    I have lived here just over a year and have had an all-around great experience. My unit has beautiful city views, any maintenance issues are fixed very quickly, the location is perfection and the staff are all friendly and accommodating. (Especially Jenna). The building is quiet, residents are respectful and I rarely hear noise from neighbors. Love it here!

    I have lived at Windsor Turtle Creek for about a month now. Eli was a great help in making the entire process run smoothly. He answered all my questions during the tour and answered my e-mails with follow-up questions promptly. The move-in was a breeze thanks to the loading area and service elevator being in a convenient place. I am very happy with my choice in apartment complex and I cannot get over my view of beautiful Dallas from my balcony.

    I have lived at Windsor for a little over a month. I was sad to leave my old apartment building but have been so pleased with my entire experience here so far! Eli made the move in very easy.     Eli was a great help in finding me a new apartment. Found a great unit on Zillow that was perfect for me and just made it into the leasing office an hour before closing on a Saturday. Eli showed me around to the unit and gave me a tour with no prior appointment and I was able to complete my application the next day. Looking forward to moving in!

    Called Windsor Turtle Creek Apartments on Saturday morning, toured that same afternoon and rented a great 1/1.5/den unit on the top floor and move in is just a few days away!Was lucky enough to be given the grand tour with leasing professional, Eli Woodard! What a Rock Star ... Eli went above and beyond to make everything smooth as glass and deserves TEN STARS!!! Cant wait to make Windsor Turtle Creek my new home!     I recently moved to Dallas for work and this place is AMAZING! Not only is it wonderfully located, close to Uptown, Park Cities, SMU, and both Airports, but the facilities are top-notch. The gym is nice and clean, the underground parking garage keeps your car safe, and you can spend the lazy afternoons sunning by the pool on the courtyard. Most importantly, the management team is caring and attentive, always eager to help and make life as simple as can be. Shout out to Eli specifically!

    I initially subleased a unit here in January, and the whole transition was impressively smooth. After that positive start, I decided to continue my stay but moved from a two-bedroom to a one-bedroom apartment. The leasing agent, Eli, along with the manager, Kali, were incredibly helpful throughout the process. They not only assisted me in finding a new place that fits my budget but also accommodated my needs by allowing me to use storage during my lease transition. Their communication is top-notch, with very fast response times, which has made everything so much easier.The property maintenance is exemplary; its always very clean, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment. I have never encountered any issues while living here. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Windsor Turtle Creek to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant living experience.

    I recently moved out but I lived in Windsor Turtle Creek for about 15 months. I have nothing but good things to say about Windsor Turtle Creek - everything is kept clean, I always felt safe, and the property managers are always responsive. The property manager Kali is amazing and always responded quickly to any of my questions and is very friendly. The times I spoke with Eli have been great too. Tenants are also courteous - I appreciated that during the summer, the pool area never would get rowdy like I have seen in other communities in Dallas. Not a paid 5 star review, I just enjoyed my time here!

    First, I want to say that when you drive up to the building itself it is everything you could ever want, to the modern design and details and the beautiful well cared apartments which I loved. But MOST importantly I walked into the leasing office and was warmly greeted by Eli. He has such a way that I immediately felt comfortable like I had know him my whole life. He was very professional and did everything to ensure I was getting the perfect apartment for me at Windsor. He gave me the rundown of all the areas, was so patient and helpful when I asked for help to apply for an apartment right there and then. Let me tell you THIS man sat with me for 30 + minutes helping me fill out the application because I kept messing it up. His customer service was top notch and it makes me feel confident that living here will be just as amazing as the care that I received from Eli.

    Me and my roommate have loved our over 2 years of living here. Although management has shifted a bit, Kali has been an amazing property manager and we are so lucky to have her for the past few months. Her presence is apparent with sparkling clean hallways, elevators and common spaces, as well as trash rooms. Not only that, she has been so helpful with any issues weve had with noise, re-signing our lease and general living at Windsor. It really feels like things get done working with her and she genuinely cares about our experience living here. Additionally, Ben has been awesome with any maintenance weve needed in our apartment. He is prompt and goes above and beyond to make sure we have what we need. We are grateful to live at Windsor, and even more so for the staff who make the property such a lovely one.

