    I moved in a month ago and I couldnt be happier! Everyone is the office is amazing respectful, professional and great to work with. They are always courteous and on point with all my requests. I know I can be enyoing at times so thank you being helpful and putting up with me. The apartments themselves are beautiful and the community is kept very nice and quiet. I love how respectful the neighbors are. If I could give them more stars I would they definitely deserve it! The trails right next to the apartments are lovely to walk on, pool, hot tub, gym, outdoor sitting areas I cant say enough about it. I love it here!

    Pet friendly. Family oriented, and love the food trucks when Ive had a busy day at work & dont feel like cooking! The office staff is approachable and addresses any concerns I might have. Shout out to all of them especially Denise. 😊

    Here at Wiregrass luxury apartments they have been very helpful. I’ve lived here for four months now and from the beginning Denise and Omar and the whole staff has been welcoming and inviting. It’s been a while since I’ve lived in an apartment, but living here definitely feels like home. Stone Oak is a beautiful place to live. Come and enjoy and live in a beautiful community.

    After two years, the only reason Im leaving is because Im moving out of state. This is an amazing place to live in a great part of town with the most responsive and friendly management team you could ask for. Its quiet, safe, and clean. I only had two maintenance issues and they were both handled quickly and efficiently. There is daily communication from the management and a great app/website to handle anything you need; from maintenance to reserving rooms to paying your rent. After two years I have zero complaints. You wont be disappointed!

    Best apartments I’ve lived in , in San Antonio. They were on top of maintenance and made sure every thing was good ! But Denise was probably the best person there. Very understanding and friendly. I appreciate the time I had in these apartments! Thank you Denise nd the team!

    This was such a divine experience from the moment I met Jenn!! Our personalities and energy matched and we talked and toured foran hour.The leasing office makes or breaks a complex. These ladies; Jenn, Denisse and Lindsey go above and beyond in making you feel welcome, answering all your questions and doing everything they can to get you into the apartment that you want.I love the fact that they encourage community, most apartments you don’t really know your neighbors but here there are planned community activities from food trucks to events.My apartment is gorgeous! And I have the most amazing view!Let me not stop there, I had a couple of minor things I needed fixed in my apartment and the maintenance guys are wonderful!!! They were so kind and personable they made me feel like family.I’ve only been in San Antonio for a little over a year and a half and this is the first time that I have a place I can truly call HOME 💚

    Christine was wonderful helping me virtually tour the apartments. I was in a time crunch needing to make a decision and she went above and beyond to help me tour the place and give me all my options. I was already set on a different place but her professionalism and going out of her way for me helped me see they take care of you here and changed my mind to go with wiregrass instead. Denisse helped me get all settled in, walked me through the apps and gave me a cute welcome package with so many neat things inside (I’m still enjoying them)! I would recommend this place over and over again

    The property is immaculate. Doggy park is clean, pool is beautiful and flawless, maintenance requests are always responded to quickly. The gym has all the basic equipment that you need and the machines are always in working condition.The community is great, everyone treats each other with respect. People are friendly and kind. It is a safe place to call home.The staff is always on top of things and they make running a property look effortless. Which im sure its not the case. You will get to know them by name. And they genuinely care about the well being of their tenants.If you are looking for a new place to call home that is safe, beautiful and is ran by some of the kindest ppl. This is the place for you.

    Ive been living at Wiregrass for 3 years and have only good things to say. Omar is the Community Director and I am convinced he is an angel walking this earth. He is so down to earth, kind and understanding. Christine and Denisse are also as sweet as they get. They keep the office flowing and are always there to help. Maintenance is top notch. That crew kicks butt too! Weve had a few issues while living here that were immediately addressed. It is so hard to find a community like this where they actually care and listen. The team here at Wiregrass is nothing less than amazing! Thank you guys for doing all you do for the community, it is very much appreciated!

    I’ve been living at Wiregrass for over 3 years now, and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The apartment complex is very well maintained, and the neighborhood is great. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and comfortable. A special shoutout to the community director, Denisse, who has been amazing throughout my entire stay. Her dedication and kindness have truly made a difference. Moving to Texas was a big change for me, but choosing Wiregrass made the transition so much easier. I feel very lucky to have found this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new home!

