Great Staff, Great Location, Pet Friendly, Pest Free! Staff is very professional; Miranda has been very attentive and accommodating from day one. My daughter loves the recently upgraded playground and soccer field in walking distance. Maintenance requests have been addressed immediately and effectively. Pest Control is a plus. I got a free deep carpet cleaning after my first year! HEB plus close by; 7-11 in walking distance. My apartment is not brand new, but it is well maintained; I have a massive book shelf next to my fireplace, and my balcony is legit.

All around I enjoyed living here. The management staff is very friendly and informative, and the maintenance team is quick and attentive to all residents. When I first moved here 4 years ago the apartment complex was a bit run down but I believe has since been under different management. The new staff definitely turned the place around and the property and residents are a lot better. The only issue I really had here was the neglected machines in the laundry facilities on the property. They were often out of order without warning. Other than that I think Tramor at Autumn Park is a chill, quiet and affordable place to live. I recommend it for young adults looking to lay low, save money and get established in north austin and round rock area. It was my first apartment out here and i stayed for 4 leases and recently moved out. Its a pretty good place to live.

I absolutely love living at Tramor at Autumn Park. There are lots of wonderful things about the property, but the absolute best thing is the staff... Specifically Miranda the leasing manager. In all my years of living in apartments, I have never, ever met a kinder, more caring, thoughtful, and human centered leasing manager. She is always willing to help you in whatever way possible. She makes me want to live here indefinitely, honestly. She is nothing short of exceptionally phenomenal!!Some other things I love about Tramor at Autumn Park include:The rates are super affordable and they do not make it difficult to qualify!I have been here about two years now and have lived in two different units. I have also toured lots of other units. All of the units are really nice and beautifully appointed. The built in bookshelves are one of my favorite features! I first lived in the 2/2 and its huge! I loved how much space it had!! I downsized to the small one bedroom and I really love it. I especially love the deck which can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom. My unit also has a large front patio space which I have decorated with plants as many residents do. My neighbor sometimes uses this space to entertain guests. Its that big!The grounds are always kept clean and tidy. I feel very safe living here. Its very quiet. Mostly hardworking, friendly families. I love all my neighbors.Aside from the office staff, the maintenance staff are also quite exceptional. Anytime I have a problem, they are always quick to respond and take care of the issue. I also love how the office staff always checks in after maintenance has been here to make sure the issue has been resolved properly.Tramor at Autumn Park is a breed restriction free property. Which was so important to me because of my loving, lazy, gentle Siberian Husky. There are lots of other huskies on property. 😊 There is a dog run and the property provides poop bags and trash cans!The property backs up to a newly renovated and super cool park that has an awesome playscape for kids, soccer field, walking path, pavilion, and more poop bags and trash bags.I dont have a car, so I also love that the property is walking distance to tons of necessities including grocery stores, restaurants, a drug store, churches, and more!Also, silly little thing that I also love about the property, they send you candy on your birthday. I mean, how sweet is that?! They also frequently have fun little events and contests for discounts on rent. Theyve had free snow cones, build your own pizzas, popcorn, and more! On valentines day they had a candy hearts guessing game, for Christmas they had a decorate your door contest, and on Halloween they had a pet costume contest. 🤣My daughter and I absolutely love it here and I would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone!! You will feel right at home and love it!!

The management here is amazing. Before we even got the keys to the apartment they went above and beyond. We received a warm welcome to the community here, and Miranda is so sweet! She knew me and my husband by name, and was always so nice whenever we needed to stop by the office. If we ever had any maintenance needs, she was quick to make sure we were put into the maintenance schedule as soon as possible.

I had a great experience living here. It was my first time living alone and this apartment complex made me feel completely safe. I would walk my dogs late at night and that there was never a time where I felt unsafe. The staff was very nice as well. Apartment was 9/10 with occasional broken appliances but overall good spot.

When I first considered moving here I was concerned when I saw all the bad reviews but when I learned that none of the bad reviews had been made since being under new management, I was willing to give it a try. My time here thus far has been excellent. Miranda, the woman who runs the leasing office is always pleasant and friendly. She puts in a work order for maintenance as soon as you notify her of any issues you may be having and maintenance usually gets to it either later that day or early the next day. The apartments are sprayed monthly for roaches and other bugs and I never see any signs of any of them. Also, the pool is wonderful, the only one in Round Rock that is 10ft deep rather than the standard 6-7ft. You are right around the corner from HEB, a neat Mexican place called Little Red Wagon that has delicious steak & eggs and pancakes, and of course you are less than a mile from I-35 which gets you anywhere else you might want to get to quickly(at least at night). Make sure to take advantage of their good credit discount of 10% off rent if your credit is above 650! I may have to reconsider staying here for only a year like I was planning!