    Beautiful amenities, WOW-level apartment, I love the high ceiling and tall doors, even the parking garage is pretty. Ive been living on different communities in Dallas, this is by far the best. I rented on a Wednesday and moved in on Friday same week, everything super smooth and easy. Kali and Eli, were incredibly helpful throughout the process with the best of attitudes, you will love them.

    Kali and Eli are amazing!! They helped me so much with my transfer. So personable, professional and kind!I cannot leave more than one review but consider this two reviews in one. Hector & Ben were able to get me a new washer/dryer literally the next morning. I left for a work meeting at 8, came back by 10 and it was all installed and finished. Absolutely excellent service. They were so helpful and deserve raises & bonuses.

    The leasing agent Eli gave me a tour at Windsor Turtle Creek even though the floor plan I was desiring could not be seen just yet. He is very professional and answered all my questions before I came back for another quick tour of such floor plan. The application process to moving in months later went smoothly.     Eli in the leasing office is great. He is very attentive and helpful. He helped me through the entire leasing process for which I am very thankful.I have a very busy schedule. Upon move in, if I had a question he would reply promptly to my emails with an answer or solution. He made the weeks before and after move in run very smooth, providing little to no disruption to my daily routine.The building has little to no issues. It is clean and well kept by the management and maintenance team.

    Toured the property with Eli and he was very knowledgeable of the property and the area. The property looked very well kept and the floor plans are very spacious.     This is the best place to live in Dallas! The complex feels safe, clean, and quiet. The staff here is amazing. If any maintenance request is needed, they are usually at your door within hours ready to find a solution. Specifically, Ben goes above and beyond to quickly take care of any issues that occur. Kali has been a wonderful addition to the community, and weve seen many positive changes being made from her management. She was incredible to work with as we signed our lease for year 3.

    Iā€™ve been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for over a half year and the building and staff are really perfect.Specifically, the amenities (e.g., pool, gym) are fantastic. Also, every time Iā€™ve needed any assistance from the staff or just ask a question (Iā€™m new to the area), the staff always goes out of its way to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and provide insightful and really helpful information to any questions I have. From when I first moved here, Iā€™ve really enjoy living here and working with everyone in the office and especially Jessica Richards who is always unbelievably nice, patient, and super helpful. In addition, the maintenance team is also super nice and efficient.After living here for over a half year, selecting to live at Windsor Turtle Creek has been an unbelievably great decision.

    I have so much to say about this place! I visited many other apartments in this area and Windsor is by far the best apartment complex to live at.My personal experience has been awesome, starts with the amazing, friendly and personalized support from Taylor, Alicia, Jessica and all the staff team, they make everything on their power to make you feel special and listened. The amenities are always clean, everything works properly, I never had any problems with my neighbors or any uncomfortable situation.Garage has plenty of space to park, pool area is beautiful and the gym is open 24x7.Theres plenty of good restaurants, bars and grocery stores at walking distances which makes the day to day much easier.I highly recommend Windsor Turtle Creek to all my friends, I do love to live here.

    Ive been living at Windsor Turtle Creek for about 8 months, my husband and I love it. From the amenities to the staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Taylor, Alicia, and Jessica are always there for whatever question or problem you may have, and make sure things are handled at a timely manner. A huge THANK YOU to Hector and Luis with maintenance who are always on top of things with the properties cleanliness. Highly recommend this apartment complex!

    I cant tell you how much I love living here- five stars simply is not enough. The staff is incredibly responsive, understanding, and always go above and beyond. The first community event I ever went to (which all of them are incredibly lovely and well planned), the property manager knew me by name. I think that says a lot about the staff here.The maintenance team goes above and beyond for me as well. Ive dropped necklaces down my sink and gotten locked out of my apartment on a Sunday morning, and they have always been happy to help me.My apartment is beautiful. You have to see it to believe it. Absolutely pristine. The location is great- fitness studios all around, incredible places to eat, Katy Trail is a 3 minute walk, and a grocer down the street. Amenities are also top notch- in addition Ive never seen so much as a single piece of trash laying around any where. Gated garages for residents AND guests! Seriously....I have zero complaints, and Im a pretty high maintenance and high standard kind of person.Well done, Windsor.