    I have been living here for two weeks and I absolutely love it! The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and have a truly elegant design. The neighborhood is very safe with nice amenities and easy access to trails right down the road.The biggest reason for this five star review is for Christine and her management team. From our initial meeting, tour (awesome by the way), application, move-in, to settling in after, Christine has always made it her mission to ensure that my family and I were well informed and felt welcomed and at home here. I could not have asked for a more amazing person to help me get settled and start a new chapter in my life. Highly recommend checking this place out!

    I’ve lived here for around 2-ish years, and it’s been such a pleasure! It’s a very welcoming community and the pool is amazing over the summer. Ms. Denisse helped my mom and I out a lot. I would definitely recommend coming here to stay!

    I had a wonderful experience living here for the past 16 months. All the office staff and maintenance team have been great. My neighbors have been great. The apartments are lovely as well. My only complaints would be that from the day I moved in, I never had grass in my yard so it was a mud pit when it rained, and the washer was way too hard on my clothes, chewing up and damaging multiple items. Artificial grass for the backyards would be a huge improvement as dogs cant run that down, and a washer without an agitator would be much preferred as that would be much gentler on clothes. Other than those 2 things, everything was just terrific. I would absolutely live here again and would have stayed longer had my job not taken me out of state. Highly recommend!

    Where to start, looking for a good apartment can be tedious. I called to inquire about Wiregrass and Lindsay answered, she was super helpful, and knowledgeable, with top knotch customer service.     In my opinion it is one of the best apartments in which I have lived, since the atmosphere is cozy and one feels at home, the neighborhood very clean very supportive and with the pets a nice affection and talking about the attention and service of Denisse the best 100% recommended!

    Came here over a weekend and was quite impressed. The apartments have a really nice layout, and theres a good amount of green space to just relax.Christine was also incredibly accommodating to show me around and take the time to answer all the questions I had, even though I was just a walk-in.     As a resident for 2 1/2 years, Ive always been impressed not only of its property cleanliness, but also for quick responses to any maintenance issues, even a recent high priority issue on a weekend. Bordering Stone Oak Park -- which offers miles of trails -- was a key factor of mine in selecting an apartment. Quiet living with a diversity of residents and terrific neighbors. A great place to call home!

    This is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in! Maintenance is fast and they pride themselves on keeping the community clean. No parking issues, and units are so spacious and nice! Everyone in the front office is so nice, always hosts events and makes it feel like home. Lindsay with the front office is AMAZING!!! She helped with every step of the way with the leasing process and continues to make sure we are taken care even after living here for months! Definitely recommend moving here!

I enjoy the layout & amenities of the place & am much happier now that there are some great people managing. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to be in the Stone Oak area.

    Id like to say first off that Im not a resident at this complex, its a little further from work than I needed. However, I had the best experience I think Ive ever had with any complex here. Christine was amazing and answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and took time to make sure anything I needed was addressed. The complex is the cleanest and most well kept that Ive seen in a long time. If youre considering a place to move, I highly recommend checking wiregrass out, its a beautiful and peaceful place with an outstanding staff

Christine went above and beyond in answering my questions, and giving me a tour of the complex. She made sure to let me know that she will do her best to accommodate my request, and keep me appraised. As for the complex itself, it looks great- very well maintained, beautiful scenery all around, and a very positive vibe!

    We have loved living at Wiregrass Apartments. They are child and pet friendly. Only apartments that we found that had a children’s playground. Plus we also got out own little yard which has been so fun to have. Management is friendly and so helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely matter. Great location close to 281 and 1604. Highly recommended!

    Wiregrass at Stone Oak Apartments are very clean. The parks areas are lovely and safe, for children. The pool is a well. The staff are professional and engaging from maintenance to management. They give their best and in doing so, manage to create community among residents. My family is happy at Wiregrass.

    If youre considering renting in these apartments, I highly recommend taking a tour with Lindsay. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions.     We love living here! My husband and I spent weeks driving down from Austin when we decided to move to SA. We toured over 10 places & decided to make one last stop at Wiregrass before making our decision. From the moment we walked it, we noticed the difference between this place & the many others we had visited.Denisse greeted us right away & took us straight to her office. She answered all of our questions, gave us all the paperwork we needed & even toured the complex with us even though we didnt have an appointment.We decided right then and there that Wiregrass was our next home. We filled out the application in the comfortable computer area & received our acceptance within hours of applying.Weve now been living here for six months and every interaction with the leasing staff & maintenance has been a positive experience. They are very responsive, quick to take care of any issue that comes up, caring & genuinely kind. I cant count the amount of times Ive bothered Lindsey with questions and she always has the same friendly and welcoming attitude.I love the amenities & how all the spaces are taken care of. I look forward to all the decorations throughout the months in the main office & as a WFH gal really enjoy the lounging areas all over the complex. I see the effort the staff makes to keep us entertained with events, food trucks, and sweet treats in the main office. Overall its been a very positive experience & Im really grateful we made this stop when touring SA!

