Very nice! Upscale fit and finish with 10 foot ceilings and open floorplans. Advantages include no stairs, attached garage and private yard. Immaculately maintained grounds. Randalls supermarket and all convenience services nearby, including an urgent care next door, plus all the advantages of Mason Hills and Crystal Falls master planned communities. Perfect for pet owners!

Living here a month now. Wilmer, Tracy and Tracie have been terrific in getting apartment ready for move in. Its in a perfect location, walking distance for coffee, groceries, restaurant, a local park. Active adult activities program is 5 minutes away on Baghdad Road. All activities are free for Leander residents. Although our community center and Gym are still under construction, I expect will make this extremely ideal for 55 plus adults. Units are well constructed, comfortable and safe. I highly recommend. Living here a year, starting my second year. Most of construction completed, the company changed hands. Tracy A. Still with us, new maintenance manager named John. No longer 55 +, but any age. Still a very peaceful, homelike setting with a community room, a small Gym, and very nice neighbors. Don’t hesitate to rent here, you will be pleased.

Best place to live!!! Your neighbors are friendly, the community is beautiful and it’s in the PERFECT location! You really get so much when living here. Re signed for another year, because I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. You get the house feel without having the responsibility of keeping up with outside maintenance. The vibes are immaculate and it’s only a 20-30 min drive from central Austin! Gorgeous homes inside and out

I love it here !! Iv been here for a year. Maintenance is wonderful. Management is Wonderful. The proprietary is kept nice. Very clean. Great neighborhood. Love my unit. It feels like home.

The Villas is a unique place to live. The small yards are awesome for pets. The clubhouse is great for gatherings. The community garden is excellent for learning about local plants and meeting with people.I feel very safe here and have made some good friends

Living in Villas of Mason Hills is so fabulous!It’s serene tranquil and the community is friendly! The community garden is fun to take part in and so convenient with gas station and grocer in walking distance. What more can you want?

The Villas of Leander Hills is an exceptionally well designed apartment complex. We rented a 2 BR unit with an attached garage. We especially liked the private garage, no parking garage to deal with and NO Stairs!The units are very well designed, high end finishes, spacious, and each unit has its own laundry room. Wonderful! The complex has a lot of amenities you want like a fitness center, dog walk and nature trail, well appointed community center and one of the best landscapes designs for this area.The property manager, Tracy, and her team do an excellent job managing this great apartment complex. Always friendly, responsive, service oriented and seems like they have a smile on their faces all the time. We can’t say enough good things about this place!We highly recommend the Villas of Leander Hills. Excellent location, well appointed and simply the best bang for your buck in Leander!

Amazing community so far!! I’ve only lived here about month. Before move in Christin at the front was so kind and helpful! She is amazing! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly! So far so good !

Just moved in, and everything is so perfect! Christin has been so helpful and amazing since I applied for the apartment. The neighbors are friendly and giving us a warm welcome as well. Can’t wait to enjoy this quiet and peaceful “villa”! ☺️

I met the kindest voice on the phone a few months ago. I shared our families story about a home we were building and went into contract last August, of 2020. I explained how it was our dream home, our kids are grown but we wanted to be close to them and their friends, a fun place for all to come visit. Well fast forward.. we sold our home and closed January 11, 2021. The builder knew all this. We soon discovered they seemed fishy and got really upset because we did not understand why they haven’t started our new home. We were very patient and looking back I think they were hoping we would get tired of waiting and walk away, if we did we would have lost about $5K. Well on February the 12th, we received the worse news, they were cancelling our contract, they were lying to us in the most unethical way possible like no big deal, no care at all, your monies will be refunded back to you. We couldn’t get that time back, and we dang sure couldn’t get our home back. Staying with family, it was not easy, but we could not find a home anywhere, we had three dogs, and we could not get a rental anywhere also. Tracie tried to help and even gave me a contact of someone to see if they could offer any assistance which was so kind of her. Forward.. we kept running into one obstacle after another, not only could we not find a home to purchase we could not find a rental either. Things were getting more and more difficult so moving forward again, a couple of months goes by and I decided to call the community again, and I get that sweetest voice again and thank goodness I did call because Tracie got the approval for us to rent our beautiful villa, and they also accepted our three sweet Jack Russells. I am forever grateful to her. She has stayed late many, many evenings, I have seen her constantly assisting people, the residence and vendors. I have seen Tracy (yes there is two T’s) as well as Wilmer, and they were constantly walking the property in this extremely hot weather ready to assist anyone needing help. I love this little community, all the kind people here, they brought us a snow cone party.. they were extremely deliciously filled into a fresh pineapple. I have gone and got coffee, and Tracie just makes for my morning! I have already been locked out but she stayed late to get us into our home after I had issues with my garage opener, she is just all hands on. Wilmer has come down and personally assisted me also with some items. I can just go on and on, and I have only been here for a few weeks. First impressions are so important and from the first time I heard Tracie’s voice I knew she was a wonderful human being! Everyone I have met in the office or encountered within the community, to the sweet neighbors I have are the best! I love our new home for the time being and it is so cozy I could stay here for a long time to come. Thank you to the best village people ever! It really does takes a village to get things to work but with your amazing staff, your doing it! I adore you guys and I am forever grateful to each one of you!To the owners, to some… they may seem like apartments but I want you to know, that to me it feels like a house, it’s built very nicely, and the homes feel solid! No noise with the neighbors, it’s just really great and most of all, very safe. Thank you, DNA.❤️

Kudos to Wilmer our maintenance man he is awesome. My wife and I have lived apartment life since 1998. Wilmer comes in fixes our problem explains the situation to us and cleans up before he leaves. We are so lucky to have him at our Villas. Thank you for taking care of us.

We were looking for an older community, and the Villas felt like a home, not an apartment. Everyone who works here is amazing, and any problems are quickly solved. Tracie M. is the best, as is Wilmer. I would recommend this community to anyone.
