I have been at 7900 Park Central for one week now. Zach Becher, Property Staff, has been wonderful! He helped me with my lease and has been there to answer all my questions and help in any way he can. He makes this place feel like home. This property is very lucky to have him here . We are very lucky to have him here!

I moved here a couple months and I have not had any complaints. The maintenance is awesome. And the receptionist Jasmine is excellent, and she was very friendly and got us settled in!!! She definitely deserves a raise. She was so friendly and outstanding, she definitely a keeper!!! PS if you do have children, this probably won’t be the place for you There is nowhere for them to play and a very busy area” Traffic”.The apartment are beautiful had no issues!!!And also, Juan needs a raise. He is one of the maintenance guys and he does excellent. The office staff and the maintenance staff have great communication with the residence. I’ll definitely be staying here for a while. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ and the pool is beautiful and always clean!!

Just renewed with 7900 At Park Central for a 2nd year. It’s been a great experience for me personally. The location is perfect, easy and convenient to get to any area in Dallas. The apartments are well taken care of. They’re a little older but regardless management keeps up with the units. The maintenance staff is very respectful if they come to your apartment. I was really lucky to work with leasing consultant, Jasmin. She was great, very patient, informative, and personable. I really appreciated her help with my renewal process. Im very happy with my new apartment unit. 😊

I have been here for 3 years going on four. I move from 14206. The management has changed overtime. But the management that is currently managing this property are the best. There is constant events going on for us. they are constantly working on how to make the place secure and safer. The pool is constantly being cleaned.. And jasmine is so Amazing and so kind.I like this place 👍.

Jasmin Fincannon in the leasing office has been very helpful as issues arise around the complex. She’s always smiling and ready with a solution as needed. Overall, this complex has a good vibe where the neighbors are courteous and quiet. The pool area is wonderful and the social activities hosted by the leasing office has been very delightful.

The new management and office staff that arrived over the past few months have been fantastic - they are always available to listen and help to create a nice community which not all apartment complexes have.The maintenance team is also very hard working and maneuvers through standard issues easily and with a great attitude. The team addressed my few items promptly and I was very satisfied.The complex also has 1-2 community events monthly for all residents to enjoy - and the events are always entertaining!The location is nice with a sweet biking/running trail that extends all the way to white rock lake.

Weve been here 3 years now and yes it was probably a 1 star..... trash was awful and maintenance was very slow ect ect and management didnt care .....BUT....paige, miranda and jasmine hat in my opinion alot better attention and attitude to this community. In fact today they got there new trash carts that will help with the dumpster. There starting to get things turned around and I really like the office staff especially paige I feel shes a good leader/ manager and things are getting done now...give it a chance.

I have been living @7900 Park for 10 months and my leasing agent that signed me was Anthony Robinson. He helped me through out the whole process by giving me a tour of the apartments and letting me know my rates from finish to the end. I was an hour early and I got to meet the Director and the whole staff. Anthony Robinson is very loving, kind, and go out his way to make sure everyone is taking care of. I would recommend these apartments to anyone because of the hospitality service I received and still receiving here. I appreciate all the things and very grateful that are done here. I give Anthony Robinson and staff 5 🌟

Been here 4 years and really like my apartment home! New management is really nice and easy to talk too! Old complex with some flaws but generally nice place to live! Rent is comparable to the area but still to high! $200 extra after basic rent and those extras are questionable!

Ive been living at this apartment complex for a little under 6 months now and it has been great overall.PROS: My particular units layout is perfect for me. Spacious and at a good cost. I have never had an issue finding a parking spot on my level. Location: You can get onto 635 and 75 with ease. The pool and gym are great amenities. The office staff is really nice and happy to answer questions. The maintenance staff is insanely helpful and responsive. Danny has been the biggest help since move in day! He is always willing to help with any apartment issues and gives great advice on how to manage living in Texas for the first time.CONS: Single-pane windows (which I realize are commonplace in Texas) do not provide the best insulation against the cold. There is a hospital really close by, so there are ambulances/sirens regularly. After a month I hardly registered the noise. On the weekend (when valet trash does not pick up) dont be surprise to see a solid pile up of trash in the trash chute room. 9/10 times its because the residents assume the chute is full and just throw their trash in the entry way. For a period of time there was a slight uptick in homeless people (one in particular) that would find their way onto the complex property. I have not noticed this recently, but it did happen. Finally, the gate is almost always broken. I cant remember how many times they have fixed it just to have someone break it relatively quick. Ive never felt unsafe due to this fact, but I can see how others may feel that way.Overall - I think this complex is a great first apartment option. If you are overly sensitive to noise from neighbors/apartment living then I would live on the 4th floor.