    This was my first time living in an apartment and I had the best experience! Denisse was so helpful with the process and very transparent. She answered all of my questions and was very thorough. The property was always well maintained and well enjoyed by my family who would come to visit. The property is very quiet and hardly never hear my neighbors being on the second floor. I only had one issue with my fridge not being level upon move in but the maintenance team took care of it very quickly. Other than that, I had no other issues with any appliances or anything else within the apartment. The move out process was easy and Lindsay and Denisse were very communicative and helped explain the process well. Great experience overall and would be renewing my lease if not having needed to move across town.

    I have been living in my apartment at Wiregrass at Stone Oak since 2015 and I have been very happy with everything about this place. The front office staff has been very friendly and helpful over the years even with a lot of change they have gone through. Denisse M. Assistant Community Director has always been friendly, and helpful she truly knows how to make you feel like a valued resident. I believe I am one of their longest running residents and I have had to call maintenance many times over the years. They have been quick to respond and always have been friendly to talk to. There is plenty to enjoy at Wiregrass at Stone Oak. Thanks for all you do.

    The front office staff is the BEST! I have visited several other apartment complexes in the area looking for apartments, and Wiregrass had the best customer service by far. Denisse was so patient and kind and took her time to go over all my questions. I have also interacted with other staff at the front office and they were all so helpful and kind. Highly recommend this apartment complex.

    This will be a lengthy review that is WAY overdue so please, bear with me and thank you for reading it all the way through if you do!After touring this apartment, my husband and I knew almost right away that it is where we needed to be.First off, our leasing agent, Lindsay... oh my goodness she was AMAZING. She was able to answer every single one of our questions to help us make sure we were choosing the right home for our family. Her communication was over the top and still is even now as residents. Even when there was a mixup with the unit we singed up for - she made sure that it was corrected appropriately.The management office is super helpful even when you become a resident which is very hard to come by nowadays with apartments - you often get ignored once you become a resident but not here at Wiregrass.This apartment is VERY dog friendly - there are plenty of doggy bag waste stations around the complex and the dog park is a good size.The design of the apartments have a really nice flow to them and the appliances are better quality than we expected.The complex itself is very quiet - the noise within the apartments is average but this depends on who your neighbors are!The maintenance team is incredible. They answer calls - depending on the issue - almost right away and communicate very well.The gym is nice, the pool is beautiful, and the lounging areas outside are awesome.I also want to make note about the location of the complex. Its close enough to 281 where you can get there fast, however not close enough to hear the traffic - its perfect for going to work in the morning and coming home in the evening. Additionally, Stone Oak itself is a very desirable location to live in due to the accessibility of necessities as well as the safety of it.So far, my husband and I love living here and we believe we made the absolute correct decision deciding to live here.

    Wiregrass at Stone Oak has been the most incredible place to live. My husband and I were smitten with the property, views and area when we first stopped by during our apartment search. What really sealed the deal for us was Lindsay. She hands down was out of this world amazing. She was super responsive, always willing to help and made us feel right at home before we were even moved in. Denisse is also an absolute sweetheart and amazing. These ladies run everything so well and they truly care about residents. Maintenance has been top notch. My husband went to the office one day to report an issue and before he could even walk back to our apartment, maintenance was already here. The community is quiet and everyone has been so friendly. They have upgraded outdoor lighting, pressure washed areas and keep garbage picked up. It is so nice to live in a community that cares about the upkeep and puts back into the property the way Wiregrass has done. They have food trucks regularly for residents to go grab dinner which is so convenient. And the views...I cant even express the stunning beauty we get to look at every single day. We are so happy we stumbled across Wiregrass and look forward to calling this home for many more years. HUGE thank you to Lindsay, Denisse and the maintenance team here for being absolute rockstars!

    My first apartment was at Wiregrass! I loved this apartment complex! The office staff were nice and welcoming and the maintenance people were timely and very nice! I recommend this to someone who can afford something a little pricey. Only bad thing is that people didn’t really clean up after their pets outside. There’s always parking, which is good. The pool is nice, also. Overall, great apartment complex!

