    These apartments are by far the best apartments you can live in, in this area. They are affordable, clean, well maintained, and the service is great. The maintenance team is the most professional and attentive team I have ever had living in apartments. Your requests are taken care of in a timely matter, the views of the park and the views of the trees is great! if you can, get an apartment on the 4th floor but is not necessary I have lived on other floors as well. ! I have lived here for about 3 years now.

    It is a very beautiful community with complete planning, clean architecture and natural and harmonious garden planning. The interior is well-equipped, clean and bright.We received enthusiastic help from property consultant Austin. Without him, we would have had a hard time getting through multiple documents and processes. Austin is very professional, patient and tolerant. We want to say thank you to Texas for such a wonderful community and such kind people.

    Great maintenance; addresses repair requests within 24 hrs, as should be. Maintenance also keeps the grounds trash free. Mgmt is courteous and supportive meeting tenants needs.The only negative critiques I have are dog feces from inconsiderate neighbors around the grounds and the the construction of the apartment bldgs that lends to the annoying tenant noise level. In response Mgmt does on a regular basis address the feces issue and have a noise patrol to address noisy neighbors.

    I am thrilled to share my experience with Villages of Magnolia apartment and townhome community. From the moment I began working with the leasing staff, the exceptional service and friendly atmosphere has exceeded my expectations. The leasing staff, especially Savannah, was incredibly helpful and made the move in process seamless and stress free.The maintenance team is equally impressive, responding promptly and efficiently to requests, ensuring that all concerns are addressed with professionalism and care. The community amenities such as the gym, the beautiful swimming pool and the property grounds are top notch and well maintained. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to move to Berkshire villages of Magnolia. If you are considering living in the area, I recommend that you stop by and visit with Savannah.

    The management, maintenance team, and leasing agents act very professionally and effectively. I enjoy the trees and dog park and love how spacious my townhome is. Specifically, Steve from maintenance and Savannah from the office make my experience great here…. And I am not easy to please lol great location, townhomes, and staff!

    Phenomenal service, great staff, beautiful amenities. I have enjoyed everything That Villages of Magnolia has to offer. Savannah Costanza helped us get our application and move-in done, and she did a stellar job. She was super friendly, and she was extremely honest about everything, all the way down to any extra small fees we have to pay (such as a pest control fee) she made sure everything was in order, and helped us feel welcome upon our move-in day. They are also really good at notifying all of us of any inspections and repairs that go on, at least 48 hours in advance. Thank you to the whole crew, thank you to Savannah, we appreciate you making this a home for us.

    Just have to say how professional and efficient Savannah was during our tour and was detailed about amenities of the property. The whole staff was inviting and very welcoming.     Jayne helped me with my leasing process and she has been by far one of the most amazing people to help me through this process and all the concerns that I had. The community itself has been an amazing experience once moving in I felt so welcomed and been able to say that the community is very peaceful , very clean and very much one of the best apartments in the area. I recommend 100%. Pool and gym area has been a plus on amenities on top of the leasing agents and maintenance always there to help residents as quick as they can through any problem! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

    Very difficult company to engsge with. We reported a roof leak, that caused us to remove everything from the master bedroom closet, two weeks ago. Apparently this can only be fixed by an outside contractor so we have no idea when it will happen.The rain last night soaked the closet yet again.Regular emails on payments and rules, but little in terms of maintaining standards and rules

    I waited about two weeks so I could get a good feel of the apartments to give you guys an accurate review. I moved to TX from FL and literally from the very beginning to now the experience has been SPECTACULAR🤩 Jayne Trang Phan at the complex helped me during my entire process and she is AMAZE❤️❤️❤️ Literally any hick up I’ve had she has been very prompt with making sure my stay and move in process has been smooth! The apartments themselves SURPASSED my expectations. They are clean, well kept up, and maintenance is very prompt! This place IS WORTH YOUR MONEY. Very quiet and peaceful for an individual or family!

    The Mansions on the Park is an amazing place to live. Efrain and Gustavo are wonderful in the maintenance department. They are always helpful and have a quick response. Zach in the office is friendly and knowledgeable about the upcoming events and changes within the complex. I moved from another state and I was unable to physically tour the complex. I completed everything online. I was extremely happy when I moved in and saw it in person. Everyone is so thoughtful and neighborly. The weekly events are fun. The pool is beautiful, a nice park to walk around, a large amount of equipment in the gym, a charming pool table room and plenty of seating for relaxing indoors or outdoors. My apartment is stunning. When I first saw the pictures I thought this is a resort and not an apartment complex. I am so ecstatic that I took a chance on this complex.

