    As a mother of two very young children, with a husband who works all week, life can be quite challenging. Recently, we ran into an issue with renewing our lease, and I found it overwhelming to complete the large amount of paperwork required. When I went to the leasing office, Deidre Evans immediately understood my situation and reassured me, saying, Dont worry, Ill take care of everything. True to her word, she handled everything quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail, lifting a huge burden off my shoulders.Deidre Evans’ kindness, patience, and expertise turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable process. I genuinely don’t know how to thank her enough, but I hope this review expresses just how much I appreciate her incredible support and dedication. She is truly an invaluable asset to the team and a blessing to residents like me.

    Lovely, spacious apartment and staff is very friendly and helpful. On site maintenance helps get things done when you need it. Great location for fun and shopping. Highly recommend!!!

    We were highly impressed with this apartment! I loved that its an actual apartment that rents out like a hotel room. Its right across from the NRG Center. The apartment we stayed in had been renovated recently. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I like that you get your own key fob to get into the parking garage. The cable and internet wasnt working for the first couple days we stayed, but I think that was because it was just hooked up but not actually set up. It got fixed and all was well. Overall, we will definitely stay again!

    Its hard to find an office staff that cares about their residents. Anytime I have had an issue or question, the office handles it quickly, with ease. Recommended to stop in the office because they stay busy with phone calls and people walking in. Each time Ive stopped in, I am always welcomed with a smile. 10/10 Recommend Haven!

    Very accommodating. The staff seem like they care. They have a shuttle to MD Anderson. The maintenance was talking care of quickly. The place seems secure, although there is no security staff (that Ive seen). The guy is better then we expected and the lounge area was super. This place is less then a block from Target (Super Target) and many places to eat. All in all our stay here has been great.

    So far so good. Juan Flores and the rest of the staff has been really helpful in my transition to Haven at Main. The property stays clean, the gym is nice, maintenance is superb, and parking is great. They also installed new locks on the doors/gate to make it more secure for the community.

    I love it here!!! The apartment is great perfect size for me. The management and staff are so unbelievably sweet and helpful. I feel safe here and they have been super accommodating for any concerns. They helped a ton getting my app processed in time and also just on the whole have been amazing since I moved in a couple of months ago.

    So far, im loving my new space at Haven at Main! Lafone did my tour & I loved what was offered! I moved in a few months ago & the application process was somewhat smooth. Juan was very patient & helpful. Its a quiet complex, very spacious floor plan, the grounds are kept clean (residents arent too tidy). The maintenance has been very responsive, I feel safe here & I love the amenities. I will try my best to update if any changes.

    I lived here for a year before I decided to move to a closer property for work, but I can tell you Haven is a great property. The management team is wonderful too. You can walk to the Super Target, restaurants, and even Kroger!! Let us not forget tailgating season for the Texans!! Nice and clean and only a few years old. There is a shuttle to the med center available as well which is super helpful if you work in the med center or are a patient from out of town.Yes there was some petty crime here and there (car break ins) but honestly that happens at EVERY property in the med center area. I dont think I have lived anywhere in the city of Houston did not have issues from time to time.

    Haven at Main has been nothing but stellar, even before I moved in. Juan, the assistant property manager, worked tirelessly with me to help figure out issues that were preventing me from being approved. I moved in back in June of 2023 and the experience has been just what I expected. The staff is always reachable and ready to accommodate where they can. The maintenance is always prompt to answer requests. The communication surrounding the whole property is great. This apartment complex gives you that luxury feel for a price that wont break your pocket. Its in a great area as well. Just an all around great place to live.

    I am a recent move in and have enjoyed the experience so far living here. I loved that during the rodeo season I was able to walk across the way, saved much money in parking. I do agree that there is trash and dog waste everywhere but that is a behavior issue and shame on the people causing it. The maintenance people do an amazing job every day cleaning up after grown ups. The office are busy but are always nice when I speak with them. I love when they have food trucks the selections are delish.

    To be from another state and actually starting over and getting a new perspective and new opportunities in life I am forever grateful for the staff at The Haven. Vanessa was the first face I seen on my new journey and made it evident that this was my home before I even had the keys. The staff is family to me and makes me feel wanted and appreciated.Juan along with others make this Team one of, if not the best.I just renewed my lease and look forward to renewing in the future.     Been here over a year now just re-sign my second lease. I like it here very peaceful community apartment no drama that I am aware of. Office staff managers are nice and understanding with certain situations come up unexpectedly in life. The maintenance team are good people do well good job when you have a maintenance issue and they are nice and polite as well. Since I’ve been living here I have seen the change towards the good on the property. They take care of the property very well. I am not aware of any car theft in the parking garage. They have installed a new security system which I like. To make you feel safer within the community. Overall I’m glad that I decided to stay for another lease. To the office staff and management team keep up the good work .I am very impressed guys are more than just a office management staff you make me feel like you guys are a real friend indeed.

