Jason from the main office really came thru for me! My ac/heating unit went completely out and he came out today and put in a new unit for me before this freeze came in! I can not thank him enough for the hard work he put in getting it replaced for me! God bless you Jason!

Ive lived here since 2021 & havent had any major issues. When I moved in, I did have some issues with the previous manager at the time by her making promises to me that things would be taken care of before I moved in, but they werent. Since the current Manager Pamela got here in July last year things have gotten done! The pool was closed when I moved in & I heard its been closed for many years. Well the pool was finally fixed in August of 2022 & has brand new pool furniture! Im looking forward to spending some time out there this year!

Dishwasher is still broken, filled with brown water for a month. It’s been reported to management multiple times, I have no received no follow up on the matter since I went in to ask if the part they were waiting on had come in….that was 2 weeks agoEdit: Dishwasher has been fixed, thank you!

We’ve been here for 3 months now and it’s very nice. It seems to be a quiet, family oriented complex. Has a very calming, happy feel about it. When we first moved in, we did have a few issues going on inside our apartment, but most of the issues have been fixed. Maintenance can be a bit slow on getting to the work orders, but they are very nice and diligent. Lovely place!

Amazing Office Team! The grounds are well kept. Tons of Closet space! The neighborhood is quiet!! You wont regret moving here!!

This place has given me hope of a peaceful and happy future being a single father not knowing what he his doing.. Pamela helped me and walked me through step by step on how to live on my own.. from my understanding there was problems with the prior management and maintenance team but from what Ive seen in the past few months this new team is working hard every day to improve the neglect from the previous team.. I have 0 complaints whatsoever I am grateful for this apartment complex

These apartments are older but there still in pretty good shape maintain is not that great and they could use a new interior wall texture and paint job but all and all its quite and no one messes with you not alot of crime alot of older people live here and their very friend and nice .

I want to shout out to our office manager Nancy she goes out of her way to help us she works with us she treats us like people she is berry caring sure none of us like the rent increases bit a lot of things that go on people dont understand it is not her fault she is berry caring and kind she always do what she says I also want to send s shout out yo our maintenance crew they do s good job even thou I have enjoyed my stay here I have to move the time has come