    My husband and I are refugees from Ukraine. And we really wanted to rent an apartment in this complex. it is very cool and cozy. But we did not have all the necessary papers that are usually required here. But they did not turn away from us. Very good, friendly people work here. They undertook to help us and learned together with us what to do in such a situation. Our manager Kristin helped us with everything. We are very grateful to her. Our case was not easy, but thanks to joint work we solved the problem and got the desired apartments here. Thank you sincerely, I can not thank you enough !!!

    Being here for the past 6 months I have had no issues. The leasing agents in the office are simply amazing and go above and beyond to assist me and anyone who walks through the front doors. The maintenance and cleaning staff are super sweet and helpful. The grounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful! The apartments and town homes are spacious and gorgeous. I love the hard wood floors and the lighting throughout. I haven’t had one negative experience here.

    5 stars to the maintenance crew. Efrain, Gustavo, and aluerto are always friendly, professional, and quick. They take care of any issues I have, I’ve lived in apartments where issues were dragged on, but these men work all day making sure they attend to everyone quickly. Most times same day or next day! My privacy is very important to me and they make sure I’m home for repairs. Apartments are also nice to live in, love my neighbors who are always friendly and enjoy the nice kids who make it feel like a community to be apart of. Lost my keys once at the dog park and they tracked me down to return them. How thoughtful!! Also like the fact that parking is plentiful, I’m in a townhouse and my guest never have issues parking here or getting towed. Which is a BIG DEAL because no one likes coming out to finding their car being towed. Lastly no SPEED BUMPS can’t stress how important it is for someone with a low luxury car. I will not even enter an apartment complex with huge speed bumps.

    Been living here for almost a year. Sonya the property manager is amazing. She keeps a good property. Maintenance is quick and usually come next day to get things fixed. Their knowledgeable and you can always count to find one of them walking around 7 days a week. Everyone is very friendly and youll never spend a day that the staff doesnt greet you with a friendly smile. The leasing staff (Brian and Hannah) are helpful and friendly and walking in whether its to turn in your rent check or just for a package. Living there has and is a great experience. Definitely wont be leaving anytime soon.

    I cant say enough about the Villages of Magnolia. I love it so much that I moved here. Never have I lived somewhere so nice that I could afford! The grounds are quiet and clean. The atmosphere just reeks of positivity and everyone I meet seems pretty awesome. Im so happy we moved here. Id definitely recommend the Villages of Magnolia to anyone and everyone.Note: Gilly was just awesome. He really helped us out in many different ways and I just want to shout out to him.     I lived here for 2.5 years starting from Dec16.The office staff was consistently above par. The maintenance staff was quick to handle issues and were also professional. The amenities were convenient and the grounds well-kept.While living here, there were only a few problems I had...Power outages are frequent, even in less-intense storms. I dont think this is the fault of the management company as it seems to be a common power grid issue with this area of Magnolia.Parking is scarce; the apartment complex is filled very well, with many people having multiple vehicles. Expect to have to help your visitors find a place to park.Overall, I enjoyed living here for over 2 years. If the rent was not as high as it is now (increased steadily over the years), I would consider coming back.

    I had lived at this complex for 6 years, but recently moved out to find a larger apartment. Maintenance was always very attentive, the front office people were always very nice, gym was always very clean, safe complex, (worked overnight and never felt unsafe walking to my car at night, also left my car unlocked a few times and nothing happened) and the pool was amazing. The only downfalls of the complex/area were: 2978 traffic sucks,(Not the complexes fault) tenants never clean up after their pets(Maintenance does what they can to clean it up), and parking really sucks(especially since there are broken down cars everywhere, hogging the parking spots uncovered).The price is a little steep for a 2 bedroom for me, or I would have 100% released again.

    I can not say enough fantastic things about the staff. We got to Texas from California needing a place to call home ASAP and loved this property. There was a delay time with the communication between California and Texas as far as background checks and the lengths Rosser and Leslie went to calling to escalate the issue and offering us use of the amenities and making sure we didnt end up having no place to call home was amazing. Not only is this property well taken care of but they care about the residents.