    I have lived here for almost 5 months now and I couldn’t ask for a better living situation. The location is absolutely amazing, especially during football season! (If you like sports). So many food options and having Target next door is a love/hate relationship. But overall the staff is responsive and the management go above and beyond for my roommate and I. I’m happy I chose this apartment complex my second year living in Houston and I plan on staying. Very happy here 🙏🏽

    I recently moved into Haven at Main, and I cant praise it enough. LaFon Johnson, my leasing agent, was incredibly helpful throughout the application process, making things happen seamlessly. The leasing office team, overall, was respectful and amazing. The apartment itself is fantastic. Highly recommend!

    I recently moved into the Haven and over all the experience was great. There was some hiccups and a little miscommunication. However Lavon was there every step of the way for every problem he found a solution. Lavon is very dedicated to his job and goes above and beyond for residents and future residents. Lavon really helped make my move in smooth sailing. Not to mention if I did have a problem with anything even after move in he addressed the concern and it was resolved quickly.

    I moved out of this property last year because it was not ran well. I have a friend still living there and they have said some great things about the new people that are managing it. This last week I visited when they hosted a food truck which I thought was cool. So if you have a food truck call them they are looking to host! The food was delicious! While I was there the front alone is much up-kept and it has color. The vibe that night with other people was different and positive! Maybe I might consider coming back to see what all is in the works!

    I absolutely LOVE these apartments. Haven is my first apartment since I moved to Houston and also the first apartment I moved into without my parent’s assistance. I was very nervous and went through a rough patch due me being in between jobs but Juan has been very accommodating and helpful in my transition. He worked with me every step of the way in my transition and gave me a lot of valuable information that is going to help me as life goes on. I can’t wait to purchase a house but until I can, I will gladly call Haven home and Juan family.

    I would give this an overall 5 star because the new staff in the office really does work hard to make the property look clean and giving it a more modern feel. I enjoy the events they host. I gave it a 4 because of the people who live here that dont care, leave trash outside / garage, let their dogs go in the hallway. We pay alot here for this and its unfair to everyone. Its not hard to follow the rules or pick up after yourselves.

    I moved to Haven At Main in July.The experience has being wonderful.The management team is beautiful.The management goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need or concern with.The apartments homes property is kept very nicely and clean.The units are beautiful.Don’t hesitate to come and take a tour to call home , you want be disappointed at all.

    I lived at Haven at Main for 2 years. I was concerned about my car tires being stolen and my car being broken into, but it never happened. But at least 2 vehicles have had their car tires stolen, and one night, there was a rash of cars being broken into. My guess is that something was left in the cars that enticed a group of thieves to break the windows and steal whatever was inside, so dont leave things in your car. I noticed that there is a security camera at the garage gate, so I believe that is deterring crime. The garage gate did keep on breaking down, so hopefully, that doesnt happen anymore, and that people stop trying to enter through the garage gate exit. Everything has been pretty nice at Haven at Main. The elevators work well, and the appliances in the apartment work fine. The only negative that has bugged me is that I have noticed they do leaf blowing on Mondays around 7 or 8 am. I honestly dont understand why there shouldnt be many leaves to blow around, and there is only a strip of soil and plant area that they can blow them onto. I also feel like they over water the plants. There is moss growing on the soil.

    New management is fantastic! They are making major improvements on premises security. I’m pleased to hear about their initiatives integrating property access systems. The staff is very pleasant and approachable. The communication to residents regarding general property awareness as well as regular status reports with problem resolution progress is very appreciated. I’m am very happy to be here!

    My move in was easy and amazing thanks to Lafon Johnson. LaFon made it so easy for me and communicated with me throughout the whole process. He has been a big help with my whole moving process. Thank you so much. Tho I aggravated him he kept it cool and professional and also showed me that he cared.

    I normally don’t put google reviews but after reading the comment of the car break ins, I was appalled. First, crime has no address, what these comments failed to say is that residents keep putting in rocks in front of our doors with access control so any one can walk in. which defeats the purpose of having these systems. Also the kindness that the management team did, by getting everyone who was affected a discount on repairs/small gift. They didnt have to do that, but wanted to because they care. These comments were probably from someone who was not even impacted. This was a freak incident and happens all over Houston, it is not fair to put a negative comment on the impossible to control.

    My lease is not over until August but wanted to get a head start on looking in the area. I called a few times but no one answered which was off putting. I still decided to give it a chance so I walked in and omg it was so busy. Even though it was packed the staff still greeted me with a smile, offered me a floor plan and assured me they would get with me. It took a bit for my turn and it was worth the wait. She could have rushed the tour since they were running about but she didn’t. She took the time to show me the property and even said that sometimes we don’t get to the phone because we are assisting others. I will for sure reach out when the time comes to see what the prices are but if the customer service is this good still I am moving in .

