over crowding and you’re able to better enjoy the amenities you pay for. She’s never approached in a rude or aggressive manner. I like that she interacts with us as her neighbors! I would easily refer anyone considering a move to this property to go for it!

I toured with Nina and she was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. The apartments are beautiful and grounds very clean. I love the pool and I can’t wait to come back and get an apartment once my lease is up next year!

Absolutely one of the best apartments in the area. The Ladies in the office are always willing to help and amazing people. I’ve never had a bad experience here and we’ve been leasing this location for almost 2 years. They are very good at communicating what is happening around the complex. Anytime I’ve had a question, Magen and Memorie have been quick to answer and extremely helpful. All three of the front office staff are remarkably great at their job and I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

1st my apartment is amazing.2nd the staff is superb.3rd it’s pet friendly, so even if you don’t have any pets, there is always a good boy/girl to pet.The staff is absolutely amazing and more than accommodating. I actually look forward to seeing them.10/10 would recommend

My wife and I moved from out of state to 99@southwinds after talking with and looking at other apartments in the area. Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We have had no problems with the unit, and when you do need maintenance they get right one any issue you may have. The pool and other common areas at well maintained. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment with a great location. It is continent to downtown Houston as well as Galveston. There is plenty of entertainment at the shopping center just about two miles away. Easy access to I-10. Very well maintained and professional staff.

The apartment is gorgeous! The staff does not show a model version of the apartments like other communities. You know exactly what unit you are moving into! They will address any issues promptly! Maintenance is always hard at work! & as for the ladies at the front, manager included, they are WONDERFUL! Always helpful and kind! I LOVE IT HERE! 😊

I have been a resident at 99 for two years now. My experience has been largely positive, and any issues have been resolved quickly. The on-site staff, both front office and maintenance personnel, are always professional and eager to address concerns. Amenities are clean and enjoyed by many residents, it’s a plus not paying for nuances such as burger boy statues or BYOB ‘beer garden’ areas (if they had beer on tap it would be a different story). Additionally, the staff care about all residents and our ability to use the amenities. They don’t let individuals abuse the areas we all pay for. i.e. I can go down to the pool without worrying about large birthday parties, groups of non-residents taking all the lounge chairs, or kids jumping off the water features. Although your (non-resident) sister, her 3 baby daddies and 5 kids may want to go swimming, that’s why they have public pools… so, use them.

I love this apartment! It’s spacious, amazing finishing, great layout, nice pool, awesome gym, good size non muddy even when it rains dog park, and a super caring and on top of everything staff!! All this for such a great price! So glad me and my fiancé moved here.

We couldnt be happier with our Apartment, we have been here almost 1 year already! I cant say enough wonderful things about the property itself and how convenient it is to food and grocery stores locally. The management team is Top Notch and has always been available when and if needed. Maintenance team always responds right on time as well! Apartment spacious and very comfortable. The entire complex is kept up well. The couple of issues I had for maintenance was resolved quickly. Water pressure is my only draw back but it is in the works to get resolved. I would recommend this as place to live!