    I jusI love it here a Villages of Magnolia. I renewed my lease and moved into a townhome and am very happy. It is quiet and secure and of course, Austin is always the best from the office staff! Every time I have gone into the office, the staff are genuinely professional and friendly at all times and are willing to help me.

    I feel that the experience I have had with this property is surreal. From the beginning the entire staff especially Katie was incredibly nice to me there were times I was reluctant to move in because I had a family emergency and they were so patient. Pj always smiles when I walk in and Nathan acknowledges me every single time. When I had a maintenance issue they took care of it right away and the two guys were quick and courteous I am so glad I live here. I don’t like it when people don’t care about their surroundings and leave trash everywhere but this property is clean and the neighbors are hospitable. The staff maintained their kindness even after I moved in. The company seems to have great integrity. Even though I just moved in I have a feeling I’ll have a great living experience here. Thank you guys!!!

    Staff is always helpful and the community is lovely. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues you have. The property is well taken care of and constant remodeling to ensure the property stays well taken care of. It is hard to get ahold of the staff through calling in but I have found if you go into the office they are more likely to help you.

    My family recently moved in and we have had a very smooth transition and move thanks to the staff at The Mansions on the Park! Our family loves it here and all the amenities available. The maintenance staff is also great, especially Caesar. I placed a repair order in and within a short time he was there to tackle the repair. Love it here!

    I moved into a townhouse here about a year ago and love it! Love having the attached garage. I have a dog and appreciate the 2 dog parks, a dog spa and the several pathways to walk him on. I find it to be a very safe and quiet community. The people living here, that I have met, are very friendly. Most have been here for awhile and love it here too. The grounds and landscaping are very well kept, as are the townhomes. I have not been in the apartments, so I can not speak on their behalf. The leasing agents and maintenance staff here are very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues I have had, have always been taken care of right away. Its great having a nice sized and well equipped gym, a beautiful pool & splash pad area, and a tanning bed on the complex. The one thing I do wish they had more of though is parking spaces around the townhomes for visiting guests. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place a live in this area, to come check out this community. It really is nice!!

    I cant say enough about the staff at the leasing office. The Manager, Leslie, is amazing! There are some people that are made to work with the public and Leslie is one of them! As a Supervisor of Customer Service, service is a priority to me. It isnt often that I encounter what can be considered Stellar Service, however; I definitely receive just that whenever I am in this office. From the manager, to the maintenance staff and all of the staff in the office; you wont find a more personable group of people. If stellar had a face, it would be the staff at this property!

    Great place to live, but what really stands out is the unmatchable guest first service from Zach at the front office. Never had such a great living experience before having the pleasure of meeting him. He takes the stress out of everything and really takes care of the people he comes in contact with.     Before writing my review, I read the numerous reviews already posted online. This IS a very nice place to live, but no apartment complex is perfect. We are all human and as humans we do things we are not supposed to, especially a few of the residents. I for one am glad I was referred here and Hannah made my move so easy. The entire office staff bent over backwards to assist me with all my questions and concerns. I was able to complete the entire process online, which made the lease signing a breeze. My move in was even easier, especially since my building has an elevator. I would recommend this a complex to everyone, but remember not every complex is perfect.

    Had an emergency where my garage door fell off the tracks and buckled. The door almost fell on my cars. i filed an emergency repair notice and also let the front desk know. The response i received was great. The emergency maintenance person came in about 3 hours and had a garage repair service on its way. The repair service showed up on time and helped me get my cars out. they did a temporary fix as they needed to get parts.i have been very happy here and the response for any repairs has been great. i would recommend the Mansions to anyone.

    I currently just signed a lease with Mansions on the Park. I’m in love with everything about it! The pool and gym are beautiful my studio is perfect and I LOVE the fact that there is an elevator. I was helped by Brian Bronson and he was phenomenal! Very friendly and very informative. He makes you feel so welcomed. I can’t wait to make this place a home! Thank you again Brian!