Honest review: I have lived here for just over 3 years. Affordable, friendly, and the location is great. Every apartment complex has their hiccups, but Autumn Park has adapted very well to the changes. 10/10 would recommend. Most importantly Miranda Kirkfield is not only one of the most professional people to work with but is super caring and helpful to the residence whom reside at this Tramor property.

I love Tramor at Autumn Park! I’m about to finish up a 6 month lease and have decided to renew for another year. Miranda and Berenice are fantastic, maintenance is quick and they do a great job, it’s quiet and everyone is friendly. I have had no issue since moving in here! The rates are great for what you’re getting. This place really is amazing!

I was very relieved that my daughter and her baby found a great place to live. Miranda was very attentive. They always work things out with us and they were very flexible. Miranda is the best manager ever!!!!!!! She helps you with anything you need at the best of her ability, and so quickly! If you are thinking about doing business with Tramor, Miranda is your girl! By far the best management experience my wife and I have ever had. We have lived in almost ten other apartments, and she treated us the best!

The location is wonderful, with easy access to the highway. However the thing we loved the most with our first time as renters was our property manager Miranda. From first checking out the apartment to us moving out she was extremely helpful and attentive, truly making the entire process seamless.

I moved into these apartments about 3 months ago and I love it ! I was skeptical at first because I am one to read reviews BUT I called them set up a time to go check out they made me feel unpressured and let me see 2 different types of apartments with pleasure. I’ve never rented before but they made the whole process so easy for me! I love the fact they allow any breed of dog because everywhere I would look most apartments wouldn’t have let me take my golden retriever. They have a whole area where you can walk your pets even a park, not to mention 3 pools ! I love it here and I can see myself living here for many years to come! The office staff is super friendly! Always there when I need them!

Dont let the old reviews discourage you; this place has been under new management as of (around) October 2018.First Impressions (new tenant):While the amenities arent aplenty, although theyre slowly coming, Im highly impressed with the new features theyre installing for their renovations. Our unit is equipped with many LED light fixtures and the kitchen is absolutely impressive compared to any other apartment Ive lived in.We had an issue with sulphur in the hot water and it was corrected within a business day. So despite all the other tenants here, they have an impressive turnaround time on work orders.Uncommon for my experiences, theyve given me permission to upgrade the electronics (smart thermostat, USB outlets, etc.) so thats a huge plus for me.Location-wise, just about everything thing I need is near. The HEB+ is just minutes away.The manager is delightful to talk to and work with and made us feel very welcome here. So far, Im very happy to be here.

This is a place I call home. It’s cheesy, I know, but that’s how I felt when I first walked into the soon-to-be new home after leaving a very toxic living situation. Miranda immediately responded to my inquiry and scheduled a tour within 24 hours. The apartment staff are very friendly and helpful; this was true when we were experiencing some hot water issues. This place is under new management and they clearly care about their tenants and the way we live. Don’t let the admittedly rough exterior fool you, your new palace awaits.

I have live here for almost a year and a half and I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing and is really helpful if you have any questions or need to make any adjustments. Apartments are pretty affordable for the area and are nice. Only downside is no one unit washer or dryer but they have onsite facilities. Relatively quite community even with kids. Close to a nice park too.

Ive lived here for over 13 years with my son. During this time I have seen many people come and go from the leasing office.I can say without a doubt that Nicole is the best weve had. She works hard to take care of her tenants and making sure their homes are taken care of.

Love the price, location, and the friendliness of the staff. Maintenance request was easy and the office made sure everything was working after the repair. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Pool, laundry facility, and park are just a few of the amenities that we enjoy. Great place to live.

My fiancé and i have been looking for places that will take our dog, and tramor at autumn park was the only place. Every time we have a question or concerns we always get a response back. My two best friends live at the same complex it is just a good place to raise a family. There is a park walking distance from my apartment. I truly like living here!

Enjoyed my stay here, apartments have been renovated so definitely a place you can feel comfortable living at an affordable cost, but the bigger perk is the staff, everyone in the office and maintenance were always nice and helpful and above all Miranda, she assisted me from making the application process a breeze and always addressed my needs promptly throughout my year here, always kind, always fair, and definitely made living here more comfortable and pleasant!
