Just moved in and love it here. I love the sense of community and the events the front office puts on every month. They are also super sweet and kind which always makes me feel so so welcomed. Thank you for everything you do West Lemmon team! I also love the HUGE dog park for my pups and everyone has been super kind.

Able and Wilson came through with the white glove service changing out the light bulbs in my loft. They not cleaned the glass and even made sure my plants were safe while they worked. This is why I moved back here. Not to mention laughing with the crew when they are in here.

I am extremely happy with everything about this place. The staff has been nothing but amazing, and moving in and getting situated was easier than any place I’ve ever rented from. Everything here has been just so nice, simple and well kept from the minute we moved in. Also when we came to look at the place prior to moving in, Jalen helped us and gave us a tour even though it was at closing and spent a good amount of time just helping us when he easily could have said to come back when they were open. The turn around time for everything was extremely fast, and moving in within 2 days was exactly what we needed and they made it happen.There’s lots of parking on the street, outside of the parking garages which always has lots of space, the gated dog park is a dream for our dog because it’s so big, and the amenities are exactly what you’d expect living in an area like this- flawless.Overall I have nothing but great to say about this place and I highly recommend living here when they have openings!

I think most of us want to live in a community with nice amenities and in a safe neighborhood. That has always been where I set the bar in the past and it has served me well. Since moving to Windsor West Lemmon a year ago, though, I’ve added one more criteria that’s much harder to find but absolutely necessary if i ever have to leave.What is it, you ask? The people who work every single day to make sure it’s all of the above and moreover create a sense of community through caring.I’ve never lived anywhere that i stop by the office just to say hi and see how everyone is doing. I’ve never lived anywhere that when I had a problem i felt like much more than a check box on someone’s to do list. Or where a maintenance issue didn’t somehow turn into a fiasco.Until now.If you’re looking for a community with nice amenities and a safe neighborhood you’ll probably find many in Dallas. I highly doubt though that you will find more than a handful with this people-first value within their staff. Save yourself the trouble of looking at check Windsor West Lemmon out.

Windsor West Lemon has, hands down, the BEST staff! Every staff member in the office... The 3 Js .. Julie , Jenna, and Jaylyn are the best!This complex truly feels like home, not just an Apt!Not only does it feel like home, but its safe! My neighbors are friendly, and we look out for each other. (Which is rare, nowadays) The grounds are kept up very well. And kudos to our maintenance guys! Theyre professional & respond quickly!Overall, I absolutely love Windsor West Lemon....its HOME! ❤️

Living here for about 8 months, me and my wife love it. Fair pricing and the amazing dog park our dog is obsessed with. Julie the assistant manager always helps me out with any questions or concerns right there on the spot. Robert the property manager is the cool calm and collected this property needs and totally gives into the vibe of the other residents. Maintenance guys are awesome to shout out to Able and Wilson keeping the property in tip top shape

Jalen is the STAR of this property!I would have solely moved here just because of him! This was one of my top choices for location, staff, and layout!The area is nice, clean, quiet, and very secure. Not far from local grocery stores and there are perfect local bars.I would highly recommend Windsor!

I lived here from July 2021 to July 2022 in Building 2 and I really liked it! Windsor West Lemmon offers clean and spacious apartments, kind maintenance and support staff, and great amenities. I loved the pool, gym, and dog patio. My one complaint was that parking in Building 2 could be tricky. There were barely enough spots at times and even fewer that weren’t tough for younger drivers to navigate. However, the proximity to Oak Lawn, Uptown, Love Field, I-35, Bachman Lake, Highland Park, and Northwest Highway was excellent- superb location. This was, overall, a great complex!!

I have lived here almost 2 years and I recommend this place to everyone. The office and maintenance staff are both great. The building is very clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff is very quick with their responses to work requests. The office team is friendly and accommodating!

Today me and my boyfriend came in to look for our first one bedroom apartment together. It is our first looking but we might not be looking anywhere else. Dominic made our experience easy to understand and explained everything to accommodate us and everything we wanted. From pricing to desires he was able to pin point the things on our list others had troubles giving us. We enjoyed learning about the area and seeing first hand how life could be. Definitely recommend looking into the Windsor West Lemmon.