Just the other day, I had left in a hurry on a trip, and did not properly bag my thrash, he called me, and let me know the situation, I apologize for the mess, and he said it’s ok I will take care of it, and he did! I mean how many property assistant manager will care enough like that. Mr. Robinson has consistently demonstrated a caring & professional and approach, ensuring that all my issues that I have brought to his attention have been efficiently resolved. He does his very best and do care about me and my family. And I have seen the deep appreciation that the other tenants have for him, with his cheerful disposition. I have no hesitation in endorsing him as a valuable asset to theapartment complex management team.

I have been here for about a month and I’m enjoying my place with a great view of Dallas. When I first visited the property, Anthony Robinson the Assistant Mgr. showed me 2 different apartments to make sure I was happy. He did mentioned Hilltop is the new management company and explained the new amenities. I love the location and the leasing/amenities rates.

I highly recommend this complex. The staff is friendly and courteous. Management promptly responds to inquiries. The common area (with computers, coffee bar, big screen TV, etc.) is inviting and spacious. The maintenance staff (Danny is the lead) is quick to respond to requests, and Rodney keeps the grounds clean. Large pool to enjoy in the warmer months.You definitely want to move here!Ron

We just hit one year here at 7900 at Park Central and are staying for another. When we first started living here management had just switched from a company that did not keep up with the community to one that does. Since day one, there has been constant renovations in units and in amenities like the gym and mail room and overall improvement. It makes me feel good knowing the management cares about making our community better and staying up to date. Also, the Maintenace staff here is excellent I have never seen a good team as the one that takes care of our property. I would like to specially recognize Danny Ford a Maintenace personnel who is very attentive to residents and willing to help with any problem we have. I do not have to worry about Maintenace never fixing anything or taking forever to do so because Danny makes sure he, or one of his coworkers is fixing the problem quickly. He is a very bright and energetic face to see all around the complex and works hard to take care of all residents. Thank you for all that you do!

Mr. Anthony was very professional with his knowledge of his property and was very informative. I really like the Kitchen, the Garage was well kept and also well lighted. I didnt tell him that I toured it at night and met the night time security Officer (I forgot his name) but he assured me that this property was quiet and well maintained. Thanks Mr. Anthony🙂

Outstanding place to live in northern Dallas! The location is incredibly convenient, the facilities and amenities are great and very well kept. The entire staff (office and maintenance) is always friendly and helpful. I just completed my first year and liked it so much I renewed for a second year! Any time there has been any kind of a issue or concern (parking, maintenance, etc.) they have always been very prompt and thorough in their response. HIGHLY recommend living here!

Ive been living on the property for 4 or 5 years at this point, and Im pleased to say that Ive enjoyed my time here immensely. The couple of years since the current management company took over have lived up to the quality I expected. The staff is friendly and has remembered my name from the word go, and customer service has been great. The property is normally clean and well-maintained and the amenities (swimming and lap pools, rec room, clubhouse, poolside grills, fitness center, etc) rock.