Though the quality of apartment is five stars, it is so hard to get emotionally attached to the unit if staff members are ignorant to their tenants.Based on my experience, this apartment staff members are different. I can say confidently that their professionalism is top-notch.Especially Ms. Lindsay Y is a truly hero of this apartment. She is always attentive to residents’ concerns. When you talk to Ms. Lindsay, you can tell in a second that she is truly caring and listening to your voice.I want you to know that this apartment is the fortune.

    Now that were under new Administration thing started a little slow but theyre picking it up slow but anything thats great takes time. I love it here Brooke and Denise are amazing. I hope people will be patient with them because there doing a great Im lucky to have them here.. The new maintenance grew is doing a great job. And the young at the front desk is very and makes you welcome. I must I love the office staff its just like family. Every one enjoy the great weather be safe stay Hydrated. This Is a great place to beMy man Concern is that people here are to lazy to pick up behind there dogsIt if they dont want to clean up behind their dogs the shouldnt have one I think if the are caught they should be fined heavily and if that doesnt work the should be evicted because know one wants to step in dog mess or smell it

    Overall, our experience at Wiregrass was great! For a starter apartment, we had everything we needed and felt safe in the community. The amenities were great. No major issues besides multiple appliances breaking, i.e. dish washer, refrigerator, drier and washing machine. With that being said, maintenance was able to come and fix it with in about 2 days. Our greatest experience was with the 2 ladies at the front desk. Every time we had questions, went in to drop something off, they were always willing to help with a smile on their face. Sometimes they were super busy and never once rushed us out of there. We are thankful for our experience and time spent at Wiregrass!

    My experience at Wiregrass at Stone Oak has been very pleasant. Imani made us feel welcomed and provided excellent customer service introducing us to the property. During the tour she was willing to show us multiple floor plans which might meet our needs. The staff has always been professional, polite, and friendly addressing any of our concern and work orders in a timely manner.The apartment complex has a nice view and is located in close proximity to local shopping and restaurants. The grounds are well-maintained, the amenities always clean, and residents appear to clean up after their pets.The apartment interior is spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of cabinets, and drawers. The garage is larger than our previous.I highly recommend Wiregrass Apartments for a great place to live.

My apartment so comfy that I wish I could spend more time in it but all I do is work so big ups to the Wiregrass staff and everybody that works there. Love you guys!

    I have lived here for a year and a half and I couldnt be happier, still. I have been living in apartments for the last 16 years and this is the best yet. Every property has turn over, and this complex is no different but the staff has always been so nice and helpful. I have NEVER had any issues that werent immediately resolved, and if I did have to wait it was no more than 24 hours. I truly do feel as though I am home here, and have zero intentions of leaving. I have no desire to buy my own home, so I will forever call Wiregrass home.

    I am updating my review from a previous post from June. The major reason is that since moving into our apartment (mid-May), a new manager, Dustin, has been hired to run our property. He has made major changes to the community as a whole and for the best. My family and I have worked closely with him to address our issues (both community and apartment), all of which were addressed properly and quickly. He has even followed up with us many times to make sure that we are happy with the improvements. Since Dustin has been manager, the dog park now has drinking water available to the dogs and there is someone who picks up poop around the property. We love how clean the place now feels. Dustin has also made sure that the problems we originally had in our apartment were repaired. Dustin has made a positive difference at Wiregrass and his energy is really great for the community, as he has made sure to host regular community activities such as football game watch days, movie nights, pool parties, aqua-aerobics, etc. We love how much pride he also takes in making Wiregrass a relaxing place to live. SO much better than what we first experienced. I would definitely recommend Wiregrass to someone looking for a place to live.

    I have nothing but praise for this complex and wonderful staff. I needed housing as quickly as possible for my family. Joseph and Dustin worked quickly to get my application approved, we moved in 24 hours later! My dogs love the dog park and all the new friends they make every day. Michael the Maintenance supervisor is wonderful, very kind and helpful, I’ve had 3 maintenance requests since I have been here, and he has completed all of them within an exceptionally timely manner. Dustin and Denisse are amazing management team! They work hard to create fun and inviting community events to encourage inclusivity. Beyond that they are easy to talk to and make you truly feel like a valued resident. I’m very happy that I choose to make this complex my family’s home.