My experience was amazing, definitely one of a kind. Domonic Duke was very thorough with all details of each floor plan. He knew measurements of each room, he knew measurements for all bed sizes to guarantee a fit for bedrooms, etc. What more could you ask for? He literally gave me all the reassurance of why staying at West Lemmon is a necessity and a pleasure. I would recommend his services to anyone who’s looking into a place to reside! He’s the best I’ve seen so far. Again, thank you for all that you did for me on today Mr. Duke! I’m more than excited and I’m looking forward to making west Lemmon my new home!’n

I love this complex, they strive to keep the area clean, consistently. The staff here are kind and actually speak to you. Windsor West Lemmon is an oasis in the city of Dallas and an incredible place to call home!! The community of people here are kind, caring and always willing to help their neighbors out. Maddie and the rest of the leasing staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with - they always go above & beyond. Efrin, who heads the maintenance team, is one of the kindest people and hardest workers I’ve ever met. He makes sure that the property is in excellent condition 24/7. The dog park is beautiful (and HUGE!) so if you have a dog, this is the place to be!! I can’t recommend this property enough. After living here for the past year I am sad to leave (relocating for work) but thankful for the lifelong friends I’ve made during my time at Windsor West Lemmon.

Windsor West Lemmon is a great place to live! Ive been here for 5 years and the current management company truly cares about its residents. Jasmine & Deborah are the best and go above and beyond! Building is safe and clean. Neighbors are respectful & quiet. Close to restaurants, tollway and 75. Also, great neighborhoods to walk you dogs - very dog friendly.

I love these apartments for the price, the parking garages are nice, the outside areas are well kept, the fob entry is secure. The rent is fare and the quality of the apartment and appliances is top notch. Building 2 doesn’t have convenient access to a dumpster for large items which can be a pain. Also they could use another packages locker. I do like they they recently started putting out larger and stronger poo bags for the dogs!

I am actually surprised by some of the negative reviews for this property. This is my second year here and I love it!1. Youre close to the city, but you dont have to deal with all the cons of downtown living.2. Parking on the street for you and your friends is always available.3. I love the area surrounding the property. Its always nice being able to walk around after work.4. The staff is so nice and always able to fix any of my issues.Dont listen to all the haters!-From a happy resident.

Friendly, timely and attentive staff Julie and Rob including the maintenance team are wonderful to work with. Best dog park in Dallas exclusive to residents, great pool area and close to Victory Park.

My husband and I have lived here for about 7 months and are very happy we chose Crest at Oak Park as our first apartment in Dallas! We are in a 1BR at around 800 sqft and it’s a great size and layout. Claudia, Nicki and Florida are all amazing staff and we’ve experienced them to be tremendously friendly, courteous and helpful. They truly seem to care about this community and making sure residents are happy. Highlights of this apartment for us have been the location, the beautiful pool, awesome outdoor space in building 2 and convenience to the parking garage. We don’t have a dog, but this community is very dog friendly and has a great dog park. We are glad to call Crest at Oak Park our home and are excited to meet more of our neighbors in the months to come!

The complex is very clean and new and I love the area considering its basically in highland park. I feel safe and comfortable!!

I lived at Windsor West Lemmon for three years from June 2017 to June 2020. Now that Ive been out for six months, I want to say first that I took the amazing maintenance staff at this apartment complex far too much for granted. Every time I put in a service request, a friendly maintenance man showed up the next day to solve the problem immediately and professionally, without fail. I did not realize how much of a selling point this was until I moved out of state and had to live elsewhere.Otherwise, I did quite enjoy living on Cedarplaza Ln. The apartment itself was very nice with lots of natural light. The neighborhood is very safe, backing up into Highland Park, and conveniently close to a couple of Krogers and a Whole Foods, as well as an LA Fitness and even a Home Depot. There is a Starbucks and even a Braums within walking distance, though Lemmon itself is more of a driving road. I have been on many long walks into Highland Park beginning out the back door of the apartment complex, so its an excellent area to just wander outside in these pandemic days.Initially I picked this apartment because it was reasonably priced and had good tollway access. As others have mentioned, the garage was a frequent target of fancy truck tire thefts and I had to call in one broken window that I noticed (not my car), but as the owner of a boring sedan I was never remotely targeted for this type of thing. When I first moved in, package delivery was a bit of an issue, but the complex now has lockers for this purpose, which is an excellent fix.Overall, WWL has everything youd expect from a mid-tier luxury apartment in Dallas (pool, grills, dog park, gated parking, new appliances, spacious bathrooms, natural light, ample street parking for guests, a walkable neighborhood). The location isnt quite Uptown, but unless being able to walk home from Concrete Cowboy is your number one priority in an apartment, I think the better convenience of being just over the edge into a more suburban area with the attendant lower price tag and higher drivability makes WWL a win.Edit: Oh, and the apartment gym is actually also quite nice--they even have a fluid rowing machine along with a smith machine and cable machine. Before I left I think they also put in some kind of electronic boxing machine. As far as apartment gyms go, this is about as good as it gets, barring access to actual free weights.