    Windsor Turtle Creek is a beautiful property and I fell in love with it when I toured! My experience with the whole leasing office has been absolutely amazing. But I would like to highlight Jessica Richards who was the one who gave me my tour and made sure to give me the best experience possible. Sheā€™s is so sweet and is very dedicated to the residents here at this property. She has answered all my questions and has made my experience positive.     I know most people come to google reviews for the negative reviews (myself included), but if you need another reason to visit this property please see below.Main points:-Love the location (can get busy and a little noisy at times, but manageable) Its a very walkable area ( feels safe to walk around and super close to the Katy trail which I love)-I like the size of the complex- you dont feel like one in sea of people yet its also big enough that youre comfortable.- Security: As a woman living alone, I feel secure. Most things require fob access and they close the main openings to the building after business hours, theres also an enclosed parking garage for residents and never really any sketchy characters hanging around the building.I must commend the staff here at Windsor Turtle Creek. Taylor, along with her staff have done an excellent job at addressing any needs or concerns Ive had in a timely fashion. On Christmas eve of this year, there was a major pipe burst that put me and a few other residents out of our homes for the Holidays. Not only were these concerns addressed quickly and professionally. The whole team worked together to ensure everyone who had to leave their apartments had a place to stay.I really loved my unit before, but Taylor took the time to reach out to me personally and work with me to find a new unit that I just LOVE. A very frustrating and time consuming process went by as seamlessly as possible because I never needed for anything. They addressed every issue as it came up and even anticipated others.They kept a positive attitude even though a lot of the residents were rightfully disgruntled at the situation. I just really want to send kudos to the entire team because this is what were looking for when it comes to service! It seems like every Dallas apartment complex is making you pay premium dollars for not always the best service, but we have a stellar team here. I have no complaints or concerns whatsoever. Thank you for working tirelessly to correct the issue of this unfortunate circumstance!

    After a month of living here, I can see this complex has a lot going for it: the location is great, the building is very clean and well-maintained, and I love my apartments design and features. There is one thing that has set them apart from the other nice facilities: their team. Olivia, Rodney and William have been my points of interaction so far, and each one has been beyond polite and actually very reassuring that if I need help with anything, to just reach out. This has continued after move-in, which, for me, is a testament of whether a management company values their residents or sees them as a transaction after theyve signed a lease. Definitely looking forward to enjoying my time at Windsor. -Very happy resident

    My 12 month lease is up and I have to move out of state, but before I go I wanted to leave a review. If youā€™re looking for a quiet and weā€™ll kept property you can call a home this is the spot! Only a short walking distance to Oak Lawn strip or onto Katy Trail I love this place. I also want to give a special shout out to the maintenance team. I can put in a work request and theyā€™ll be at my door within 10 minutes not to mention the time I lost my keys and Hector came to my rescue and let me into my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and you can count on an A+ service with a smile from all of them! Thank yā€™all so much!

    This leasing and management team has been the best I have ever dealt with. They are easy and friendly to communicate with and always quick to respond. During our move they helped with anything we needed (including lots of packages that they put in our unit). The parking garage is great, we have had no problems with package delivery, and so far not one bad thing to say about the building. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    The Windsor Turtle Creek is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE. Ive lived here for 2 1/2 years and will be relocating out of state however I would stay for another five years. These are the reasons that I stay: Its a small boutique style community; safe and secure place to live; friendly neighbors; residents are quiet and respectful of one another. The community is clean and well maintained. Rules are enforced for all of us. The Leasing Team has always been friendly, responsive and they enjoy their jobs. If youre looking to lease, Christopher is the best, knowledgeable and friendly. And the Maintenance Team is responsive if you have a problem. Great location and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and Katy Trail.