    Absolutely love this place.The complimentary amenities are fantastic. Free Starbucks coffee dispenser, huge lounge, lots of TVs right by a pool table. ~5ft deep pool, which is very long - great for having multiple guests/parties and not feel cramped. Three grills accompanied by a bar next to the pool. Tanning bed, computer room with printers. Mail room. Park in the center of the place, with dog shower room. Pedestrian path around the park, no more excuses not to jog outdoors. Along with weight room with above average stations. Gated community with gates leading to the pedestrian path and pool. Amenities are also locked and gated, requiring a remote to get in.Management is very friendly, frequently goes above and beyond, never had an issue with them. (Shout out to Nick) Before moving in, we had a small issue that was fixed before our move in date. Never personally experienced their maintenance team after that, which is partly due to the apartments being up to date and maintained. Maintenance frequently repaints and repairs issues in the community. Pool is always spotless and clean. Gates have been working off and on, but are usually fixed within a reasonable amount time.The apartments and town homes they have here are all outfitted with real granite countertops, bars, and modern fixtures. Whirlpool appliances, deep sinks, fridges with ice makers (minus studio apartments i believe) and decent sized freezers. The AC units in the smaller apartments are fantastic. Never had an issue cooling even during the hottest days in Texas. The insulation in the apartments are fantastic. AC holds very well. Rarely hear neighbors through the walls, but some heavy footed upstairs neighbors can be heard. Large windows. Bathrooms are modern. Large doors and storage closets. The town homes that we toured have separate showers and bathtubs. Also come with 1 or 2 car attached garages.Some Cons:Rent is pretty strict, they request that you pay the 1st of the month, with no grace period. You will accrue fees on the 2nd day of the month if you do not pay. Which should be standard across all high-end complexes. Although, they do have some renting specials from time to time for move-ins, ranging from 4-6 weeks free depending on the apartment/town home. The town homes are pretty expensive, but are fairly priced considering what all you get, not including amenities.All in all, we will be leasing here again. How could you not love this place?

    Everyone is complaining, but these apartments are great! However, theyre still apartments. So you do have to put up with noise issues and the other tenants most of which are very nice! The complex is very dog friendly and some people, probably kids do not pick up after their dogs like they should. However, I have seen the maintenance people walking through the complex picking up trash and any dog poo that was left by the inconsiderate. The inside of the apartments is beautiful with wood floors high ceilings and updated appliances. The wood floors are what I believe is the source of the noise issues, which arent bad. So if you want to be conscious of the noise you hear and create, using throw rugs are a good option. The vehicle gates have been working every time Ive gone through. For me there really are only two issues at this time. The gates to the walking paths work sometimes; and the trash doesnt get picked up as frequently as needed and the dumpsters fill up. I think they pick up twice a week and if they were to increase the schedule to three times a week that would fix the problem. As for the gates, some dont unlock and some dont lock, but most of them work just fine. No place is perfect; so all in all, I am very happy with the overall experience of living in these apartments and would recommend them to anyone I know looking for a place to live!

    I rented an apartment here with my spouse last year (March, 2017) and, the experience has been very pleasant! The staff is very friendly, they always fulfill maintenance orders, theres trash pick up services, and the apartment is in a very safe and convenient area. I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move to the Woodlands/Magnolia area.

    Had a tour with Brian at the mansions and I must say it was an all around amazing experience. He was friendly and seemed very eager to answer any questions I had, which was a lot considering that this was my first apartment after leaving the military. He made me feel comfortable about everything throughout my time there. Needless to say, I signed the lease and am excited to have employees like Brian around to help with things moving forward!

    Katie made our move in process easy, we moved in the very next day after signing our lease. We had $0 deposit, $0 admin fee and 6 weeks free rent. Best part we got to move in a brand new unit. Maintenance stuff keeps grounds very clean as I see them picking up nasty cigarette buds and are very helpful as I walk out to take my trash to the dumpster they end up taking my trash bag and throwing it away their selfs. Anytime I put in a maintenance request for something it always gets done. They are pet friendly, which is a plus because my animals are my family. Its actually a really quite property. They gates have always worked coming in and out. Anytime we go to the pool there is either no one are only a few people there. Keep up the good work The Mansions On The Park!

    I love this place, people will complain about the small things but my experience here has been great everyone is friendly and great staff. The inside is beautiful as well as the outside, the dog park is awesome as well as the splash pad for kids, the pool is great & gym and tanning, thats hard to find! Great place to be. Some neighbors are noisy but what do you expect its a town home/apartment. If you want things your way, no highway an apartment isnt for you.