I just renewed my lease with these guys after a year of living here and along with loving the area and all of the amenities the complex has to offer, Im really staying because of management. During the covid-19 pandemic, they sent out an email letting tenants know that they were prepared and willing to discuss payment options for rent, and have been nothing but accommodating through all the changes and new rules that the city put in place for those 3 months. Deborah, in particular, is an awesome person. I know that management will always have the tenants best interest at heart and thats hard to come by these days. Highly recommend Windsor West Lemmon if you want to live in a beautiful place with management that goes above and beyond for you!

I dont normally write reviews, but I know reasonable apartment reviews can be hard to come by so here ya go.I lived here for 2 years from mid 2018-2020 in building 2. Overall really enjoyed living here - nice sized apartments with good amenities for decent prices in a good spot. The amenities in the apartments are similar to apartments in the same price range - nothing mind blowing but it gets the job done for the price. Garage parking is a huge plus and guest parking is ample which is rare in Dallas. I lived on the first floor and the noise wasnt remarkable.Major pros here are location, the dog park, and parking. It is basically sandwiched in West Oak Lawn, West Highland Park, Love Field, and the Medical District. The area south of Lemmon can get a little weird, but its gentrifying slowly and the immediate neighborhood is actually really nice and quiet with close proximity to some good restaurants and breweries. The dog parks are really nice if you have a dog and the surrounding area is great for walking as well. Having lived in some other apartments in Dallas, I really liked the parking situation - especially the guest parking. The garage can get a little tight at night, but there was always a spot, and there is a ton of parking around the complex.Major cons are the location and thats about it. It is a really convenient location, but not a hugely walkable area in terms of stuff to do immediately nearby. Apart from that I would highly recommend this apartment. Also, valet trash is $50/mo. and that is a little pricey considering there is a trash chute.Some random notes. Crime didnt seem particularly notable in this area - we live in Dallas and there is some crime at every apartment complex. There was a drug bust in the apartment a couple doors down from, but Im going to call that an outlier. As far as property crime, it always seems to be trucks and GMC trucks in particular that get broken into/wheels stolen, so maybe dont get one of those. I never noticed anything particularly suspicious at this apartment. Finally, packages are an issue at every apartment Ive ever lived at, especially since Covid-19 started. People order an obscene amount of packages, stuff gets mixed up, it happens literally everywhere. Theres a luxor locker but theres just too many packages for it. I had less issues when I used USPS since they have their own package drop offs near the mailboxes.

Deborah has been wonderful! This is my very first apartment on my own, I’ve now been here going on two years. I know Management switches a lot in this industry, but please keep Deborah. I moved here 1 year ago after I experienced a tornado in 2019, Deborah was very kind to me. I was honestly in the most stressful state of mind and I’m glad I found a home here. I love the neighborhood, not to mention there’s a Spanish guy that really cares about the community, he’s a very nice guy and I make sure to say hi to him every morning.

The management here is great! Very responsive and professional. Apartments exterior & interior is very clean. I love how they keep up with everything to the smallest detail. Neighbors are friendly and lookout for one another. This is truly a Small hidden paradise in Dallas compared to other giant overpriced apartments around the area. Very private & Conveniently located minutes away from Dallas Love Field airport, major recognized hospitals and surrounding food & entertainment.

Crest has been my first apartment-living experience, and the entire staff has made the process absolutely seamless. To start, Nikki has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to accommodate cleaning services and untimely package deliveries. Ive never had any issues with the complex being noisy or unkept (other than would be expected living anywhere in the metroplex). From my experience, maintenance requests have been answered efficiently and promptly. Lastly, the property has recently done a great job planning property events (happy hours, pool parties, etc.). Absolutely no complaints on my end- thank you!