    I cant say thank you enough to the staff at Windsor turtle creek apartment. They are bar none one of the most professional teams Ive encountered in a while. My family and I are a transplant military family and weve called DFW our home for the past 7 years. I decided to retire in the area and moved into another property that I stayed in for over 3 years. When we started looking for our new home we had a checklist of our minimum standards suitable for our needs. We looked at 4 other properties within the vicinity and decided on Windsor Turtle Creek because of the smooth application process, property walkthrough, and how professional and friendly the staff was. It was a very easy decision for us. The staff is very nice, the property is well-maintained and secure. Our expectations were met and exceeded if I can give more than 5 stars I will. Thanks, guys.

    I loved living at Windsor Turtle Creek. The room was spacious and modern. The pool is big and clean, never too busy which is definitely a plus. The best thing about living here is the maintenance team and leasing office! Everyone was seriously helpful when I lived there. They were very accommodating and fast in response. Christopher allowed me to push my move-in date back and hold my unit until I sorted things out, which saved me huge hassles! The only drawback is sound insulation - Ive never heard anything from my neighbors, but I could hear planes passing by every 15 min and lots of fire trucks passing by...It was so loud in the beginning that I couldnt fall asleep. Eventually I adjusted to the sound, but if you are super sensitive about sounds, it might not be the best place for you. Overall, this is absolutely one of the best places Ive ever lived!

    I want to commend Windsor Turtle Creekā€™s management team for being so responsive to residents. They listen well and know how to problem solve effectively, whether itā€™s a maintenance problem or dealing with postal deliveries. Recently, Jessica brought me a heavy box I could not lift, and she did so with grace. Helping me led to an extended work day for her, but she never even mentioned the delay. She just did it. I am grateful she and the rest of the team have a *can do* spirit, and residents are at the center of their work.

    We had an amazing experience in this complex. We moved from a home and were very worried about noise level, other tenants, etc. Windsor Turtle creek is exceptional. Trust me I am the neediest and pickiest tenant ever šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøLeasing staff is always responsive and helpful. Their attentiveness and professionalism was great from the day we signed our lease all the way with helping me reserve the freight elevator for move out.Kudos to the wonderful Maintenace staff. Seriously they always go above and beyond. I honestly donā€™t think we ever waited more than 12 hours for a request to be completed. We submitted a request during a terrible rain storm when some water started to leak through window sill and Rodney called us within 20 minutes.If your looking for a great apartment in a very walkable area donā€™t skip this one

    I have lived at Windsor Turtle Creek for almost two years. I have absolutely loved living here. We have hardly had any issues with our apartment unit. The workout room is good and is always clean. The pool is beautiful and is usually not too crowded. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I feel safe in our apartment and I am happy to have chosen to live here.

    I have been living at the Windsor Turtle Creek since September of 2019. The staff is very professional and always helpful. If there are issues with a unit, there is an app that allows you to schedule service and have it taken care of promptly and professionally. From the day I moved in, there was a cute welcome home message with Champaign waiting at arrival. To top things off, for Valentineā€™s Day, my friend dropped off flowers at the office and William (property manager) took care of it by saying I had a package (which I did) but ended up delivering the flowers and surprising me when I got home. Excellent customer service and makes me feel at home. The apartments are very well maintained and the finishing are high end and nicely done.

    There should be more stars to show how fabulous this property is. The apartment homes have pristine finishes with style, warmth, and functionality in mind. We have lived here for a year and have enjoyed every minute. There is not a more personable and loving team that are available to attend to any needs. The well being and happiness of the residents are foremost, security is paramount, and no stone is unturned. William is the utmost professional manager and operates a team of like minded proteges. Christopher will greet you with stellar personality and be mindful of your needs to gently direct you to a fitting home. Roger and team will glowingly keep things running smoothly at any hour of the day and any need for repair you may need. We have enjoyed our home at WTC and recommend our community without reservation.

    WOW! This is a fabulous place to live. William and his team provide first class service with a smile. They do whatever it takes to make residents happy and they do it with style! I love the things they do that are creative and fun. The Xmas gift wrapping station in the lobby was inspired and I loved the Valentines Day red fortune cookies with the we love our residents message inside. Lee and Rodney are very responsive to maintenance requests and anything else we might need to make our lives easier. I love it here and the Windsor team is a big reason why!