    Have live here since Summer 2017. I’ve stayed at this property as I like the proximity to TMC and easy access to highway. The property itself is fairly clean and kept as safe as possible. There have been a few can break ins but that’s to be expected pretty much anywhere in Houston. The new management did add extra security which is helping (at the moment). I’m giving the property a four because of how often management changes and the lack of continuity of verbal agreements. Get things in writing!! Also, the smell of smoke in the halls can be unappealing and embarrassing when having guest over. I like the fact that they have a shuttle but haven’t been able to use this service as there isn’t a posted schedule nor a way to contact them (that I’m aware of). But over all happy with my apartment not busy or noisy on my particular floor. Maintenance is quick and efficient and new management is friendly and accommodating.

    Absolutely love my new apartment. I moved in two months ago and I’m glad I chose haven at main. You pay more for the area but I’ve seen so many noticeable differences over the time I’ve been here already. I personally haven’t experienced anything negative so far while living here. Desarae was also a major help during my moving process and definitely went out her way a few times to help me get situated at the time!

    I have lived here going on a year now. The new management team and staff Kelly Andrews, Candice Braxton, Devion Brown . They are very kind , professional and understanding. Anytime I called or go to the office I never seen either of them in a bad mood . They keep it very professional at all times. I will most definitely be renewing my lease I love it here....

    Desarae, she was absolutely incredible so professional and smell like strawberries! She had a lot of insight about the property and answered all of my questions and made me feel absolutely no pressure. Desarae did her best to show what the apartments had to offer and give me comfort in my process of moving. I came to the office to meet with her on several occasions and each time she had the same amount of professionalism and poise! Even if I never choose to move to this location, which I have I will always respect her hospitality and class as a property manager!

    The staff are very responsive . I commend Michael Houston who did a great job on assisting us. He made sure we get the deal offered to us by another staff , which was not written on paper. The staff are courteous, professional and organize. Service requests are prompt. The area is safe compared to the previous reviews. Elevators are all working. Overall I love the place.

    I lived in this apartment for a year. It is an excellent place to stay with many apartment features and nearby stores; however, the only problem is car theft. It happened many times when I stayed over there. Also, some people dirt the hallway rugs and elevator. Overall, a beautiful place and had a good time.

    Today I went to Haven at Main for a apartment tour and Desarae presented me the property she was very professional and gave great detail on the property and not to mention the apartments we absolutely gorgeous they are so spacious and had beautiful modern finishes.     Before movin in I was a little scared that I made the wrong choice from reading all these bad reviews. Ive been here 2 weeks and I love it here. I feel safe and when theres something that needs to be fixed they come within 24 hrs. I love this place. I would like to see a bigger dog area. The gym needs more lower body machines. Besides that its the perfect little place. Ill give an update at the end of our lease.

    I have lived here for 2 years and plan to renew my lease again this year. We recently are under new management and they have FINALLY addressed items like routine cleaning within the complex, safety, and security....with only being our management company for a couple of months. Also, the location is super convenient to the major highways, food, TARGET, and NRG!

    Awesome community and great staff, I have lived here for two years and I must say it’s been great. The staff and their attentiveness is what keeps me here, no matter where you live there will always be something the way they handle issues and concerns is what I love. No matter the location or wealth of a community there will always be crime unfortunately it has no address you can’t blame that on any staff or management some things are out of anyone’s control.

    Given my experience in previous places, this one was a fairly good one. The staff are friendly and responsive. The place itself is newly built and looks fairly modern. Some mistakes happen from time to time, but not serious ones, and did not affect my overall stay.It can be improved in the future, but to have an overall picture, it is the place to be in, because of the reasons mentioned above, the location, and many more that you will experience there.

    Love the apartment and the view from my 5th floor balcony, I would like it better if all the dog poop wasnt there can someone keep it cleaner there should be another can a little further in the back for those who take their dog to the back people just need to pickup after their dogs inforce it and especially the ones with the little dog their poop stick to your shoe to they think because the dog is small its not notice but it is.

    I recently visited the Haven At Main i was very impressed with the property i was greeted Connie and she gave me a tour and i was introduced to the property manager Ariana both ladies were very nice and answered all my questions it was an over all great experience.

    Moved to this apartment complex back in November after moving from Ohio, love the area and the apartment, and have definitely seen improvements in the last month with the new management. I am happy with my choice

    I AM A PATIENT AT MD ANDERSON THIS IS A PERFECT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU ARE BEING TREATED THERE. I CAN BE AT THE CLINIC IN LESS THAN 10 MIN IN THE MORN TRAFFIC. THE APT IS VERY NICE AND ROOMY AND THE MANAGEMENT ARE SO NICE AND HELPFUL. AND ITS VERY REASONABLY PRICED.

    I had an unforgettable 8 day vacation in Houston, where I stayed at Haven At Main. It is a chic apartment system, super well appointed, well equipped: Gym, swimming pool and games room. Everything was well calculated. Well done.

The residence is quiet, there is no disturbance among them, and there is also a guard. Security roams the building and parking lots