A very well designed and maintained property, Windsor West Lemmon is a warm and inviting, quiet and serene, dog-friendly community. The move-in experience was excellent and the management staff is always helpful and responsive, with particularly good management of trash, parking and package delivery. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

Beyond exceptional! Incredible staff that time and time again went above and beyond in order to help me out in any way necessary. The amenities are great! Ease of parking, access to units, dog park, pool and gym. Furthermore they worked with me when I was needing to alter some things during move in and move out. I highly recommend this complex to anyone working or just looking to live in the area!

My dogs love the dog park but they keep complaining about not having a water source inside the park for the hot summer. The people who live here are amazing and the staff keep the property very clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the lack of a water fountain inside the dog park. Summers in Texas are excruciating and it would be nice to have a water fountain for the 20+ dogs that show up for daily play dates at the park.

Its super convenient to have a dog park in your complex, and theres a slightly bigger dog park with a dog wash station just two blocks down the road too! I have lived here since April and truly love the location. Windsor West Lemmon staff has been amazing. Especially Deborah, the Property Manager. She’s very responsive and quick to assist you with your needs. During COVID-19, they’ve shown they really care about their residents health and safety. I highly recommend Windsor West Lemmon!

I was one of the first few people who lived here and it was AWESOME! I lived in building one on the second floor viewing the pool, and I loved it. The complex is nested in a really nice residential area where its pretty quite if there is no construction going on. However, my neighbors who live on the outside of the building, say that it can get pretty loud outside from people coming out of the bars at night.You can park on your floor with the parking garage, unless you are in building two, which has an elevator.The only few complaints/negatives about this is place is:-There is a lot of dog poop and pee from irresponsible pet owners in the hallways/stairways of the complex.-There has been some break-ins into apartments.-The pool area is very small, and only has 2-4 hours of full sun.-The pool area can get very loud during the day.-The gym is pathetically small for how large of a complex it is.-The walls are PAPER THIN! Which is my hugest complaint of all. You can hear your upstairs neighbors walking around, talking, playing music, watching tv, and other private business. And if they have dog, its even worse.But other than that, I had a great time living here and making new lifelong friends, especially with the CARES team get togethers. I will truly miss this place.

This is my first apartment on my own (and living in Dallas), but I felt very welcomed by some of the staff here, Jordin especially. She has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond for me- helping me move my mattress in a box, helping me figure out what to do with my wifi since AT&T didnt come that day, responding to all of my emails within a timely matter, answering all of my MANY questions, and many other things! If you come to this apartment complex, ask for her!The only reason I give this place 4 stars is becuase I found 2 small (minor) bugs in my apartment when I moved in. I reported the problem right away and the staff is calling pest control.Ive seen people complain about noise, but I feel like they may not be realistic. This is an APARTMENT complex. You are going to hear your neighbors walking occasionally or you may hear someone out in the hallway- just as you would if you were in a home. Those are things you cannot avoid. Also, do not move here if you dont like animals. Its a pet friendly complex, so of course you are going to hear a dog bark occasionally.

Windsor West Lemmon offers more space for less cost than other surrounding communities/residences in their location. The management and staff do their due diligence in resolving matters in a professional and respectful manner. I truly enjoy the community and neighborhood, as well. I am a runner and cyclist, and the neighborhood offers a safe environment to do these activities.

Crest at Oak Park is in a great location , great complex with incredible finish out and open bright functional floor plans. Beautiful finish out with quality materials and well kept common grounds - hallways, fitness center, pool, outside areas all very well designed, well lit and well kept.Has an amazing dog park at bldg 2 ! Dog Prk is huge and fenced so your dog can get in great play time with lots of running ! I have seen almost all the newer apts in town and have not seen a dog park this impressive.To top all of the above off, the staff is so accommodating, professional and welcoming.If you are looking for an apartment, Crest at Oak Park is must see. I looked at others and many did not even follow up with me or make an effort to try and gain a new resident. Crest at Oak Park truly Delivered !

I lived here for a year. The staff was very helpful and maintenance was always prompt. Although they did change staff 3 times within the one year, that was a little concerning. All-in-all it is not a bad place to live. i moved due to the construction and congestion of the private homes built around it. Its a great location, somewhat quiet, and nice people.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Crest at Oak Park and the staff. From day one Florida has made me feel welcome throughout the moving in process, and has continued to do so after. Yesterday, I came out to my car to a flat tire and no help. Florida was driving by (suited up) and immediately stopped to help with no questions about his attire not being suitable for the job. I look forward to many more wonderful experiences while living here and I am beyond blown away at the wonderful customer service of the staff.