Weve lived here for 11 months so far (signed a 13 month lease) and just resigned another 13 month lease with a move out date of March 2021. From there, we will buy a house, Im tired of renting.My boyfriend and I signed our first contract in Dec 2018 during a look and lease special. This special included one month free, and our admin & deposit back if we decided to sign within 48 hours. We decided the unit was everything we were looking for so we decided to sign to get the deal & moved in Jan. I was nervous by the previous reviews that this wouldnt be honored or applied correctly, but the deal was honored without any issues thankfully. It was all applied in the portal and I never had to speak to management which was nice. We can pay rent early as well and its all done in the portal. I havent had any issues with payment or credits. We have the 1C layout, (one bedroom and study) which is basically a 2 bed, 1 bath since the study has a small closet. We LOVE the layout. The upgrades are nice and we always get compliments on our apartment when people visit. The main bedroom is HUGE, we can fit our king size bed, a small couch to read as well and there is still plenty of room to walk! We moved in when they were remodeling the garage but only had to deal with that for the first 2 weeks so we havent had any issues with parking since then. We can park anywhere we like (unreserved) but we usually park on the first or second floor. Rarely do I have to go past the 2nd floor garage parking for my first floor unit. I havent experienced any issues with break-ins or robberies with our vehicles (thankfully) and I hope it stays that way. It looks like others may have based on reviews. Overall, Ive felt pretty safe here but we also have a wireless security alarm, Simpli Safe, that we use that makes us feel safer and I love it.Management is fine. They dont go above and beyond but they do their job which is all I ask. I dont need them to be my best friend lol I just want whatever issues I may be having to be handled and we rarely have issues.Pros:1. Love the 1C layout for a couple or if you work from home some days like we do2. I havent had any roaches thankfully but there are small black spiders in the summer3. Maintenance is fast, usually same day or next.4. Management is quick to let us know if any changes by providing letters around to each unit5. Relatively quiet except for the summer since we have a partial pool view (see below)Negatives:1. Neighbors steal packages or they get left out by Amazon/mail carriers. Dont have packages delivered here, have it sent to a Amazon locker or have USPS, UPS or FedEx hold it.2. 4 power outages in 11 months is a lot but Dallas had two huge storms this year so I know most of this is out of their control.3. They now charge $28 ($25+3 admin) for valet trash. This is a fee they started imposing on us, I dont want or need this service so its super annoying I have to pay this much so a teenager can escort my trash down the hall. The trash bin is literally in the garage where you have to go to get your car, especially for those of us on the 1st floor. Its supposed to be a luxury but its more of an inconvenience with how loud they are, the fee, and the strict hours for trash. I hate this service and I wish I could opt out.4. If you have a pool view or courtyard view apartment, good luck trying to get some peace & quiet in the summer. Neighbors literally scream, party, blast music or yell at all hours at the pool**CHECK FULL REVIEW ON YELP, I HAD TO SHORTEN IT TO POST IT ON GOOGLE**

I dont normally leave reviews but I thought this was worth sharing in this crazy time in our country. My aunt moved to these apts recently after downsizing from a house. She was stressed and so scared. The entire staff was so nice and patient through the entire process. She even broke down crying with the Property Manager and was shown so much compassion! People are not nice like that anymore but this person was. My aunt and entire family will never forget it

Best place to live in Dallas for apartment living. Apartments are nice and feel like a home. Location is perfect! Rent is affordable. Plenty of parking for your guests which is a must! The staff is great especially Sue! She is the best! Very friendly and helpful. Amenities are top of the line! The pool is my favorite! Cant think of a better place to call home in the Dallas area.

Lack of proper grass area.1 star for staff honesty and security. Multiple burglaries and theft reported.0 star for lying to us when we signed the lease. We were told we could discontinue washer dryer at any time. We planned to buy one during black friday sale and we did. We asked the property to remove the one we rented from them and they did. We set up our new appliance but we kept getting billed for the rental one. When asked why, manager says they cannot remove the charges since it is in the contract. What a lie!! So they are taking monthly charges even though we are not renting the appliance anymore. What a lack of customer service and integrity. At the end of the day i am not any poorer and they are not any richer with the $40 a month. Suggestion: dont believe what the staff tells you unless written on the lease. (P.s. They sent several addendum to the lease and somehow that detail slipped through).

I’ve had a very great experience living here! Moved in March of 2024 and have not regretted it once in this first year. The staff works really hard to keep the place running and are super friendly. As for the community itself, it’s very quiet and pleasant. One of my favorite thinfs to do is go swimming in the mornings during summer, when nobody else is there. Location is great for errands and getting around Dallas as well (right next to both major highways). It’s a very good space for the price and would recommend it!