    First of all, the complex itself, with amenities, is very nice, I would grade it a step higher than other complexes near by, and maintenance has been extremely courteous and helpful in addressing our move in issues, such as lightbulbs, refrigerator/freezer issues, flooring, etc., but our move in expectations were that our unit would be equivalent to the model we had toured, in respect to features. This was not the case. The model features a window seat in one of the upstairs secondary bedrooms (one of the reasons we loved the bedroom, specifically our daughter), in which our particular unit does not have. Apparently there are certain buildings that include this feature, and others that do not, though our rent is the same. If this would have been explained to us, it would have most definitely influenced which building/unit we chose to move in to. Also, the doors featured in the model (upgraded from regular panel doors, being higher and of nicer quality) are not the doors in our unit, which are standard panel doors. This was another factor that made the unit in the model feel as if the complex really did offer those luxurious touches, making it stand out from others. We’ve been bummed to not get the unit we were expecting, but overall are still happy with the transition. Words of advise, don’t rent a unit that you haven’t actually walked and toured. Know when you view the model in this complex, it will not be an Apple to Apple comparison of the unit you will get upon move in. On a good note, the gym is fabulous, we love the Central Park and dog parks, and the leasing staff is great! Overall, a great place to call home!

    Since moving in 2 months ago on Feb 13 201, we found many maintenance issues with the apartment. With the winter snap, the maintenance crew was over whelmed but when they came to do maintenance they were decisive in making decisions to replace or repair items. The crew are quick, professional and very respectful. We are impressed with the maintenance crew of Gustavo, Efrain and Alverto. They make Living in The Mansions comfortable and bearable.

    I had to find short term housing in the Magnolia area for a physical therapy clinical rotation in Tomball. Hannah and everyone else who works here at Mansions on the Park was so helpful in helping me understand the leasing and move in process and making the move as easy as possible. Everyone who works here is so nice and genuinely wants everyone who stays here to have the best experience possible. The amenities are fantastic as well! With a pool, workout facility, and gorgeous housing conditions, I would recommend this to everyone!!!

    Luiza!!! Is incredible! You can tell the ladies in the office love what they do! Luiza stayed with me and my family pass office hours to help with our application, that shows you how much she cared. I fell in love with my townhouse soon as I walked in. She explained everything to us and took time to help us understand everything we wanted and needed to know about the apartments. I’m glad to call The Mansions my home! The entire process was done literally in 24 hours. They’re awesome!

    I moved here in Jan. 2015 and I am still here. By far one of the best places I have ever lived and that is coming from a veteran who has traveled all across the country. Sonya and Katie have been like best friends to me. When my wife was battling cancer they were there for us all the way until she took her last breath. I appreciate having a front office staff that will be there for me. This place is amazing and I would recommend it to any and everyone. Oh and by the way. The maintenance crew is top notch. There has never been a time where I had a problem and it didnt get solved.

    I have only lived at The Mansions on The Park for 6 weeks. Had an issue with the Air-conditioning which the maintenance staff came out to fix after hours. It needed more freon. Last week it went out again and they decided to replace the whole unit. The communication from the maintenance team was excellent, they kept me informed of the progress and while waiting for the new unit installed a temporary air cooler in the master which was a welcome relief. All was fixed in a matter of days and I couldnt be more pleased.Thanks to Guston, lefrain, Alberto & Lelian for there help with everything.

    I am a new occupant here at The mansion on the park, who recently relocated from a different State. Due to the distance, I found myself corresponding a lot with the management team via telephone and internet, regarding decisions on the best Unit that suited my needs. The 5 star ratings am giving is based solely on my experiences and interactions with management team in general and my leasing rep Hannah specifically. Management teams were extremely helpful. Specifically, Hannah was very pleasant to communicate with, extremely patient and most helpful considering my distance and between her fiery Texan accent and my awkward British accent, listening to us speak felt like a United Nations Kumbaya happy happy feeling.......Love It Here.

    I lived at this complex December 2018 to mid- May 2023. Villages of Magnolia (VOM) took over in late 2021. VOM has made continuous improvements to the property including repainting of the entire complex. My favorite amenities were the large central park perfect for walking, a nicely equipped fitness center and beautiful pool. Staff was always responsive to any request or question I had. The location is close to The Woodlands, Magnolia and Tomball. I would not hesitate to recommend Villages of Magnolia.

    The most upscaled and luxury townhomes you will find in Houston! The ENTIRE STAFF is overwhelmingly kind, helpful and willing to assist! Our leasing agent was Luiza.