The neighborhood is perfectly situated between Uptown and Turtle Creek, so itā€™s quieter but also close to plenty of bars/restaurants/shops. The staff is amazing - Christopher has been so welcoming and kind, and Lee and Kenny are super helpful. My only qualm is that the fire station down the street can be disturbing at times, but thatā€™s really only if your apartment faces Cedar Springs. Otherwise, 5/5 stars!

    I usually donā€™t do reviews but I Love Everything about Turtle Creek and how close everything seems to be. Everything is so nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly!! Luis (one of the maintenance technicians) is very friendly and professional when I come to him with any issues I have, he takes care of it fast! Seen many maintenance worker and he by far the best If I could I would give him 5 stars!Donā€™t see myself leaving anything soon!

    I have lived at Windsor Turtle Creek for a year now and have just renewed my lease for another term. Living here has been fabulous. The amenities are top notch, the team is helpful and responsive, and the location is great.My wife and I have loved every second of living here and highly recommend it to all prospective lessees!

    I shopped around the Uptown/Turtle Creek area for awhile and had kept going past Modera but never actually went in. Thankfully I came to my senses and decided to hop in for a tour with Dominique. I was so impressed with the amenities, floor plans, and competitive pricing for the area. The location is also unbeatable. Minutes from 35, Toll Road, Cedar Springs bars, Uptown nightlife and restaurants, and downtown. I ended up filling out my paperwork that day. Since l have moved in the entire experience has been better than any apartment I have ever lived in. The office staff is world class and I donā€™t now what I would do without Kathy and Dominique. Rusty on the maintenance crew has been so amazing with any requests and, admittedly, fixing a few things I broke. I love the community feeling Iā€™ve come to know with everyone at Modera Turtle Creek. I highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments in the area, hands down the best option.

    Accommodating management team, great location, and spacious apartments. The Community Manager, Pam, is amazing. They are upgrading our garage entry gates which has temporarily left them open. Pam is taking time out of her evening to ensure only residents are entering the garage until the new gates are installed. I have never seen this level of customer service at an apartment complex.If youā€™re looking to live in Turtle Creek/Uptown, look no further!

    Olivia in the management office is the most thoughtful and helpful leasing agent that Ive encountered in years. We are currently in the middle of the searching/moving process and it has been one of the more tedious and stressful moves weve tried to pull off. Olivia even managed to squeeze my realtor and I in last minute (on a Saturday!) and its very apparent that she cares about each one of her residents. I wish that this building was the perfect fit for us because I would love to sign a lease just knowing she was downstairs. This is the first property Ive visited (and there have been many. so many) that I feel has thought of everything that impacts the people who actually live there.

    I just moved in Windsor Turtle Creek. I met Deborah the manager of property and she is so professional and kind. Later I met the rest of team as I got settled. They were there to take caring of anything I need to make my move easy and pleasant. All I like to say, they are the most exceptional group of people. I made a good choice moving to this community.

    We have lived here for two years now and plan on staying a third. As the original renters of our unit, we can say that this place was beautiful since the beginning and has stayed this way because of the outstanding management staff and especially the maintenance supervisors (Rodney and Leland). Quieter place given the amount of apartments with plenty of garage parking and tremendous pool/gym amenities.

    Have had a wonderful experience with the staff of the Windsor. Jessica went above and beyond to get us setup with our unit during the holidays and the staff is very responsive. It is one of the better managed building in Dallas.

    A fantastic place to live with even better staff. With a divserse range of ages in the building, there is a community for everyone. Everyone is extremely respectful of each other, each others living spaces, and the facilities. We have lived here since 2018 and love the pool, the gym, and the location with access to the Katy Trail. Highly recommend living here.

    I lived here for about 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. The team was incredibly helpful and responsive, especially during COVID. Maintenance was always quick to respond to a work request. I always saw a cleaning team cleaning the building also. I cant recommend this place enough!
